The exciting month of November is finally arriving with its two eclipses. The first one is a lunar eclipse on November 8, 2003 at 5:13 PM, PST. This one is called the Harmonic Concordance and will open Star Gates that have never been opened before. Most people know there is a star gate in the constellation of Orion, although not many know there is also one in the sign of Aesklepius, which is also called Ophiuchus. This constellation is the 13th sign of the Zodiac and is considered Goddess energy. This is the gateway that is opening on November 8, 2003.

The Druids use a 13 sign Zodiac. The Mayans have 13 day wavespells. The 13th tribe of Israel is the Goddess one. There is a painting in an art museum in Israel of a woman that says, "the 13th tribe". The United States was founded on the number 13. We had 13 colonies. There were 13 stars on our original flag. If you look at a dollar bill it has the number 13 all over it. Number 13 means transformation. We have been transforming for a number of years now into heart energy, which is feminine energy. This transformation is happening to both males and females.

This lunar eclipse will be greatly affecting the Middle East, the West Coast, Korea, and Mexico. This moon will be on the degree of explosions, bombs, and nuclear energy - look at how the Sun has already been erupting with huge flares. The Earth has been experiencing major photons (light) from the Sun. This will put the Earth into fast speed transformation. Eclipses set up events that are long lasting. There was a full moon eclipse last year on November 20, 2002. The moon was on 27 degrees Taurus and the Sun was in Scorpio on that day. This activated the Middle East and the West Coast. In March of 2003 we started the war in Iraq. On December 3, 2002 there was a solar eclipse in the fire sign Sagittarius on 11 degrees. This eclipse activated fire energy. Yellowstone felt the effects of this energy and started to wake up. California also felt the effects of this eclipse. When Jupiter moved onto 11 degrees Virgo, in October of 2003, it made a 90 degree angle to the eclipse degree and the fires started burning in California. The Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Uranus were conjunct by declination, and the moon and Jupiter were in opposition when the fires started. That is pretty powerful fire energy. There was another solar eclipse on May 31, 2003 at 9 degrees Gemini. This sign rules wind.

This November 8th eclipse will find the moons node on top of the Pope's Sun. Sometimes this aspect will cause a person to leave this world. Being the Pope is quite sick it may be his time to leave. According to Prophecy, there is suppose to be two more Popes and the next one will rule for a short period of time. According to this same prophecy the last Pope will be the true one.

The Hopi's story of creation talks about their creator mother who is called Spider Woman. This is why the spider is one of the symbols of Halloween. We unknowingly honor her on this day. This holiday is also associated with the story of Cinderella because the pumpkin turns into a coach, and she changes from rags to riches. Will this be a time of change for some people? Will they turn from limitation to abundance? Time will tell! The veils are very thin between the two worlds at the time of Halloween and this is when the first gate opens. This happens every year.

The next gate opens on November 8, directly over the Pacific Northwest, at the time of the total lunar eclipse. This is the one that has been closed for a long time. It will open to the higher dimension Earth, or Planet 2 as some people call it. It will remain open and will be the gateway to the new world. This is the time period light-workers will be exalted into the light. Are you ready for your illuminated body? I would like to quote from a channeling I received from Athene. The connections to other planetary systems and beings will be readily accessible to all. If you originated from another star system you will soon be able to ascertain from where, and will re-connect with your star family during this period of time.

The gateways will begin opening on November 4, and will continue to activate other doorways for centuries to come. Even though there will be a burst of energy throughout several weeks in November and December 2003, the momentum of the ripples being activated by light beings such as yourself will continue into the next millennium.

Congratulations, with your help we have succeeded in re-connecting the original 17 star systems back together for the first time since they were separated back in the Earth time of Mu and Atlantis."

The energy from this opening will be felt around the world, although there are a couple of places that will feel it stronger than others. The East Coast chart shows 13 degrees Cancer rising. This means Sirius is rising over Washington, D.C. at the time of this lunar eclipse. The better part of the United States will feel the energy from this star. Sirius is considered our Mother Sun and we are her children. The Egyptians considered the star Sirius very important, and they started their new year in July when Sirius rose over Egypt. Lots of light from that star will be pouring into Washington, D.C. at this eclipse. How will this affect our leaders? Light purges out darkness, and things that have been hidden from sight will emerge. I expect many changes in our leadership.

The other area that will be greatly affected by this lunar eclipse is the Pacific Northwest. The Sun Alcyone is rising over Seattle at 29 degrees Taurus at 5:13 PM November 8. There is great light that comes to Earth from this Sun. The frequency of Seattle is very high and this eclipse will cause it to rise even higher. High-frequency energy causes people, who can't adjust to this energy, to become very unbalanced. It's a cosmic picnic for those who can handle it.

The state of Washington has already experienced the Scorpio water energy. We had 5+ inches of rain in one day on October 20. The effects of eclipses are sometimes felt in advance like the fires burning in Southern California. The November 23 solar eclipse is on the degree of Los Angeles. The darkness from this total eclipse will be felt in Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica, and the South Pacific.

At the time I am writing this article our Sun has been going crazy. Something happened on October 14, that started activating our Sun. It might have been a Gamma Ray Burst. There have been several Coronal Mass Ejections, and solar flares will continue for awhile. There was an X-17 class flare that came off the Sun on October 28, 2003. The photons from that flare were Earth directed.

An X class flare is enormous. The last time we had a flare that size was in April of 2001, and this is when the Sun turned on its axis. What kind of energy will happen on Earth because of all the light we are receiving? Chances are there will be lots of Earth changing events because of this solar activity. Our bodies are also being activated. In my last article I talked about how Jupiter had moved into the Earth sign Virgo, and this set up a one year cycle of large Earth events. After Jupiter went into this sign there was an 8.2 earthquake in Japan with several 7+ aftershocks. There were also 7+ quakes in China and Russia, and a Russian volcano erupted big time. These events happened as the Sun was moving through the sign of Virgo.

In early December the Sun will be conjunct Pluto in the fire sign Sagittarius, and will make a 90 degree angle to Jupiter and Mars. This is very powerful energy. The force of it will be felt at Yellowstone National Park, and the surrounding states. The volcanoes in Mexico and Hawaii may also feel this energy. The other side of the world that will feel the effects will be India and Pakistan. Mars moves into Aries in mid-December so there will be lots of energy for new beginnings. Enjoy the opening of these stargates, and put on your seat belts as these energies continue to increase.

Transference Healing activates and tem-plates a unique healing process that is new to the Earth Plane. It is an inter-dimensional form of healing that is not restricted to time or space.

Transference Healing and Teachings are from the Christ Light and come directly through the Master Christ Template to create Physical Health and higher levels of Consciousness through the new energies resonating throughout and emanating from the Earth and Cosmic Changes.

Alexis channelled this new modality through Higher Consciousness, perfecting the process over a period of 15 years. Prior to 1999, she regularly performed countless healings on a one-on -one basis, channelling energies she had mastered through the consciousness and planetary resonance of 'Chiron' the Master Cosmic Healer. All these are particles and aspects of the Etheric Dimensions of the human physical body and Consciousness. Everything is in a constant state of gradual, continuous genetic change. This transformation is effected through the interconnection with the Etheric Web, the grid of Christ Light.

As Alexis has consistently channelled these Earth and Cosmic energies to heal others, they have extended her understandings of her own healing journey. Over time she co-created, mastered and resonated, and then began to understand more about the energetic changes evolving in her etheric body and Consciousness. On August 11th 1999, The Celestial Christ through the Astrological Grand Cross Activation, transferred her Etheric Lightbody and Consciousness into her Christbody and Consciousness.

She began to perform more rapid healing processes, which reached beyond the Laws of Physics.

DNA Changes, the New Anatomy and Lightbody Resurrection
Alexis goes on to say, "The templating system of Transference Healing will help humanity to weave in the coding system of the new DNA, necessary to create the New Anatomy for the next level of human existence. The resources required by the body and consciousness to make this transition, will be accessed through the Earth and the Cosmic Energy Changes that are occurring at this time of Ascension."

Transference Healing will be encoding the new and pure 22-strand DNA System while gridding, weaving and filtering through the pure Christ Light. This creates a Celestial Christ Healing Process on Earth. The Transference Ray heals the physical body and consciousness, while resurrecting the Lightbody and Christ-Consciousness.

Viruses
The Celestial Christ declares that Light-body symptoms will manifest themselves in the form of global viruses. The increased incidence of these illnesses will become more noticeable from October 16th, 2002 to November 10th, 2006. These viral symptoms are the result of the DNA clearing processes that occur when the body and consciousness are struggling to ascend.

Alexis predicted the beginning of the disintegration of the Economic System occurring in 2002. She now predicts that the Health System will fall into disarray between October 2003 and the year 2007. However, the Celestial Christ has declared that new energies and channelled procedures will be available to support all of humanity. Everyone will be living within Higher Consciousness from 2012, and will be able to access and create a more effective healing process than has been possible since the time of Lemuria. All Systems that are of Higher Consciousness will be established on Earth by 2013.

