Each and every lightworker and for that matter each human is called to reach within at this time of great transformation. If you haven't heard the Harmonic Concordance has occurred. This new stargate that is opened is not something groups like the last cabal can control. This is beyond their reach. The new energies are like the insights Neo gains through his steps out of the dimensions of the matrix.

As Neo battles physically with agent Smith he struggles in despair; but when he reaches within and merges with the apparent evil of agent Smith he allows the light to shine, it becomes no contest. Wherever a light shines darkness is vanquished. Light does not do battle with darkness it simply is that which it is, a shining brilliance of love and beauty. Darkness does not limit light, light dispels darkness.

In our realm as in the matrix it is not possible for the creator to operate except through the creation and the inhabitants there of. In other words, each of us must recognize who we are, and that by bringing thru the light and shining into the darkness, we will find deliverance. It is not battle, it is rather shining your light without giving away your power.

The matrix trilogy is a journey of self discovery. Each of us must come to know who we are and trust our instincts. It is not always rational or logical, but it is the best course of action in all situations. It takes great courage for each person to follow their inner guidance. It is a journey each of us must take at some point in our existence. Once you can learn to follow that inner wisdom your path becomes clear and the journey is anew.

This movie is loaded with information and insight into the very workings of our realm of being and if you allow the flow of understanding to penetrate the veil you will be richly rewarded.

Under the Tuscan Sun is based on the book Under the Tuscan Sun: At Home in Italy by Frances Mayes and is a film filled with magic, disappointment, success and humor. As the story unfolds, we have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful, breathtaking scenes of Italy including the hills, olive trees, cobbled streets, flowers and more. The main character Frances, a writer played by Diane Lane, can represent any one of us who is going through a major life transition. She goes through many struggles and challenges, meeting people along the way who provide clues or keys to what she needs to do to find happiness and create the life she wants.

Some of the keys include being playful, childlike and joyful – all highly important to creating exactly what we want in life. The Masters have always reminded us to be as children. It is in this state that we are most powerful. It is interesting that the main character unknowingly or unconsciously states her intentions on what she wants to manifest in her life. Many of us do the same thing. When we consciously create is when began to have mastery over our lives. What actually unfolds in the movie and whether or not Frances uses the keys is very interesting to see.

During this film, we also learn about the importance of letting go in order to allow new experiences and new people into our lives. It is about releasing the past and releasing those who no longer fit in the reality we are creating.

Under the Tuscan Sun is magical and enlightening. It presents important, information on manifesting in a humorous and delightful way so that all of us can understand and benefit from it.

Do you use the pink packet or the blue packet for a diet sweetener? Well for health reasons, pick the pink and not the blue. It doesn't matter to the manufacturer, though, as the same company marketed them both. Blue or pink - Monsanto Chemical Company wins. The consumer loses.

Research history proves that saccharin, the pink stuff known as Sweet 'N Low, is perfectly safe for human use and has always been safe to use. The pink stuff never caused cancer in any human being in over 100 years of use. Saccharin has only received a total of six FDA complaints whereas aspartame, found in the blue packet known as NutraSweet's Equal, had received over 10,000 complaints to the FDA after only ten years of use. Aspartame has been proven in laboratory studies to eat holes in the brains of laboratory animals, cause mammary gland and testes tumors, lower fetal IQ and adversely affect fetal formation, yet it has no danger warning other than for Phenylketonuria, the inherited inability to process the amino acid phenylalanine.

So why then is the pink pack labeled a carcinogen and the blue pack deemed as safe when it's actually the other way around? I always wondered why the company making saccharin never fought back knowing the misconception of public information was false information, keeping silent the truth that saccharin never caused cancer but was merely prey to a marketing 'set-up.' I finally found my answer! Saccharin's history will answer this question for you, too.

Saccharin was sold as Monsanto Chemical Company's very first product in 1901. Saccharin was originally derived from the root of a plant in China. As a growing new company, Monsanto first established a deep-rooted monetary connection with the soft drink industry through its manufacturing of saccharin. After 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, founder John Francis Queeny, still an employee of Meyer Brothers Drug Company at the time, sank his savings and money borrowed from a Chicago soft drink supplier into his 'new' company to produce products for the food and pharmaceutical industries. He named the company after his wife, whose maiden name was Olga Monsanto. The corporate papers were filed on Nov. 29, 1901.

In 1902, Monsanto gained a respectable reputation manufacturing saccharin, the company's first product. In 1903 to 1905, their entire saccharin output was shipped to the growing soft drink company in Georgia called Coca-Cola. It appears that saccharin was one of the 'secret' ingredients in original Coca Cola.

