August 2003 -- Attracts Work and Success

All of the creative ideas from last month now comes into play as we put them to work. By examining and exploring all of the details, we can lay out the foundation and begin accomplishing our goals. In numerology, the 8th month of August is the universal month of 4 (in this case, just add 8 to 2003 and reduce the number to a single digit. 8 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 3 = 4). Both numbers or vibrations are important. The 4 focuses mainly on work and discipline. Now is a good time to concentrate on your work after all of the fun and creativity from July. The results can be very rewarding if you keep your attention on the work at hand. This means no absolutely no laziness or procrastination if you want to successfully achieve your goals. August is about spending a lot more of your time and energy working on details and making important decisions. This is a good time to look for or create a new job. Your attention may be pulled in many directions this month and you may find yourself very busy (quite a contrast from July!). Try not to work too hard -- you do not want to create stress in your life. While making sure the job gets done, you'll need to make sure you take the time each day for meditation and play. The 8 vibration of August brings emphasis on business, money and power. This is a good time to sign contracts and organize your financial affairs. This is also a month where power struggles can occur in the world as well as in your personal life. Many decisions will need to be made and you may find August a very busy but very successful month.

In "Spirituality and Money", Janet Swerdlow has us explore the origin of the phrase we have all heard, "money is the root of all evil" and learn how that phrase has been used to control the masses. Janet then shows us how we can change that mind-pattern in order to attract money in our lives. This is important information, especially during this month of August when finances and work are the focus.

Rev. Laurie Sue Brockway brings us important information in her article, "When Someone You Love Pushes Your Buttons...". She assists us in learning why we attracted our partners in the first place and what relationships are really about. We will learn what is really going on when our buttons are pushed by a loved one.

Here is another very provocative article by Dr. Michael E. Salla as he presents evidence on how the Nazi's during the 1930's psychically communicated with the ETs in order to gain advanced technology and how the "Nazi elite had escaped with the most advanced of their ET inspired technology to hidden locations in Antarctica and South America". His article is called "Foundations for Globally Managing Extraterrestrial Affairs -- The Legacy of Nazi Germany -- Extraterrestrial Connection". Because this very well-researched and documented article is long, you may want to print this out and set aside time for a good read.

On the Metaphysical Miscellany page under the Healing Habits section is another great article about laughter called, "A Prescription to Laugh: Healing Through Humor and Laughter" by Lynn Shaw, MSW. Lynn presents the many healing benefits of laughter and explains the differences between laughter and humor. The information in this article will assist in keeping us stress-free during this busy month of August!

In "The Need to Relax" we learn more ways we can cope with stress, from exercise and sex to sleep and meditation. Important information presented in this article from India can be found under the Healing Habits section on the Metaphysical Miscellany page.

Also in the Metaphysical Miscellany page, the section called The Hollow Earth has links, books (including free online books) and articles about the Hollow or Inner Earth. Check this section often as we will be adding much more information here. Dianne Robbins provides us with an enlightening excerpt from her latest book, Messages From the Hollow Earth. A "Hollow Earth Circle" is now being started and information on how to join is included. "The Hollow Earth Circle is a method of increasing the awareness of the dimension of real contact with people on the surface and people in the Subterranean Kingdoms of Light."

In the Celestial Activities section of the Metaphysical Miscellany page is the current solar data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, updated regularly for your convenience and information. Check this page often to see exactly what the status is regarding our Sun, which directly effects what occurs on our planet Earth. Also check here for the August and September Moon and Sun Phases as well as how to get information about the Mars event on August 27.

"The Mudra of Five" is the name of the latest monthly exercise created by Dale Finnila. "It is very important to practice on a daily basis, the moving of universal subtle energies through your body..." Dale shows us how we can shift the energy flow patterns of our body with hand mudras. In "Other Lives, Other Times" by Lazaris, we learn how our lifetimes are really laid out and what relationships they may have to this lifetime. Chief Joseph explains (through John Cali) how simple it is to manifest whatever we want, if we would only just let it happen. Read "For Sale By Owner: Are You Getting What You Want Out of Life?" under Spiritual Expressions and open yourself to all the abundance in the Universe.

Also under Spiritual Expressions, Rev. Dr. Meg Blackburn shares one of her enlightening past channeling sessions regarding past lives, evolution, star seeds and mutations. This is information that will assist us in understanding the major transitions we are now going through.

The Isle Of Light Television Show

There is a public access television show based in Denver, Colorado also called The Isle of Light, created and produced as of May 2002 by Dale Finnila and Chyrene Pendleton. The Isle of Light presents weekly, hour long, spiritual/metaphysical presentations.

Prominent lecturers, authors, teachers, psychics and healers from all over the country are presented on a wide variety of topics and formats. The topics include alternative healing, crop circles, remote viewing, angels, ufology, extraterrestrials, nutrition, music, children, and much more.

The talented hosts seen on The Isle of Light are Brenda Cleveland (Creative Goddess), Paula Kay Flynn (Teacher/Healer), Sherrie Munday, Chyrene Pendleton (Teacher/Lecturer), Glenn Rickert (Multidimensional Field Theorist), Sue Russo (Teacher/Healer/Dowser) and Olivia Silva. Future hosts so far are Laurie Lopata and *Amy Collins.

The current television crew for The Isle of Light are Dale Finnila and Chyrene Pendleton (producers), Zaunklay Finnila (technical director, camera person), Steve Tsutsumi (camera person), Stefanie Tudor (associate producer) and Randy Garcia (camera person). At this time, there are four candidates for producers of The Isle of Light in Denver since Dale Finnila and Chyrene Pendleton have re-located to New York. Our New Government in a Galactic Society

"...The process of enlarging the way a government relates to its subjects began with the Ascended Masters more than 2500 years ago. Since its inception, the definition of a citizen and the concept of inalienable rights have been greatly expanded. The American Constitution, through its 'Bill of Rights', broadened it further. Although, in the past two hundred years, the concept of a people-run government has become the norm, the immense increase in wealth during this same period has severely challenged the efficacy of these concepts. Now, the moment has arrived when a countermeasure to this explosion of wealth in the hands of the few can be taken. The means by which this will be achieved is the release of an enormous program of abundance that the Ascended Masters first put forward more than 250 years ago. Plans organized by our earthly allies in the past few decades have supported this program. Now, with the maturing of these instruments of wealth, the final stage of the process will fall into place..."

How Our Earth History Connects with Galactic History

"...A similar process existed in Ancient China. Here, near the ancient capital city of Xian, a series of seven large, multi-colored pyramids are found. In the adjacent mountain ranges are a series of special caverns where we and the peoples of Agharta keep and safeguard similar records. Today, these records are sequestered in Tibet. Many ancient Chinese and Tibetan texts have their basis in these early records. India, and especially an ancient land that you know as Afghanistan, were other places to which these sacred texts were taken. Celebrations Among Galactic Humans

This ongoing exchange of new ideas, goods and technologies is important in maintaining our mutual interests in what we have termed the 'galactic human coalition'. History of Wars in this Galaxy

"...As humanity advanced through this galaxy, we encountered physical Beings quite unlike us in form, culture and language. If we did not succeed in bridging these huge differences, war often resulted. At first, those who aggressively followed the dark principles of their creator-Being, Anchara, distressed us greatly. Suddenly, we were involved in an enormous galactic war that had woven itself across the breadth of our galaxy for many tens of millions of years. This struggle created a need for many alliances to form with thousands of other like-minded star-nations. Origins of Our Galaxy and Our Secret History

"...The first, prototype 'over-the-horizon' radar stations, as well as the atomic bomb project, were all located in the American Southwest and in the Rocky Mountain states of Utah and Colorado. The hub, located at the USAAF airbase in Roswell, was an important part of a weapons system that caught the Ancharites' attention in the early 1940s. The crashes linked to this surveillance led their outpost on Earth to call for reinforcements from the home-world. The Roswell crash in 1947, and the few that followed in 1948, caused the Reticulians to approach the entire Anchara Alliance for assistance. This request created a situation that prompted agreements between several major Earth governments and the Ancharites. It initiated a process that produced, among the earthly minions, a group who opposed the Anunnaki's grand plan..."

Planet Alert August 2003

Happy New Year! Today is July 26 and the first day of the Mayan Dreamspell calendar. This is the year of the White Wizard, which is ruled by the invisible planet Vulcan. This planet is invisible because it is either on a different frequency, or it is so close to the Sun that it can’t be seen. It’s orbit is between Mercury and our Sun.

There are several events that will transpire in August. The first event is the opening of the time tunnel on August 8. This time tunnel was first opened in 1943 by the Montauk experiment. This is the doorway that opened to let in a group of negative Ets. These Ets contacted our government and gave them new technology in exchange for experimenting on humans. Now the doorway is opening again, and I hear it’s time for them to go home. This means Earth will be on her own without negative ET interference although the Earth controllers will still be in charge. Can they handle this energy? Sometimes freedom causes chaos. This energy will be in effect from August 8-27.

The next event is the full moon of August 12. This will be the four year anniversary since the total solar eclipse of August 11, 1999, which was the birth of Christ Conscious energy on Earth. The darkness from that eclipse started in England and went through the Middle East and ended in India. There has been much violence in those countries since that eclipse. The planets formed a cross in the fixed signs of the zodiac. This caused many people to feel like they were crucified because they have gone through so many challenges since then. Actually it has been a great opportunity to release old belief systems.

On November 8, the planets will form a Star of David in the heavens at the time of a total lunar eclipse in Scorpio. Scorpio is a feminine sign and this eclipse will accentuate magnetic energy. Planet X rules Ophiuchus (or Aesklepius) the 13th sign, which is situated between Scorpio and Sagittarius. This may be the time period when we hear more about Planet X.

In August the Sun is in the hot fire sign of Leo. Jupiter has been in that sign for the past year. No wonder there has been fires and drought in many parts of the world - the parts that are not being flooded by too much rain caused by Uranus in the water sign Pisces. Saturn is in the water sign Cancer, which rules the areas from the Mississippi River to the East Coast. They have had their share of rain and flooding. The opposite side of the world that is affected by Saturn right now is China.

This full moon will find the moon conjunct the planet Neptune, which will give energy to that planet. Neptune is an ancient planet. In fact, in the books "The Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East", it says that Neptune was the first born of our planets. Neptune represents the female Goddess, and the color of this planet is light blue. Neptune is magnetic in nature which makes its energy soft and gentle.

The Earth’s magnetic field fell to zero on November 9, 1998. It stayed on zero magnetics for several hours, which means the Earth’s protective shield was down for a period of time. Because of this unprotected state, a seed from Father Sun was allowed to enter the core (or womb) of Mother Earth and the conception of a new energy took place. Nine months later on August 11, 1999, at the time of a total solar eclipse, a baby or new energy was born from Mother Earth. We have been nurturing this energy ever since then.

The actual birthing process started at the time of the lunar eclipse on July 28, 1999, when the Sun was conjunct Neptune. The energy that was born at that time was one of love. Although the Earth doesn’t feel very loving right now, the energy is there if we choose to manifest it.

Then in December of 1999 the Earth split into two Earths with a bridge between them. We have been on this bridge and walking between two worlds since then. I think the bridge is about to collapse, and those who are on one side will manifest the new energy, and those on the other side will continue along the path of war and destruction. Most people have made up their mind which reality they choose to live in. The separation has started.

There are still a lot of prophecies out there waiting to be fulfilled. Probably all of the prophecies of the past that were given have manifested on some level, although we were not aware of them happening because we were vibrating at a different frequency.

From my perspective, the Earth still has to finish her cleansing which will take a few more years. There will be wars, fires, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions in various places. You do not have to experience these events if you are on the right frequency. You will be at the right place, at the right time, to experience what your soul needs for its growth, or you will be in your light body manifesting love and light so you do not have to experience violence and destruction. Why worry, fear and worry is a manifestation of a low frequency. Joy is a manifestation of a higher frequency. If you are manifesting a high enough frequency you can walk through fire without getting burned.

Because we are having a full moon with the Sun on the degree of Christ Consciousness and the moon conjunct Neptune, I am reprinting information from my Planet Alert of December, 1999.

I would like to quote from a channeling by Karen Danrich. She says: "We wish to make our readership aware of the impending changes in Earth’s electromagnetic energy flow. In order to explain the origin of your current source of chi, which is electromagnetic in nature, we must delve into Earth’s history. Two million years ago, Earth’s energy was only magnetic in nature. Earth had a species of Dinosaurs upon her that were vegetarian in nature. Earth made an agreement that was the karmic fulfillment from an earlier juncture of Earth’s history to receive or take on Electric energy from Alpha Centauri. It was the diamond and gold kingdoms upon Earth that agreed to allow the electric energy projected from Alpha Centauri.

The electric energy was nonresonate with the nervous system of the Dinosaurs residing upon the Earth plane. The nervous system of the Dinosaurs, along with all other life forms upon Earth, were designed to run upon magnetic energy only. As Earth began to receive electrical energy from Alpha Centauri, the energy was far stronger than had ever been present upon Earth before. The nervous system of the Dinosaurs began to deteriorate, and within the process, they became carnivorous and began to eat one another rather than just subsisting off of the vegetation. Such carnivorous behavior can be considered violent in nature, so one could assess that electric energy in a magnetic system leads to violence.

Magnetic energy is a circular energy flow, electric energy is a straight energy flow. The straight flow cuts holes into the rotation of the chakras of the human auric field thus causing a deterioration of the subtle bodies leading to disease. Magnetic energy gently flows in a circular manner, it fuels the rotation of the particles around each atom, which sustains life.

A magnetic energy flow is directly related to the triple circle energy flow. Gradually, within a human ascension, all energy flow within the form is altered from either a figure eight or Mer-ka-ba (star of David) energy flow to the triple circle. The triple circle pattern is a magnetic pattern, and as such, is the pattern most conducive to the health and well being of humanity."

Beginning in July of 1999, the Earth Mother began to embrace the triple circle pattern in all of her major and minor chakras around Earth. Over time, all electrical energy will be detoxified from Earth’s embodiment altogether. They anticipate this will take approximately 10 years.

Electric energy is equivalent to fear, anger and pain. All biological programming that confines humanity to a third dimensional thought-form is based upon pain, anger and fear and is locked in with electrical impulses. As all electrical impulses cease upon Earth, there will be an opportunity for mass conscious awakening.

We are moving one step closer to a mass awakening with this line-up of planets in Virgo/Pisces on August 27, 2003. Virgo is the sign of the woman goddess, and Pisces rules cosmic consciousness. With four planets plus the moon in Virgo, and two in Pisces, we will surely feel the magnetic energy from this line-up. What an opportunity to move into bliss, or to meet our brothers and sisters from space.

However, whenever there is a line-up of planets, it causes much stress on Earth, and due to this there will be many earthquakes, fires, storms, volcanic eruptions, violence, rebellions, and anger all over the world. Many people will express this anger so keep your cool. Mars will be retrograde in Pisces until the end of September, and Mars is very powerful in it’s retrograde phase. At the same time this planet will be conjunct Pluto by declination. Mars and Pluto deal with dark energy and control issues.

We are three years into the great tribulation which started in September of 2000, and lasts until the end of 2007. The tribulation started big time in Israel in September of 2000, and continues to this day. We are involved in the war in Afghanistan, Iraq, and now Liberia. North Korea and China are another challenge. It’s time for the Kings from the East to play their part.

The Bible says the Earth will be transformed by fire. Some people are looking for a major fire event. I believe this time period started when the planet Pluto (the transformer) moved into Sagittarius (a fire sign) in January of 1995. On December 20, 2007 the Sun, Mercury, and Pluto will be conjunct on the degree of the Galactic Center. I believe this signifies the end of the great tribulation.

The Bible says that a stone (asteroid) from heaven will cause much destruction on Earth. This is the ending of the 18th chapter of Revelation. According to a book I read by Hilarion, it says that at the midpoint of the tribulation, (which would be March 2004) an asteroid would fall into the ocean and cause large tidal waves.

Saturn, which rules rocks, is in the water sign Cancer so if this event is going to happen, now is the time for it to occur. I guess that is why we have been told to move inland away from the coasts, particularly on the East Coast because that is the area affected by Saturn for the next two years.

I believe August and September will be very intense and explosive. It is very important to continue the process of releasing old belief systems from your consciousness, especially anger, so you can hold more light. We’re here to help this planet transform. Mother Earth knows who we are and she will keep us safe as she moves through her tribulation period. Walk softly on this beautiful planet.

The Indigo and the Crystal Child
Part 2 - The Adult's Inner Preparation For Serving - Conclusion

I have no question that as parents or mentors of the blessed children we all deeply desire to be the very best for them. We want to give them a clear white page upon which to write their beautiful stories of victory. We don’t want to make the same mistakes that our parents made before us and their parents before them. Therefore, change is the order of business—inner change, for when the inner has changed it is expressed on the outer. When we align our inner being with the divine patterns of the harmony of the universe we achieve healing. Healing is a step-by-step process that brings us closer and closer to these patterns. It is not achieved in one instant—but what is achieved in an instant is the desire to heal. Having set the desire, the entire universe reacts to bring us the opportunity to learn our lessons and grow. Once we have established within our being that this is what we want, then “wholeness”, as a state of well-being, begins to exude from our very pores.

In order to properly understand how to embark upon the healing journey we must define wholeness and the lack thereof. What constitutes a healthy adult that will parent or mentor the indigo and crystal child optimally? What is the makeup of the unhealthy elements that we need to heal and how do we go about healing them? We then determine that we will embark upon the practical journey of healing, wound by wound. The beauty is that we have the healing tools to achieve that wholeness within our very beings. We simply need to unlock the formula for transformation that lies within!

What Is Wholeness?

Simply put, wholeness is the state of being whereby we express the totality of who we really are as a pure soul of Light—being all that which has a vibration of Love, Purity and Light. This is our origin—this is what we are and were before we experienced the negatives that come with embodying on this plane. We have descended from Love and Purity in order to give birth to that very energy here below. The rose is whole when it expresses the fullness of its potential as a rose. Even as the seed contains the full potential of the fruit so do we contain the full potential of our true divine being. This is the spiritual journey after all, becoming one with the God essence that lies within. It is possible!

How Are We Unwhole?

We are unwhole because over the many embodiments upon Terra (and beyond) we have experienced and integrated with vibrations that were not in keeping with the energies of Love and Purity. These energies, devoid of Love and Purity, that we integrated within our beings were received almost by osmosis and ultimately by free-will choices. In any case, these errant spirals of energy exist within us and cause us pain as we experience them and as we release them to others. In order to extricate them from our beings we must perform spiritual surgery, as it were, for they are interwoven with our energies of true being of Love and Purity. We have established our desire to be done with these vibrations and therefore the healing journey begins (or continues for some).

The Whole or Real Self

The understanding of the Real Self that best resonates with my being is that released by the Ascended Masters through their Messengers, Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet:

The I Am Presence; the I AM THAT I AM; the body of first cause that contains the seed of God within us and all of the Light expressions of our being since our origin. It is our “treasures laid up in heaven”. All of the pure energies that we’ve accrued as a divine being are stored in this point of identity;
The Higher Self; the Holy Christ Self; the aspect of our self that is the meeting point of our pure God essence and the lower self. This is the point of our conscience and that part of us that continues to abide in higher realms;
The lower self; the soul in the four lower bodies (physical, emotional, mental & etheric). This is the part of us that is anchored to the physical plane and is evolving in matter in order to fulfill the divine mission and attain God consciousness here below as above. Here we also find the human ego and our psychological make-up that we’ve accumulated during our evolution on this plane of existence.