The Rays
The Black Ray holds the power of Infinity, physically transferring one through the Void of Death and into the Light, creating a profound and magical physical healing shift and awakening within a desired and designated moment. This is the Healing Power of the Christ and the true essence of Faith Healing. Thoth-Black Madonna
Alexis has been given Sacred Codes, Keys, Healing Procedures and Thoth Mystery School Teachings, which contain the healing and magical powers of the Holy Grail Alchemy, and of the Emerald Tablets, while mastering the Divine Black and Emerald Rays of the Goddess or Priestess Powers of the Black Madonna. Harmonic Concordance

Channelled Information on the Bahamas, Christ Templating, and Gridding System
The following information is a brief explanation of a complex, channelled Transference Mystery School Teaching. The Celestial Christ revealed that there is a Gridding System or Matrix throughout the Bermuda Triangle, which converges at a principle point of solid ground, which is the Island of Nassau in the Bahamas. This Island is the physical point connecting the Cosmic Dimensions of the lost continents of Lemuria and Atlantis. These lost continents exist on a parallel level to Earth and Earth's Dimensions, but they operate on a higher frequency and within another Space-Time dimension.

1. Grid Point connecting to the Stellar Gateway of Lyra and the Pleiadian Dimension of Lemuria.

2. Grid Point connecting to the Stellar Gateway of Bootes and the Arcturian Dimension of Atlantis.

3. Grid Point connecting to Nassau where these two dimensions unite and connect with Earth.

The points within the Star of David unite the Lemurian and Atlantean Dimensions with Earth to create an Energetic Gateway for Earth and humanity to access the Galactic Worlds and Healing Energies of the Heavens, for Mastership of Ascension.

1. The Lemurian Grid Point (pt. 1 in the diagram) magnetically connects a main ley-line under the ocean through to the Pacific Ocean and down into the South Pole. This crystallised leyline, electro-magnetically resonates through to the Constellation of Lyra and the co-existing '7 Sisters' Pleiadian Constellation, symbolized as the Cosmic Bull of the Zodiac Constellation of Taurus.

2. The Atlantis Grid Point (pt. 2 in the diagram) magnetically connects a main leyline under the Atlantic Ocean through and up to the North Pole. This crystallised leyline electromagnetically resonates through to the Arcturus Star the brightest star in the Northern Hemisphere marking the knee of the Bear in the Constellation of Bootes.

3. The Island of Nassau Grid Point 3 (pt. 3 in the diagram) is where these two Dimensions and Star Systems unite and connect with Earth, creating the complete Star of David.

The Earth and Cosmic Triangles of the Star of David
The Earth Triangle unites the three geo-graphic points of the Bermuda Triangle through the crystallised gridding of the Earth leylines under the ocean. The Cosmic Triangle is an inter-dimensional Triangular Star Formation uniting the Constellations of Lyra, Taurus and Bootes. The Earth and Cosmic Crystallised Gridding System unites these two master triangles into the Star of David which symbolizes the union of Heaven and Earth.

These Planetary Systems and Dimensions that have been evolving through parallel dimensional Space-time to Earth, are now being filtered through into The Transitional Earth and rapidly changing universe, to create a new dimensional existence for all humankind.

This integration is being supported by the Celestial Christ whose energetic Crystal Cross Christ Matrix of crystallized particles of Light, incorporate the gridding of the new frequencies of light and technology, to create the New World, which is now evolving.

These Gridding Systems within The Master Christ Template, diagram (a) are incorporated in The Earth and Cosmic Triangular Star Diamond Matrix Templates, diagrams (1), (2) and (3) on the following page, and The Crystal Cross Christ Template, diagram (b), to create the Light Christ-body which allows transformation into the next Dimension. As you read this material and look at the following Templates you will experience a Christ Light Gridding and Ascension Process.

Star Seed Templates (see 1, 2, 3 below)
The Goddess created/ birthed these Star Seed Templates (diagrammed on the previous page and below) within the Crystal Dimensions of Lyra. At the time of the Astrological Grand Cross Activation, they began to resonate and filter through into our Physical Universe through the Zodiac Constellation of Taurus, which is an energetic gateway to the Pleiadian Dimension.

The Pleiadians then created the Lyran Templates into ether or elemental/ ethereal form through the Elemental Kingdoms (Fairy Kingdom) within the Crystal Dimensions of Earth. These crystal dimensions co-exist within Earth but on a higher frequency and in a different Space-time to Earth.

The Star Constellations and adjoining Dimensions of Orion, Sirius and Arcturus also assisted in the further creation of these Templates and encoded them with Light Frequencies and Healing Systems for Earth and Humanity's evolution.

These Elemental, Galactic and Angelic Dimensions are a principle part of the Galactic Tree of Life. They are the Dimensions that the Celestial Christ resonates and connects to, and which collectively support the creation of our World and all other worlds, that are a part of our own Divine Galactic Heritage and DNA.

Altogether these 5 individual Templates within Transference Healing have been channelled into Master Symbols, and combine as one set of Master Templates. These Templates are Trade Marked and protected under Copyright Law. They will be on sale at the Atlantis Conference to support the Mass Healing & Ascension Process.

The Crystal Cross Christ Matrix Template (diagram b) resonates a Cosmic Electromagnetic Crystallized Geometric Template that is resonating into and shifting the frequency and crystallised physical form of the Earth's Core. Consequently as the vibration of the Earth's Core shifts to a higher frequency, it anchors Earth into a higher dimension. As Gaia's or the Earth's Core restores itself into a higher frequency and dimension through the electromagnetic, Cosmic and Earth changes, so too will our physical heart vibrate to a new form of Higher Consciousness. Whilst the electro-magnetic impulse or heartbeat quickens, the heart will heal as it evolves into Higher Consciousness, energetically creating the essence of compassion and unconditional love within the human heart of all humanity. The Earth and Humanity will be sustained, and resonate within this new magnetic and electromagnetic Crystal Cross Christ Matrix or Holy Grail Gridding System or Template, that is now evolving in and around our Earth. This Divine Gridding System will support everything within our Dimension to shift into higher frequency and therefore awaken Christ Consciousness within the hearts of all humanity. The Celestial Christ energies are now channelling through these etheric Gridding Systems through the Transference Healing Ray to continue to co-create our New World, existence and reality. The Biblical book of Revelations symbolically prophesied that this New World and dimension we are evolving into, would come to pass at the end of the Millennium in the year 2000 AD.

Alchemy
The true essence of Alchemy is the sacred meaning of the Alchemical Power of the Goddess and the Black Ray. I have become obsessed with DNA. My obsession began in 1996 when I was visited by a higher dimensional council of Lightbeings called the Sirian/Pleiadian Council who informed me of a process to activate ten additional strands of DNA as a means of increasing our level of consciousness. I laughed. First of all, I am a successful marketing consulting for Fortune 500 firms, and that metaphysical career path did not fit very well with my business plans. Secondly, I did not view myself as a spiritual teacher. Well, the Council laughed last, because I did, indeed, undergo a twelve-strand DNA activation process that has significantly improved my life.

I began to have second thoughts about my completion of the DNA process when I saw the movie The Matrix. I wanted to experience consciousness beyond the paradigm of our current reality construct. What good were ten additional strands of DNA if we were limited in our coding. Sure, I had more DNA power with twelve versus two strands, but I wanted the DNA to perform optimally.

I began studying DNA as best I could, given my non-scientific background. I noted three discrepancies in DNA processing that remain unanswered by science, as follows: 1) What is the role of “junk” DNA or the non-coding sequences that have to be cut out before the gene can be expressed? Right in the middle of a perfectly good gene are meaningless sequences that are hundreds of nucleotides long. 2) Why do we have repetitive DNA? Science calls it selfish DNA because it hitches a ride on our chromosomes but contributes nothing to the organism. 3) Genes give instructions for lining up amino acids into proteins, e.g., CAG is glutamine in DNA language. The messages are triplets of bases or a codon. However, there are 64 possible codons and only 20 amino acids. It appeared to me that our DNA had greater capacity, but the capacity was not being utilized. Familiarity with my own twelve-strand DNA activation story as well as Zecharia Sitchin’s archaeology findings in The Earth Chronicles had provided me with awareness that an advanced race of beings had tampered with our DNA. Obviously, there was a need to further upgrade our DNA processing beyond acquiring more strands!

This introspection led to the development of the “Turn-on, Tune-in” or “Matrix Drop-out Program”. I believe it is time to reclaim our inheritance so we can evolve to our fullest potential. I specialize in soul clearings which consist of reviewing someone’s soul records and clearing blocks and barriers to a more positive life experience. I teach this process via seminars or taped instruction. I will not spend a great deal of time describing how this process works. Either accept that it does, indeed, clear blockages, and perform the following prayer request to remove your DNA blockages, or don’t bother reading any further as it will not serve you.