By 1904, Monsanto had introduced caffeine and vanillin as products for the escalating soft drink industry. Initially, vanillin was produced by extracting a chemical from cloves that were purchased from the Sultan of Zanzibar who insisted that the left over spices be returned to him. Cloves had an important religious significance in the cremation of bodies, so there was importance in shipping them back to Zanzibar instead of disposing of them as waste in the United States. As of 1915, Monsanto's sales surpassed the $1 million mark. Two years later, the company began the production of aspirin. Monsanto remained the largest U.S. producer of aspirin until the 1980s.

A very interesting fact to note, in 1917 the U.S. government filed suit over the safety of saccharin as a test case at Monsanto's request. The suit was dismissed in 1925, ending the government's unsuccessful attempts then to prove saccharin as harmful.

In 1981, saccharin was again questioned as a carcinogen, but no respectable scientific proof was ever presented. In 2001, the cancer warning was removed from saccharin product labels as saccharin was shown, once again, to be safe for human consumption, as it has never been proven to cause cancer in humans. The laboratory protocols used to prove saccharin caused cancer in laboratory rats have been questioned as being unethical modus operandi.

In 1981, G.D. Searle & Co. succeeded in getting the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to approve NutraSweet (aspartame) for the second time, and made preparations to purchase Monsanto in 1985, taking the company deeper into pharmaceuticals and the sweetener industry. NutraSweet, saccharin's new competitor, was now owned and marketed by the same company - Monsanto.

So, here is the answer why the saccharin manufacturers didn't cry foul and fight back. Monsanto owned them both, and decisions were made to sacrifice saccharin for NutraSweet, but not to completely take saccharin off the market. When Monsanto sold its sweetener business in 2000, including the NutraSweet brand sweetener, the sale brought Monsanto $440 million.

As of 2003, saccharin is now sold without the cancer warning and is being reintroduced into food products. I personally recommend saccharin use over aspartame and sucralose, a chemical sweetener compounded with chlorine. Natural sugars such as Sucanat and Stevia are preferable over saccharin of course, but saccharin has less harmful side effects than the more modern artificial sweeteners. Saccharin does not completely digest in the human body and it's by-products are, therefore, less harmful than aspartame or compounded sucralose.

In modern society where diabetes and obesity are now epidemic, one must be prudent in selecting sugar additives as a daily dietary supplement. Research the natural alternatives and try to avoid all man-made chemicals in your diet at all times.

The real winner in this sweetener war is the one who resists using all chemical sweeteners.

Q: What do the people in Telos look like?
We look just like you, although we are perhaps somewhat taller in stature and broader than you are. We are hefty and strong, for we’ve been on a vegetarian diet for the last 12,000 years. This diet has slowed our aging process to the point where we’ve stopped getting older. We use our diet and our mind to remain in a youthful state always, which we term “immortality”. We are able to prolong our life for as long as we desire, based on our diet and our belief system of Immortality.

You, too, will be able to do this in the near future; for when we surface, we will bring you the information we have been guarding over eons of time. This information has remained intact and safe in Telos, where we have special containers and rooms for its safekeeping. These special hiding places will all be revealed to you upon our emergence from below.

Know that we all agreed to this plan before we incarnated on Earth, and now is the time to begin implementing it. It is the time we have been waiting for from BELOW and from ABOVE. For we work in unison, and we meet nightly with you on the Inner Planes. That’s why when you read this it seems as no surprise to you, and you just nod your head in acceptance and anticipation of all that’s to come.

Mighty waves of energy will be coming, that all life ON and IN Earth will soon be experiencing. Hold tight and know that these energies will bring the wonders of the Universe to you, along with our appearance on your surface.

The Fountain of Youth Is Located in Your Own Mind
I lived on the surface many thousands of years. I am centuries old by now, and I keep physically fit regardless of my age. In fact, the older I get, the more physically fit I become. I have an athletic build, and I exercise every day.

We all take great pride in our physical fitness. We are all healthy and strong, and we all “work out” just as you on the surface do. We have long tunnels connecting our cities, and we use these tunnels to run through when we’re exercising, just as you use long paths on the surface.

You will find that accumulating years (aging) only makes you wiser and stronger — not the opposite. So grow “older” in age with grace and dignity, and maintain your physical prowess, agility, and strength. You will find that the more you do, the more you can always do. Don’t let age limit you — or what people say limit you. For you are unlimited.

In Telos, we are still discovering how unlimited we are. We are still finding ourselves delving into the unknown when it comes to our bodies. We keep experimenting with our bodies, and find that we can use our bodies to do so many different things. We are still discovering our inner strength and stamina, and we are still pushing ourselves to the outer limits of what we “thought” we could do.

So, too, with you. You can also explore the outer limits of your physical form by not accepting any limitations when it comes to strength. For our bodies were meant to perform Herculean feats, and maintain health and stability, permanently. So look to your bodies as a “magical form” that can do all you want them to do without pain or limitation. We all know this, and now it is up to you to learn how to utilize the full physical potential that you are endowed with.