The Unwhole or Unreal Self

The unwhole or unreal self is that part of ourselves that we have built with impure energies devoid of Love and Light. These energies have become a part of our personalities and our four lower bodies (physical, emotional, mental and etheric). They are the source of the negatives in some of the physical problems that we experience, in the unhealthy feelings that we have and express, in our negative thoughts and turbulent memories.

During our journey (in this life and previous lives) we have allowed these impure energies to penetrate our beings, sometimes by choices made outside of the flame of Love and other times as defense mechanisms that would allow us to cope with the negatives that surrounded us. For example, when faced with an individual who was severely critical one might have developed the defense mechanism of trying to please everyone in order to avoid being criticized. The list of defense mechanisms is long. Consequently, a percentage of our reality (or unreality) is guided by this energy. When this is the case, not only does the issuer of this impure energy experience pain and suffering but so do the recipients.

What The Indigo Needs

The Indigos have come to address the very energy that is devoid of Love, Purity and Light within themselves, within their parents and within society at large. When they are confronted with it they will react. This is their mission as warriors of Light! Depending on many factors their reaction may be one filled with words and actions of wisdom or an explosive denouncement of that which is being expressed (we will explore this in detail in a future article). In any case, what they need to see is that the parents, mentors or employers respond to their challenge with meaningful action. They need to see that action is being taken for resolution. Once this is in place, all is well. Therefore, we do not need to be perfect, or even “fully whole”, in order to be successful with these children; we simply need to be on the healing road. If they see change, then their job has been acknowledged and their gift received.

Conclusion

As a result of our long journey in these lower planes we have accumulated energy that is devoid of Love, Purity and Light. These errant spirals contained within our beings actually cause us spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical wounds. The time has come for healing! The healing energies are abundant upon Terra at this time as the spiritual and energetic portals are opened. The “spiritual technology” is present and we have simply to activate it. Then, wound by wound, as the cycle arises, we may apply the “formulas” that will assist us to heal. It is truly a joyous time of great Hope and Joy as opportunity is ever-present as a living flame within Terra.

Spirituality & Money

The powers-that-be have done a wonderful job of imprinting the general public with the idea that spirituality and money are at opposite ends of the spectrum. This is a perfect example of how they instruct the public to do one thing while they do the exact opposite. To further explain, look at the magnificent cathedrals and churches that circle the globe. These structures are, and contain, some of the most wonderful works of art that exist on this planet.

How did the churches amass such wealth? From the same congregates whom they teach that “money is the root of all evil.” So, if the congregates should not have any money, then whom should they give it to? How about the church? Brilliant idea! The Vatican is the wealthiest organization on the Earth—it officially owns all the assets of the British Royal Family, and is the largest real estate holder in the world. Yet, it “ministers” to some of the poorest people in the world, encouraging them to reproduce without restriction even though many do not have adequate food or shelter.

This is always the way that the Illuminati works—they so vehemently swear and declare one thing that you mindlessly forget to look past their words. The actions that are right in front of your face totally escape your field of vision. You are absolutely oblivious to the energy behind their word as your reasoning power vanishes.

They accomplish a myriad of goals with this simple phrase of “money is the root of all evil.” First, you think that you should not have money, lest you go to hell. You give any “extra,” or even potential, disposable income to “the church” because you know that you should not have it. Anyone who has money must not be spiritual.

Further extrapolated, anyone who is spiritual must not have any money. The churches imprint you with this by technically “impoverishing” those men and women who “minister” (i.e., work) for it. Priests and nuns are taken care of by “the church.” Ministers of all faiths are known as a general rule, to have low salaries. People give material goods to the ministers to help them exist, such as food, clothing, housing, airline miles, etc. Congregates give material goods to help these “people of God” live a fuller life. Money is not as preferable because “money is the root of all evil.” And, anyone who has money must not be spiritual, so you do not want your spiritual leader to have too much money, or he/she will be equated with “evil.” More brilliance!

Now, on the other hand, you are automatically imprinted to know that someone who gives spiritual guidance for “free” must be good, because he/she is not attached to any of that “evil money.” Of course, does it ever cross your mind that the reason something is free is because the powers-that-be want you to have it? And, if they want you to have this free information, there just may be a hidden agenda? No, because you are too busy throwing stones at those who break the basic imprinting rule that “money is the root of all evil.”

Interestingly, one of the most vile, disgusting, nasty, and hateful letters Expansions ever received was from the owner of a popular website that distributes free downloads of New Age information and graphics. Someone wrote asking our thoughts of this site. Our answer was short and succinct, stating that we do not agree with the information. The website owner called, asking us to review the site again. After we reviewed it again, I politely wrote a letter to the owner. In it I stated that although we did not agree with his work, we were sure that whoever needed his information would find his/her way to his site.

After this, he sent an email threatening legal action, called us every name in the book, used descriptive metaphors that I had never heard before, and dared us to post his letter. Rather than antagonize him, we pulled the post. These are the types of people who give “free” information. Think about it the next time that you access such a site. What am I really downloading? Am I doing this because I know it to be valid, or because it is free and everybody else is doing it? Sounds like a valid reason to me…

Universal law states that in order to get something, you must give up something. An equal exchange of some kind must take place to maintain balance. Give and take. Money is the best universal barter tool available. Money represents the energy that you have to move through this reality. What are you worth? Only you know. Do I have the right to question and judge how you value your time, talent, and product?

If you do not have the financial resources to honor someone’s time, talent, and /or product in the way that they ask, then you have two options. First, ask your Oversoul if maybe you should not have this. (Rejection is God’s protection.) Second, if your Oversoul says you should have it, then create the focus within your own mind-pattern that draws whatever-it-is directly to you. Use your current “lack” as an opportunity for growth, rather than blaming someone else for making something “too expensive.”

God-Mind creates all. The abundance that exists around you is for everyone. You are the only person stopping you from having exactly what you desire. Do not blame the outer world. The more expansive and balanced your mind-pattern, the more love, material “possessions”, wealth, relationships, whatever you desire, comes to you. Open your mind-pattern to receive what already exists. Release the old imprint that says, “money is the root of all evil” to make room for a new imprint that says:

I deserve the best of all things present in this reality.

The best of all things present in this reality come to me now.

Some people think that the more they pay the better the product. This is the opposite of not paying at all, or getting something for free. Whether something is excessively expensive or absolutely free does not determine the quality of any product. Sticking the almighty $ sign on something does not make it good or bad, positive or negative, great quality, poor quality. These are all judgment calls.

Rather than let the $ sign, or lack thereof, (outer source) dictate the worthiness of anything, go inside to use your inherent tools of Self, Oversoul, and God-Mind to decide. Some free information may be exceptional while some with exorbitant price tags may not be worth the price tag itself. What do you know? Trust no one’s evaluation but your own in alignment with Oversoul and God-Mind. Monitor everything case by case in a genuine state of knowing. Bring into your focus the best that this physical reality has to offer. Like everything else, money is simply a part of God-Mind. No better, no worse. It just is.

When Someone You Love Pushes Your Buttons …

Nothing is more aggravating in relationships than having your buttons pushed by the one you love. It seems ironic that the one you love could make you so insane. But once the honeymoon period cools and real life sets in, we all take our partners off the pedestal and begin to notice their less than finer points. People often ask me how to fix common relationship problems such as this. Sometimes the best thing to do is just let the dark parts come up so you can shine a light on them. As Mary Sarton once said, "No partner in a love relationship should feel that he has to give up an essential part of himself to make it viable." True love is a state of freedom and authenticity. It is not our place to try to fix, change or make somebody else okay in life.

Not a Bad Thing
Your partner probably brings up some of the unresolved issues and forces you to revisit and reflect on that within you that needs some attention and healing. Relationships often bring all our "issues" up. Bringing these things to light is not necessarily a "bad thing."

Lessons To Learn
The people who show up in our lives all have a lesson to bring us or learn with us. When relationships are difficult is often because they are highlighting a hidden part of the self that we have disowned or weren't even aware of. Intimate relationships beg us to explore our shadow selves. These shadows are not the "boogie man/woman;" they are signs that within lives unknown aspects of self. In many cases, these parts would never be discovered, were it not for the partner who pushes your buttons! The gift is it is a chance to look for deeply into ourselves… and an opportunity to love ourselves even more by loving "the other."

Even difficult relationships are sacred
If someone shows up in your life to share love, you have been given the great gift of a partner to help you navigate the sometimes smooth, and sometimes choppy, ocean of Relationships. This person can be a romantic partner, a friend, a co-worker, or a family member. If a relationship or interaction is stimulating or triggering negative emotions or fears, note where this person makes you angry, what about them makes your blood boil; get in touch with how it is you may feel unloved or upset around them. Then consider they are reflecting something to you that comes from within you. It is one of the hardest lessons for us to learn in life because we always want to point a finger at the other person.

The Responsibilities of Loving
In these relationships, you may feel that you want to flee… but you cannot flee from yourself. You will only recreate the same pattern elsewhere. When you learn to pay attention to the darker side of relationships and not be fearful simply because it is dark, you will learn which relationships are truly good for you and which you must leave behind. And you will be able to learn which partnerships are ultimately healing and which add injury and insult. This is a process that requires you to take a lot of personal responsibility - to detect and admit your own imbalances and to take on the work of healing them, and by observing and making a decision to alter co-dependent and unhealthy behaviors.

Steering the Relationship
Love, by its very nature, brings with it a subtle yet sweeping transformative power that brings us closer to our own greatness. But each partner in a love relationship - as well as friends and family members - must get there of their own accord, with love as the gentle impetus, not as the sledge hammer that enforces change. You can't fix your partner, although you can begin to alter your own understanding, behavior and consciousness in the relationship. You can begin to steer the relationship toward a more conscious exploration of the shadowy sides of loving and being intimate with another.

Know When it's Over
Some people come to us to teach us and then they move on. Some come to learn with us but fail to take away from the relationship the lessons that will empower them to grow. It is important to assess the signs of a partner who has no intention to evolve. The proof here is in the pudding: they simply never make any effort to change and you end up doing all emotional work in the relationship. You will naturally want to do all you can to help this person along, but there will come a time of reckoning, of absolute truth telling, when you must assess if a relationship has run its course. And it is always wise to clarify the differences between getting your buttons pushed as a natural process of relating and being in a relationship that is filled with a lot of upset and aggravation.

Final Word
Talk to your loved one and see if she/he is willing to discuss the situation and find out her/his point of view as well: Is she/he feeling her buttons pushed by you? Telling the truth, and opening the door to her telling the truth, is the first step to liberate you and your loved one from a negative pattern you may be stuck in. See if you can open the dialog for some conscious and loving exploration. It's always a more pleasant experience if you and your partner can deal with things in a conscious, loving way. Good luck!

Foundations for Globally Managing Extraterrestrial Affairs – The Legacy of the Nazi Germany-Extraterrestrial Connection

Abstract
There is compelling evidence that in the early 1930’s, the technology and presence of one or more extraterrestrial (ET) races became known to the leaders of Nazi Germany who embarked on an ambitious effort to communicate with these races for the purpose of acquiring their advanced technology. Using communication techniques that would be widely dismissed today as ‘psychic channeling’, there is evidence that the Nazi sponsorship of occult societies that specialized in this form of communication with these ET races, was successful in gaining information that produced rapid technological breakthroughs that eventually came to the attention of the intelligence services of Britain, France, USSR and the USA. While predictably dismissive of such esoteric practices by the Nazi regime, each of the intelligence services of these major states initiated efforts to attain whatever intelligence information they could gain on the purported Nazi communication methods with an ET race(s) while monitoring the ‘ET inspired’ technology being developed by Nazi Germany.

In this paper I analyze how global management of what can be defined as ‘Extraterrestrial Affairs’ – government policies dealing with the existence of ET races and ET inspired technology - has as its foundations events that occurred during the 1930’s when ET’s first began to communicate with the leadership of a major world government. The fact that this government was that of Nazi Germany who soon began a campaign aiming to establish military dominance in Europe, was significant in terms of how the ET presence would later be globally managed by the victorious Allied powers who emerged from the carnage of the Second World War. I begin by analyzing Nazi Germany’s ‘success’ in communicating with ET races and gaining information for the development of ET inspired technology that would be used to build offensive weapons for the Nazi war effort. I will argue that the ‘successful’ conclusion of the Second World War led to a rude awakening on the part of the Allied powers of the full ramifications of the Nazi successes in developing ET technology. Not only had Nazi Germany successfully developed and/or reverse engineered ET technology through questionable psychic channeling methods, discovery of ET artifacts and retrieval of ET craft, but a significant number of the Nazi elite had escaped with the most advanced of their ET inspired technology to hidden locations in Antarctica and South America. This meant that contrary to public perceptions of a successful conclusion to the Second World War, a significant portion of Nazi Germany’s most advanced technological assets and military-scientific elite was outside the reach of the victorious Allied powers.

Introduction [1] :

At a time of growing international tension where another major European war (World War 2) loomed on the horizon, major global powers would have been concerned about the ramifications of Nazi Germany seeking to acquire advanced technology through esoteric forms of communication with ET races. While sightings of ET/UFO craft were relatively rare in the 1930’s, historically there had been sufficient sightings to raise the possibility of an ET presence on the planet for political leaders. [2] Not only was Nazi Germany actively developing technology that was inspired through such communication, but it had also learned of remote locations around the planet where it could retrieve ET artifacts. The Nazis sponsored numerous expeditions to remote locations the results of which were largely unknown to Western intelligence services. [3] There is also evidence that Nazi Germany was able to eventually retrieve an operational ‘ET craft’, which suggested the Nazis were being assisted by one or more ET races. [4]

What compounded the serious policy dilemma confronting the Allied Powers with the continuation of remnants of the Nazi regime in Antarctica and South America was the physical intervention of ET races that seriously impacted on the need to manage the ET presence globally. Even more disturbing was the possibility that the elite remnants of the Nazi regime was being assisted by one or more ET races thereby making it impossible for a complete eradication of the Nazi presence. What follows is an effort to identify the main policies used by major states to globally manage the acquisition and development of ET technology, respond to the ET presence, and deal with the policy consequences of Nazi elites hidden in secret bases in the Antarctic and South America.

Nazi Germany’s Pre-War Programs to Develop ET Inspired Technology
Adolph Hitler’s fascination with Occult Sciences, Esoteric philosophies and exotic technologies led him to exploiting whatever avenues he had in gaining access to and developing weapons technologies that would allow Nazi Germany to gain its rightful place, in Hitler’s view, as a leading global power. [5] As a student of occult sciences, Hitler was well aware of the possibility of communicating with extraterrestrial races through methods such as ‘psychic channeling’ whereby an individual could establish communication with non-physical and/or distant life forms and transmit information. Such communication was well known among the Occult societies scattered throughout Northern Europe who studied the work of mystics such as Helena Blavatsky, who wrote extensively of her esoteric communications with other ‘life forms’ and how to develop these communication abilities. [6]

While such a phenomenon in the contemporary era struggles to be taken seriously by the general public, there is compelling evidence that not only did Hitler take it seriously, but devoted considerable resources of the Nazi state into converting information gained from such efforts into technology development and weapons production. [7] Much of the information gained in such ‘psychic communications’ led to Nazi expeditions in the period before the Second World War to remote locations such as Tibet, Antarctica, South America, Iraq and elsewhere in search of buried ET artifacts from earlier civilizations.

One of the principal Nazi Occult societies that were supported by Hitler was the Vril Society that “was allegedly ‘channeling’ messages from an alien civilization in the Aldebaran solar system and planned to develop a craft that could make physical contact with the civilization there.” [8] Another significant Occult Group was the Thule Society that was similarly claiming to be in communication with an advanced race; rather than an off-world ET race, however, this was an advanced human race with Nordic features from an ancient Earth civilization that inhabited subterranean territories that were accessible from the polar regions and other secluded areas around the planet. [9]

The seriousness and support given by Hitler to such communications is evidenced by the material support given to these Occult societies in terms of scientific resources for developing their ‘ET inspired’ technologies. By 1934, for example, “the Vril Society had apparently developed its first UFO shaped aircraft, known as the Vril 1, which was propelled by an anti-gravity effect.” [10] While there was predictable skepticism by more traditional branches of the German military of the viability of such ‘channeled’ information, the Nazi SS were at the forefront of efforts to develop this technology. Later in the Second World War, the Nazi SS would take over complete control of Hitler’s ‘scientific-military-occult complex’ ensuring the highest level of secrecy in developing and operationalising ET inspired technology.

An important insight into Hitler was that he viewed such technologies as part of a ‘natural order’ he wished to establish as revealed in an interview he had in 1934 with the son of a German scientist, Viktor Schauberger who, was a pioneer in aviation technology based on anti-gravity propulsion:

In June of 1934 my father was invited by the Reich’s Chancellor Adolph Hitler to discuss his work. Hitler wanted to know about his discoveries and talk about the various possibilities and what his great plan was. And he said ‘yes, I’m looking for a new technology that must once again harmonize with the natural order of things and that is my real program. [11]

Hitler gave powerful material support to Schauberger suggesting the pattern by which technologies, which harmonized with Hitler’s occult/naturalistic worldviews, would be supported:

Schauberger was given a team of scientists to help him with his work … they perfected the ‘flying disc’ powered by Schauberger’s turbine which rotated air into a twisting type of oscillation resulting in the build-up of immense power causing levitation [anti-gravity propulsion]. Schauberger’s prototype was then developed into a vehicle known as the Belluzzo-Schriever-Miethe Diskus, a machine built up to 22ft in diameter. These craft traveled at over 2000 km/hr and were planned to go over 4,000 km/hr. By 1945 they could reach 1300 mph and gain an altitude of 40,000 feet in less than three minutes. The craft was also noted to glow blue-green as it rose and left a silvery glow. [12]

A number of US intelligence sources testified that Nazi Germany had indeed developed technology that resembled modern day UFO’s. According to Virgil Armstrong, a former CIA agent

We know that in the early parts of the war there were certain factions of the Allied forces that did not believe he [Hitler] had a secret weapon and it wasn’t until the Americans made much emphasis of this that they began to look at it seriously and indeed did discover that Hitler not only had a secret weapon, he had what we would call today a UFO or spacecraft. [13]

Another prominent US military official who testified about the Nazi supported technologies was Captain Ed Ruppelt, who was the initial Chief Investigator for US Air Force Project Bluebook: "When WWII ended, the Germans had several radical types of aircraft and guided missiles under development. The majority were in the most preliminary stages, but they were the only known craft that could even approach the performance of objects reported to UFO observers…" [14] Astronaut Edgar Mitchell also confirmed in 1991 that much of the ET cover up dated from the Second World War. [15]

There have also been reports that Nazi Germany had retrieved a ‘crashed’ ET craft. [16] Colonel Phillip Corso, who was a senior officer in charge of reverse engineering ET technology during the Eisenhower and Kennedy administrations, gave support to such an event in an interview:

There were crashes elsewhere, and they [the Germans] gathered material too. The Germans were working on it. They didn’t solve the propulsion system. They did a lot of experiments on flying saucers. They had one that went up to 12,000 feet. But where all, we and they, missed out was on the guidance system. In R&D we began to realize that this being [an ET] was part of the guidance system, part of the apparatus himself, or itself, as it had no sexual organs." [17]

If such a crash had indeed occurred, on top of whatever information was gained from the Nazi Occult Societies communication with ET races, then this would have considerably boosted Nazi Germany’s efforts to develop ET technology for a campaign of military conquest in Europe.