The following prayer request was created to release us from limited DNA processing. Prior to reading the request, you will need to instruct your subconscious to create a “surcharge” of vital force (i.e., mana, prana, chi). Then breathe deeply six times using the following pattern: inhale slowly to the count of four, hold to the count of four, exhale slowly to the count of eight. This is an ancient Polynesian or Kahuna breathing pattern that generates a great deal of vital force. Please note that vital force is not the breath itself. It is the combustion of energy that occurs when oxygen enters the body and interacts with the stored fats, proteins, and carbohydrates in your cells (adenosinediphosphate combusts into adenosinetriphosphate). Command your subconscious to send the vital force to your spiritual committee and High Self to be used to enact the following request. Then, read the request aloud.

#1 Please conduct all of the following requests on (STATE YOUR NAME) or any version of (NAME) for all interdimensional levels, all energy bodies into infinity, all aspects of the soul, all parallel and multidimensional lives, all past/present/future lives in all concepts of time, on all subconscious levels of thought, throughout eternity. Remove all trauma resulting from the following conditions, transmuting it to love, while retaining all learning experiences free of trauma. Ensure the transition from the old to the new workings of the DNA are tailored to what is appropriate for me, and it is easy and expeditious.

#2 Remove the perpetual regeneration systems that interfere with the integrity and complete operation of my DNA. Connect my root through crown chakras to realize my total creative, intuitive, and psychic powers. Remove their frigidity mode that keeps DNA restrictions in place, and replace it with freedom and movement. Direct all of the chakra centers upwards toward Divinity, placing the chakras in synergy, harmony, and optimum relationship to Source.

#3 Take all of my junk DNA and match appropriately all AT and GC sequences that are currently unmatched in the tampered system. Expand the functioning of repetitive DNA so these sequences can be employed. Employ all possible amino acid sequences, and expand the function of the messenger and transfer RNA to ensure that this is done perfectly and in conjunction with my highest good and greatest potential. Create these expanded functions so I experience optimal integration of body/mind/spirit awareness. Replace the DNA-based sabotage programs that negatively impact my consciousness with a mutual cooperation program at the DNA level.

#4 Disconnect my DNA, implants, explants, and imprints from the grids and matrices of any beings that tampered with my DNA, and deactivate all implants, explants, and imprints. Remove the genetic coding that occurs at the soul and subtle body levels. Connect me to the blueprint for my High Self that is keyed into enlightenment via the universal field.

#5 Activate the appropriate number of codons in the proper sequence, up to 64, at the right and appropriate time for my highest good. Create a trigger mechanism to activate additional codons when I can easily incorporate the upgraded energy into my experience.

#6 Un-distort the distortions, un-ravel the raveled, un-conflict the conflicted, disconnect the aberrations, un-loop the loop, un-switch the switch of the perpetual regeneration systems of all of these things that limit my DNA performance and create disarray in order to move me to my rightful path of enlightenment.

#7 Remove the implants and explants that stimulate the “having” mode and downplay the “being” mode. Reinstate the “being” mode in order for me to realize the highest possible level of consciousness.

#8 Remove the double-bind DNA program that decreases energy in the lower chakra centers when higher chakra centers expand and grow. Enable me to have access to 100% energy from all chakras at any given time to more fully realize my being.

#9 Rescind all judgments, perceptions, imprints, agreements, vows, and pacts that have impacted my consciousness that pertain to the unquestioning aspect of the mother archetype, including all false perceptions, enabling me to move towards my natural state of pure consciousness. Unlink the illness connection at the root chakra by releasing the bond between childhood illness evoking a mother’s compassion, and enable compassion via wellness. Allow me to have my rightful inheritance with the true Mother energy.

#10 Deactivate and remove any implants and explants that have impacted my consciousness through restrictive DNA programs and limited my being, including all false realities that were created as a result of these implants. Remove all systems that mimic RNA, DNA, or any other nucleic programming that perpetuate the current restrictive system. Remove any limitations that were indoctrinated into me through atomic, subatomic, pre-atomic, molecular, or chromosomal programming. Completely release all distortions of consciousness that have ever been foisted upon me, reclaiming my identity as an unlimited being, and aligning me with universal truth.

#11 Clear all of the above items through infinity and throughout eternity. It is done, it is done, it is done.

Pay attention over the next few months to new realizations that occur as a result of activating unused portions of your DNA. Know these realizations are contributing to a higher growth in consciousness, once that has the potential to lead you to enlightenment during this physical lifetime!

There is ongoing, documented contact with benevolent, spiritually and technologically advanced ultra and extraterrestrials at the Sattva Sanctuary in Trout Lake, Washington. This contact is an ongoing controversy that is met with a variety of responses. Hopefully, the information that follows will clear up some of the many fears and questions concerning the nature and purpose of these contacts and what our motives are in presenting it to you.

These extremely advanced intra, extra and ultraterrestrials have faced and transcended many of the challenges and fears in their past that we on Earth now face. The environmental and energy crises with all the competition, war and greed are all part of their history. They believe planets and civilizations are terrible things to waste and warn that continuing with our present course will result in social, economic and environmental collapse.

These benevolent beings have an omnipresent understanding of God that transcends the need to separate into structured truths with names, images and dogma. This is one of the main problems causing the fear, separation, division and war now plaguing Humanity and the Earth. They have found it is better to honor diversity and choose the Universal principles and understandings within each culture that are necessary for a healthy society and environment. Principles that support Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, Individual Freedom and Prosperity for all and service to the Creator within all Creation.

These understandings, given to our forefather/mothers, were inspired by great overseers in the past and are the basic foundations for all religions today. Unfortunately, these basic truths have long since been altered by kings, governments and religious institutions that still dominate the social consciousness of Earth today. They do this by keeping people in fear, ignorance and dependent upon them for the basic life necessities of food, water, shelter, clothing, medicine and transportation.

The time has arrived where Humanity must come together as a collective to agree upon and live by the basic Universal Principles as the first and foremost priority. When this occurs, Humanity will have met the protocols necessary for contact and the exchange of knowledge and information can begin. We are meeting these protocols which is why we have been highly successful in contact and telepathic exchange with these benevolent spiritually and technologically advanced beings.

Rather than being called aliens, it is more appropriate to call them members of the greater family of man/woman. They are not here to be worshiped. They are not here to conquer Earth and it's inhabitants. They are not here to take our natural resources. The simple fact that they have not done so by now shows that this is not their agenda. They are here to inspire each individual to make their own personal God connection and live by the Universal Principles necessary for a healthy society and environment. They are here to assist Humanity in a birthing process into the Fifth World, or the 'Golden Age of God' spoken of in ancient prophecies in most every culture on Earth. It is a turbulent, rocky road with many personal and collective challenges. They are here to alleviate the severity of some of the events in the days to come. Some in the past have referred to them as Gods. Others as angels.

While there is a dark side within the alien agenda, it is a thimble full compared to the benevolent side. The dark side is being ushered out, finishing lessons that are now fast coming to a close. The days of tyranny on Earth and the Universe are ending. It is a cosmic plan so vast and powerful that those not able to flow with it will be energetically unable to sustain themselves. It is plan that no man can stop, implemented by beings with full use of the creational energies. We need to make way for the Light.

The greater family of man/woman has many forms. There is a vibrational continuum and they exist in many states of awareness and forms along this continuum. Some are pure consciousness. Some have magnetized light bodies, energy bodies and some are physical. There are also many advanced races with technology as advanced as their spirituality. What we today in our limited understandings call a miracle is to them nothing more than the science of using creational energy.

Unlike the spiritually corrupt elite on our planet that we allow to own and use our advanced technology, these beings are using it for the betterment of all people and all life. This is why there is so much confusion concerning contact with angelic guides and ascended masters or spiritually and technologically advanced beings often referred to as ETs. At some point, these terms become interchangeable.

There is a saying, "just because you are dead does not mean you are enlightened". This can be expanded to include, "just because you have technology and a ship doesn't not mean you are benevolent and have the highest and best good of Humanity and the Earth in mind". Every experience and connection needs to be tested according to the Universal Principles or Laws of Creation. Do they inspire your own individual God connection, Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, Individual Freedom and Equality, service to the Creator within all creation? These are guidelines to use when receiving information, choosing any teachers or groups and for everyday life situations. If these Universal Laws are not being applied, it is time to find a new group, change the source of your information or make the changes necessary in your life to be in harmony with them.

The presence of UFOs, or IFOs (Identified Flying Objects), in this part of Washington state stretches back into ancient history with stories from the indigenous people. Scientific investigations and reports from noted scientists and researchers such as Dr. J Allen Hynek, Bill Vogel, David Akers and Greg Long bring undeniable evidence to the table of the ongoing IFO activity in this area since at least the late 1940's. The photos, 11 hours of video, over 700 eyewitnesses including astrophysicists, scientists, aeronautic engineers, air force, commercial and private pilots and employees in the aviation industry, the anomalous leaf growth and the two landings this year of two off-world craft that we have documented adds to what now can be only be described as extraordinary evidence.