We send you our strength and our love, and we will show you how to “youth” when we join with you on the surface. For the fountain of youth is real, and it is located in your very own mind. I look like a youth, although I am ancient by your standards. You will be surprised and joyous when you discover how easy it is to maintain your youthful appearance. I am Adama, youth and sage combined.

Q: Why do you want to stay in the same physical body for so long?
You are a Lightworker on the surface of Earth, and we are Lightworkers beneath the Earth. Know that in Telos, we see your “Light”. We see all Light on the planet through our computer monitors, and are able to track all the Lightworkers on the Surface. It is indeed very beautiful here in Telos, and a very inspiring place to live. Many of us have been here a long time, thousands of years in fact. Because our lives have been rich and full, we’ve continued in the same physical body for thousands upon thousands of years. Our souls are Immortal, and we can live in the same body for as long as we choose.

You, too, on the surface, will someday be able to do this. That time is rapidly approaching when you will be able to determine the length of your life spans. This is what the Ascension is all about. It’s about determining how long to remain in a body before moving on. So know that there are glorious times ahead for all of humanity, as you adjust to your Immortality, knowing that you can live forever.

We have known this, and therefore, we’ve adapted to a glorious life as Immortal Beings experimenting in a human body. This is what you on the surface have been doing, although most of you are not aware of this. Life in Telos is rich and diverse, and a joy to live. Soon, we will be expecting our surface brothers and sisters to be visiting us in our homes beneath the Earth. Until that time arrives, call on me in your meditations, and I will be there with you.

Hello Thorkil. "Greetings Thorkil. Yes, there are many things you can do physically to raise your vibration, like eating lighter foods, thanking and blessing the food before you eat it, doing only the things that make you happy, and of course spending time in nature.

But all these things won't help you at all unless you keep your thoughts light as well. Everything you are, and everything around you, is there because you thought it that way. You have heard many times that you need to act on any given situation, and not react. There is a divine purpose to every situation, and reacting with drama and a sense of tragedy only feeds the negative vibrations that have brought the situation about.

You have this popular television show on the surface, about life in an emergency room. We here in the Hollow Earth tune in to it some times on our computer screens. Believe me when I tell you, that the entertainment it brings us is beyond measure. We have even taped some episodes and given them to our friends in other Star Systems.

When someone is hurt and needs healing, the first thing you need to do is keep the energies around that person quiet. This way the heart slows down, and there is less loss of blood. Peace and quiet also raises the vibration of the injured person instantly, thus speeding up the healing process. What amuses us, is that you do exactly the opposite. You bring out your pots and pans, and start banging on them with a metal spoon. This invites other entities of an even lower vibration than yourselves. These entities are bored, and they like drama. They feed on it. It is these same entities you are inviting into your vibrations every time you allow yourselves to get angry, or you give in to the drama that is prepared for you daily in the News. Shutting these out of your life will give you peace. Peace, is of a finer vibration, thus you automatically raise your vibration. Your thoughts will become pure, and because like attracts like, you will attract pure energy. Now, when we say you will have pure thoughts, we do not mean you will not be thinking about sex, like they taught you in Sunday School. There is nothing impure about sex. Not only is it a gateway into other dimensions, but it also raises your vibration.

All systems will close down, and surface humanity will be given an ultimatum to grow together, or to continue to destroy what is left. For those who immerse themselves in the journey into the Hollow Earth, this surface stage acting out the experience of human degeneration, will be avoided. There is a keen choice before all in the unfolding Holy drama.

The Hollow Earth Circle seeks to help individuals in their capacity to enter the light consciousness of the Hollow Earth. The ability to enter the state of the blissful relationship with those Guardians in the Inner Earth has been deeply experienced by many on this path. This power is given to those who seek it out with a willful heart.

1. Think of an area you would like to change and evolve. Perhaps you want to change a habit, job, or relationship, move through an area that feels blocked, create more abundance, get your work out to the world, and so on.

2. Make a symbol of this situation, and imagine you are holding this symbol in your hands.

3. Sense the Solar Light as if it is above you. Greet it once again. Feel its love for you. Ask it to assist you in transforming the situation you have thought about and made a symbol of.

4. Charge yourself with Solar Light. Call its light to you until you are filled with its light. Let Solar Light come into your spine. Fill up this area as if it is a pole of light until you are radiating Solar Light into the room around you. With each breath, you are breathing in the clear, harmonious, balanced Solar Light.

5. Picture the symbol of this situation you are holding in your hands. Let the Solar Light you have drawn to you bathe this situation in light.

6. Focus on the Solar Light quality of clarity, and imagine that everything about this situation is being surrounded with a clear light. Let clarity come into this situation.

7. Follow the above step and bring the Solar Light qualities of harmony and balance into this situation.

9. This is a powerful way to change situations in your life. However, when you work with Solar Light, you will also need to trust that whatever needs to happen will come about in the perfect time and in the perfect way. Let go of any expectations about how this situation will change, and simply keep surrounding it with Solar Light.