It is very likely that at some stage in the time before the onset of the Second World War in 1939, military intelligence officials from the Western democracies and the Soviet Union guessed that from the available evidence - intelligence assessments of Nazi sponsored occult societies, Hitler’s support of esoteric philosophies and practices, fully funded Nazi expeditions to remote locations around the planet, and the technological innovations supported in Nazi scientific laboratories - that Nazi Germany was serious in developing technology that Hitler and his senior officials gained from occult communications with ET’s.

The scientific cultural traditions of both the Western democracies, based on ‘scientific rationalism’ developed in the European Age of Enlightenment; and of the Soviet Union where a Marxist Historical Materialism was dominant, would have led to the military intelligence communities of the Western democracies and the Soviet Union, dismissing the relevance of Hitler’s occult communications. Nevertheless, the fact that Hitler was actively supporting such communications with the scientific assets of the Nazi state would have warranted close monitoring of the situation. As more information on the UFO presence emerged in the later 1930’s, there would predictably have concern by Western and Soviet intelligence services that Hitler’s occult communications with ET’s might give Nazi Germany an important military advantage in any future war.

More disturbing from the perspective of Western intelligence sources was the possibility that Nazi Germany was tacitly being given assistance from an ET race in these communications despite Hitler’s militaristic policies in Europe. That Nazi Germany received assistance from ET’s was suggested by the father of modern rocketry, Hermann Oberth who confirmed a Nazi-ET connection when he stated, "we cannot take credit for our record advancement in certain scientific fields alone. We have been helped." When asked by whom, he replied, "the peoples of other worlds." [18] The likelihood that Nazi Germany had come into possession of a ‘crashed’ ET craft may have been evidence of some form of tacit assistance given to Nazi Germany by one or more ET races.

From the perspective of an ET race communicating and even visiting the Earth in the 1930’s, Nazi Germany would have been a logical choice for such ‘assistance’. Hitler’s receptiveness to esoteric practices and technologies meant that such an ET race had a means of communicating with a major world power at a time when other governments would have been suspicious of the policies of visiting ET races and of opening up unfamiliar channels of communication with one or more of them. The idea of establishing communication through esoteric practices such as ‘psychic channeling’, would have been dismissed as ludicrous or even dangerous by Western and Soviet policy makers who were still attempting to discover as much as they could about the ET presence through more conventional military intelligence sources and scientific methods. Much later, the US and other Allied states developed their own protocols and standards for establishing communication with ET nations through similar psychic channeling techniques pioneered by the Nazi Occult societies. Former Air force Sergeant, Dan Sherman, revealed his own training in telepathic/psychic communication by the National Security Agency, which is the premier US organization for communicating with ET races. [19]

In giving whatever limited assistance it could to Nazi Germany, assuming protocols exist for advanced races communicating with the governments of worlds not yet possessing a unified global government, ET races in communication with Nazi authorities possibly received benefits in return that would have been a cause for concern by the future Allied powers. The possibilities of a tacit alliance between Nazi Germany and an ET race, even if this only went as far Nazis using psychics to communicate with such a race, would certainly have given rise to an important question by the future Allied powers. Would Hitler risk the best interest of global humanity in exchange for what would facilitate Germany’s re-emergence as a major world power? [20] They most likely answered yes and played for time in deciding how to deal with Hitler aggressive nationalist policies; the technology developed by Hitler’s ‘military-scientific-occult’ complex; and to the nature of the ‘threat’, if any, posed by the ET presence to human sovereignty on the planet.

The possibility of Nazi success in developing some form of communication with an ET race and even having direct access to ET technology would have contributed to the eagerness of Britain to accommodate Germany’s concerns in redressing inequities from the Versailles Peace Agreement. Any political and diplomatic dialogue to address these, even if these upset Britain’s main European ally, France, would give Britain much needed time to gauge the security threat posed by Hitler’s regime and his exotic weapons acquisition programs. The Munich agreement struck between the British Prime Minister, Neville Chamberlain, and Hitler in resolving the 1938 crisis over German populated areas of Czechoslovakia, meant Czechoslovakia lost territory and its important defense assets. From the perspective of Britain and France, such a strategic gamble was necessary if indeed Nazi Germany’s were to be persuaded that it could benefit greatly if it choose to cooperate with the West in responsibly dealing with the ET presence and technology.

Cooperation with the West in terms of financial support and investment from Western corporations had already provided the bulk of Nazi Germany’s re-industrialization efforts. Major US and British corporations invested heavily in Nazi German industries and established important relationships with senior Nazi leaders. [21] Rather than merely being a temporary phenomenon made possibly by the brief period when major Western states such as Britain and the US had considerable sympathy for the Nazi’s efforts for removing the inequities of the Versailles Peace Treaty, [22] there is compelling evidence that such relationships continued even during the war period itself. The Rockefeller controlled Standard Oil Co., for example, had extensive dealings with the German petrochemical giant I.G. Farben in oil and chemical sectors, and their relationship continued even after the US entered the war in December 1941. In May 1942, criminal charges were initially brought against Standard Oil executives and later dropped, but its deals with I.G. Farben became subject to a Senate Special Committee Investigating the National Defense Program chaired by Harry Truman. [23]

The Second World War, the Nazi-ET Connection and the Covert Nazi Exodus
The 1939 deal struck between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union to divide Poland between them was the action that triggered the Second World War. For Britain and France, it meant that Nazi Germany was fixed on a campaign of European domination regardless of any political concessions made by the former for the sake of peace in Europe. If it were true that Germany had indeed received tacit assistance from an ET race and/or had acquired ET inspired technology, Germany’s invasion of Poland had profound implications. This meant that Germany would have to be quickly defeated before it could fully operationalize whatever ET inspired technology or information it had in its possession for offensive weaponry. Nothing was spared in the main war objective of defeating the Axis powers who constituted a long term threat not only for European democracies, but for the sovereignty of global humanity vis-à-vis one or more ET races tacitly assisting Nazi Germany. Winston Churchill, the British Conservative Prime Minister, rebuffed all efforts to strike a peace deal with Nazi Germany despite the generous terms offered by Hitler. [24]

After the rapid military defeat of France in 1940, this meant that Britain was desperate in ensuring that the US entered the war as soon as possible to assist in the defeat of Germany. While this would undoubtedly have been a logical policy for Britain or any nation engaged in a desperate military struggle with a formidable military opponent, the nature of Germany’s technological programs and the likely ET connection required immediate action by major non-belligerents such as the US. In the early stages of the War, President Roosevelt, was informed of the ET presence and the likelihood that Nazi Germany was rapidly developing offensive weapons based on ET technology and assistance. According to Dr Michael Wolf, who claims to have been a member of the secret National Security Council body that oversees ET affairs in the US, "The first UFO came down in 1941 into the ocean west of San Diego, and was retrieved by the Navy." [25] Another date for this discovery given by the now deceased Colonel William Brophy was Feb 25, 1942. [26] None of these justifications for entering the war, however, could be revealed to the general public or the US Congress. This made necessary an alternative course of action by US policy makers. It is very likely that President Roosevelt and the British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, contrived political events in the Pacific so that it would be inevitable that Imperial Japan would attack the American Pacific Fleet based at Pearl Harbor. [27] Such a contrivance would have been necessary given that Hitler had taken all the steps he could in ensuring that the US would not enter the war on the side of Britain. [28] Essentially, there was no way of persuading the American public of the need to side with Britain when Nazi Germany was clearly avoiding its error from the First World War when its unrestricted submarine warfare brought the US into the war.

Evidence of the US recovering a downed ET craft in 1941/42, may have been a means of ET’s leveling the playing field in terms of providing similar ET technologies to the respective sides in the World War. Hitler’s invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941 was testimony to Hitler’s confidence that his secret weapons technology programs would be successful in producing the offensive weapons required for Nazi victories in Europe.

At the end of the war, the superiority of Nazi Germany’s technology was starkly revealed by correspondence between Major General Hugh Knerr, Deputy Commanding General for Administration of US Strategic Forces in Europe, and Lieutenant General Carl Spatz in March 1945:

Occupation of German scientific and industrial establishments has revealed the fact that we have been alarmingly backward in many fields of research, if we do not take this opportunity to seize apparatus and the brains that developed it and put this combination back to work promptly, we will remain several years behind while we attempt to cover a field already exploited. [29]

This suggests that the years Nazi Germany had in developing ET inspired technologies while the Allied powers were skeptical of the communication techniques used by the Nazi’s sponsorship of occult societies were crucial. After it became known that Nazi Germany’s offensive weapons capabilities were derived from its communications with ET races and likely recovery of ET technology; Britain, the US and even the Soviet Union, were already far behind the technological discoveries made by the Nazis. Even the discovery and retrieval of ET craft by the US in 1941/42, would not have enabled the Allies to bridge the technological gap with Nazi Germany.

The Nazi Retreat to Antarctica, ‘Operation High Jump’, and ET Assistance
The ‘official’ defeat of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan in 1945 was in fact a ‘tactical victory’ that masked a major strategic defeat for the ‘victorious Allies’ that was kept from the general public. A significant proportion of Nazi Germany’s political elite, their most advanced ET technology and fully operational ‘saucer ships’ had escaped from Allied occupation forces. [30] What remained of Nazi Germany’s advanced weapons programs was disturbing enough in terms of the overall technological advances achieved by the Nazis in many fields of weapons production. [31] The fact that the Nazis had removed their most advanced secrets, technology and personnel during the run up to the final defeat of Germany would have been a huge shock to Allied leaders once it became clear what had occurred. [32] Rather than the final months of the Second World War being a last desperate gamble by a megalomaniac Nazi leadership that could not accept inevitable defeat, it was in fact a holding action for a methodically well planned extraction of the Nazi’s most valuable resources and personnel to well prepared remote locations in the Antarctic and South America. This allowed the Nazis to continue their unique social system, and plan to eventually play an important, if not dominant, role in global affairs.

The Nazis had sufficient time and resources to prepare for such an exodus given their extensive business links, front companies, and connections with South American governments and companies. The well equipped and led Nazi expeditions to the Antarctic in the pre-war period allowed the Nazi’s to familiarize themselves with the Antarctic terrain and lay the foundations for any post-war role to be played by these territories. The most ambitious Nazi expedition occurred in 1938 when extensive portions of the Antarctic were claimed by Captain Alfred Ritscher on behalf of the Nazi government. The aircraft carrier, Schwabenland, sent planes to perform extensive aerial surveillance of the region claimed by Nazi Germany, which was called Neuschwabenland. [33] During the war itself, extensive submarine activity in the region of Antarctica suggested that Nazis could have been building bases. Such a possibility was fueled by a comment made by the commander of Nazi Germany’s submarine fleet, Admiral Karl Donitz in 1943, when he claimed that his fleet had built “in another part of the world a Shangri-La land – an impregnable fortress.” [34] After Germany’s unconditional surrender on May 8, 1945, Nazi submarine activity in the Antarctic region continued as evidenced by the following report by the Agence France Press on September 25, 1946: “the continuous rumors about German U-boat activity in the region of Tierra del Fuego [‘Feuerland’ in German] between the southernmost tip of Latin America and the continent of Antarctica are based on true happenings.” [35]

What compounded this realization of a Nazi elite exodus to Antarctica for the Allies was the now irrefutable evidence that ET races were indeed visiting the Earth. The ET presence would now be a factor in the Allies pursuing and eradicating the remnants of Nazi Germany that had relocated to Antarctica and South America, and who were now using their fully operational ‘saucer ships’ to move around the planet and to even fly into deep space. Many of the UFOs witnessed in the immediate post war era were according to reports from a number of military officials aware of the advanced nature of the Nazi’s technology, were fully operational Nazi space craft. [36]

A little known effort to once and for all end the Nazi threat occurred with a Naval military expedition led by Admiral Richard Byrd to the Antarctic in 1946/47. Byrd’s military expedition was named “Operation High Jump,” and comprised “4700 military personnel, six helicopters, six Martin PBM flying boats, two seaplane tenders, fifteen other aircraft, thirteen US Navy support ships and one aircraft carrier; the USS Philippine Sea (left).” [37] Among the commands issued to Admiral Byrd from the Commander of the US Navy, Admiral Chester Nimitz were: “(b) to consolidate and extend American sovereignty over the largest practical area of the Antarctic continent; (c) to determine the feasibility of establishing and maintaining bases in the Antarctic and to investigate possible base sites” [38] Ironically, it was Admiral Byrd who had earlier addressed Captain Ritscher’s Nazi expedition before it departed for Antarctica back in 1938/39. Now Admiral Byrd was leading a US Naval Expedition to seek out and eliminate the Nazi elite who escaped to bases created or ‘discovered’ during the Schwabenland expedition.

The Antarctic summer of 1946/47 was the first opportunity to mount such a large military expedition to the frigid regions of Antarctica. Coming so soon after the end of the Second World War, it was a puzzle why such a large armada would travel to Antarctica at a time of increasing Cold War tension and decommissioning of Naval personnel, unless the expedition was sent to militarily deal with some unresolved issues from the War itself – remnants of the Nazi elite hidden in an underground base or bases established or ‘discovered’ in the pre-war era. Hitler had authorized a number of military missions to the Antarctic in the pre-war era making it possible that one or more underground bases had been established or discovered. [39] The Byrd mission was scheduled to last up to six months but ended in a mere eight weeks because it had, according to Chilean Press reports, “run into trouble" and that there had been "many fatalities". [40] If the true goal of the mission was to locate and eradicate any Nazi bases, the press reports and early end to the mission indicated dismal failure and a rude awakening for the US Navy.

A March 5, 1947 Chilean press interview of Admiral Byrd, after the premature end of Operation High Jump, suggested that there had indeed been a military failure and there was a new threat located at the South Pole:

Adm. Byrd declared today that it was imperative for the United States to initiate immediate defense measures against hostile regions. The Admiral further stated that he didn’t want to frighten anyone unduly but it was a bitter reality that in case of a new war the continental United States would be attacked by flying objects which could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds. [41]

It was clear that the best the US Navy could muster was no match for the small but well armed Nazi elite that survived the war in their remote Antarctic location. Again, the possibility that the Nazi’s were receiving ET assistance in fending off the US attack could not be discounted. The Nazis efforts through occult groups such as the Thule Society to communicate with an advanced subterranean humanoid civilization, ‘Thule’, may have resulted in the elite Nazis being assisted in relocating to the hidden Antarctic base and possibly receiving significant ET support from any attack by the US and its allies.

A little known expedition of Admiral Byrd to the North Pole at the same time of Operation High Jump where he supposedly came into contact with an advanced subterranean race with Nordic physical characteristics suggests that the Thule Society had indeed been correct in its assessment of the existence of such a race. Admiral Byrd disclosed the circumstances of this encounter in a posthumously published entry in his diary where the leader of this advanced subterranean race greeted him:

'We have let you enter here because you are of noble character and well-known on the Surface World, Admiral' … you are in the domain of the Arianni, the Inner World of the Earth…. Admiral, I shall tell you why you have been summoned here. Our interest rightly begins just after your race exploded the first atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan. It was at that alarming time we sent our flying machines, the "Flugelrads", to your surface world to investigate what your race had done…. You see, we have never interfered before in your race's wars, and barbarity, but now we must, for you have learned to tamper with a certain power that is not for man, namely, that of atomic energy. Our emissaries have already delivered messages to the powers of your world, and yet they do not heed. Now you have been chosen to be witness here that our world does exist. You see, our Culture and Science is many thousands of years beyond your race, Admiral.' [42]

The veracity of Byrd’s dairy continues to be debated but Byrd’s comments to the Chilean Press suggests he was sufficiently unnerved by events related to his polar expedition(s) in 1946/47 for such an encounter to have occurred. Subsequent reports of extensive UFO activity in the Antarctic region were confirmation that Antarctic was being used as a base of operations for the new enemy that so unnerved Admiral Byrd – either Nazi Germany and/or one or more ET races. [43]

Foundations for Global Management of Extraterrestrial Affairs
The ‘victorious’ Allied powers (who called themselves the United Nations which also became the official name of the new international organization to replace the League of Nations in 1945) formed the foundations of a post-World War II order in response to events that had preceded and occurred during the War. The most important event aside from the visitation of ET races themselves was the rapid technological advances achieved by Nazi Germany’s scientists as a result of sponsoring esoteric communication techniques with ET races. The primary lessons learned from the Nazi-ET connection were the following.

ET races were visiting the Earth and eager to establish ongoing communications with the political leaderships of major national governments.
Psychic communication techniques with ET races played a significant role in Nazi Germany’s rapid technological advancements.
ET artifacts dating from antiquity could be found in remote locations around the planet, and had a potential for rapid technological advances by their discoverers.
One or more ET races tacitly supported Nazi Germany’s weapons acquisition programs.
ET races would not direct intervene in violent national conflicts and appeared to play an even handed role in assisting belligerent states to develop ET technologies for either offensive or defensive purposes.
Nazi Germany’s elites survived the war in remote locations in Antarctica and South America and would play a continued role in regional/world affairs.

The foundations for globally managing ET affairs after the Second World War were a number of policies based on the lessons learned from the Second World War era. There is considerable evidence to suggest that the major Allied powers of the US, USSR, Britain, and France have ‘cooperated’ in observing and implementing these global management policies despite powerful rivalries and diverging interests. Much of the cooperation between the US and the USSR, was due to the shared perception of the need to cooperate in dealing with the ET presence and the continued Nazi bases, and the profound lessons learned from Nazi experience when a major state embarked on military adventurism based on its confidence that it could use ET technology for offensive purposes.

The most important factor which impinged on this global cooperation were clear ideological differences between the Western and Soviet bloc nations which held antagonistic visions of how to best organize society, and the planet. This meant that each bloc, respectively led by the US and USSR, was simultaneously cooperating to effectively respond to the ET presence and existence of Nazi bases, while competing to maximize their respective zones of influence around the planet. The US and USSR took the lead in creating the political, military and economic structures that each ideological bloc would use in dealing with its own members, and with the rival bloc of nations. Each ideological bloc would deal with the various policy issues emerging from the existence of ET races and technologies using the structures it set up specifically for dealing with this issue. However, each bloc would cooperate in coordinating policy on the ET presence through the regular summit meetings between their political leaderships and the channels of communication established by each bloc’s respective military and intelligence communities.

The eventual recognition of the Peoples Republic of China as a Permanent member of the Security Council in 1972, signified its emergence as a major state that would also play a significant role in globally managing ET affairs by asserting a regional zone of influence in pursuing and acquiring ET technology and responding to the ET presence. There is little evidence that the non-Aligned Group of nations that emerged in the 1960’s played a significant role in globally managing the ET technology and the ET presence. Based on the institutional structures, relationships, and cooperative agreements reached by the Allied powers in dealing with ET technology and the ET presence around the planet, five main policies adopted by the Allied powers for globally managing ET affairs can be identified.