In the past, the ships played a cat and mouse game with scientists and investigators. Almost all attempts to document their presence was evaded. Also during this time, many people living in the area reported having experiences with these beings, but the contacts would never progress beyond the person's own uncertainties and fears of the unknown. Even many of the Native Americans in the area feared and avoided contact with the "Stick Indians" that appeared to them. This, despite their own incredible legends of the "man with red eyes" with great healing powers who came and lived among their people until he died and his body was taken away by an object that descended from the sky and flew off.

Unlike the past, the craft and occupants are now showing a willingness and desire to be photographed and video taped. Many ask why? The reason is simple. We are meeting the protocols for contact and are rising to the occasion while leaving our fears behind. We do our best to live according to the Universal principles and are committed to service in the awakening and healing of Humanity and the Earth. This is the sole reason we are highly successful where others have failed. The photos taken by guests and investigators were taken by people with high integrity and pure intent. Some were highly educated and some were not. An open mind and loving heart and standing with impeccable integrity are the protocols for contact.

There are steps we must take in order to have Galactic Exchange. The first is documentation of the reality of extra, intra and ultraterrestrial presence and dissemination of the information as to their true nature and desires concerning Humanity and the Earth.

The second step is creating the foundation and environment necessary for Galactic Exchange, a Univer-City set up for contact and the exchange of knowledge and information that will assist in the awakening and healing of Humanity and the Earth. The possibility to heal the past, end disease, clean up the environment and use free, earth friendly energy technology all exist. It has already been disseminated to many, yet due to greed and vested interests, these technologies and therapies are suppressed. There needs to be an end to suppression and an independent assessment made without vested interests.

There also needs to be a stand down policy with the military concerning all aggressive action towards these highly evolved beings. It has been well established that military attempts to engage them have been primitive and barbaric that usually ends up with the occupants of these craft taking the high road, jumping into the next dimension or speeding off at phenomenal rates of speed, defying all our known laws of physics. There has also been the reports of the disappearance of military aircraft. It is nothing to send a craft back or forward in time to another place or dimension if you have full use of creational energy. Choosing ambassadors with pure intentions who have met the necessary protocols we have mentioned is the only way we will be successful in establishing international security and contact with these benevolent beings.

This is how a beneficial working relationship with this advanced Universal Family must begin. Then we can create an ongoing Galactic exchange center for opening the door to unification with the rest of the Universe. ECETI and the Self-Mastery Earth Institute are fully dedicated to these goals. We are working towards putting together a consortium of top minds in each field to embrace this new knowledge and disseminate it to students and the public at large. This unification and the other steps have all been agreed to by our benevolent, spiritually and technologically advanced brothers and sisters. It is up to us to release our fears, rise to the occasion and meet these protocols with impeccable integrity, choosing to live by the universal principles and understandings necessary for a healthy society and environment. This is an opportunity, a gift.

We are not here to debate, deny or continue living in fear and ignorance over the reality of UFOs and their occupants. We are not here to engage in petty bickering over religious dogma. We are here to serve those who choose a higher path, a sustainable life in harmony with Nature and the Universe. We are here for those who want to evolve beyond fear, denial and social consciousness and into a greater understanding of the Universe in which we live and share with our Greater Family of Mankind.

There is unlimited potential in these new energies to change your circumstances, to experience abundance, to grow spiritually, to connect with your soul, and to reach many expanded states of awareness.

Because your thoughts create your reality, it is important to pay attention to them. You have great potential to transform any area of your life and consciousness by modifying your thoughts. As you revise your thoughts, you can create new circumstances.

Think of some area of your life you would like to change. Perhaps this is an area that is not working as well as you would like. Or, you may want to take a quantum leap, such as to awaken your intuitive abilities and your light body, to become a channel, or to find your soul-mate. You can start transforming this area by changing your thoughts about it. One way is to create positive statements about what you want, stated in the present tense, such as, "I am now financially independent and free." As you say these positive statements, called "affirmations," you will begin to create them as your reality. We have included many affirmations in this newsletter for you to use. We encourage you to discover your own as well.

Invent wonderful new thoughts and possibilities for yourself; dare to think big and affirm that your dreams can be your reality. Be playful and have fun as you think of new affirmations! Watch what you say to yourself and others, and listen to people as they speak. When you hear something negative, mentally change it into a positive statement.

If you are having trouble imagining a positive reality, make a list of all the reasons why you can't create the reality you want. Then make these into positive statements about why you can manifest the reality you want.

If you can't identify what thoughts are creating your reality, ask your Higher Self and soul to bring them to your awareness so you can change them. Be alert and pay attention to your thoughts, and revise them to reflect the reality you want to create.

Thoughts are easy to change, but it takes persistence to not fall back into old ways of thinking. Don't get discouraged if you catch old, negative thoughts recurring. Simply replace them with the new thoughts you have created. Write down your favorite affirmations, and post them somewhere you will see them. Keep repeating these positive thoughts until you think in new ways automatically. We send you light as you create your new reality.

What in your history seemed ridiculous or improbable has often become possible, then realised, in particular in the last fifty years. Be aware that the future will be even more surprising. You will discover the worst as well as the best.

Like billions others in this galaxy, we are conscious creatures that some name "extra-terrestrials", even though reality is subtler.

There is no fundamental difference between you and us, save for the experience of certain stages of evolution. Like in any other organised structure, hierarchy exists in our internal relationships. Ours is based upon the wisdom of several races. It is with the approval of this hierarchy that we turn to you.

Like most of you, we are in the quest of the Supreme Being. Therefore we are not gods or lesser gods but virtually your equals in the Cosmic Brotherhood.

Physically, we are somewhat different from you but for most of us humanoid-shaped.

Our existence is a reality but the majority of you does not perceive it yet. We are not mere observations, we are consciences just like you. You fail to apprehend us because we remain invisible to your senses and measure instruments most of the time.

We wish to fill this void at this moment in your history. We made this collective decision but this is not enough. We need yours. Through this message, you become the decision-makers ! You personally.

At certain stages of evolution, cosmic "humanities” discover new forms of science beyond the apparent control of matter. Structured dematerialisation and materialisation are part of them. This is what your humanity has reached in a few laboratories, in close collaboration with other "extra-terrestrial" creatures at the cost of hazardous compromises that remain purposedly hidden from you by some of your representatives.

Apart from the aerial or spatial objects or phenomena known about by your scientific community, that you call 'UFOs, there are essentially multidimensional manufactured spaceships that apply these capacities.

Many human beings have been in visual, auditory, tactile or psychic contact with such ships, some of which are under occult powers that "govern" you. The scarcity of your observations is due to the outstanding advantages provided by the dematerialised state of these ships.

By not witnessing them by yourself, you cannot believe in their existence. We fully understand this.

The majority of these observations are made on an individual basis so as to touch the soul and not to modify any organised system. This is deliberate from the races that surround you but for very different reasons and results.

For negative multidimensional beings that play a part in the exercise of power in the shadow of human oligarchy, discretion is motivated by their will to keep their existence and seizure unknown.

For us, discretion is motivated by the respect of the human free will that people can exercise to manage their own affairs so that they can reach technical and spiritual maturity on their own. Humankind's entrance into the family of galactic civilisations is greatly expected.

We can appear in broad daylight and help you attain this union. We haven't done it so far, as too few of you have genuinely desired it, because of ignorance, indifference or fear, and because the emergency of the situation did not justify it. Many of those who study our appearances count the lights in the night without lighting the way. Often they think in terms of objects when it is all about conscious beings.

You are the offspring of many traditions that throughout time have been mutually enriched by each others' contributions. The same applies to the races at the surface of the Earth. Your goal is to unite in the respect of these roots to accomplish a common project. The appearance of your cultures seems to keep you separated because you substitute it to your deeper being. Shape is now more important than the essence of your subtle nature. For the powers in place, this prevalence of the shape constitutes the ramparts against any form of jeopardy.

You are being called on to overcome shape while still respecting it for its richness and beauty. Understanding the conscience of shape makes us love men in their diversity. Peace does not mean not making war, it consists in becoming what you are in reality: a same Fraternity.

To understand this, the number of solutions within your reach are decreasing. One of them consists in contact with another race that would reflect the image of what you are in reality.

Except for rare occasions, our interventions always had very little incidence on your capacity to make collective and individual decisions about your own future. This is motivated by our knowledge of your deep psychological mechanisms.

We reached the conclusion that freedom is built every day as a being becomes aware of himself and of his environment, getting progressively rid of constraints and inertias, whatever they may be. Despite the numerous, brave and willing human consciences, those inertias are artificially maintained for the profit of a growing centralising power.