10. Get quiet and notice if any new ideas come into your mind about what to do or actions to take.

Well, we’ve talked about death several times the past few newsletters. Joseph, of course, always views what we call death in a positive and uplifting way. I realize not all of us humans do. So this week we’re moving on to a lighter subject, joy. Sound good to you?

A long-time subscriber sent us this question and some "random thoughts," as she put it, about the question.

"Are detachment and meditation the things that will strengthen inner connection to joy? It seems like being joyfully passionate about something leads to fear/obsession/disappointment down the road.

"I have seen ‘joy’ experienced over fun/ external things turn to fear. For example, I bought a new car that I loved but then I started obsessing that it would be stolen. A friend who was on cloud 9 when she got engaged soon after started obsessing that something would happen to her fiance.

"It seemed like fear always crept into the joy and ruined it because it was being grasped too tightly. How should I approach having a new car and my friend feel about her engagement?

"I know of others who have lived numbing, isolated lives for so long that they shrink from joy because, oddly enough, to them it will bring up pain . . . and they (prefer) not being ‘over stimulated’ by joy.

"One person told me, ‘I'm afraid of being happy and when things go too well. It makes me nervous. I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop. So I'd rather not go through that. It's too emotionally taxing.’

"So, how can I be joyful without allowing the fear to enter the picture? Also, how is it possible to be joyful in sad circumstances?

"I know it's a choice but it doesn't feel like one! I would not feel joyful if my new car got stolen. (Is) it all about learning to be joyful that my new car gets stolen (if it does!)?

"Is it just a matter of PRACTICE (i.e., meditation and choosing only positive perceptions of life) that will get me out of this?"

Dear ones, joy and well-being are your natural state. Do you hear that? Your natural state!

You fight so hard against, you resist so strenuously, your natural state of being. Why?

Well, for one thing, you’ve been literally brainwashed by your societies. And by "societies" we mean all those parts of your cultures that are supposed to guide and protect you. (Not that you need either guidance or protection from them–but you think you do, because they said so.)

Think about this for a few moments. Are you not taught (that is, in our terms, "brainwashed") that you succeed in life by hard work, strenuous effort, and struggle? Or, as one of your most eloquent statesmen put it, by "blood, sweat, and tears"?

Most of you have bought into that nonsense. And yet–and yet your soul, your higher self, knows better. It knows what your natural state is–it knows what it intended for you when you incarnated this time, and every time. What remains for you (the human you) to do is to remember what you knew at your physical birth–to remember what your soul has never forgotten.

And what your soul has never forgotten is that your natural state, your birthright is that of well-being and joy.

Well-being encompasses all of what you might imagine it does–abundance in all forms. Abundance in your relationships, in your finances, in your careers, in your bodies. In every aspect and in every "nook and cranny," if you will, of your physical being and your physical life. And in every aspect of your spiritual being and your spiritual life.

No matter what circumstances you began this lifetime in–no matter how trying or traumatic they may appear to your human eyes–they contain the potential for, and the seeds of, joy. The joy your soul exists in eternally.

Anything at all, dear ones, that helps you connect intimately with your higher self strengthens your inner guidance. And, therefore, brings you more joy. However, let us offer a word of caution here.

Many of you, when you use the word "detachment," are thinking of disconnecting from all or most of your material world. Or disconnecting from all or most of your desires.

And that will never serve you well. You came to this lifetime to immerse yourselves in the world of the physical. To detach from it is folly and thwarts your soul’s intentions for you in this physical lifetime.

What we would advise is for you to detach from whatever does not bring you joy. Certainly you must detach from the idea that–to use the questioner’s words–"being joyfully passionate about something leads to fear/obsession/disappointment down the road."

What leads to fear, obsession, and disappointment is focusing on fear, obsession, and disappointment. Focusing on your passionate joy guarantees, by the Universe’s immutable Law of Attraction, you will get more of what brings you passionate joy. It’s that simple, dear ones.

You have been brainwashed by your modern world into believing life is dangerous, lack abounds, people are evil, nothing ever works out the way you want it to. And so on, ad nauseam.

That will certainly be your experience if that’s where your predominant focus is. But that experience is not caused by your passionate joy, as many of you think. It is caused by your focus on everything EXCEPT your passionate joy.

After all, you all create your own realities. Period! And what you think mostly about is what you create. Period!

So many of you have bought into the mass consciousness of lack and fear and evil. Those are all illusions, in that they have no real substance. And yet they will be part of your reality if you choose to create them by focusing too much upon them.

It is impossible for you to be "over-stimulated" by joy. Literally impossible. Your soul, your higher self, exists in a permanent, eternal state of joy. And it intended you, in your human life, to partake of that eternal joy in every aspect of your physical life.

And so, if you’re always afraid of being happy, then that’s what you’ll create more of–a lack of happiness.