1. Non-Disclosure of Extraterrestrial Affairs
The first major policy adopted for globally managing ET affairs was that this would not be disclosed to the general publics and most elected officials of the major allied states until some time in the future when the policy consequences of the ET presence and ET technology could be clearly determined. In the case of the US, President Roosevelt adopted the decision for non-disclosure and after the US confirmed the reality of the ET presence and of ET technology. This was later institutionalized by the Truman and Eisenhower administrations in a manner that would allow the non-disclosure to be continued for an indefinite period. [44] Each of the Western democratic nations playing a prominent role in the global management system set up to deal with ET affairs, would form their own institutional structures responsible for coordinating ET policies and ensuring non-disclosure. [45] Each of the national governments would give all ET related projects and information a sufficiently high security classification to make it a federal/national crime for military and intelligence officials to come forward to reveal their participation in projects concerning the ET presence and technology. [46] This would be a highly effective means for restricting public debate and media investigation of ET related issues as evidenced by the continued media blackout of the ET presence. [47]

This success of the strategy of non-disclosure required strict enforcement of national security laws, and pressure on other states not privy to all aspects of ET affairs, to turn over any information, artifacts or technologies in their possession to one or more of the major powers in accord to the spheres of influence initially set out at the February 1945 agreement at Yalta between Franklin D. Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, and Joseph Stalin. The Yalta agreement is significant since it not only established spheres of influence for dealing with the territories liberated by the Allies, but it was also likely to have sanctioned a non-disclosure policy of the ET presence and the Nazi-ET connection. This suggested that the Allied states would cooperate to ensure ET affairs would remain a national security issue that would involve severe penalties for disclosure by public officials. In the case of the Soviet bloc of nations, and later China, even more draconian national security laws were set in place to ensure non-disclosure by even the most brave of public officials who was aware of government/military projects concerning ET technology and the ET presence.

The national political leaderships of states not playing a prominent role in globally managing ET affairs, were only sufficiently informed of the ET presence to delegate the matter over to their respective national security bodies. It appears that in cases where ET artifacts were discovered, ET craft landed or retrievals of craft occurred, and/or where ET contact occurred, these would be dealt with through the national security organs of the state that would cooperate with the major states that had influence over the host nation. Dr Jamisson Neruda, who claims to be a defector from a clandestine organization embedded within the National Security Agency organization that specializes in ET communication and technology, describes the circumstances surrounding the retrieval of an ET piloted craft discovered by his father who served in the Bolivian Army.

In 1956. My father discovered a damaged spacecraft in the jungles of Bolivia during a hunting trip. It was a triangular vessel about seventy meters from end-to-end, nearly equilateral. It included twenty-six crew. All dead…. My father recovered a specific technology from the ship, and then contacted a military official within the Bolivian government that was a trusted friend. Initially, my father was interested in selling the craft to the Bolivian military, but it quickly became a concern of the U.S. military -- specifically the SPL [Special Projects Laboratory]. A director from the SPL met with my father, ascertained the ship's location, and performed a complete salvage operation in the span of three days. [48]

The secret global recovery system operating for countries in the US sphere of influence is called ‘Project Pounce’. Colonel Steve Wilson, a former leader of this clandestine group of specialists from different branches of the US military revealed the activities of this secret Project in a series of interviews:

Project Pounce is an elite group of Air Force Black Berets and military scientists who rush to the scene of any UFO crashes, cordon off the area, retrieve the extraterrestrial spacecraft and any occupants, then "sanitize" the crash site back to its pre-crash appearance, and intimidate any outside witnesses into silence. [49]

The victorious Allies that formed the United Nations, and whose principal members became the permanent members of the UN Security Council, would cooperate in ensuring non-disclosure of the ET presence to their respective general publics, and other national governments. This suggested that the United Nations Security Council provided an important forum for the permanent members to coordinate their respective national policies on ET’s and, ensuring non-disclosure of the ET presence and/or discovery of ET technology.

2. Non-Disclosure of the ET-Nazi Connection and Countering Nazi Influence in South America
The second major policy adopted for globally managing ET affairs was that the ET connection with Nazi Germany, and the survival of the Nazi elite in remote locations in Antarctica and South America would not be disclosed to the general public and most elected public officials by those national governments aware of the Nazi exodus. This was to ensure that there would be no reemergence of the Nazi ideology as the basis of new national government anywhere in the world, and of Nazi elites capturing a major state for promoting their Nazi belief systems. This posed considerable difficulties in South America where many governments had strong pro-Nazi sentiments and had provided material support and safe havens for the Axis powers. Countries such as Argentina, Paraguay, Chile and Brazil were carefully watched due to strong pro-Nazi sympathies among political elites, and potential for these states to be vehicles for the spread of Nazism/Fascism in the South American continent. [50]

Indeed, much of the Cold War struggle that occurred throughout South America was an effort to contain the spread of Nazism/Fascism and the need to reign in the influence of Nazi enclaves that influenced governments in this continent. The fear was that South America could one day become a vehicle for a renewed effort by the remaining Nazi elites for regional, if not global, domination. The Cold War struggle in South America was a covert means for the US and USSR to minimize the threat posed by the escaped Nazi elite, by exhausting South American states in a series of political and economic crises. These perennial crises would ensure that no South American state could ever achieve the kind of economic potential that would enable it to develop the industrial capacity and technological base that would provide the Nazi elite a vehicle for achieving a leadership role in regional and/or world affairs. For example, the 2002 decision by the International Monetary Fund not to provide additional funds to Argentina, led to an easily predictable economic meltdown that resulted in the closing of banks, cut back in government services, and rapid increase in unemployment. [51] Rather than this being a result of different macro-economic philosophies by the Bush administration as compared to the Clinton administration, it may be suspected that the real reason was to deny Argentina the resources with which it could play a major political role in the region. The final result would be to deny an increase in the power of Nazi elites who continue to exert a powerful behind the scenes influence over the Argentine political system, and other states in South America. Significantly, the individual in charge of Cold War strategy in Latin America during the Truman administration was Nelson Rockefeller who was later secretly appointed by Eisenhower to take charge of ET affairs. [52]

3. Repatriation of Nazi Scientists/technologies and continuing Nazi Sponsored Human Projects
The third major policy adopted for globally managing ET affairs was that all ET inspired technology left by Nazi Germany was divided between the victorious powers of the US, Britain, France, and the Soviet Union in terms of who had possession of the technology or scientists in their respective zones of control in Occupied Germany and former Nazi occupied territories. Each Allied state incorporated this technology into their respective clandestine military efforts aimed at weapons development and intelligence acquisition. Each of the major Allied states had its own version of ‘Operation Paperclip’ where the US sponsored the removal of Nazi scientists to the US, even in cases where they had strong pro-Nazi records thereby violating US immigration laws. [53] These efforts of recruiting Nazi scientists were distinguished by the continuation of many Nazi sponsored projects in the US and USSR.

The expatriation of former Nazi scientists was particularly important in a number of fields where the Nazis used slave labor and/or unwilling human subjects in testing and developing ET inspired technologies. The restrictions on such experiments in the US and other democratic nations meant that these Nazi scientists had a wealth of experience that could not be easily replicated in the US and elsewhere. Areas in particular which were of interest to Western nations aware of the ET presence were genetic and mind control experiments aimed at optimizing human performance in extreme conditions. These experiments were secretly continued in the US and other former Allied states with the purpose of bioengineering ‘super soldiers’ who could display the kind of genetic and mental qualities for extremely high military performance in outer space. The testimonies of former participants of these experiments suggest that many of these former Nazi sponsored genetic and mind control programs were indeed used for producing ‘super soldiers’. [54]

One individual who claims to have been a participant of these genetic and mind control experiments, Andy Pero, gave an interview revealing the background of these mind control experiments he was involved in:

After WW2 many Nazi scientists were brought over to the US through our own Intelligence community who formerly worked in mind control research in the concentration camps. I believe they are a remnant of the Nazi party working in conjunction with different branches of the US government and the military. Much of my training and torture sessions were done right at the University of Rochester, NY. They used to take me to a private room in the attic or top floor of the library. The big lab where I had most of the programming done to me was at the Rome National Air Base in Rome, NY. I have also been used in the Montauk chair while at Camp Hero, Montauk, L.I. and also in a chair in Atlanta, GA at Dobbins Air Force Base…. The trainers would put me into a trance whereby I'd be told I could jump off a ladder of minimal height. In my mind, I believed that I was only jumping off a footstool or a short ledge. In actuality, I was progressively led to jump higher and higher heights to the point of successfully jumping off buildings and even out of planes without a parachute. When under mind control, I could do whatever I was instructed to do as long as I believed them. I would do 200 or more push ups in perfect form, sometimes as long as a half hour straight, or until I was told to stop. I weight lifted 545 lbs. on a barbell and squats while attending college and much more (500-1500 lb.) while I was under the mind control in the training laboratory not far from Rochester, NY. [55]

Other areas of experimentation involved psychometric weapons development and experiments working with time/dimensional travel. [56] A number of participants in these highly secret projects sponsored by intelligence and military branches of government have come forward to give testimony of these projects. Preston Nichols, claims to have been a former director of one of these projects and has testified to the use of children, the homeless and other unwilling human subjects in continuing these highly secret experiments. He outlined the history of Montauk Project as follows:

Over the years, the Montauk researchers perfected their mind control techniques and continued to delve further into the far reaches of human potential. By developing the psychic abilities of different personnel, it eventually got to the point where a psychic's thoughts could be amplified with hardware, and illusions could be manifested both subjectively and objectively. This included the virtual creation of matter. All of this was unparalleled in the history of what we call "ordinary human experience" but the people who ran the Montauk Project were not about to stop. They would reach even further into the realm of the extraordinary. Once it was discovered that a psychic could manifest matter, it was observed that it could appear at different times, depending on what the psychic was thinking. Thus, what would happen if a psychic thought of a book but thought of it appearing yesterday? It was this line of thinking and experimentation which led to the idea that one could bend time itself. After years of empirical research, time portals were opened with massive and outrageous experiments being conducted. [57]

The sponsorship of human performance enhancing experiments and mind control was adopted by all major governments interested in the work of Nazi Scientists, future requirements for humans in space conditions, and possible future conflict with ET races. [58] These experiments continue today and remain among the most classified projects developed by major states that globally manage the ET presence, ET technology and legacy of Nazi Germany.

4. Managing Extraterrestrial Artifacts Found Around the Planet
The fourth major policy adopted for globally managing ET affairs was that all ET artifacts found around the planet would be bought under the control of one or more of the ‘victorious powers’ of US, Britain, the Soviet Union, and France. This meant that the post-war division of the globe into different ‘spheres of influence’ agreed to at Yalta, meant that most if not all ET technology would eventually find its way into the clandestine military programs of the US, Britain, the Soviet Union and France, or at least be monitored by these major states. With the emergence of China as a permanent UN member, this meant that it too was recognized as having a legitimate sphere of influence wherein it could work to access, control and/monitor discovered ET artifacts. Maintaining the principle established at Yalta in 1945 to carve up the planet into different spheres of influence would help ensure that there would be no proliferation of ET inspired technology since a major power would be recognized as having legitimacy to covertly intervene, control and/or monitor ET artifacts. This would help minimize chances of a repeat of the Nazi experience where a discontented regional power could use ET technology for weapons development and embark on a program of regional military domination that would once again threaten peace and stability in a region or the globe.

This fundamental principle of globally managing ET affairs was particularly important in those parts of the planet where ancient civilizations existed and where ET artifacts were likely to be hidden in inaccessible or yet to be discovered areas. Regions such Tibet, Egypt, Iraq, Afghanistan, Indochina, South and Central America, and elsewhere were all highly valued assets due to the potential ET artifacts possibly located in these countries and regions. The global cooperation between the US and USSR, and other permanent members of the UN Security Council members, in responding to the ET presence and gaining access to ET artifacts, yielded to intense strategic competition for control of these territories and their hidden treasures. The Cold War ideological conflict masked the very real struggle for each major state to maximize its power in terms of the technological breakthroughs ET artifacts would provide. There is evidence that the current war in Iraq is but the latest example of a regional military conflict whose ultimate prize is ET artifacts that would impact on the technological programs of the major states managing ET affairs around the planet. [59] The split between NATO members France and Germany, with the US and Britain over the legitimacy and timing of the military intervention in Iraq, suggested that a fundamental realignment in managing ET affairs had occurred with France and Germany siding with Russia and even China in wanting to restrain the US. This suggested that the post-Second World War cooperation for managing ET affairs was under severe strain, and that very real tensions lay underneath the polite language of international diplomacy. [60]

5. Cooperating to End the Nazi Threat
The fifth major policy adopted for globally managing ET technology and the ET presence was that the major powers would cooperate in responding to the challenge posed both by the remnants of Nazi Germany in their hidden military bases in Antarctica and South America; and to the one or more ET races that had and continued to assist Nazi elites. This cooperation by the major powers was marked by agreements to not disclose this information to their respective general publics and most elected political officials. What surely most troubled Allied officials was the success of the Nazi elites to develop fully operational saucer craft that were propelled by antigravity generators and navigational systems that still had not been successfully developed by the US and USSR as mentioned by Col Corso in an interview reflecting his time in service (he retired from military service in 1963). [61] This Nazi success occurred well before the Allied states were able to develop their own fleets of saucer ships.

According to Col Steve Wilson, the first successful U.S. antigravity flight took place on July 18, 1971 at S-4 dreamland [Area 51] wherein light bending capabilities were also demonstrated to obtain total invisibilities.” [62] A number of military whistleblowers suggest that the US currently has a fleet of ET reverse engineered ships with antigravity propulsion systems and that manned flights to the Moon and even Mars are regular occurrences by the clandestine organizations developing and using such technology. [63]

If Wilson’s date and description is accurate, it suggests that the US reached a similar technological stage to the Nazis who presumably achieved this technological feat sometime towards the end of the Second World War as evidenced by the appearance of the legendary Foo fighters which bewildered Allied airmen on bombing missions over Germany. [64] After an exhaustive study of this phenomenon, British researcher Mark Birdsall concluded: “Without question, nearly all Foo-Fighter and Ghost Rocket reports can be categorized as advanced technology channeled from …various secret German WWII scientific facilities.” [65] This suggests that a significant technological gap divided the US/USSR from the Nazi elite who escaped to Antarctica with their prized technological assets and information derived from their occult communications with ET races.

The presence of a significantly well-armed and undefeated Nazi presence in Antarctica and South America would be kept from the general public and most elected officials. The evidence for such a non-disclosure policy is evidenced by the secrecy surrounding the true goals of Admiral Byrd’s Antarctic mission in 1946/47; and subsequent conflicts in the Antarctic and South America. The level of secrecy even for senior political officials can be gauged by comments by former Congressmen such as Senator Barry Goldwater who served as Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee. In response to a question by a UFO researcher he stated: “This thing [ET affairs] has gotten so highly classified … it is just impossible to get anything on it.” [66]

The superior ET inspired technology achieved by Nazi remnants that allowed them to continue to maintain remote bases would surely have disturbed the US and USSR. This helps understand the basis of the cooperation between the major Western powers and the Soviet Union and its satellite states, to globally manage the existence of ET races and technology throughout the Cold War era, and to hide the truth about the threat posed by remnants of Nazi Germany.

Conclusion: Global Management System for ET Affairs and the Legacy of the Nazi-ET Connection
The management system designed by the Allied powers to deal with ET affairs, including the legacy of the Nazi Germany-ET connection, are based circumstances that stem directly from the Second World War. The desire not to disclose the existence of significant Nazi bases in Antarctica and elsewhere was understandably based on perceptions by the leaderships of Allied states that this would lead to disclosure of the ET assistance received by Nazi Germany. Due to the potential of this for disclosure of the ET presence more generally, a policy that became a foundation for the global management of ET affairs after the War, the truth about the Nazi bases would not be disclosed. Furthermore, the fact that Nazi bases in Antarctica could not be militarily defeated suggested both the technological superiority of Nazi weapons, and the likelihood that they continued to receive assistance from one or more ET races preventing the eradication of Nazi bases. Given global public perceptions of ‘complete victory’ in the Second World War, the Allied governments did not want their respective national publics to learn of the major strategic defeat suffered by the Allies with the successful establishment of a Nazi presence in Antarctica and South America, and the Nazi-ET connection. This would mean that these technologically advanced Nazi enclaves would pose a direct threat to the militaries of major world governments. Perhaps more importantly, core Nazi principles such as elitist decision making, eugenics, and militarism, would be a threat to ‘democratic’ values around the globe, and how ET affairs were to be globally managed.

The chief legacy of the Nazi German-ET connection is that Nazi enclaves continue to influence a key region of the planet, South America, leading to numerous political and economic crises in that continent which continues to seriously impact on the lives of South American citizens. Furthermore, there are claims by a number of researchers that Nazism continues to covertly influence government policy at the highest level in countries such as the US, Russia; and, to a lesser extent, Britain and France, through the Nazi scientists expatriated into those countries after the Second World War. These former Nazi scientists assumed prominent leadership positions in the clandestine projects to develop ET inspired technologies, and thus became Trojan horses for Nazi principles and beliefs both in government and corporations that fulfill numerous contracts that service the military and intelligence communities in the US. This is especially the case in projects that involve ‘mind control’ and ‘genetic’ experiments that utilize ET inspired technologies for a variety of purposes that are not transparent and abusive of the rights of human subjects. There is evidence that Nazi infiltration through the ‘Trojan horse’ of former Nazi Scientists into the military-industrial complexes that oversee ET affairs is so significant as to constitute a direct threat to democracy and liberty in the US and other major powers.

There is a need for full disclosure of ET affairs in general in order to make it possible for humanity to make the transition to the reality of extraterrestrial life, and the political issues that arise with dealing with ET affairs. There are not only ethical and political principles that motivate full disclosure, but there are also significant national security principles at stake. The very survival of the US as a bastion of liberty and democracy - key principles established by the Founding fathers of the US – are at stake if clandestine projects dealing with ET affairs and the continued Nazi influence, are not placed under the oversight of the appropriate congressional and executive committees that are transparent in their operations and reports. [67] A full Congressional inquiry into the true circumstances surrounding the escape of Nazi elites and establishment of bases in Antarctica and elsewhere, by the US Congress and similar parliamentary bodies of other nations is immediately required. Such official inquiries are needed to make the public more aware of how Nazi principles have infiltrated into the key national institutions responsible for managing ET affairs, and the threat this poses to democratic values and institutions. Evidence for infiltration of Nazi principles into the key decision making bodies on ET affairs is given by whistleblowers such as Dr Michael Wolf who claims that “within the UFO Cover-Up there is a dark, covert renegade organization known as the ‘Cabal’. He describes it as a "well-orchestrated conspiratorial bevy of plotters ... top-heavy with the military, and headed by (a Navy Under- Secretary)." He claims that the “paranoiac Cabal works against, and deliberately undermines, the goals of peaceful negotiations with the extraterrestrial visitors.” [68]

At a global level, there is a similar threat that key institutions that manage ET affairs have become infiltrated by Nazi elites and/or Nazi principles. It is imperative that the public becomes fully informed of the variety of ET races in existence, their activities and agendas, and to identify those races that have been most active in supporting the Nazi elite and their activities since the end of the Second World War. While achieving transparency in the full range of activities, agendas and motivations of ET races is extraordinarily complex, it is certainly worth investigating why one or more ET races assisted in the development in the Nazi’s advanced technology, and may be playing a role in the expansion of Nazi principles in the national and global management of ET affairs. There remains the danger of an unnecessary military confrontation with ET races who, it is claimed in the majority of whistleblower testimonies, demonstrate little hostile intent to global humanity, and indeed have thus far demonstrated remarkable resilience in not retaliating against attacks from clandestine government organizations. [69] Delay in addressing the influence of Nazi elites and/or Nazi principles in the global management of ET affairs may result in a series of events that have tragic consequences for the sovereignty and freedom of humanity for generations to come.