Until recently, mankind lived a satisfying control of its decisions. But it is losing more and more the control of its own fate because of the growing use of advanced technologies, which lethal consequences on the earthly and human ecosystems become irreversible. You are slowly but surely losing your extraordinary capacity to make life desirable. Your resilience will artificially decrease, independently of your own will. Such technologies exist that affect your body as well as your mind. Such plans are on their way.

This can change as long as you keep this creative power in you, even if it cohabits with the dark intentions of your potential lords. This is the reason why we remain invisible. This individual power is doomed to vanish should a collective reaction of great magnitude not happen. The period to come is that of rupture, whichever it may be.

But should you wait for the last moment to find solutions ? Should you anticipate or undergo pain ?

Your history has never ceased to be marked by encounters between peoples who had to discover one another in conditions that were often conflictual. Conquests almost always happened to the detriment of others. Earth has now become a village where everyone knows everyone else but still conflicts persist and threats of all kinds get worse in duration and intensity.

Although a Human being as an individual, yet having many potential capacities, cannot exercise them with dignity. This is the case for the biggest majority of you for reasons that are essentially geopolitical.

There are several billion of you. The education of your children and your living conditions, as well as the conditions of numerous animals and much plant life are nevertheless under the thumb of a small number of your political, financial, military and religious representatives.

Your thoughts and beliefs are modelled after partisan interests to turn you into slaves while at the same time giving you the feeling that you are in total control of your destiny, which in essence is the reality.

But there is a long way between a wish and a fact when the true rules of the game at hand are unknown. This time, you are not the conqueror. Biasing information is a millenary strategy for human beings. Inducting thoughts, emotions or organisms that do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies is an even older a strategy.

Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you. The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no long-term collective project has been launched.

Ecosystem exhaustion mechanisms have exceeded irreversible limits. The scarcity of resources and their unfair distribution - resources which entry price will rise day after day - will bring about fratricide fights at a large scale, but also at the very heart of your cities and countrysides.

Hatred grows bigger but so does love. That is what keeps you confident in your ability to find solutions. But the critical mass is insufficient and a sabotage work is cleverly being carried out.

Human behaviours, formed from past habits and trainings, have such an inertia that this perspective leads you to a dead end. You entrust these problems to representatives, whose conscience of common well-being slowly fades away in front of corporatist interests, with those difficulties. They are always debating on the form but rarely on the content.

Just at the moment of action, delays will accumulate to the point when you have to submit rather than choose. This is the reason why, more than ever in your history, your decisions of today will directly and significantly impact your survival of tomorrow.

What event could radically modify this inertia that is typical of any civilisation ? Where will a collective and unifying awareness come from, that will stop this blind rushing ahead ?

Tribes, populations and human nations have always encountered and interacted with one another. Faced with the threats weighing upon the human family, it is perhaps time that a greater interaction occurred.

A great roller wave is on the verge of emerging. It mixes very positive but also very negative aspects.

There are two ways to establish a cosmic contact with another civilisation: via its standing representatives or directly with individuals without distinction. The first way entails fights of interests, the second way brings awareness.

The first way was chosen by a group of races motivated by keeping mankind in slavery, thereby controlling Earth resources, the gene pool and human emotional energy.

The second way was chosen by a group of races allied with the cause of the Spirit of service. Most of you ignore that non-human creatures took part in the exercise of those centralising powers without them being neither suspected nor accessible to your senses. This is so true that they have almost very subtly taken control. They do not necessarily stand on your material plan, and that is precisely what could make them extremely efficient and frightening in the near future. However, be aware that a large number of your representatives are fighting this danger ! Be aware that not all abductions are made against you. It is difficult to recognize the truth !

How could you under such conditions exercise your free will when it is so much manipulated ? What are you really free of ?

Peace and reunification of your peoples would be a first step toward the harmony with civilisations other than yours.

That is precisely what those who manipulate you behind the scenes want to avoid at all cost because, by dividing, they reign! They also reign over those who govern you. Their strength comes from their capacity to distillate mistrust and fear into you. This considerably harms your very cosmic nature.

This message would be of no interest if these manipulators' tutorate did not reach its peak and if their misleading and murderous plans did not materialise in a few years from now. Their deadlines are close and mankind will undergo unprecedented torments for the next ten cycles.

To defend yourselves against this aggression that bears no face, you need at least to have enough information that leads to the solution.

As is also the case with humans, resistance exists amongst those dominant races. Here again, appearance will not be enough to tell the dominator from the ally. At your current state of psychism, it is extremely difficult for you to distinguish between them. In addition to your intuition, training will be necessary when the time has come.

Being aware of the priceless value of free will, we are inviting you to an alternative.

We can offer you a more holistic vision of the universe and of life, constructive interactions, the experience of fair and fraternal relationships, liberating technical knowledge, eradiction of suffering, controlled exercise of individual powers, the access to new forms of energy and, finally, a better comprehension of consciousness.

We cannot help you overcome your individual and collective fears, or bring you laws that you would not have chosen, work on your own selves, individual and collective effort to build the world you desire, the spirit of quest to new skies.

Should you decide that such a contact takes place, we would rejoice over the safeguarding of fraternal equilibrium in this region of the universe, fruitful diplomatic exchanges, and the intense Joy of knowing that you are united to accomplish what you are capable of. The feeling of Joy is strongly sought in the universe for its energy is divine.

The truth of soul can be read by telepathy. You only need to clearly ask yourself this question and give your answer as clearly, on your own or in a group, as you wish. For us, the immediate consequence of a collective favourable decision would be the materialisation of many ships, in your sky and on Earth.

The main difference between your daily prayers to entities of a strictly spiritual nature and your current decision is extremely simple :

We know that "foreigners" are considered as enemies as long as they embody the "unknown". In a first stage, the emotion that our appearance will generate will strengthen your relationships on a worldwide scale.

How could you know whether our arrival is the consequence of your collective choice ? For the simple reason that we would have otherwise been already there for a long time at your level of existence ! If we are not there yet, it is because you have not made such a decision explicitely.

Some among you might think that we would make you believe in a deliberate choice of yours so as to legitimate our arrival, though this would not be true. What interest would we have to openly offer you what you haven't got any access to yet, for the benefit of the greatest number of you ?

How could you be certain that this is not yet another subtle manoeuvre of the "third party" to better enslave you ? Because one always more efficiently fights something that is identified than the contrary. Isn't the terrorism that corrodes you a blatant example ?

Whatever, you are the sole judge in your own heart and soul ! Whatever your choice, it would be respectable and respected ! In the absence of human representatives who could potentially seduce into error you ignore everything about us as well as from about those who manipulate you without your consent.

In your situation, the precautionary principle that consists in not trying to discover us does no longer prevail. You are already in the Pandora's box that the "third party" has created around you. Whatever your decision may be you will have to get out of it.

In the face of such a dilemma, one ignorance against another, you need to ask your intuition. Do you want to see us with your own eyes, or simply believe what your thinkers say ? That is the real question!

After thousands of years, one day, this choice was going to be inevitable: choosing between two unknowns.

Translate and spread this message widely. This action will affect your future in an irreversible and historical way at the scale of milleniums, otherwise, it will postpone a new opportunity to choose to several years later, at least one generation, if it can survive.

The big medias will not be necessarely interested in spreading this message. It is therefore your task, as an anonymous yet an extraordinary thinking and loving being, to transmit it.

I received on November 2, 2003 a forwarded copy of a message titled “Change the World: Decide Whether We Should Show Up!” (www.geocities.com/changetheworld_now/Changetheworld1.htm). The ‘Message’ had been slowly circulating for some weeks before I received it, and in part due to my own commentary and distribution of it, it has more widely circulated over the Internet. This has prompted a number of individuals to contact me to provide more information about the Message and elaborate on whether it is genuine. The Message claimed to originate from an unknown group of extraterrestrials (ETs) that wanted to ask “individuals without distinction” (humanity outside the political process) the simple yet profound question "Do You Wish That We Show Up?" The ‘Message’ claimed to be conducting a global ballot on behalf of ETs that have been silently observing Earth for an extended period of time. If genuine, the question and ‘ballot’ it proposes for the benefit of visiting ETs carries with it deep implications that deserve serious discussion.

The response to the Message has been widespread. Some have openly embraced it as a ‘First Contact’ message from one or more benevolent ET races, and have unambiguously said, Yes! Others have viewed it as a trick from manipulative ETs who want to covertly take over humanity, and said No! Yet another response has been to dismiss it entirely as ‘extremely sophisticated disinformation’ and said ‘not worth answering’! Another response has been to be cautious and seek to better understand the message, its origins, the possible ETs that sent it, its implications for global humanity, and an appropriate response. I fall into this latter category of responses and what follows is based on my analysis of the message and the possibility that it is a genuine communication to global humanity from an ET race.