You cannot be joyful and fearful at one and the same time. They are mutually exclusive. And you get to choose which you prefer.

Focus on joy in whatever way works for you–meditation, reading uplifting books, spending time with positive people, etc. etc. The possibilities are endless. And the joyful realities you will create for yourselves will also be endless.

Focus on fear in all the ways of the world–immersing yourselves every day in your mainstream news media, spending time with negative people, watching horror movies, etc. etc. The possibilities here are also endless. And the fearful realities you will create for yourselves will also be endless.

It is so very simple, dear ones. You make this much more difficult and complicated for yourselves than it is. It was never complicated or difficult.

Your natural state is that of well-being. You’ve heard us say that so many times you’re probably sick of hearing it. But we repeat it again and again because you need to hear it again and again.

WELL-BEING IS YOUR NATURAL STATE! Believe it! And think only about what brings you joy. Then you will live happily ever after. We guarantee it!

Since 1992, John Cali has been communicating with a non-physical entity called Joseph. In one of his many physical lifetimes, this spirit was incarnated as the legendary Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe in what is now Oregon.

One morning this past week, I awoke to the sounds of howling winds. That’s not unusual here in Wyoming this time of year. Outside my bedroom window heavy snow was falling–sort of. The wind was so powerful, the snow was "falling" horizontally. It was a wild morning.

A bit later, as I was working in my home office, I heard a low-flying airplane. I live near the small airport outside my little mountain town. But even though the airport was close, as a former commercial pilot, I realized this plane was flying too low. Especially given the early winter storm engulfing us at that moment.

I put the incident out of my mind as I went about my day’s work. Later that afternoon I learned a Federal Express plane had gone down that morning, just a few feet short of the runway, killing the pilot.

Today, as I sit here writing this, it’s another grey, wild, and windy winter day. Earlier this morning, I drove over to the crash site. Many investigators were milling about a tall crane pulling pieces of the downed plane out of the little lake it had fallen into.

As I slowed to watch the eerily quiet scene, I spotted a piece of the wreckage by the roadside. I could see the words "world on time" clearly visible on that surviving piece.

Suddenly a huge wave of incredible sadness swept over me, and I felt like crying. I could almost feel what that pilot must have been feeling those last few seconds of his life. My heart went out to him.

He was a young pilot, as I’d been once. I’d had more than a few close brushes with death in my early flying days. I really knew what this man was feeling in those, his final, moments as he plunged into the dark depths of those icy waters.

As I drove back home through the swirling, wind-whipped snow, the slate grey sky hung over the whole place like a dark shroud. I couldn’t help wondering, "Why, oh why, do these bad things happen?"

Of course, I know there are no "accidents." No "coincidences." And nothing "bad" ever happens. But at that emotional moment, I was filled with such deep feelings of sadness and compassion for that young pilot–who could have been me in an earlier time.

It’s important for all of you to realize life is really just a game. And to realize it’s NOT a game of chance, but a game of certainty. The certainty is that you will not get out of life alive. By that we mean "life" as you define it in your human minds and societies–that is, physical life.

You are not going to "ascend" (whatever that means to you) with your physical bodies. We cannot imagine why you’d want to do that anyway.

Your bodies are simply convenient vehicles you have chosen to navigate through the sea of life. But they are only temporary vessels for you. You, at your soul level, did not intend to hang on to those vessels forever.

The bottom line here, dear ones, is you must leave your bodies sooner or later, one way or another. The time and manner of that leaving are up to you. At some level of your consciousness, you all choose the time and manner. All of you–no exceptions.

You don’t always do it with full conscious awareness, though that is entirely possible if you set your intention. But that’s another subject for another day.

Now we realize, from your human perspectives, physical death is, more often than not, a tragedy. Or, at the least, a cause for grief and sadness. And we understand that. We have the greatest love and compassion for you at all times, but especially when you are experiencing grief, sadness, or any other difficult human emotion.

We are simply asking you, at least for the time you are reading this, to do your best to see death in a different light. To see it for what it truly is–a transition to your next exciting life adventure.

That is how you, as your soul, view physical death. It’s as much a cause for celebration in these realms of spirit as birth is in your realms of the physical.

Death is not "bad." In fact, "death" is not death. It is only your human minds which perceive death as an end, as the final event of your lives.

Our point here today is this: It would behoove you to enjoy–take JOY in–every moment of your lives. Live your lives to the fullest. Find pleasure and passion in all you do. Love yourselves more. Love others more. Laugh more. Play more. Have fun! And then have more fun!

You all take life (and death) far too seriously. Life is good. Death is good. It’s ALL good!

MATTHEW: Mother, dear soul, hello yourself! Thank you for coming to the computer. As you surmised, since I couldn’t cover this in just our chatting, it’s for the book. I know you’re being pulled in a dozen different directions, so this will be short.