Your Guide To The Seven Wisdom Keys

Introduction

Two months before the beginning of the year 2000 I was told to really be very aware of the way energy was going to be working. I was also told that I was to also be very aware of the fact that everything that worked a certain way before was not how it was going to work after the year 2000! We literally had to find alternative ways of doing things. For example if you were used to protecting yourself with the white light. Now, what the white light does, it flushes everything out of your system. Imagine if you will, what using the white light every single day will do for you! Your energy level will get very low, if you don't replenish. Then keeping the energy level up will be very hard if the white light keeps flushing.

These keys we present to you will allow you to focus. We know these words have all been spoken through eons of time. What we would like to do is assist in keeping the concentration and focus. We begin with asking you to keep laughter as part of your everyday life and in keeping the laughter in your life everything will be easier to work all through your heart. When we learn to work through the heart we will learn to be closer to the universal or spiritual energies. Everyone will have ups and downs for this is the way we experience and learn on our way back to the Godhead. The way of the student is to be like a sponge and take in everything that comes around to learn from it and go beyond.

There are four steps to process everything in life whether positive or negative:

Accept it
Embrace it
Forgive it
Let it go

In a later book we will go through each step one by one and elaborate on each step. Explaining each one thoroughly.

We believe in the power within and feel that now is the time to tap into that which has escaped so many for so long. We know how hard all of you have worked to tap into this power and yet for so many it's a power that keeps eluding you. Why? This is the biggest question!

Every single solitary spiritual law is simple and direct. We are the only ones who complicate matters by over analyzing. We have a tendency to dissect everything. Is there any way that we can simply accept what God has to offer without question? Can we do away with eons of programming of religions and or peers? We all live our lives according to a set of values, guidelines and principles. Most people spend their whole life without really being conscious of the principles that guide their life. Lucky are those who are consciously aware of these principles. Luckier still are those who recognize that they can change these principles. But few are the ones that actually do change their principles to enhance their life.

To change one’s life for the better requires work and effort on a daily basis. If you are going to change your life, you must change your habits as well as your way of thinking. You have to face the demons within no matter how small or large they are. Believe me, they will confront you. But if one persists you shall eventually overcome them. All the power lies within you. For we all have the ability; some just show it less than others do.

One of the greatest tools we all have is the violet transmuting flame. This gift of the violet transmuting flame is one that has to be used every day. This flame may be used in as simple a way as surrounding yourself in it while taking your bath or your shower. In this way the negative you wash off will not pollute the Earth again. This is just one of the many keys we may all employ.

The seven wisdom keys that follow are given to help improve your life and assist you in making conscious changes for the better. It is recommended that you review and put into conscious practice these seven keys on a daily routine basis.

Contemplate and meditate on these keys, put them into practice in your life and see how they change your habit patterns, way of thinking, and life for the better. Practiced on a regular basis, you will find a reconnection with life you may have totally forgotten about in some cases. You will open new doors to creativity. A daily routine of meditation and inner exploration will open the doors to life’s many synchronicities. To enhance your life, change your lifestyle and begin to live anew. This leads us into the first key.

VI. What you make happen for others, God will make happen for you!

This key, like key number four is about being unselfish and giving of your self. The wisdom, skills and talents we possess are to be shared with all of creation. This key like a sword has a 2nd edge to it. Within this key is an admonishment against consequences of actions taken. For every action there is a reaction. If you destroy another’s life, rest assured somewhere along the line your fate holds the same for you. Karmic law is a fair and just law that is fulfilled to every letter of the law.

The teaching within this key instructs us in three distinct actions:

Make positive things happen for others and your rewards shall be positive.
Make or cause negative things to happen for others, and negative things will be given to you in return.
If someone gives unto you a negative condition, you must learn to become proactive and bless this situation in full.

Actions one and two are simply a natural flowing process. For every action there is a reaction, (i.e. An eye for an eye). Neither of these two actions do much for one’s growth, they are just a natural flow and continue the progression of Karmic action.

The third action is the most significant action to explore. For hidden within this action is a key to ending the Karmic chain of actions repeated over and over. This 3rd action employs the use of higher spiritual wisdom and divine laws. As was discussed earlier in the keys, the use of being proactive is very important. We must learn to shine spiritual light into every place and situation. To be able to do this, one must be able to detach emotionally from a situation. Oftentimes detachment is hard. This is due to our attachment to old patterns and issues and the emotions that are connected to these situations.

How often has a certain sight, sound or smell triggered old memories of another place and time? Granted, some of these are wonderful memories. Others are not. But if they cause you to pre-judge a situation and react without an objective assessment of the new situation, you are still trapped by old emotions. The greatest thing you can do for yourself is to release this old emotion. Otherwise, you are likely to carry out either of the first two choices above. This is not always the wisest action to take.

If, instead you clear the emotions, then when the new situation presents itself, you can detach from it and objectively evaluate it’s benefit for you. Still further, if the situation is not of benefit for you in its present form, this is an opportunity to employ the heart of action three which is to be proactive and shine divine love and light into the situation. Be able to return a blessing for a curse. Thereby, you break the Karmic chain. This is not an action that will come from of the ego unless it personally has something to gain. This action comes from your inner self, your spirit.

As you reach into your inner spirit, you are finding, as well as helping others to find their God within. You assist others in this way that they may learn to do the same for other people. Bringing enlightenment into other people’s lives will bring greater enlightenment into your life.

How many times have you gone through so many traumatic things in your life that you feel the only way to escape is to hide in a cave? But if you do, what would you have learned about soul evolvement? While hiding feels safe, there are still so many others that need guidance or assistance and you may well be the only one God can call upon to assist them. And if you passed that opportunity up, then what, will that person then go unassisted? What goes around comes around! Putting aside our wants and needs for a while will bring more rewards then we expect! Open your eyes to other's needs and you will fulfill your own!

Freaky Friday continues to receive very high ratings, not just because it is funny and entertaining, but because it touches something deep within every viewer, young and old. This is Walt Disney's remake of the 1976 film where a mother and teenaged daughter discover they have switched bodies magically. Then the lessons begin.

When we becomes too rigid in our thinking (at any age), our world reflects that and we forget about the simple joys in life. Life becomes a daily, monotonous routine. We forget why we came to the planet in the first place. A wise master once told us we must become as little children, since they often have the answers on living life fully and joyfully. If we allow them to, children can teach us much about where we need to be and the importance of play.

In this film, by switching bodies, both were able to see what they could not "see" before. The bodies are not so much important as the person inside, the real person. Much can be learned and understood when we try to put ourselves in another's shoes. In this way, we find compassion and it is easier to appreciate the other person as the Divine being that they are, no matter what the relationship is. It is all about the power of Love. Freaky Friday addresses these issues and more with a lot of humor and fun. This is a movie that everyone can enjoy.

This movie is an interesting picture in that it identifies the reality that there are far more things going on behind the scenes than people are aware of. Technology has long since been far advanced beyond what the general populace has known about. Even now secretly developed technology is years ahead of what is revealed to the general populace. Movies like LXG (League of Extraordinary Gentlemen) is another example in the lineage of movies that attempt to open our eyes to the fact that life is not what it seems.

You know one of the easiest ways to fool someone is to give them something with just enough diversion in it to lead them off course. And that has long been the practice of the "establishment" in my opinion. Once the ground work of false thought pattern is laid down it is easier to keep people deceived. It takes a lot more work to convince someone of the truth once a lie has been established as the truth. If you have bought into the lies that we have been conditioned to believe as truth, it is hard to change gears and recognize the truth.

So when you view a movie like the LXG, that in my opinion reveals a great deal of truth and opens the mind to what may actually be going on in the world, it is viewed by many as a fantasy venture a little to removed from reality. It is thus dismissed as unimportant and the true meaning and information of the movie is overlooked. Secondly, by hiding this movie in the midst of a number of other fantasy adventure movies and making it similar in content to the other movies the truth can be told but without a big box office draw because it is a little to similar to some of the other movies of the summer. Again a way to camouflage the truth.

The reason I am going on about this point is because I believe there is a requirement to reveal the truth to the population before they can attempt to violate free will clause of personal sovereignty. As a sovereign being the truth must be told to you before action can be taken against you. Of course if the truth is presented in a way that you dismiss it as a lie then that is not someone else's issue it is yours. And you have no recourse for you were given the truth and chose to believe a lie instead.

A key point to realize is that quite often truth is presented with just enough of a twist to make it appear to be unreal. This is just the case in point with The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Not many will see this as a plausible possibility in our history. Why really now how could anyone begin to think that our history may actually contain stories of secret organizations that have been attempting to manipulate our past and some even may have succeeded at the manipulation of our world. Why to suggest just such possibilities is ludicrous. Or is it?

Mark Twain once said and I quote "Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; truth isn't." Think about it before you dismiss this movie as just some deluded fantasy dreamer gone astray.

I felt a great deal of truth and information were hidden in the movie. I am not suggesting that this is our true history but, I do feel there are a great deal of things going on behind the scenes that the general public does not know about in our past, as well as our present time. Some suggest that this movie is a copy of the other action movies of the recent past. And this may be true, but look deeper an I believe one finds a message that will open your mind to a different view of the world. On the surface governments may not appear to be connected at all but contrary to popular belief the governments of this world are much more in bed with each other than they are willing to admit to at times.

I very much enjoyed the movie and recommend that one take the time to go see it. There are many things in this world and creation that are not even dreamt of by the human race. The details of the movie I leave for you to discover. It is time we all started to discern the truth in life.

Healing Habits

A Prescription to Laugh: Healing Through Humor And Laughter

"A cheerful heart is good medicine."
- King Solomon (Proverbs 17:22)

King Solomon gave us one of the earliest recorded accounts regarding the healing power of humor and laughter. In the 1300's, surgeon Henri de Mondeville reportedly told jokes to his patients in the recovery room. In the 1600's, educator Richard Mulcater recommended laughter for those suffering from head colds.

Throughout the centuries court jesters have been hired to relieve the royalty's stress from governmental duties. Perhaps the most insightful recording of the benefits of laughter and humor healing came from Dr. Norman Cousins in his book, Anatomy of an Illness as Perceived by the Patient.

Laughter And Humor Can And Does Enhance Our Overall Well-Being

In 1964 Dr. Cousins was diagnosed with a crippling and extremely painful inflammation of his body. With his physician's assistance, he checked out of the hospital and into a hotel to utilize as many natural resources as possible to treat his condition. His experience became a controlled study in pain management and overall healing.

Dr. Cousins had a strong will to live and knew if he focused on love and faith, he could generate positive emotions. He decided to experiment with laughter to create a positive factor in altering his body chemistry to be in a healing mode. Dr. Cousins systematically watched Candid Camera classics, Marx Brother films, and read books like E.B. and Katharine White's Subtreasury of American Humor and Max Eastman's The Enjoyment of Laughter. He later wrote, "I made the joyous discovery that ten minutes of genuine belly laughter had an anesthetic effect and would give me at least two hours of pain-free sleep." He recovered from this condition and spent the next 20 years teaching about the merits of laughter and humor in healing.

"Me, Funny?"

Earlier in my career when presenting information on laughter therapy, it was my intention to be known as a laughter specialist, not a comedienne or a humorist. If people said, "you speak about humor." I would defend my position, "No," I would start, "I speak about the benefits of therapeutic laughter." "But, you're funny!" I would hear in return. "You're a humorist!" So purist was I in my thinking, that the idea of people finding my presentations educational AND humorous escaped me.

What I now appreciate is that often I connect with someone through shared humor, or I connect with someone who simply hears my laugh and readily joins in laughing with me.

What are the Differences Between Laughter and Humor?

Laughter is innate, and you are born with your giggles. You have unique sounds of laughter. Your laughter may sound similar to another's laughter, but your sound is brilliantly yours. Laughter exists on its own merit. You do not have to "get the joke," hear a story, or decipher a code in order to laugh.

People are surprised to learn that I do not tell jokes, yet I laugh every day. Sometimes I get requests to tell jokes, and I offer to just start laughing instead. I enjoy a good joke, but I'm a terrible joke-teller.

Humor is the interpretation of what you perceive as funny. Your sense of humor begins forming during your early life lessons of what is appropriate to laugh about or inappropriate (such as ridicule or teasing). Once the perception is processed in your mind, then your mind informs your body to push the laughter button and let your laughter sounds begin.

For some people who find laughter difficult, humor can be the jumpstart to finding their brilliant sounds of laughter. Paul McGhee, Ph.D., author of Health, Healing, and the Amuse System: Humor as Survival Training, (Kendall/Hunt, 1999) suggests that some people need to surround themselves with humor through comedy clubs, television shows, or friends who are identified as having "a great sense of humor." By doing so, Dr. McGhee contends that people will connect with humor and then enjoy the laughter that follows.

When I tell stories in my presentations, most audience members will connect with my humor and then laugh. But, occasionally someone comes up to me saying; "I just wasn't with you today." All that means is that their humor did not connect with mine, which leads me to another subtle difference between laughter and humor.

Humor Cannot Always be Shared

Laughter is energy that can be shared because there is not a stimulus that has to accompany it that is inclusive of others. Humor however, is subjective and not always shared.

Did you laugh at the last joke you heard? Have you been on the receiving end of a practical joke? Did you laugh? Do you enjoy certain television shows that other family members despise? Do you laugh uproariously at a commercial to find your friend looking over at you in dismay?

In summary, laughter is innate and can be shared. Humor is learned and isn't always appreciated by more than the interpreter. There has to be an intellectual connection as well.

How Can You Use Laughter and Humor for Healing?

For the purpose of applying laughter to your daily life and the healing of your mind, body and spirit, think of humor as the brain waves jumpstarting your laughter.

Become aware of what you interpret as funny. For example next time you purchase a card, discover which ones elicited laughter. Read cartoons, bumper stickers, billboard signs to enhance your awareness of what generates laughter. When people tell stories, pay attention to how you felt afterwards. Did you laugh? Reflect on which radio, TV shows or movies make you laugh. Armed with this new awareness, use the tool of humor to induce laughter for your health, healing and general sense of well-being.

Finally, spend time daily practicing laughing out loud. Maybe smiling first, then leaning into a giggle, then outright belly laughs. Now move beyond thinking about laughter and humor. Go ahead . . . it's safe . . . you can do it…ready, get set, laugh!

The Need To Relax

Rest and sleep help overcome fatigue and restore energy to the body. Everyone needs rest and sleep but the amount required differs for each individual. Most adults require about 7 to 81/2 hours at night. Young children may need more sleep at night besides a daytime nap. Everyone often has trouble getting sleep. Insomnia indicates physical or emotional disorders. Rest and relaxation are as important as sleep. After strenuous work, a person may need a period of rest and at others he may require just relaxation or a change of place. Pleasurable and relaxing activities helps the body to shed tension and remain robust. If rest and relaxation do not relieve fatigue and tension, the individual may have a physical or emotional problem. Exercise helps to keep the body healthy and fit. Vigorous exercise strengthens muscles and improves the function of the circulatory and respiratory systems. To achieve fitness, a person should start an exercise programme slowly and build it up gradually to a level that maintains a healthy heart and strong muscles. Daily exercise provides the greatest benefits. Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being. It involves more than just the absence of disease. A person who is in good physical condition has the strength and energy to enjoy an active life and withstand the stresses of daily life. Proper nutrition, exercise, rest and sleep, cleanliness and medical and dental care are essential parts of hygiene. Handling stress is essential for avoiding both mental and physical illness. No one can avoid stress but a person can do a few things to helps lessen the danger of becoming ill due to stress. Regular exercise and sufficient sleep strengthen the body’s resistance to stress. Everyone should learn to relax by resting, taking a walk, meditating, working with a hobby or by another method that is found successful. Discussing a problem with a friend, relative or other person sometimes helps relieve stress.

Relaxation
Stress is the spice of life Without stress, life would be dull and boring. When you are tense your speed increases, your reaction time becomes shorter, you are able to finish your work with a timebound precision. Your job will be a challenging one. It is when you fix goals. To reach them in time strive hard. With every goal achieved you become stronger and are able to reach higher targets.

A nagging wife is a good wife because she keeps you tense and compels you to finish important work in time. Tension is good for students to keep themselves on their toes. They strive to do their homework and study properly and secure good marks. A little tension slowly becomes bigger tension, a temporary tension becomes a permanent affair. When a nagging wife starts nagging for little things, all the time, and lets you not to live in peace in your own house, when a student is goaded by his parents to higher ambition or to get distinction marks, that is the time of tension. This is more so in the case of a student who is not very bright and in fact not capable of achieving much in studies. If you set high targets, which are not within your ability or something that may take a lifetime to complete and you are still not sure whether you will be able to cope with them, your tension increases.

Tension keeps building up. It is like your bank account, if you are lucky, you keep on depositing money. Slowly, steadily and gradually it swells into a big account, when you will be able to buy a car, a scooter, a fridge or TV or build a house. Tension keeps on mounting in the same way gradually and steadily if you are not able to find a solution to your problems. It gets deposited slowly and gradually in your account. You are aware of your bank account building up, but may not be conscious about your tension building up in the body. There is no accurate measuring scale to know how much exactly your tension account is and how much has been deposited in your body bank. A small tension is spice, but too much tension becomes poison for your existence. An elderly well-wisher advised me at an important juncture of a prolonged stress, I was passing through : "Dreaming is good as long as you can fulfill your dreams, but if your dreams are big and you cannot reach them in spite of your best effort and resources they will fill you up with frustration".

Some stress for a small duration does not harm the body, the changes which comes in the body during stress, return to normal when it is over. In other words ambitious persons who have no perspective of their own limitations, believe they can do it all. If they fail to achieve their desired goal, they refuse to settle for the second best.

We call this nervous tension. It can create a havoc in the body. A saying in Hindustani goes : "Chinta jwal sharir me Dawanal Lagi Jaye" (when you are dead your body is kept on a pyre to be burnt, but in life, tension burns you while you are still alive.)

Tension is part of our modern living. It is a product of industrialization and materialism. This has already come in a big way in Western countries. As the speed of life increases, it builds tension with equal speed. As the struggle for existence increases so does tension. When you find it difficult to get a job, or set up a business, when there is difficulty in getting a house, or admission for your children in a school, there is cause to become tense. You exhaust yourself in collecting the basic necessities of life. This plight goes on all the time even during an emotional adjustment with your family members, how far can you come up to their expectation. This comes about also in competition with your relatives, friends, your neighbors. Trying to keep up with the Joneses, you tend to show off what you are not and crave for appreciation and prove yourself bigger than you actually are. All this is capable of generating unhealthy tension.

Let us go back 30,000 yours to the times of our ancestors. They lived and struggled for food and shelter. Imagine their existence. What is the setting? Entering a forest clearing, if a hunter suddenly comes face to face upon a ferocious and hungry tiger looking for his prey, confrontation takes place, their eyes meet. The body becomes tense the man feels the accelerated pounding of his heart, blood pressure rises, the mouth becomes dry, sweat appears on his brow. Breathing hard and thinking fast, man has to make a decision. Stand and face the animal and fight to death, or turn around and run into the thickets. Evolution has equipped us to react to a stressful situation physically.

As the body receives stress signals, the concerned nerves begin their work to stimulate the pituitary gland. This is the master key gland which in turn stimulates other glands to secrete a hormone called adrenaline. This is a substance which excites all the body systems. With a racing heart and fast breathing, more oxygen is pumped into the blood raising blood pressure and pulse pressure. With a shaky stomach man is in readiness to fight or run. If the stress subsides, these response die away. The body is released from tension and returns to a state of equilibrium. Thus an athlete after his event comes back to a normal state. His body reaction subsides and no harm is done to the body. Same thing happens to a student who has to undergo an examination. Or a job seeker who goes for an interview.