Who Wrote the Message? The author of the message is Jean Ederman, a French pilot, air traffic controller and airport manager, who claims to have been given the Message by a visiting group of 'benevolent ETs' after ‘mentally projecting himself into their space’. On his website (www.geocities.com/changetheworld_now/index.html) he describes a number of experiences he has had with visiting ET races over the years as well as the experience that produced the Message: “after having learned how to mentally project myself to a place in the presence of benevolent ETs, I received the following message on behalf of their hierarchy.”

Ederman’s method of communication falls into a category that is described either as ‘transmission’, ‘channeling’ or ‘telepathic thought exchange’. Such a form of communication is not unusual when it comes to analyzing the literature on ETs since many researchers/former government employees have commented on this. For example, Sergeant Dan Sherman (www.aboveblack.com) has written extensively of his participation in ‘Project Preserve Destiny’, a secret US National Security Agency communication project that used psychics for establishing contact with ET races. If one accepts the reality of an ET presence on the planet that has been known by various military-intelligence agencies and governments around the planet since at least the 1940’s and not disclosed to most elected officials or the general public (see www.exopolitics.org) then telepathic forms of communications with ETs is very viable. The ability to insert thoughts/images into the auditory-visual portions of the human brain either by telepathic means or electronic, has apparently been mastered by both visiting ET cultures; and, more disturbingly, by military-intelligence agencies (www.alexconstantine.50megs.com/william_s_burroughs.html).

This suggests that Ederman’s claimed communication with ETs may be genuine. The difficult question is how do we ascertain whether it is genuine or not? One way is to look for clues in Ederman’s own experiences and writings concerning ETs, the other way is to examine the Message itself in terms of textual clarity, coherence, and its political content as far as ETs are concerned.

In examining Ederman’s website and his writings, one finds a chronology of Ederman’s experiences with ETs that date from 1977. He provides descriptions of ET technology that while technical in nature, are not that difficult to conceptually grasp. Much of his material is consistent with the material provided by well-known whistleblowers such as Bob Lazar, a former physicist employed at Area 51 (www.boblazar.com or www.swa-home.de/lazar.htm). Ederman’s technical writings appear to be very well informed, and indicate someone who is very familiar with advanced ET propulsion, energy and transportation modalities. Based on his experiences, website material, and the history of psychic communications with ET races, I find nothing to dismiss the possibility that Ederman did genuinely achieve telepathic communication with one or more advanced ET races in the Message to Humanity. This now takes me to a textual analysis of the Message.

Textual Analysis of Message to Humanity. What immediately stands out in the Message allegedly transmitted by Ederman is the strange grammar. Phrases are used that are sometimes difficult to grasp though the ideas behind them are coherent and consistent with the overall discussion in the text. This grammatical oddity appears to be little more than a translation problem from French to English. The integrity of the message therefore does not appear to be unduly undermined by the translation problems. In fact, the message appears to be strengthened by the awry grammar in a way that indicates this may have been an intentional aspect behind the message, and the choice of a non-English speaker by the possible ET race(s) behind it.

The odd grammar forces the native English speaker to deviate from the typical left hemisphere brain processing that dominates when reading textual information. The left-brain processing of information tends to be analytical, logical, and reductive. The pondering of the strange grammar forces English speakers to use the right brain hemisphere where the processing of information is more creative, intuitive and expansive. If a more advanced ET culture wanted to communicate to the general mass of humanity, and in the process shift individuals from using left brain dominant processes, to right brain dominant processes in order to more fully appreciate the content and significance of the Message, then translation from a non-dominant global language into the dominant language used on the internet would go a long way in achieving this purpose.

The overall text is coherent and consistent, and indicative of someone with a high degree of intelligence and conceptual sophistication. He is able to express a range of complex issues in an accessible manner, despite the grammatical difficulties the English reader encounters when reading the French translation. More importantly, the text brings together a range of issues that combine together very well to frame the essential question posed by the text: “Do You Wish that We Show Up?” The organization of the text suggests someone who is familiar with the issues and concepts being discussed, and is competent in communicating this to others.

Ederman’s style is deliberative and purposive, rather than discursive or didactive. This is indicative of someone who wants to ‘inform’ others rather than ‘impose’ beliefs on others. The message outlines the choices humanity has in dealing with a range of problems it has, rather than telling humanity what to do. The message makes clear what the ETs recommend, but does so in a way that leaves the choices up to humanity to decide. This suggests that the writer, is not setting out to establish a new philosophy or religion, but merely acting as a vehicle for transmission of the Message. My overall conclusion based on my analysis of the text is that Ederman is a rational intelligent individual, intent on faithfully communicating a message he has received, rather than concocting a story for a hidden agenda due to some psychological need for attention or ego gratification. The choice of a non-English speaker also appears to be significant in how the majority of humanity would process the Message. This takes me now to a political analysis of the Message.

(Exo)Political Analysis of the Message to Humanity The content of the Message refers to different ET races that have interacted with various governments: “There are two ways to establish a cosmic contact with another civilisation: via its standing representatives or directly with individuals without distinction. The first way entails fights of interests, the second way brings awareness. The first way was chosen by a group of races motivated by keeping mankind in slavery, thereby controlling Earth resources, the gene pool and human emotional energy. The second way was chosen by a group of races allied with the cause of the Spirit of service. We have, at our end, subscribed to this disinterested cause and introduced ourselves a few years ago to representatives of the human power who refused our outstretched hand on the pretext of incompatible interests with their strategic vision.” The reference to different ET races interacting with representatives of global governments immediately stands out for those not familiar with (exo)political studies of the ET presence. The Message suggests that the orientations and agendas of ETs differ widely. This will be quite disturbing for those attempting to grasp the implications of an ET presence in the first place, let alone the idea of different ET races with diverse agendas and activities.

In an on-line study paper that examines the degree to which ET races have infiltrated the military-intelligence communities in the United States (www.exopolitics.org/Study-Paper-4.htm), I distinguish between three broad categories of ETs and the different ET races that fall into these in terms of their respective activities, agendas and philosophies. The categories are the ‘good shepherd’, ‘protective parent’ and the ‘wise elder’. The 'good shepherds' are those ET races that use humanity as a resource as outlined in the Message. The ETs fitting into this category are well described by researchers such as Dr David Jacobs ( www.ufoabduction.com), Budd Hopkins (www.intrudersfoundation.org), and David Icke (www.davidicke.com). There is extensive evidence that these races do little more than use humanity as a resource, and work with military-intelligence agencies in ways that involve extensive human rights abuses (www.exopolitics.org/Dulce-Report.htm)

The 'protective parent' ETs basically behave like parents (our genetic star ancestors) who are concerned to protect their 'children' or ‘starseeds'. References to some members of this group of ETs are made by scholars such as Zecharia Sitchin (www.sitchin.com) who describe how humanity was seeded and protected by a ‘benevolent’ faction of ETs led by Enki, and by popular authors such as Ruth Montgomery who published a number of popular books in the 1970s and 1980s describing the benevolent activities of visiting ET races.

Finally, the 'wise elders' are ET races that essentially observe, offer counsel and don't really intervene at all except to offer advise that is empowering. Their overall intention appears to be one of assisting humanity by empowering it to resolve its myriad problems, rather than protecting humanity by physical intervention when the situation gets out of control. Popular ‘channels’ such as Barbara Marciniak (www.universe-people.com/bringers.htm) describe this group of ETs and how they attempt to empower humanity in seeking human solutions to global problems that are linked to the histories of competing ET groups.

My analysis is that the ET race that apparently communicated with Ederman is in the 'protective parent' category. This is evidenced in the concern the ETs in the Message display with the human predicament and the sense of urgency they have in terms of the little time they argue humanity has. They show special concern for the situation created by ‘official representatives’ of humanity entering into agreements with the 'good shepherd' ETs (trading ET technology for human biological specimens, permitting ET underground bases, and experiments on human subjects). However, the ETs in the Message do not appear to be in the category of self-empowering ETs since they make clear their desire to assist humanity by some act of physical intervention that overrides the agreements reached by humanity’s political ‘representatives’ with good shepherd ETs. The underlying idea here is that without such physical intervention, the majority of the human population will eventually succumb to the covert agendas orchestrated by political elites and good shepherd ETs.

The ET’s communicating in the Message are very respectful as evidenced by their asking for humanity’s permission and they appear to be quite guarded in what they can offer. Their reference to a hierarchy of ETs to which they report suggests that they are following galactic protocols laid down by more developed ET races for intervention on planets such as Earth. Such protocols are described in the work of Alfred Webre who conducted research into different forms of communication with visiting ET races: (www.universebooks.com/exoone.html).

It appears from the Message that the ET race involved has most likely gained permission by more evolved ETs (wise elders), to ask humanity the question concerning possible ET intervention. It seems that the transparent purpose is that nothing would be lost in asking the question. Even if humanity collectively said no or wasn't ready to say yes, that would help sharpen human awareness, make humanity more alert to the problems confronting it (the most immediate being to reveal the full extent of all government agreements with ET races) and finally help empower humanity.