I want to address something that isn’t known to the degree it needs to be, and it starts with the increasing number of lightworkers who are performing all manner of light-filled services. Now and then your media throw you a bone of that nature—certainly not in that terminology, though!—and as welcome as that is, it’s as obviously out of place among all the controlled “news” releases you’re bombarded with as feathers are on a fish.

We see the ranks of lightworkers burgeoning! Sometimes it is individuals who have been touched by the light and are turning their poor choices into wise ones. Sometimes it is huge groups, internationally combining in meditation and prayer services for peace. Mostly it is the range in between, the small groups globally that are growing in numbers and reaching out to connect with other likeminded people to assist where specific help is needed. We are seeing unity of spirit, unity of high purpose—unity of souls!

I think these people around the world need to know that they are among millions, maybe billions of kindred spirits and in each moment, collectively they are generating enough light to place your globe in a bubble, if it were possible for you to fashion that. I’m not saying it isn’t, but confining the light to a bubble is not the best use of it at this time.

It is not only for spirit reinforcement that these light-generating people need to know of their power, but also for encouragement to BEAM their light beyond their circles of kindred souls. The many who are unaware of what is transpiring beyond their five senses see continuing acts of war, of violence and corruption, the mass deaths from disease and starvation, and massive destruction to the planet, and they despair in thinking there will be no end to this, no hope for their children and grandchildren. You who KNOW that the end of all those conditions is nearing must reach out with the truth, that Earth is moving into higher frequencies where none of the current devastation and desperation will exist. Let the negativity of the despair in those individuals turn to the light!

It isn’t necessary to ask others to believe what you know, but to not speak out about your knowledge is hiding some of your light under a bushel. Let your FULL light beam out from you! I don’t mean by preaching at groups, I don’t mean by proselytizing at individuals. I mean by living with such radiance of spirit that others will want to feel that same optimism, confidence and joy, and you tell them why you feel as you do.

With the light on Earth more intense than ever before that anyone in this lifetime can recall, people are opening their minds just as they are opening their hearts to help ones in distant lands. So you may be amazed at how many will ask you to tell them more or may even confide that what you are saying confirms their own beliefs that they have been afraid to divulge to others. Having someone with whom to share emerging intuitions or long-felt silent convictions is a miracle for such souls.

Yes, some folks may ridicule your offering, so you smile and wish them a good day—and mean it. You just may have opened their minds to “seeing the light”!

MATTHEW: Mother, what an endearing question! I am radiant, thank you! One reason is, I can see so many new reasons for joy on Earth! New lights are beaming throughout your world. The sustained light that has been prevailing for the past many months is reaching formerly closed minds, and more and more people are connecting with their souls in a more conscious way. This is both spiritual advancement and awareness of their need to closely discern information that they used to accept without question. The pockets where the darkness was so firmly entrenched that those souls felt their lies never would be revealed, now are being exposed by the light and people’s outcries about these discoveries are becoming thunderous.

MATTHEW: Yes, but definitely not exclusively. I mean the lies of the ages—about the religious dogmas, the history that has been taught, the collusion of governments with international corporations, the usurping of taxation and interest monies, the intentional development and implementation of diseases and harmful drugs. On and on, the lies and the deeds of the darkness.

S: Well, I don’t think what I want to know falls into any of that. What can you tell me about what’s going on in Yellowstone Park ?

MATTHEW: Quite a bit, and Mother, you are wrong about this not “falling into any of that.” Yes, the scientists’ reports are worthy evaluations of the changing conditions, but like you, they are unaware that what is happening is a combination of Mother Nature and man-made technology. It is not news to you that dark forces will use any means possible to create devastation to divert minds from discovery of truth and acting upon that. A volcanic eruption in Yellowstone Park could certainly do that, and of what use to the dark forces is that park and all areas that would be severely affected by an eruption? None—other than diverting people’s attention from the deception and corruption being exposed by creating more sources of fear and more planetary devastation.

A “natural” eruption in Yellowstone Park is not needed to relieve the negativity that Earth has been ridding herself of with the help of the off-planet light sources and now, the additional light being generated by her own civilization. By divine design, an enormous amount of quake and eruption activity is taking place in areas of sparse human population.

While I would love to tell you that there is no possibility of an eruption in Yellowstone , I can’t because of that free will law that has to be observed even in those souls who would deliberately cause that kind of destruction. With the amount of light now on Earth, left alone that volcano will quiet itself, and what can be done, if necessary, is the power of your ET brothers’ superior technology to alleviate the effects of a man-made eruption.

Mother, I think it is a good idea to send this to Jean and Michael and any others you wish to inform.