What happens if a person is all the time in a condition of high stress. It is then that the body does not come back to the post-stress normal physiological state. This is the time which is fraught with danger. Now when we are not obliged to fight or flee we may get a palpitation sitting at our desk. A constant panic turns itself into a situation which gives rise to clammy hands, a racing pulse, high blood pressure, stomach hypersecretion, a nervous system that goes hay-wire. Instead of improving the performance under stress, we reach a point where greater pressure is actually counterproductive and can result in physical breakdown. We may then feel restless, tense, irritable or depressed. We may suffer from loss of appetite, insomnia, extensive fatigue and a loss of sexual potency.

During the 1970s there was considerable research into the relationship between stress and disease particularly regarding stress and cancer, heart disease, diabetes, peptic ulcer, tuberculosis, eczema and asthma. Headaches caused by tension affect an estimated 15 million Americans, while high blood pressure affects 20 million.

A lady was suffering from diarrhea, but neither medicine nor a change in the diet could help her. Ultimately, she was put right by a psychoanalyst. A problem so obscure, so remote, so different can be due to tension. The modern medical world is agreed that the mind or in-built tension can play a dominant role in all diseases and a major role in 60 percent of all diseases. To live in this world facing all challenges, hearing all misfortunes, and to overcome the prevalent greed and jealousy you need to be relaxed and have a clear mind. Greed and jealousy are the root causes of all mental and physical diseases. See that they do not enter your mind. Forty years ago people were dying of cholera, small pox and plague. The scene has now changed. More people are dying of heart attack, blood pressure, cancer, and diabetes. It is the reward we pay for the so-called progress, industrialization and for getting more affluent.

The Atherosclerosis Research Centre in the U.S.A. tried an experiment to find out how stress could induce heart attacks. They took two groups of animals and fed them on low fat and low cholesterol diet and matched them for their body weight and blood pressure reading. For one group they made living very stressful by putting them in cages to break up their normal sort of way. At the end of the experiment, 21 months later, it was found that the stressful group was suffering from serious signs of fatty deposits in their arteries. This happened when both the groups were kept on a healthy diet and at a normal weight. This experiment has proved that there is definite evidence that heart disease is induced by stress. If this is true of monkeys, our pre-historic ancestors, it must be true of us.

Following an earthquake in 1981, in Athens, the incidence of fatal heart attacks rose sharply. The heart stress connection is too powerful to be ignored. Who does not remember the awesome Bhopal tragedy when over 2,500 people died due to gas leak! A survey conducted by the Indian Council for Medical Research and the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience showed that 22 percent of the screened population were suffering from mental disorder. The severe emotional crisis in the people was due to conflict and guilt and not due to the nature of the disaster. In the panic situation, many adults are known to have run away without ensuring the safety of their family members, women, children and elderly people. Later this caused a feeling of guilt in them being those who were left behind they died. Many found difficult to adjust to bereavements, material loss and disability.

In a survey among 205 children of a school, 68 percent had difficulty in keeping up with the studies after the tragedy, 48 percent of them had been rendered unconscious by inhaling leaked methyl isocyanate gas. An elderly woman from a colony adjacent to the Union Carbide factory could not speak or hear after the accident. Yet physically there was nothing wrong with her. Only after psychiatric help both her hearing and voice came back to normal.

Sometimes in stress, the morale of people rises high, their cohesion and unity helps them to rise above their fears and overcome the extreme periods of distress most successfully. During the second world war, the people of Britain showed extreme sense of cohesiveness, according to psychologist Irving Janis. The fear reaction subsided within 15 minutes after the end of the air raids. The people paid less attention to the sirens. They were apprehensive actually only when they heard the noise of bombs and aircraft. Business would resume in a short time after the raid.

The citizens of Hiroshima also showed tremendous resilience, though the destruction, death injuries, illness caused by this tragedy were unprecedented. The extent of the adverse effects was astonishingly small in intensity. Within 3 months of the attack 140,000 people returned to the city. Israeli sociologist Aaron Anthonovsky claims that 25 percent of those who survived the tortures of the concentration camp did so without succumbing to psychiatric disorders despite their long years physical suffering under constant fear of death and terrible atrocities.

The unity, the moral support to each other, the great social admiration turned them into heroes. They could all join together to fight their common fear and the enemy. Who does not remember the great tales of the morale rising high, and instances of bravery and strength displayed during the days of India-Pakistan War? A weak politician in the face of scarcity, of general grievances, upheaval and fears of disintegration is known to exercise control over everything by waging war against the enemy.

In the medical college in 1959, in Kanpur, one day in the early hours of the morning, we were taken to Central Jail, to witness a hanging. Three brothers had wiped out a whole family in a land dispute. One was given imprisonment for life and the other two were to be hanged that morning. It was dawn and we were standing at some distance from the hanging area. We saw the two condemned brothers coming with policemen. One of them was walking straight and looked fearless. The other was not able to walk. His legs were trembling and he was full of fear. He was being supported by two policemen. They were brought to the hanging platform. The first person stood in the spot where he was told to. The second accused was begging to be pardoned. The first one uttering Ram Ram Ram placed himself firmly on the platform called the hangman and asked him to inform him as he pulled the handle to make the platform fall so that he will be able to say Ram for the last time. Hindus believe that if you call God’s name just before death, you go to heaven. Black covers were put on their heads and the loop, put round their necks. Moments later, the hangman pulled the handle and both the brothers were swinging by their necks over the ditch below. There was not even a tremor in their bodies. Both were dead. Of course, the hangman did not warn them before he pulled the handle. It is believed that this is the most painless methods of execution than the electric chair or a firing squad.

Both brothers had committed the same crime and had the same punishment. But one remained strong and ready to face the end, the other got weak in the face of death. One’s own temperament is important in the face of severe stress. A few can take big stress easily. Others may crumble under much smaller stress. A number of interviews were conducted with the survivors of Nazi concentration camps to determine how they had been able to survive and cope with stress.

A few of them told an investigator that they survived for a purpose : to help a relative, to bear witness and show the world that happened to them or seek revenge. A lady developed the delusion that the soldiers who were raping and abusing her were devils incarnate and that one was above their assault. Some inmates focused their attention to small gratifications such as getting through the food line.

Humor also plays a great role in the survival process and there are a few who can keep up humor in the most difficult circumstances. A man in front of a firing squad was asked, if he would like a last cigarette, he refused saying, "No thanks, I am trying to give up smoking". Both laughter and tears seem to release stress. Bulman and Camille interviewed 29 people suffering from paralysis caused by different types of automobile accidents, or a fall or by injury in the football field.

A few were coping better than others. The fellows who were doing well were those who accepted reality and tried to deal with it positively. Others were coping poorly, particularly those who denied to themselves the knowledge, the extent of the injury and expected to get well miraculously. Some thought it was in their fate, felt helpless and were unable to develop control over the future. Patients who felt responsible for their injury also felt responsible for their recovery and were coping better.

In one study some 30 percent of the women who had undergone mastectomy (removal of the breast after cancer) were in an upset mind even five years after the operation. Some 26 percent of the rape victims did not feel that they had recovered from assault even four to six years after. Studies of widows revealed that 25 per cent of them felt sufficiently distressed in the first two years after the death of their husbands. In another study 40 percent of the bereaved continued to experience anxiety even two to four years after the loss of their loved ones. Vietnam combat veterans had a high rate of mild to severe depression and anxiety.
In "Death and Dying" that an individual must face up to death by going through a sequence of reactions like denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. When there is a constant fear of terrorist attacks or war or uncertainty of political and social upheaval, there may be need for denial in order to feel better and maintain hope and sense of self-worth. Denial dampens the idea and feeling and allows an individual to adjust gradually to unpleasant circumstances. A weak and helpless victim of polio, burns, or spinal cord injury often uses denial at first in order to cope with stress in the early stage. Later they begin to rehabilitate and shift to move direct means of coping with stress. It can be destructive at times, when women deny the significance of lumps on their breast, or men experiencing heart attack deny the significance of pain.

Coping With Stress
When we want to release tension, we prefer to go to a serene, calm and secluded place, a sleepy atmosphere where there is no rush. Noise, high living, the rush on the roads and pollution add to tension. This is what happened to an isolated village, in the Swiss Alps, called Saas, which was a sleepy, calm region. A road was opened and overnight it became a tourist resort, in 1957. By 1970 over 250,000 winter tourists and 500,000 summer tourists were invading this once secluded area. Now it has a 10-months long tourist season. The local people worked long hours each day, seven days a week. As the economy developed, major changes started taking place in this remote village. In the last 20 years of boom, the family ties have weakened. Parental involvement in raising children has become less and less. Some of the pernicious habits of the visitors have been adopted. The use of alcohol and drugs has increased. The gap between older and younger generation is widening. This rapid social change has taken its toll among adults, leading to cases of chronic fatigue, irritability, insomnia, ulcers and high blood pressure. Alcoholism is increasing among the young and women. Divorces and mental illness are the rule of the day.

The affluent countries of the West are the greatest sufferers of tension. Westerners who were learning yoga invariably said that yoga gave them peace of mind. Why is it that U.S. Presidents tend to live longer than Vice Presidents? The most powerful man of a most powerful country of the world whose finger controls the nuclear button fares better than his deputy. The answer is simple. The President has the final decisive power, he is master of the situation and can overrule, anybody but cannot be overruled. He is a more successful man. Success Promotes longevity, gives you something to live for. Middle managers are more stressful, they are the persons who are trying hard but still do not reach the executive summit.

William Sargent, a celebrated U.K. psychiatrist, recognized that the ability to cope with various stressful situations varied from person to person according to their temperament. He found that persons who were well adjusted and had a settled, happy outlook on life were likely to hold out longer than those who did not possess this asset. You cannot avoid stress. Like food, exercise or love you have to have it. But you must also be able to know the optimum stress level that you can bear.

Of course knowing this will help you to know when you are in the danger zone of stress-related diseased. You must be firm to make adjustments to lessen your personal susceptibility. Avoid getting overtired. Ensure enough good quality sleep and develop the ability to say no and admit your limitations. Women live longer than men. Japanese women are supposed to live the longest, their average life expectancy of 79.1 years, compared with 73.8 years for Japanese men.

Do women respond to stress differently? Researches have found out that they manifest less biochemical activity than men in response to stressful and challenging situations and also tend to unwind more quickly. There is the case of a woman who worked until her 100^th birthday and could see well enough to be able to read and watch television without glasses till her death at the age of 113. Her simple rule for longevity was " Attend to your business".

What happens when a woman takes upon herself the role which was normally or traditionally associated with men? Women students doing engineering have displayed hormonal stress reactions more similar to those of men than of those of women who followed a more traditional women’s academic path. Whether the new found liberation will prove detrimental and make them more prone to coronary heart diseases and ulcer is something that is being looked into.

When you have a very high ambition which you know you are incapable to achieve in your lifetime you are likely to be tense. It will be a taxing period for you and the slow pace of your attempts of achieving your end will fill you up with frustration. Divide your goals, keep targets which you can fulfill at shorter periods. Every target you achieve will increase your strength and make you more confident. A person who has confidence in himself is a relaxed person.

Noise pollution and population explosion tell on the nerves. Jostling in crowded trains and buses, to and from your place of work, wheeling through frustrating traffic jams and imbibing exhaust fumes are a daily occurrence for millions of commuters. According to an earlier research study in Bombay for the improvement of living and working conditions, it was found that 71 percent workers lived within 10 km. of their work place. About 22 percent traveled ten to 25 kms, seven percent had to travel more than 25 kms. Some 75 percent workers took less than half an hour to get to work and 20 per cent over an hour. In present day Bombay, because of the influx of migrant labor and a big increase in population, at least 30% of the workers have to waste two hours each way traveling by train and bus to reach their working place.

Commuters at the end of the day complain of a far higher incidence of tiredness, irritability, lack of concentration, sleeplessness, headaches, digestive disorders, backaches, motion sickness and general discomfort. A man weighing 70 kg. uses more than 25 kg. of air while breathing. He requires one kg. of food and 1.5 kg. of water. Air pollution is silent killer. Mr. S. Hanumamtha Rao, Chairman of Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, estimated that it reduces one’s life span by at least 20 years.

Prof. J.M. Dave, Dean of the School of Environmental Science, Jawaharlal Nehru University admitted that cities like Bombay, Calcutta, Delhi and Ahmedabad showed respectively 350,560 300 and 250 milligrams of particles per meter cube in the air. This was caused by vehicles, smoke and coal consuming industries. Big towns breed tension in their environment. If you breath in heavily polluted air in a big and crowded township you will feel tensed up.

If the pace of life is fast, and if we are running faster, tension will also go on mounting faster. Tension keeps on filling the body. Some day it may get filled to the brim. Due to anxiety, our mind may work overtime in a state of violent tenseness and then it will target to stop thinking. We go to bed, we feel tired, we feel drowsy but the mind goes on ticking. We are not able to sleep. We get up in the morning still tired, the mind does not seem to work properly. This in turn builds up more tension. The body is tense, muscles becomes tense. Neck muscles, shoulder muscles and the upper back get all tensed up. If we put fingers on these muscles and try to probe them by pushing harder, we can feel that they are tense and tender. This in turn shrinks the muscles. Less blood flows through them. Less blood reaches the neck and brain. Thinking power begins to dwindle, we feel heavy in the head, we feel tired after working for a little while, we feel miserable. Our heart is filled up with grief. There is no inclination to smile even if we try hard.

Then other problems crop up as the effect of tension spreads to several parts of the body. Digestion suffers, the secretion of gastric juices appears to increase and the stomach may pain. The heart seems to be jumping a lot, the pulse rate goes high, we become irritable. There is loss of interest in the surroundings and there is loss of libido. We must learn to relax in order to be able to reverse this negative process in the body. We must try to tension and relax the muscles.

Dr. Steven J.Schleiter of Mount Sinai School of Medicine U.S.A. says that the loss of the life partner is linked with increased illness and death, notably among the widowers. His team of researchers found that there was a significant decline in the activity of the white blood cells which are responsible for the defense of the body in diseases. Weakened resistance was aggravated by hormonal changes in the blood chemistry due to depression and anxiety which were common emotions among widowers.

Dr. Robert Ader, a British immunologist, showed through an experiment a clear and direct link between brain and the immune system. He established that hypnosis can suppress allergic reactions. These findings should alter a physician’s approach to disease and also his attitude towards the patients. If the physician talks to the patient trying to understand his problem, giving him a constructive suggestion, this may work far better than prescribing a tranquillizer.

A split second prescription adversely affects doctor-patient interaction and hinder "meaningful" communication between the patient and his physician according to some experimenters. The patient seems to be most satisfied when the physician gives detailed information about the disease affecting him, rather than the one who got a mere prescription from his physician.

Leisure is Pleasure
Leisure is not for all, it is meant for those who are busy mentally or physically. Take a holiday at least once a year. If there is no money, never mind, borrow, enjoy the holiday and pay later. This is most prevalent in the west among the affluent or economically independent. They do not have to collect huge sums for their house, marriage of their daughters and old age. Children leave their homes early in life as they grow up. They can buy a house or a car immediately as soon as they get a job and pay for it by installments.

Our tradition of leisure is much older than that of the west, our religious and social set up is such that we are geared to taking several holidays. Poets have written abundantly about pleasure to be derived from leisure. They have written about the changing life during the 12 months of the year and have studied deeply the changes taking place in the nature during all the seasons. Singers have developed ragas which are sung in different seasons. They have also evolved ragas which are sung at different hours of the day. Indian princes and noblemen have spent hours in the garden of their palaces watching dances and listening to music. They woke up to the grandeur of the music of sahnai in the morning. The kirtan and ajan of the mulla in sonorous Arabic words was meant to renew the body-soul. Village folks walked around the well every morning singing while collecting the water. Mothers have been singing to their babies throughout the ages putting them to sleep. Women folk sings while walking, to the river to take their bath.

Rock-a-Bye baby tapes that soothe restless infants and induce sleep may soon offer new hope to drug addicts. There tapes combine the relaxing music of Bach and Laurie Anderson with nature’s own special sounds, the sort herd by unborn babies in the womb. This music is being developed for restless babies by a research organization. It has been noticed that adults also become much more calm and relaxed when the baby tapes are played. The field of therapeutic sound is immense and offers exciting possibilities. "So we decided to develop tapes for adults," said psychologist Clifford Olds. Mr. Olds of Runwell Hospital, Wickford, Essex, says that sound we hear in our sub-conscious has potentially a huge therapeutic effect. Hear some soothing music for half an hour before you go to bed, you will sleep better.

Go back to nature see how much it can make you feel relaxed. Listen to your body when you are tensed up from long months of a routine existence. When the body seems not to be obeying the mind, you feel tired and irritable. This is the time for a holiday. Come out of the rut of the daily routine. Force yourself out of a dull environment. When you come back from a week’s holiday you will be rejuvenated. The body mind will be more alert. The spirit will be more alive and the speed of work much enhanced. The ethos of the life philosophy, since ages, had been that our existence is not been given to us merely to earn money, to survive, on a physical plane. Life is to live and to search for happiness for body and soul.

Walking Pleasure
When I am tensed, I go for a long morning walk. It is good to walk and walk till the body aches. The mind gets busy with the aching muscles and it forgets its many worries. Many people say that the benefit that they get after exercising is their improved psychological status. They report less anxiety and depression. There is more self confidence and ability to cope with at-home and job related stress. It has been explained on a biological level during exercise there is a decrease in circulating catecholamines and increase in beta endorphins that occur during and following an exercise. Even if we do not consider the change in blood chemistry it would be a good idea getting sedentary people up and away from chronic distress producing environment and help them to do their choicest exercise.

Buddha, Christ and Gandhi wandered the year round, because nirvana can be achieved by keeping oneself agile by constant exercise of body and mind. The garland of religious festivals which India wears, will always invite large masses in the organic culture. The pilgrimage to the mutts of Badrinath and Kedarnath in the Himalayas, Puri on the eastern sea, Dwarka in Gujarat, Rameshwaram by Kanya Kumari, Kumbh melas at the Sangam union of three rivers Ganga, Jamuna and Saraswati has allured millions to walk in their vanapratha (after the age of 50). The young also go on these pilgrimages.

Amarnath in Kashmir was opened by Lalitditya in the 5^th Century AD Guru Nakano found solace and peace in his walk to mount Kailash. Emperor Akbar walked to the tomb of Saint Muin-ud-din in Ajmer. His son Jehangir journeyed every summer to Chasma Shahi. The third Mughal preferred to visit Shalimar garden in Kashmir every year. Recently even our well-known Sunil Dutt walked a thousand kilometers and more from Bombay to Delhi to Punjab hoping to spread peace and goodwill along the route. He was joined by hundreds of his admirers in this marathon.

Sikh Gurudwaras are spread all over India. The Sikhs have prescribed pilgrimages to these religious temples. The Jain often get away from their sedentary static posture in the bania shop to visit Gomateswara on Sravanbelagola hills and Girnar and Ranakhpur temples in Mount Abu.

Release Your Emotions
Do not allow your emotions to get built up. Do not hold grudges. Accuse, abuse or fight if need be. This is an outlet for your stored emotions. Many a time, it is not possible to shout or abuse or raise our voice as we supposedly live in a cultured society. For your own sake, solve your problem one way or another, do not keep it lingering on. Not long ago a patient came to me filled with mental distress. He had not been able to sleep well for years. He was irritable, had a bad tummy upset, and an irritation of the throat and chest. After going through his long history of illness and examining him, I concluded that his brothers, though he himself was quite well to do. The law suits were being fought in courts of law and there was no end in sight. With cordiality gone and hatred mounting, the effect of all this started descending from a mental to physical level. I advised him to go home, withdraw or lose but end all the pending court matters and then come back to me. To my surprise he did as advised. In a few weeks he bouncing with joy both physically and mentally. He had become a new man. He had zest for life.