Thus far, my (exo)political analysis of the Message is quite consistent with the research I have conducted on the political implications of the ET presence. The message is sophisticated in its analysis of the political problems caused by ETs visiting the planet and the consequences of the agreements they have reached with the military-intelligence communities that have ‘represented’ global humanity. I now look at one further possibility that might cast doubt on the genuineness of the message.

One possibility that has been raised is that the message is a form of sophisticated disinformation. The military-intelligence community in the US and elsewhere has developed sophisticated disinformation strategies to distract UFO/ET researchers, misdirect their meager resources to unproductive areas, create division in the UFO/ET research community, or to simply confuse and create uncertainty. The primary goal of such disinformation is to direct attention away from any information that might threaten the non-disclosure policy of the military-intelligence community. The Message, on the contrary, achieves precisely the opposite. It has achieved a growing degree of public attention by disseminating information that undermines efforts by the military-intelligence community and responsible political representatives to deny the reality of the ET presence. The Message directs attention to the culpability of human ‘representatives’ in establishing agreements with extraterrestrial races that have led to abuses of individuals and global humanity more generally. This reference to the culpability of the military-intelligence community is not something that this community desires to become public as evidenced in efforts to cover up cases such as human rights abuses in shared military-extraterrestrial facilities (www.exopolitics.org/Dulce-Report.htm). Due to the orientation and effect of the Message, and consistency with results of my own research on the extraterrestrial presence, I conclude that it is not government disinformation.

Conclusion: Is the Message to Humanity a Genuine ET Communication? As a result of my analysis of Ederman’s background, intellectual abilities, and technical knowledge, nothing stands out as excluding the possibility that his Message constitutes a genuine communication from an ET race. My analysis of the political implications of the Message indicates that it is consistent with the basic facts concerning the ET presence. It does not appear to be the case that the Message is ‘disinformation’ by covert branches of the military-intelligence community. My overall conclusion is that the Message is a genuine communication to global humanity from an ET race. The question that then arises is do we give permission to this ET race or races to physically intervene in human affairs?

Certainly, the myriad difficulties caused by the military-intelligence communities entering into technology exchange agreements with some ET factions, maintaining secrecy over these, consuming vast ‘black budget’ resources, not releasing the technology to the civilian sector, and the vast damage done to the global environment from using predatory technologies, constitutes a global crisis. This is nowhere better exemplified than in the energy arena where it appears that fossil fuel dependence would be redundant if the technology available from ET races were made available to the general public. Having a physical ET intervention would assist in addressing these issues, but it would have to happen in a way that empowers global humanity, rather than make it dependent on the ET helpers that appear on the scene to assist humanity. My recommendation is that we should welcome the Message. Rather than say yes to the question, ‘Do You Wish That We Show Up?’ say ‘thanks for asking us’, and we'll see what answer we can come up with. We need to develop very quickly a set of ground rules for what we would like in terms of an ET intervention, and something along the lines of a ‘Code of Conduct’ to govern subsequent interactions. Coming up with such agreements by groups of ‘individuals without distinction’ willing to contribute to such an endeavor will take time, dialogue and negotiation amongst many who are still unsure or fearful of the ET presence. I believe that what's most important about the message is its self-empowering potential, and the hope that those individuals who best represent ‘enlightened global humanity will in time work out a consensus over what needs to be done in responding to an offer of assistance from a service oriented ET race or races.

While a participant in a large convention in the Denver area a middle-aged woman approached my booth for a palm reading.

She said, “ I was directed to come to you by my guides. I don’t know why or what I’m supposed to do now, but I’m here. I don’t know where I am in my life’s work right now, or if I am on the right path. My relationship is causing my mind to whirl and my business structure is constantly in the change mode. What can you do to HELP?”

Key in her rambling conversation was the word “HELP”. As a practicing Palmist over 50 years my main focus has always been to use my talent and abilities to help those who request a reading. I guide, encourage, straighten out thinking, and enlighten individuals.

I use Oriental Palmistry, one of the two most authentic types in the world, having been in existence since 3000 BC. There are at least 15 types of palmistry in existence. The most famous one is Hindu Indian.

Numerous variations of those areas can be comprehended and detected by a palm reader. Interpretation of the lines exposes, reveals, uncovers and allows discovery.

In reading a palm specific information is gleaned about an individual where intense data can be uncovered. After a palm reading session one discovers life is less stressful. People are able to handle the use of their time more easily as they learn to minimize their weaknesses and take advantage of their strengths.

Since 1967 the Science of Palmistry has been taught in Medical Schools throughout the US. Pre-Med students are instructed in the human palm to aid in their diagnosis of patients. Every single newborn baby’s palm is analyzed by doctors for defects, or missing components that could affect the future health of the baby. At birth a newborn’s hands are clenched which causes the lines to form on the human palm. On Day 2 the fingers begin to loosen and by Day 3 the infant has the well-known powerful “grip”. In death the thumb is once again curled into the palm.

In every reading I pick up medical problems, mental heath difficulties and in particular, undesirable behaviors in a person. Because I love a mystery I choose to unravel the secrets and hidden memories in the psyche. This in turn helps the person I am reading. They are then able to understand where they have been in the past, what they are doing in the present and what life holds in store for them in the future.

It has been said, “Hairdressers see it all” but I take exception to that statement because I see it, hear it and feel it “all” in my life’s work utilizing Palmistry. To date I have documented over 30,700 palms with a 90-95% accuracy rate.

There are five basic lines on every human palm that carry the present, past and future. I study all these areas to give a comprehensive reading. They are: Life Line, Love Line, (Soul Mate Symbol), Work Line, Reproduction and the Bracelets. I study all of these areas before I answer that question.

The Life Line denotes the length of time a person could live. Years can be calculated by counting the fingers (20 years each) and the space between each finger (ten years each). For any extra area on the Life Line I mentally add one to five years to extend it to the actual end of the line. I never predict the exact year a person will live to while on this earth, but give them a ballpark figure such in the early 90's or late 80's. A fork at the end of a Life Line = extended years. It would look like a stripe such as this: ________>. A "V" at the end of it is a good symbol.

One has only to wish, want, desire and hope to realize their dream A palm shows the possibility of goals that can be accomplished. I see if a person is strong enough to make things happen for themselves. Some people never dare to dream while others are constantly dreaming.

What should my expectations in love, relationships and marriage be for the future?

The Love Line gives me clues one’s love life from puberty to old age. It showcases loves past, current relationships, broken engagements, couples living together as man and wife under the same roof but not married, marriages and unions between two consenting adults. It displays depression, joy and frustration in romantic entanglements. The ages of the partners can be determined on either or both individuals palms by the length of their Love Line. The length of unions can also be figured out by the length and intensity of the lines. I look at the wishbone markings which equals a connection a person has and how it progresses in time. "V" equals two partners, each being one side of the line.

In order for anyone to find their soul mate two marks must visualize on the palm.

The old soul scratch marks found under the fingers and in the area above the Life Line denote time spent on this planet as someone else. Each mark represents 100 years. The average old soul marking on a palm is between 4 and 7 marks which equates to 400 to 700 years of experience. A marking by the wrist that is shaped like a mountain, or baseball diamond is the second necessary symbol to show that person has the possibility of finding and spending the rest of their life with their soul mate.

If one has both of these areas clearly marked on their palm they can end up with the true love from a past life in this one. It is their old soul finding another old soul but in this lifetime they are two other people. This is known as reincarnation.

Only time will tell if one can find utopia in this world. No one is perfect. Once that is established in the mind, it is possible to be content with your life. Happiness means different things to different people. Some count money and success as the top of the heap while others count their family, health and relationships as their highest peak.

Example: A neighbor yelled at you; you were insulted. That same night when you go to sleep you dream about something totally unrelated to help yourself get past the hurt so the next day you can go forward and move past their insults.

Reproduction is the only line on the palm where two people are involved. The total number of marks on this spot determines the possibility of live births. Marks on the baby finger denote the total eggs a woman carries and how many children she is able to reproduce. Two kinds of lines, vertical and horizontal are located at this spot.

The male determines the final outcome of the birth, no matter what the woman carries on her palm. Example: a lady carries four marks, (typical number, nationally) all female. She mates with a man who carries only boys on his baby finger. That couple would reproduce boys since the male sperm out drives the females and they are faster and stronger. Her female eggs become male babies.

There is no way a palmist can see if a pregnancy is OK. Only the medical profession can monitor that area. A person in strong, healthy physical condition can usually expect to do well during their pregnancies and deliveries.

Speculation in financial matters does not show up on the palm. However the letter "M" on a palm denotes money coming in and it also represents a person who is a survivor. If someone invested in a project and they had the "M" distinctly showing on their palm it would mean they would have great potential to bring wealth and prosperity to that individual. The money line must also visualize in conjunction with the "M" in order to create the atmosphere of greatness and success in business matters. When a person has both showing they can do no wrong. The money symbol is found on the baby finger side of the palm about 1" down from the wrist and is about 1" to 2" in length and runs diagonally.