I apologize for not keeping these messages going. I had intended to write them leading up to World Angel Day, and there has certainly been a lot of new and wonderful energy and information coming through, but I have simply not had the money or the time to continue sharing this writing. I am months behind on paying the fees for managing such a large email list, and I have had to take another job besides doing events to get caught up on bills, which has left me with very little time. Choose Peace Now is going through its transformation into the Organization of New Being, and I am going through such a personal transformation at the same time that it serves me to take a break for a while. I have posted a meditation on the site that was created for World Angel Day, and can help any individual or group to connect with a new angelic light that is coming to the planet at this time, which I had previously mentioned in the messages. I was guided that this didn't need to be coordinated for a specific time, and can be done at any time. Currently we are working on the new website for the Organization of New Being, as well as organizing some other projects that we intend to launch with the new website. Many things have come together that I will be sharing later on after we launch the new website. If I write any messages between now and our launch date, which will be before the end of the year, they will simply be posted on Choose Peace Now, but not sent out in email. I have to send out this message manually, since I cant afford a system for managing our list right now, and many people on the global list may not even receive this. People in the gallery can write a question or questions to specific loved ones on the other side, and we collect the pieces of paper in a basket, and Cyndy will touch them to her head while blindfolded and receive a contact from the angels and our loved ones. The messages are 200% accurate, and always carry some form of confirmation as to the authenticity of the message, and the best part is the way the messages are delivered. Cyndy has such a lighthearted and humorous way of speaking and delivering the messages it is both heartwarming and hilariously funny. We have never seen anything like it. If any of you have enjoyed watching Crossing Over with John Edward, you would flip out about this. In my opinion she blows John Edward away! The New Moon Cetacean Meditation begins at 6:00 PM your local time on Sunday November 23, 2003. The New Moon (and the Full Moon) energy is a powerful one and is always an important time to state and manifest our intentions.

During this global meditation let us join and "dedicate ten (10) minutes to meditate upon the Cetaceans (whales and dolphins), to acknowledge their service to humanity and to Earth, and to send them our love energy so that they can at last feel the connection with their brothers and sisters on land."

Using the galactic calendar, we can focus on the k'in or day during the New Moon Cetacean meditation (and every day) as well as the message for the galactic month, allowing us to flow with Mother Earth and experience galactic time.

On this day of 2 Manik, 0 Yaxk'in, 12 Manik (November 23, 2003), the energy is "Challenge" (2) and "Divine Service" (Manik). For this meditation, the direction is West and the musical tone is "D sharp". Manik is the "Black Hand" or the "World Servant" and represents "service to Source" and "self-knowledge". Black is magical -- it transforms and manifests.

As we focus on the energies of the Black Hand, we can visualize this glyph, which looks just like a hand. See it has representing Divine Service. We can then ask ourselves how we are serving others. Ask, what can I do today that will assist humanity? Know that service can simply be a smile or a kind word given to a stranger. It can be giving a helping hand to someone or volunteering some of your time to assist others. It is all about giving freely of ourselves -- meaning with absolutely no strings or expectations. This is Divine Service. Black represents the magical side of our intentions and it transforms our intentions into physical reality. The Black Hand "transmutes your intention into a service to all humanity".

When we use the energy of Challenge, we can look around us and see what "obstacles" or "problems" we have attracted into our lives and see them rather as challenges to be overcome. We can use the magic of Black to transform these challenges so we can see them more clearly and learn from them. As we overcome each challenge we become more empowered. We can also use this energy and challenge ourselves on this day to serve others.

During our meditation we can place our attention on the energies of Black, Challenge, Divine Service, this galactic month of Yaxk’in and this galactic year of 12 Manik, which also focuses on serving humanity. This month of Yaxk'in is about "a time to celebrate the past and prepare for the future". By focusing on all of these energies, we learn to challenge ourselves and transform our intentions in such a way that we are assisting or serving humanity.

Also, understand that the Cetaceans are always eager to telepathically communicate with us and we are to connect with them along with our meditation. They assist us in bringing love, joy, inspiration, healing and balance into our lives. They are the caretakers of our planet Earth, protecting the biosphere. We can tune in with the Cetaceans, sending them Love energy and thanking them for their service.

The New Moon is the perfect time to state your intentions clearly to the Universe. The creative energies at this time are exceptionally powerful and it is to your advantage to use it. One way to state your intentions and desires is to make a list of everything you want to see made manifest.

Write the date at the top of a sheet of paper and actually make a list of everything you desire. When you are finished, add the words, "May all these intentions and desires manifest for the Highest good of all" at the top or bottom of your paper. You may also add names of your spirit guides, Ascended Masters or angels to the paper if you wish, for even more power. Do not share this list with anyone and keep it close to you in a private place, such as in your wallet or purse. Read this list each day just before going to sleep and first thing upon awakening. Then forget about it. This is your releasing process. Don't worry if it's working or not, just let it go. The Universe will handle the rest. As your desires manifest, and they will, remember to cross them off of your list. This very powerful exercise can be done on each New or Full Moon.

Will you join us to say "I love you" and "Thank you" to all the water on Planet Earth and fill it with the highest vibration (HADO) of Love and Thanks that we can possibly experience?