The ability to let off steam or relieve tension now and again seems to help. We can express our feelings and unwind ourselves in many different ways, share our feelings and with those whom we know and trust. Having the capacity to laugh at ourselves now and then allows us to relax. Screaming and yelling will also help though it may not be socially acceptable.

The fear of a nuclear holocaust has been keeping Americans and Europeans tense. The collection of a nuclear arsenal enough to finish the world a hundred times is adding to people’s anxiety and their tension. A nuclear war in Europe, it is estimated will wipe out instantly some 150 million people. Half the survivors would have permanent injuries. A nuclear physicist, Mr. Joseph Hotblat, told a conference of world doctors and medical scientists from 30 countries, in Cambridge, that a nuclear holocaust will so contaminate the atmosphere that it will be totally dark even during the day. Survivors would die of starvation as farming would prove impossible. Some time ago the news of a wayward satellite which had left the moon orbit and was entering the earth atmosphere created panic. Scientists did not know where it would fell. For several days the world was tensed up. Mercifully, the wayward missile fell into the sea, a few miles away from the coast of Australia. Newspapers which daily carry their fare of news of murders, communal riots, suicides, terrorism, rape, bride burning make the readers tense. A psychologist suggested not to read newspapers or hear the radio or TV news if such news made you tense.

Love and compassion of your wife, your children, your relatives, your friends are important in that they can fill you up and relieve you from tension. In a study it was found that women who shared an intimate relationship with lover or husband were 90 percent less likely to become depressed than women who had no such relationship to turn to. Workers eased out of their jobs are less likely to become depressed or ill if they had supportive marital relationship. A proper relationship based on love and friendship can be a great outlet for easing pent-up feelings.

Children who are fed on mother’s milk grow in much more psychologically stable environment than children fed on bottle milk, several studies have emphasized. Most likely, this is due to the fact that apart from good quality milk, the love that a mother imparts to her child by holding him close to her breasts in an affectionate hug is something that makes all the difference. The special position that the child’s spine takes when held in the mother’s lap helps it to grow in a normal way.

Auto-suggestion can help relieve tension. A strong suggestion, or faith, or belief, in oneself can help you out of tension. If you can strongly suggest to a person and build his confidence it will help him to come out of his problem. I remember a person telling me that if he suggests strongly to a person that he will probably fall sick, his body temperature will rise and may even be bed ridden. If in the same way it can be suggested that a person will come out of his misfortune it has to and does work. Another person claimed that he had powers to make a person known to him to make him get up from deep sleep, come to the window, look out, and go back to bed, all from a distance. A strong mind can overpower a weak mind and help him to relax and give constructive help. Psychotherapy and hypnotism are based on this principle. Tabeej provided by faqirs, black threads offered by sadhus, metallic rings from tantrics and astrologers, are supposed to give help. Through suggestion the wearer feels secure and more confident that he can override misfortunes.

Once a person asked Gandhiji how to get rid tension. Gandhiji suggested to him to recite Ram nam (God’s name). Faith in God can help people to come out their misery. If you can recite God’s name with faith and confidence it will help you. If you strongly feel that he will protect you, you will feel his hand of protection. Faith plays a major role. We work for a reward. We help others with a hope to get help in our own needs. When it is not coming we get frustrated. The Bhagvad Gita has a lot of matter which is of therapeutic value in the Indian context, and can provide a book approach to positive mental health, according to a research study on this holy book.

The message of the Gita will greatly help people plunged in meaningless competition and frustration. The therapeutic package for problems and anxiety is based on the principle of "Nishkam-karma" (work without expecting rewards). This has helped people to function effectively in an achievement oriented world where reward might not always be certain.

There is also the other concept of immortality of the soul which is especially soothing for some one grieving for the loss and come over emotional disturbances of old age. The Buddhists believe in rebirth. Recently a lama was believed to have been reincarnated in Osel, meaning clear in light. He was born to a Spanish couple, Maria and Paco, near Grenada in Southern Spain, on February 25, 1985, a little less than a year after the death of Yeshe, a lama of Kopam monastery in Nepal. Budhist emissaries traveled far and wide to find the boy in Spain. From Delhi young Osel was taken to Nepal. According to Maria and Paco, found by lama Tubtan Zopan the great disciple of Lama Yeshe. It was only after a series of tests that it was discovered to be the true reincarnation of his mentor.

Concentration helps
Many persons feel relaxed after a visit to the racecourse, or after a long session of bridge, of course, with stakes or after a session of chanting and kirtan. Why is it so? When gambling, you put all of your mind to work on the game. You have thus diverted your mind from your day-to-day worries. A good session of kirtan will make you feel the same. If you participate in a kirtan with a rhythmic, melodious voice and with faith, you will feel relaxed. You will feel as if your mind and body are sinking in Bhakti Rasa (nectar of devotion) and you will come out of it rejuvenated. You will be invigorated and the mind will be cool calm and tranquil.

The system of concentration and meditation practiced by the yogis of India may well be the answer to complaints that the medical science has not been able to help. A sensitive machine called biofeedback has been invented not long back to help people to learn relaxation. It interprets and translates into a screen the state of relaxation of the body. As we relax the sound waves becomes milder indicating that we are heading in the right direction. This helps us to become acquainted with the ways of relaxation. Later when we have mastered the technique, we can discard the machine and carry on with the relaxation exercise.

There was a time when. British doctors in colonial India sent reports around that yoga masters would perform amazing feats like stopping heart beats, and walking on burning embers with no apparent injury. The reason was that the yogis had obtained extraordinary control over their bodies especially the autonomic nervous system which operates without conscious control. All the involuntary movement like that of the heart and the peristaltic movement of intestine are controlled by it.

My hands are warm
In 1910, the German hypnotist Johann Schultz found that when he taught patients self-hypnosis by talking themselves into a relaxed state, he had surprising results. For instance, when they repeated the phrase "my hands are warm," their hands did in fact grow warmer.

In 1964 American doctors also confirmed Schultz’s experiment wiring up volunteer housewives to an instrument which monitored skin temperature. The wives were then asked to relax and feel that their hands were getting warmer. The instrument registered increased heat in their hands.

A doctor recently has been experimenting on this same principle and helping patients of tension headaches and peptic ulcers by asking them to concentrate on their hands and feel them getting warmer. This technique takes time to be learnt. When it is mastered at the time of tension headaches or pain in the abdomen the patient can concentrate on the palms, and get relief in their headache or abdomen pain. This occurs as the blood rushes to the palm, and as a result the head or the abdomen get rid of the excessive blood.

An experiment was conducted with asthmatics. They are generally sensitive to such irritants as dust pollens and fumes, but a lot of their trouble stems from nervous tension. An asthmatic patient is treated in a soundproof room and wired to Biofeedback machine. If he is relaxed, he only hears a slow clicking. He is then told to visualize dust, flowers or whatever possibly causes asthmatic attacks. Usually he grows tense at the very thought of these items. The machine clicks faster. The patient is aware that he is on the verge of a full scale attack. All caused by tension. When he learn that tension is his enemy he can learn to control it by listening to the clicks and trying to slow them down. Biofeedback helps to master the technique of self-relaxation. Later the patient can dispense with the machine altogether. By then he would have learnt to relax and by his own efforts be able to lead a fuller and happier life.

Relaxed with Sex
Many men and women claim that they are relaxed after sex, physically and mentally. They sleep better after the sex act. Women who work and live together with men folk get their menstrual cycle synchronized.

The male scent plays a role in maintaining the health of women, particularly the female reproductive system. There is definitely a link between regular sex and the well being of women’s reproductive system. This has been revealed in a series of studies. The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine has found that women who have sex with men at least once a week are likely to have normal menstrual cycles and milder menopause than celibate women or women who have sex rarely or sporadically.

In two studies, researchers collected underarm secretions from seven men and women to test the effect of sexual aromas known as pheromones. A "soup" of aromatic essences was taken from underarm pads worn by volunteers for 18 to 27 hours a week over three months period. The male’s essence mixed with alcohol was applied to the upper lips of six women with abnormal menstrual cycles and no current sexual relationship. The cycle of three women speeded up or slowed down to an average towards 29.5 days. The irregular cycle of six women in the control group, dabbed with only pure alcohol remained same. In a second group, ten women who received male essence showed a significant trend towards synchronized menstrual period after only a few cycles. A control group showed no such change.

But there was a definite awareness that men and women in each other’s company seemed to feel more relaxed and their intimate relationship kept them healthier. An architect friend stresses the fact that design and even the color of the home have an effect on the mind. Houses can be designed in a way that the resident feels mentally peaceful. There is also a theory that haunted houses are nothing but badly designed houses which have a horrible, ghastly effect on the mind.

According to study, Children growing up in flats in skyscrapers have more mental problems. Playing and running on the ground soil, living nearer to the earth as it were, has a beneficial psychological effect. Live in a bungalow if you can afford it, but a hut will be equally relaxing. Let your children be in constant contact with mother earth.

People living in a combined family seem to be emotionally more stable. Children growing in their grandparents laps get mutual affection and time. Thus the individuals get more support in moment of an emotional crisis.
Because of the last war, the British have suffered a lot in terms of parental love and a family life. According to the findings of a nationwide opinion poll commissioned by the "Sunday Express" to determine the style most favored by Britons in 1986, today they crave for traditional family life with parental supervision and family get together.

The result of this poll came as a massive backlash to the type of permissive society seemed to have evolved with marriage considered outdated. Free love and taking drugs were fashionable. The Wheel has now turned. The Britons today are against a world of permissiveness, or single parent families and quick divorces. The traditional family has won a massive vote of confidence with special emphasis on the need for children to be brought up by both parents. This poll was conducted among 1500 adults aged 15 plus.

In India, we are better off. The combined Family is still a tradition with us and permissiveness a few steps away. How long we will be safe is yet to be ascertained as foreign habits, ways, customs and style of living are flowing faster this side of the world.

Meditation
Meditation techniques vary but essentially they are all the same because their final objective it to helps to develop and exploit inner awareness. In a way, through meditation, you begin becoming more aware of your body and the outside world. Concentration increases. You are able to think better in whatever type of work you do. You become more efficient, your body healthier. Many experiments on transcendental meditation have been done which have been described "the science of creative intelligence".

Meditation should be done in a calm, comfortable environment Focus your mind on mantras or breath. Transcendental meditation is helped by a mantra, a word or sound or command from your instructor. The technique is simple, faster to learn and gives coolness to mind and gets you into a state of deep relaxation. Vippassana meditation does not take help of any mantra. It takes the help of breath. This is supposed to be oldest form and was used by Lord Buddha to attain Nirvana. It is more valuable in curing diseases, apart from giving physical and mental relaxation. It cleanses the body like fasting or dieting.

Meditation has been highly recommended by the famous heart surgeon, Christian Barnard who did perform the world’s first ever heart transplant in 1967 at the University of Capetown, South Africa. In his book "Your Healthy Heart" he recommends meditation to heart patients. He furthers says that, during meditation, the cardiac output decreases by 25 percent as in sleep. The heart slows down. The heart beat lessens by an estimated 5 beats per minute. Evidence has also been gathered that the blood pressure can be controlled by meditation.

Though less clear-cut, it has a beneficial, direct physiological effect on the heart. Meditation is most beneficial for those who are prone to coronary ailments. We can learn the technique to relax the mind and the body whenever we desire. At the moments of stress, we should lock ourselves in a quiet room for about half an hour, allow the mind and body to take control of the proceedings. You come out of it quite relaxed. Meditation is an effective weapon in our artillery. We should use it whenever we are under high stress.
Meditation can help in many ways, even to lessen the incidence of crime. It was experimented in a crime-ridden village of Bhusandpur in Puri district, Orissa. To verify this claim made by Mr. Prasanna Patsani, MLA, a group of newsmen from Bhubaneshwar descended to this Orissa’s biggest village which is surrounded by undulating hills, overlooking the Chilka lake. Patsani, a bearded, saffron robed Naxal turned Congress (I) leader, took the press party to the two acre walled compound of the village temple where classes were being held.

On the dhurries spread over the compound lawns were 600 young and old men and women taking their instructions over a public address system. They were asked to do asanas followed by pranayama and dhyana (meditation) to the accompaniment of vedichymns taped in a cassette. What is the secret behind the villager’s enthusiasm in gathering in this secluded spot? What motivates them? Mr. Patsani admits they are paid Rs. 50 each per month as compensation for their lost working hours since 90 percent of the villagers live by fishing on the Chilka. But that is not the only reason why they are enthusiastic. They have found out the physical and mental benefits of the exercise in the open.

Savasana (the corpse pose) is a powerful asana for relaxation which was extensively advocated by the late cardiologist Dr. K.K. Datey. He firmly believed that relaxation played an important role in helping the cure of heart diseases and lowering the high blood pressure.

First Method (Corpse Pose)

Think about your feet, move your toes, flex your ankle and slowly let it go, let go all the tension and let your feet feel relaxed and heavy.

The simplest thing to do is to select a quiet place with clean air, free from insects and unpleasant smell. Spread a blanket or sheet on the ground or a wooden plank. Remove the hoes, loosen the belt, remove glasses or have only light clothing. Lie on your back. When you lie on a hard surface, without a pillow, your spine is straight almost touching the floor all through. This is the most relaxed position for the body. If you feel your spine is not touching the floor, bend both knees, see that it touches the floor, stretch your legs ajar. Stretch out both your arms, resting them by your side, forming an angle of 15-20 degrees at the arm pit, feet slightly apart and let them fall outwards evenly, eyes gently closed.

Think to yourself that you are going to relax completely and will wake up completely relaxed.

Think of your leg, calf muscles, knee, thigh and ankle, tighten it and let it go completely relaxed. Feel the weight increasing and feel the muscles sinking on the floor heavy, and feel relaxed.

Think of your hands, wiggle your fingers, flex your wrist and let it go, feel it dropping heavily on the floor and get relaxed.

Think of your fore arm, elbow, upper arm and shoulders. Feel them getting, limp and becoming heavy and relaxed.

Think of your abdomen, draw it in and think of your waist, tighten your hips and them let them go, watch it mentally relaxing inch by inch. Let your breath flow smoothly and deeply.

Think of your chest, take few deep breaths, think of your shoulders, your neck. Feel the tension flowing out and you are relaxing more and more.

Think of your neck, head and face, relax your taut neck muscles, relax the face muscles. Drop the jaw parting your lips and teeth.

Concentrate now over all your body, feel all parts relaxed, to it, to see their tension ebbs out, you feel relaxed.

When the whole body is relaxed, you feel it all gone, heavy and sinking to the floor. You feel as if you are partially paralyzed and even if you try, you will not be able to lift your leg or arms. Stay in this bodily state as long as you can. Pay much attention to your breath, let it flow smoothly and deeply. Remain in this position for 10-15 minutes. You can picture some pleasant thoughts or you may make your mind feel vacant or empty, enjoy the state of light sleep. It is a state of deep rest and peace which brings us perfect health.

When you are ready to get up say to yourself that you are completely relaxed. You are there ready to wake up. Feel the body gradually gaining back its strength, your feet your hands, feel you have regained full control of your body. Bend your right knee and then the felt knee, bend your right arm and them the left arm. Open up your body, as it were, stretch the arms above head, stretch the legs and all of your body. Sit down for a few moments and you are ready to start your nest routine.

Second Method (Lateral Swing)
If you have difficulty in getting sleep try the following method:

Step I - Stand with feet apart by 1 1\2 feet.

Step II- Loosen your arms. Do not keep them straight. Keep them hanging loosely.

Step III-Swing from one side to another by twisting the waist and carry your arm along with the upper part of the body. When you twist to right keep your left leg straight and bend your right knee and slightly shift the direction of your feet to right. Do the opposite movement when you twist to the left. Keep blinking for 10 minutes. You may feel giddy in the beginning. You will feel drowsy after this period. Wash your face and feet with cold water and go to bed.

In three days this exercise will definitely help you to get better sleep. Loss of sleep is caused by the fact that you are not able to relax, you are not able to keep away your mind from thinking.

Third Method (Relax Anywhere)
Relaxation is to make use of your mind to calm the body. But, it is more important, that in the first place your mind is calm. You can relax anywhere even in your office, the aircraft, in the bus or train. Make yourself comfortable whether sitting of reclining. Close your eyes. Raise your chin and then let it fall. Take a few deep breaths, see that your mind is calm and tranquil. Imagine that you are sitting on a rock or on a sea beach or even in a garden with a lot of flowers, try to picture any place or situation you have enjoyed the most. See in your mind’s eye the different colors of the flowers, watch their freshness, smell the soft smell flowing from them, feel the cool breeze flowing over your body. Imagine a place you have visited in the past and which represent, to you an ideal spot for physical and mental relaxation.

Children can also be tense and it affects their health. Many children therefore suffer from peptic ulcers and heart diseases. A report from Tokyo prints out that pressures to do well in school have led to a rapid rise in stomach ulcers among the elementary and middle school children. Remember, the seeds of future heart attacks are laid in childhood.

Fourth Method (Relax Your Child)
If you find that your child is not relaxed, if he is not able to sleep well due to tension, you may recommend to him a very simple exercise for relaxation. For instance let him lie down comfortably in bed. Switch the light off, close the door to cut down the noise, if necessary.

Ask him to imagine that he has got holes in the soles of his feet. Let him imagine breathing in and out through these holes. Let him imagine that fresh cool air is entering from his sole and passing through his feet, thighs waist and reaching the chest. In the same way while breathing out let him imagine that the air is passing down his waist, his thighs, feet and through the imaginary holes in his feet. Let him do this exercise for 5-10 minutes. He will feel thoroughly relaxed with exercise and sleep much better.

Relaxation can be achieved through a steam bath, sauna bath warm bath and the various cold water applications, which we have already mentioned in detail in the chapter on water treatment. Massage can also be very relaxing. Any treatment which relaxes the muscles and the body physically will relax the mind also.
If we relax our muscles this cycle of mind tension tensing our muscles can be broken. When our muscles are relaxed our mind is also relaxed. That massaging, when done with strong hands and with strong pressure will be more beneficial is not true. For relaxation, the massage should be done with soft hands and it should be soothing and pleasant. If the massage causes pain it will not relax. It can be done with your hands if help is not available, it can be done by your life partner, a friend or a relation.

It is not the pressure but the awareness of your body which helps you to relax deeper. It should be done systematically from the toes to head. It should be done with a certain rhythm and always from the periphery towards the heart. There is short verse from Granth Sahib written by Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikh religion:

As a lotus in the water remains dry
As also a water fowl in the stream
So on meditating on the world
Shall thou be unaffected by the world 201

Hollow Earth. Aha! We have heard of it from so many people now. New Age writers. Proponents of Tibetan and ancient lore. Explorers. Seers. Seekers. Hollow Earth. But what difference does it make to our lives? What if our Earth is not solid but hollow inside. What if it's not dark inside, but lighted "oh-so-bright" for there's a small sun at the centre of Earth. And what if the inside of Earth is not so barren, but full of lush green forests, sparkling rivers, pristine mountains and calm, blue oceans. though all so inaccessible. It still probably would not make a difference in our lives, unless we are not told that the "inside" is populated too...Ahoy there! Populated? By whom? By a highly evolved human race. Oh really?!!!