The Work Line is found on the palm under the thumb and it is either heavily striped or intermittently striped here and there. The heavily striped palm shows a hard-working person. Sketchy lines on this area means the person worked, then stopped for a time, then started up again. I cannot predict one's job security, but can see if raises or promotions happened or are going to occur in the future.

Being alert to opportunities in the business world are always options. If an individual is happy with the job and the people they work with there is no reason to run scared and job-hunt. But an up-to-date resume is a tool one should keep on the back burner for the day they might need it. I tell clients to keep their eyes and ears open, not be become oblivious to change in the workplace. A person is usually instinctive when it is time to think about moving on to another company.

The palm shows imagination, creative thought processing, ability to project into the future and if a person is a visionary or not. A person who is a dreamer can be noted by looking at the fingers when thrown down on a table. If there is a raised area under the baby finger that person has a wonderful command of the human language and can express well, either verbally or non-verbally. A "V" or fork at the end of the Life Line also tells me if that person has the above mentioned abilities.

A palm shows wealth and happiness, low periods in a person's life with troubled times and trapped feelings. It does not show IF that person will get the material things they desire. The will and need must be present for the changes necessary to make one's wishes come true. If a person set a goal and worked toward it they could accomplish the purchase of a new home, a car or a planned vacation.

Literature explaining the order of the lines covered in the reading is given. The exact repertoire is used for each session. Variation of time is spent on any given line due to people being different. A Vibration Test is conducted to determine one’s mental and physical health of the time of the reading. Using the dominant hand, the elbow is placed on the table, palm outstretched at a 90 degree angle to the body. The fingers are placed on the thumb muscle, forced to the end of the palm. The thumb is laid on top of the squeezed fingers. Both the reader and individual being read “make a muscle”, squeezing the biceps for 15 seconds. The reader announces “Release”, the Vibration Test commences. The reader slowly goes above and over the palm of the person’s outstretched palm using their own palm to feel the presence of heat, coldness, dryness, or moistness of the hand. These are clues to one’s health.

Another designation for the Love line is the Heart line. Both imply romance, powerful feelings and elevated emotions. Early love experiences are lines found on the thumb side of the hand, running toward the center of the palm. Marriages visualize as a wishbone–shaped line representing two individuals in a union. Each side of the wishbone equals one partner; at the connection they are “one”. An unbroken wishbone line reveals harmony in the relationship. Chop marks represent choppy, uneven times in the relationship. Engagements, terminated relationships, the greatest love affair of the century, and everyday marriages, all of these connections are visible on the Love line. Experiences that impressed one as well as pain, hurt and despair show up on the Love line. Deep marks are telltale evidence of a person’s roller coaster love life.

4. Will our emotional connection remain solid and endure through the years?

The wishbone lines represent a romantic interlude, an involvement. This type of Love Line may be due to enforced separation, such as parents keeping a boy away from their daughter, or a divorce or death.

Divorce visualizes as a slash mark across the bottom of the wishbone line; a flat line creating a triangle.

Death visualizes as a broken line and appears etched on the palm. It is located at the bottom of the wishbone line. There is an opening by the edge of the wishbone; it is not closed and cannot create a triangle.

The wishbone lines represent numerous years spent in a fulfilled union with a compatible spouse. Couples who truly love each other, share all life has to offer. This type of line is a 100% support system that is reciprocated. Long unions may show wear and tear, the ups and downs a family has endured.

In time couples begin to look, act and feel like one another, react in the same way, hate and love the same things, learn each other’s habits and routines. In true love one never says, “I love you but you have enormous feet”. Nobody can change the size of his or her feet! By accepting the essence of their mate without qualifications or conditions in an affectionate, giving relationship, one demonstrates mature love. In a solid, loving relationship both partners simply “know” real love.

My reply: enter into the mainstream of life, be a participant, explore new avenues, experiment, and seek change for self. The soul mate relationship is unique because it reunites two individuals who knew each other when both lived on this planet during another lifetime. If an individual has a need and their soul mate feels and acknowledges their longing for the “call home”, they respond in kind to their need.

In Asian/Oriental Palmistry the definition of a soul mate is one who bonds with another and is familiar with them. They are from another time zone when they lived on this planet and were a person other than who they are today, thus reincarnation.

Example: in another lifetime, over 100 years ago a person might have been an Indian man. In this time zone that person is a bright, intelligent young girl. Or, in another time zone the person was someone’s old maid aunt but this time he is a strong male in his seventies, or a three year old little boy.

A soul mate, according to Asiatic/Oriental Palmistry consists of five levels. These are:

Communication
Visible Appearance of couple
Spirituality
Sensual/Sexual Compatibility in Relationship
Similar Religious Belief System

Trust, Honor, Respect, Affection, Spontaneity and Love. These are not the only characteristics one must have in common to relate to a soul mate. Also present must be their reactions, likes and dislikes, same philosophy about life in general, ambitions and dreams.

A twin flame is a term used to describe one candle across from another twinkling at the same time and to the same degree of intensity. Another common term used is mirror image. This is the outlook one has that is exactly the same as their soul mate. Because of our past lives, individuals bring to this time span on earth their ways of thinking, being creative and working through life’s ups and downs from their past experiences when they both resided here as other people during other lifetimes.

Soul mates cannot find another unless they too have a past life when they were connected on several levels in that other lifetime.

It represents two people who, during a past life (reincarnation) knew each other before and connect with one another in this lifetime. When they meet it is as if they already “know” the other person, for in reality they do. A SOUL MATE is a one who bonds with another in an instant. There are no strings attached. Recognition is internally felt by both and an immediate closeness registers in their minds.

The SOUL MATE marking is always located on the human palm by the wrist, looking downward toward the center of the hand. It is a V-shaped mark, or looks like a baseball diamond or Indian Tee-Pee and usually begins at the center of the wrist.

When reading a palm the test of a true fit for two individuals who are possible SOUL MATES is if the baby finger from the opposite hand is able to fit into the SOUL MATE slot. The baby finger must be laid on its side and slid into the area. If it fits, there is a possibility that SOUL MATES from one’s past lives can appear in this one.

Any union must be built on a floor of cement, the foundation consisting of: TRUST, HONOR, RESPECT, AFFECTION, SPONTANIATY and finally, LOVE.

The expression, “No risk, no gain” is true in the relationship aspect. One must reach out and enter into life’s mainstream by getting involved, enrolling in a class, volunteering somewhere or working in a group setting. This shakes up the energy around the person and brings new individuals into their life. Networking, being a friend to another, trying new things, are some of the ways one can bump into a new person who may be their SOUL MATE.

They respond in kind to any situation in an exact manner, such as reactions, likes, dislikes. They are able to read each other, feel mood shifts, desires, happiness and the upsets within. Information is sometimes passed with no verbal communication if one is in tune. They respect and accept each other and sense when one needs quiet time, a soothing touch, a hug. At times, in our lives things do not run smoothly. With SOUL MATES, their closest friend is also their whipping boy. They relate and support each other. There is no friction, criticism, bickering, sexual tension or frustration between them, for they are alike and “understand” their partner’s needs without discussion.

EXAMPLE: In a past life you were a three year-old boy living next to one the same age as yourself. (Hundreds of years ago extended families lived within one home for the duration of a lifetime, so you remained in that home eighty or ninety years and so did your next door playmate.) In this lifetime you have returned as a woman and he is man but you remember that you are really that three year-old child who grew up next door to that boy.

The answer is yes, if that person is an old soul; one who has lived prior to this time. SOUL MATES are worldly and awe-inspired, centered and grounded, in harmony with the earth, sensitive to each other’s needs. They focus. In a SOUL MATE relationship life can be exciting and comfortable simultaneously. There is a wonderful feeling of warmth between them. Neither party talks down to the other, considering one to be the second class citizen. There is a sounding board between them to hold weighty, lengthy conversations where each takes a turn speaking as the other listens. Instinctively they know what is in the mind of their mate.

Karma is the universe encompassing all humanity. It produces a variety of vibrations, some worthy, some harmful. Humans radiate with vibrations that give clues to one’s personality. In the realm of spirituality, both would know the existence of karma.

EXAMPLE: The energy field surrounding an individual would give off the vibration, the impression “I’m compassionate, you can come over and talk to me. Another might be “Get out of my face, I don’t have time now.”

SOUL MATES, when they find one another in this lifetime, feel a magnetic karma, their personal connection to each other. All SOUL MATES realize the spiritual connection they possess because they have returned to this world with more knowledge than those who are new beings. They bring with them all the goodness they have learned and acquired in other lifetimes and leave the badness, mistakes made in other times, behind them. They embark on a New Beginning and finish the business they began earlier in another lifetime.