Please join us to send our Love and Thanks to all the water in our physical body that has been sustaining and nurturing our lives on this planet. 70% of our body is made of water. We owe so much our health to the water in our body.

Then, let us send our Love and Thanks to all the water on Planet Earth. 70% of the surface of the Earth is occupied by water. The environment on planet Earth is maintained by the water circulating in various forms. If it had not been for water, life would not have been created on planet Earth.

We have a vision that on this day, our Earth will be filled with beautiful golden/silver light of Love and Thanks that is flowing from the hearts of each and every one of us. Golden/silver light is the highest vibration in the range of visible light, and it will heal and cleanse all the water on earth, be it water of the ocean or that of our own body.

You can join this Project at your home with your family and friends by sending your Love and Thanks to water simultaneously with us.

Water is the most ordinary matter on this planet, but at the same time it is multidimensional and connected deeply with our own consciousness. By sending our Love and Thanks to water, we believe that we cannot only purify the water on this planet but also raise our own collective consciousness towards the peace of world.

We will describe several ways to send Love and Thanks to water for your information. You can follow some of them. Or you can develop your own unique ways.

Put a glass of water on a table in your kitchen, dining room or private room. Tell the water "I love you" and "Thank you", gently. At the same time, briefly visualize that all the water on Earth is connected with each other. You can do this with your children, family members and friends. Your Love and Thanks will be sent out to all the water on Earth through the water in the glass.

How about imagining the following when you are touching the water coming from the faucet while doing the dishes, washing rice before cooking, or washing your clothes? The vibration of your Love and Thanks is overflowing from your heart through your chest, shoulders, and arms, and going through your palms that are touching the water into the water going out into a drain pipe. Your vibration will go through the flow of water very easily into the drain, into the nearby rivers and finally enter the ocean. The vapor from the ocean will build clouds and then the water will fall down as rains onto various parts of the world. In this way, the vibration of Love and Thanks that has originated from your heart will be transmitted to all over the world through the water network. This is a very easy way, and you can do this every day and every time you use water.

An easier way will be just to tell gently "I love you" and "Thank you" to the water that is flowing out into a drain pipe after it has finished its role. This will surely change the vibration of the water.

It is also very effective to put a "Thank you" sticker to the surface of the faucet. Every time you turn the faucet, it will remind you of the importance to express your gratitude to water.

Or, if you want to do it a little bigger, then you can have a gathering around a pond, a lake, a river or along seashore. Then make a circle, holding hands, and say the same thing as above or more. Remember that the power of prayer is proportionate to the square of the number of people. You can add to this ceremony your own prayers that express your Love and Thanks toward water or Planet Earth.

As the vibration of your Love and Thanks flows from your heart, you may feel your chest getting warmer and warmer. This will be the result of the Law of the Universe "What you give, you will receive". Add visualization to our Love and Thanks

Let us visualize that the vibration of Love and Thanks is transmitting into water as golden/silver light. The whole water of the world is sparkling beautifully. Finally, the whole planet is shining so brilliantly. When filled with the highest vibration of light, everything is healed and harmonized. Let us visualize that the faces of all the people on Earth are filled with a smile.

How about sending our Love and Thanks to the Jordan River, especially at this moment of time (see photo on the right). Along the river, many Israeli and

Palestinian people are living. Our prayer of Love and Thanks will raise the vibration of water there. There is no border in the path of flowing water. People on both sides certainly drink the water originating from this river, and their bodies will be filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks that we have been sending. Then, those who have been involved in the war or terrorism will become aware of what they are doing, "Why don't we just abandon weapons and live a peaceful life here together?"

There may be some areas other than the Jordan River where wars and conflicts are still continuing such as the United States and Iraq, India and Pakistan, Afghanistan, nations in Africa and so on. Let us send our Love and Thanks to the water where people are suffering from pain and sorrow. It will change into healing water, and everything and everybody will be filled with a vibration of Love and Harmony.

Those who are participating in war and those who are suffering from war are both ourselves. For all the consciousnesses are connected into one. And it is said that water is a mirror to reflect our own consciousness.

Peace begins from the hearts of each and every one of us. Let us fill up our hearts with the vibration of Love and Thanks. Then visualize that the vibration is overflowing like an unlimited fountain, reaching every part of the globe and healing the whole world.

Our consciousness definitely influences upon water. Especially when we concentrate our consciousness with the same intention, it will have a tremendous power. It is like a laser beam that can reach the surface of the moon.

In the summer of 1999, hundreds of people gathered along the lakeshore of the Lake Biwa, located at the central part of Japan, and prayed for the peace and harmony of universe. After one month, a local newspaper reported that only that summer, there were no complaints from local residents about the foul odor resulting from extraordinary growth of a foreign alga, which they had been experiencing every summer for years.

Consciousness of each of us creates our world, which means we can change the world. When the Earth is filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks, then you will experience a world filled with Love and Thanks.