Why the surprise? Because that does make a difference. The eternal question of 'Are we alone?' has intrigued human generations for centuries. For eons we have remained cut off from our brethren, our cosmic brothers and sisters. so long that we even forgot where we came from. But our subconscious mind was always looking for our roots. 'Are we alone in this vast, wild cosmic expanse.?'

Our centuries of hardships have borne fruit. Slowly, but steadily, we are beginning to awaken, with the silent, patient and loving help from our spiritual guides in higher dimensions. and from the ones beneath us - inside the Hollow Earth. And now is the time to know - YES - WE ARE NOT ALONE !

The Hollow interior of our Earth is inhabited by a highly intelligent and evolved human race, prospering there for millions of years. Not very long ago there was a time when we were all one. But through our own follies we cut ourselves off from the eternal source - from the oneness of humanity inside our Earth. And ever since they have patiently waited for the day of our unification. wishing only good for us and sending their purest love energy our way. Today, when our mass consciousness is just beginning to realize who we really are, they are once again extending their hand of friendship and help.

Some of the inner civilizations are telepathically communicating with Dianne Robbins, Eric Karagounis, or with anyone who'll open their heart. Mikos, from the Library of Porthologos in Catheria, Inner Earth, in his messages through Dianne, tells about their marvelous spiritual and technological advances - about the impending merger of our civilizations, and about the not so distant future when Mother Earth will regain her lost glory.

Mikos tells us that they, the residents of Inner Earth, originally came from another star system and found our beautiful planet Earth on this outer edge of the Milky Way Galaxy millions of years ago. They found their way to Earth's interior and made it their permanent home. The almost perfect conditions inside, along with their pure-hearted, loving and dedicated pursuit for perfection has led them to this high status of technology and spiritualism. Now, that by no means implies they are aliens, because by that yardstick, all of us on the surface would be termed aliens too! For, interestingly, we are all descendents of people who came from other star systems to our Earth very long, long ago.

Mikos further tells us that all the planets in our solar system and elsewhere in our galaxy are inhabited on the inside. No kidding here - planets are meant to support life only - that's what they are made for! Hey, that would mean there are lots 'n' lots of people out there. Of course there are! And they are all waiting for us to join them. All they want from us is to be peace-loving - give up wars, intend peace and love for all, and to open our hearts to receive God's purest love energy permeating through the universe - that's it! People in the Hollow Earth are in constant touch with people on other planets and star systems - physically, technologically and telepathically. There are huge spaceports inside the Hollow Earth teeming with starships, going in and out of the inside through the polar openings. These are what we commonly refer to as UFOs.

Mikos says they live inside the heart of the Earth in perfect harmony with nature, using the natural resources without depleting them and without polluting the environment. Their technologies are "one" with nature, such as crystal lighting, and anti-gravity based transportation, and their nature-based technologies fulfill all their energy needs. They don't use any fossil fuels. This harmony and oneness with the divine makes them immortal too! There are no diseases aging or death.

There's a lot more to it - lots more to learn and lots more to remember. Only it's not like some boring classroom lecture, but like a fantastic fantasy story, one that's true as well.

Come. lets extend "our" hand of friendship too. Lets shed our inhibitions, our taboos, our fears, and embrace the loving intent of the One Creator. Lets break the barrier of this self-imposed quarantine, and be one with the people living inside our Earth. Lets make our Mother Earth proud of its children by being united again, and making our journey together through the photon belt to the stars. This is our destiny. The Hollow Earth beckons us in.

The Mudra of Five

It is very important to practice on a daily basis, the moving of universal subtle energies through your body. To assist you in doing this, each month we will offer a different exercise to practice. You are encouraged to create your own exercises. There is no limit to what you might do. These are just some energy exercises to get you started.

This month it is time to do some work with hand mudras. For a brief lesson on mudras see the article called a "Study Of Postures (mudra Vgyan)" by Dr. Aniruddha Malpani. This article is in our May 2003 Newsletter Miscellany page.

Briefly, hand mudras are a tool to assist you in shifting the energy flow patterns of your body by redirecting the flow of energy that moves throughout your body. There are a very large number of mudras to move energies in different ways through the body. The mudra that is given below was recently discovered by myself. I found it to be very energizing. The key is to feel the energies that move through your body as you are practicing the posture. Minor alterations of the finger positions may yield dramatic energy shifts in the energy flow. Make sure to note the exact position of your fingers and hands. If a posture does not feel right to you you may want to avoid that mudra. As always use discernment.

Rather than explain the hand position I am including four camera shots of the hand mudra. I would like to add that you should position the arms so as to form a pentagon shape using the upper and lower arms to form four sides of the pentagon, with the chest forming the fifth side.

I recommend you try this mudra with your arms out in front of you and parallel with the ground. As a second position, try sitting in a cross legged position and rest your arms on your legs. In both cases you want to focus on your breathing and simply allow yourself to feel the energy that flows through and around your body as you relax. You may practice this mudra for about ten minutes once or twice a day for about one week. Pay particular attention to any shifts that are not easily identifiable. From this point on you can practice developing your own hand mudras.

There are many different mudras that offer many great benefits to your body as well as your state of mind. Other Lives, Other Times

You know, as metaphysicians, that your Physical Plane is an illusion. You know as astute, intelligent people -- whether you're metaphysical or not -- that reality is an illusion. Your scientists have demonstrated this so conclusively, so repetitively, so rigidly, that the only way you can pretend otherwise is to deny the truth.

The metaphysicians and the scientists, who are usually at odds with one another, agree totally on this issue: Your reality is a product of thought. Your reality is a product of consciousness. Your reality is an illusion of light. Your reality is an illusion.

Metaphysicians from the beginning of time have said: Time is an illusion. Einstein demonstrated that time is an illusion. Subsequent quantum physicists have more than demonstrated and proved that time is an illusion, that it is a convenience you have created for yourself. All things are simultaneous. Every lifetime you have is occurring now. Every lifetime you have is occurring now.

Now, you have those lifetimes, and you put them on a continuum. You call the left end of this continuum the past, and you call the right end of it the future. All that really means is that you are putting the whole array of lifetimes that are randomly scattered or placed out there -- the entire smorgasbord of lifetimes -- in order. You are putting them in sequence.

Following the analogy of a smorgasbord, when you go to a cafeteria, do you ever notice that while standing at the beginning of the line all the food is there? Even though you can't get to it all at once -- even though you put it on your plate in sequence -it is still all there. And you go down the line, don't you? And of course, what do they put first? The desserts! ... {laughter} ... They put the desserts first. Then they put the salads, boring salads. White lettuce. It's an amazing thing, white lettuce. ... {laughter} ... Then they put all the steamed main courses. Then they put the bread and butter and drinks and things like this. And you go down the line, and you gather a plateful of food. Do you eat the dessert first? Maybe some of you ... {laughter} ... You tend to do it like you're supposed to. You start with the salad. Then you eat the main course. Then you eat your dessert. But it's all there on your tray, and it's all there on the smorgasbord or in the cafeteria line. Whether you are at the beginning, middle, or the end of the line, it's all there at once.

Well, your lifetimes are like that, too, all laid out. They're all there. You choose. "I'm going to do this one, and then I'm going to follow it with this one, and then I'm going to follow it with that one." You give yourself time. Sometimes your next lifetime might be in Atlantis, or it might be in the Middle Ages, or it might be in the 1800s. They're all there. They're all there, and you pick and choose which ones you want to experience when you want to experience them.

The other analogy we use is a movie theater. Particularly your multiple cinemas are conducive to this. When you go to a multiple cinema, sometimes all the movies are playing at the same time. You can go to this one and that one and this one and that one -- any order you want. They're all playing.

So lifetimes are that way. You have those that are called past and present and future lifetimes that are those which are in the same space as you, but in different times, and that's your illusion. You also have those lifetimes that are called parallel lifetimes, which are in the same time, but in a different space. There's a "you" that's alive now that isn't this you, but is a parallel to you. It's not literally a geometric parallel, but it's a "parallel" to you in time, not space. Some of you have two or three parallel lifetimes. A "you" might be living in New York City right now, a best-selling author living on Fifth Avenue with a view of the park or whatever. A parallel life is a split-off of you.

Often split-offs occur in your adolescence because those are the times that you are highly filled with fantasy. Some of you, when you were 13, could have "died" to be a doctor, right? You watched every doctor show. You read every doctor book. A doctor -- that's what you were going to be -- a doctor, a doctor, a doctor, a doctor, a doctor! Then one day something happened, and ... "Doctor? I don't want to be a doctor!" It's as though it disappeared.

Often what has happened is you've split off, and that part of you, who has the same parents and the same upbringing, splits off and lives a totally different life, let's say as a doctor at Columbia University in New York City, or wherever. But if you went to New York, if you looked them up in the roster, you'd never find them, because although they're in the same time, they're in a different space. Those are parallel lifetimes.

Assume that you have a past lifetime where you live and die as a corner grocer in Chicago, 1880 - 1960. You have your current lifetime doing whatever you do, and you were born in Pittsburgh in 1940. For those 20 years, -- from 1940 to 1960 -- the two lifetimes overlap. There are overlapping lifetimes that you have because all the lifetimes are happening at once. Time is an illusion. All lifetimes are simultaneous -- past, present, future, parallel, overlapping. All of them are happening at once.

The most correct way would be to refer to all lifetimes as concurrent lives experienced in varying time/space continua. That is rather bulky, so you call them past, present, future, parallel, or overlapping. This is technically incorrect, but it is efficient and effective. Like time itself, it is an illusion that is technically incorrect, but both efficient and effective.

"Well, why bother about past lifetimes?" Exactly. Why bother? ... {laughter} ... Some of you have no interest in them. Fine, don't bother! The Channel (Jach Pursel) has no particular interest in his past lifetimes. We did a life reading for him one time. We made a cassette tape for him at Peny's request. He listened to it once and said, "Hmmmmm." And that was it. ... {laughter} ...

What about those of you who have had life readings? Should you not have done so? No. If you're interested in lives, then learn about them. What we suggest, and we make this very clear whenever we talk of past lives, is that lifetimes do not cause. They do not cause your current life. They influence. They influence.

We've used the analogy of a sunburn, where if you're sunburned and someone slaps you sharply on the back ... "Oh!" It's going to sting. It's going to make you cry. It's going to make you hate for a moment or two until you can control yourself ... {laughter} ...

If you have no sunburn on the back and someone slaps you sharply, it's going to sting, but not as much. It may annoy you. "Why do they have to be like that!" It may cause some irritation, but not hate.

What caused the pain? Sunburn? No. No. The sunburn did not cause the pain. The slap on the back caused the pain. The sunburn influenced the intensity.

Lifetimes are like sunburn. They can influence each other, but they do not control. They do not cause. Therefore, if you failed in a past lifetime, it does not mean you will fail now. But if you do fail now, if you do create failure now ("now" is the only place you can create anything anyway), the fact that you failed previously may influence what you do -- how you handle it now. For some of you it may influence in such a way that you can handle the failure more smoothly. "No problem. I don't know why, but I know exactly what to do about it." Because of the influence of the past, you are prepared to handle this one easily. Others may feel totally devastated because the previous failure produces an influence of feeling more fearful.

Lifetimes can influence, just as you and a friend can influence each other. But you cannot honestly control each other. What you do does not make them do anything; it does not control them. It can influence them. Lifetimes are like friends.

Do you and your probable selves actualize the same events?

You do not ever meet a parallel lifetime, and you tend not to run into your overlapping lifetimes, because the trauma would be just too disconcerting. No, you don't run into them, and they don't have the same events.

Overlapping lifetimes are lifetimes where the previous one has not quite ended when the next one begins. The end of one overlaps the beginning of another. Sometimes your favorite television shows overlap, or two movies that you want to see on the same night overlap. It is disconcerting, isn't it?

Well, you do sometimes experience the same phenomenon in lifetimes since they are all simultaneous. One begins before the other ends, except with lifetimes you generally aren't aware of the overlap because it would be too confusing. It would be too confusing for a 5-year-old child to encounter or confront the 80-year-old man they are/were/are in a previous lifetime. It would be really disconcerting. They'd lock you up -- either as the old man realizing "I'm a 5-year-old child," or as a 5-year-old child realizing, "I'm an old man!" Either way, you're in trouble!

So therefore, you bury even the intuition or remembrance of such things. Shhhh! Don't even talk about that stuff, you know? Anyway, even if you did have an intuitive "hit," by the time you're six or seven you forget about it anyway, so we would suggest you aren't aware of probable selves like that. No, you don't run into them, and they don't have the same events.

For Sale By Owner: Are You Getting What You Want Out of Life?

I realize that’s a screwy-sounding title. Let me explain.

The other day I was out walking home from jogging in my semi-rural neighborhood. I passed a house with a "For Sale By Owner" sign planted in the front yard next to the road. The only problem was the owners had parked their truck directly in front of the sign.

No one driving by would have been able to see the sign. The only reason I saw it was because I was walking. Yet almost no one walks in this semi-rural area.

That truck was a perfect symbol for what so many of us do when we ask for something to manifest in our lives. We put out the sign (ask). Then we block the sign with our truck (our negative thoughts).

We’ve covered this subject in one form or another many times over the years. Yet it keeps coming up in private readings with Joseph, and in our correspondence with many folks. And almost daily I see people around me challenged and baffled by this issue.

Here’s Joseph.

Dear ones, you live in a Universe of vast abundance and well-being. Everything you could possibly imagine is literally at your fingertips. It is as easy to manifest a million dollars as it is to manifest a penny.

Your birthright, as children of the Universe, as the powerful creators you all are, is abundance, well-being, joy–all the good things you could ever possibly imagine in your life.

Now let us ask you a question: Do you believe, in your heart of hearts, what we’ve just said?

Or do you perhaps want to say something like this: "Well, Joseph, that all sounds fine. And I can see it happens some of the time for some of the people, and even for me on rare occasions. But I don’t see all that as a common experience, at least not in my life."

Or something like that–is that the way your inner dialogue might go when we say you can have it all–all your dreams?

There you have obstacle number one: your belief in scarcity is stronger than your belief in abundance.

And now let’s discuss obstacle number two.

You ask the Universe–the Great Spirit, God, Goddess–whatever name you prefer for Source Energy. You ask for something specific. Let’s use a common example. You want to manifest your perfect lover.

So you sit down and think about the wonderful qualities you want in this perfect lover. You might even write a list. Then you put your desire out to the Universe–you pray, you ask, you present your wishes in whatever way feels comfortable to you.

That SHOULD be the end of it. You’ve done all you need to do. You’ve gotten clear on what you want and you’ve asked for it.

The Universe responds instantly. It begins orchestrating all the details, aligning all the energies needed to bring you your perfect lover. It can find a thousand different ways to bring her or him to you.

All you have to do is stay out of the way. But often you don’t.

You start wondering why s/he hasn’t shown up yet. You start wondering if s/he’ll ever show up. You start looking at the troubled relationships among your friends, and you wonder if that will happen to you too. You start wondering if you’re worthy of this perfect lover, if you deserve to be that happy.

And on and on–you get the idea.

But all you really have to do, once you’ve asked, is to go about your merry business. Look for the positives in your life, in yourself, in your friends, in the world around you. You don’t even have to give your perfect lover another thought. All you have to do KNOW s/he is on the way. All you have to do is seek joy in every aspect of your life–big joys and little joys.

The more joyful you are, the more quickly and easily you will manifest your lover, or anything else you want, for that matter.

It really is that simple, dear ones. You ask. The Universe answers. Then go play and have fun. Your perfect lover is on the way. It cannot be otherwise for, as it’s been said in your bibles and in many other formats, "Ask and you shall receive."

That’s it! All you have to do is ask. Then go seek your joy, and all you wish for WILL manifest.

Manifesting is about the simplest, easiest thing you’ll ever do once you believe "Ask and you shall receive."

Greetings Everyone! What a journey this has become! Often in our lives as human beings we question what a difference we have made in our existence, how we have touched others, and others have changed our lives, our paths, or the expression of our journeys. Each of you with your loving prayers, healing, e-mails, cards, letters, and all of the other ways that you have contacted me have touched me deeply. To be so loved and so aware of it is overwhelming and I thank each of you who have taken the time to say “I care”. I love you back.

As a quick update, I did have the mastectomy 4 weeks ago. The tumor was even larger than anticipated. It was about 8 cm which is about the size of the width of your hand. It had grown to within less than a half inch of my chest wall. The tumor had developed its own capillary system which means that there is a large possibility that there are more malignant cells coursing through my body, so I am working on developing a follow-up protocol which will combine both current medical knowledge and alternative methods. The good news is that the lymph nodes were clear. I appreciate your ongoing healing and prayers as this appears to be something that I must experience in my learning process.

Often as healers, we believe that we can cure anything. I still believe this. I have known all along that there are times that we are not meant to “fix” things, as the effect of the maladies changes not only the course of the one who is experiencing the illness, but all those around that person as well. Apparently this is one of those times. The best healers in the world have been working on me since the inception of this, and yet the cancer has remained.

As I have looked around myself in this process, battling my own demons, I have realized that all of my support system, all of the people who are around me, and in many cases those who just know of me, are gaining some reflection of this experience through me. It has brought up front and center, issues beyond life and death, very human issues which have caused anger, tears, joy, light and beyond in all of our lives. The miracles are not always in the healing, but in the experience of discovery during the journey toward that healing.

So what is happening around the world? Many have contacted me the past few weeks with comments about the current energy status. The energies coming in and existent within our realm at this time are powerful and static. These energies are affecting the population in many ways. There is a polarization of the peoples which is occurring at a faster rate than usual. As the illusions which are passed to us via the media and our politicians infiltrate the consciousnesses of the masses, there are some of us who are experiencing a vast range of emotions and revelations. The coming awareness begins at first subconsciously, causing us to react from an unrecognized emotional level, and slowly rising to the forefront of our consciousness. This process is bringing to us, experiences of emotionality, and fast paced growth from deep within ourselves. The polarization will continue as we move closer to the opening of the star gate in early November. There is an astrological occurrence which will concur with the opening of the star gate. As we move into this time, we will notice more chaos in our world and in our surrounding environments. We must remember who we are in the Light, and consciously move through feelings that seem to sneak up out of nowhere.

We are in Karmic fast forward. In other words, we are in an energetic mode which allows us to clear old stuff, even that which we thought we had cleared even years ago. The time is now to recreate our realities toward a future of Light being-ness as we have strived for since we chose this path. As we do this. We are clearing not only those issues of this lifetime, but of all other lifetimes as well. We have a unique opportunity at this time unlike any other since the beginning of our consciousness, both individually and collectively, to make a difference in the universal consciousness which will bring us closer to beingness within the One. Further, these changes in consciousness will bring us closer to the critical mass which will cause the shift that we are striving for.

We are seeing changes in our climates. The wind patterns and the patterns of heating and cooling of our oceans are changing toward extremes of weather and effect environmentally. We are seeing volcanic activities and indications of coming volcanic eruptions all over the world. There are seismic changes occurring along the tectonic plates. As these occur, there becomes a necessity toward balance of our Earth mother. As one event expresses a release of tension in the surface of the Earth, there is a necessity for other releases to offset the first release which will create a balance in the tension of the planet’s surface and consciousness.

These releases also directly contribute to our energetic experiences as human beings. They change the interaction and affect of incoming energies as those energies commingle with the energies of our planet. This interaction changes how we feel, how we react in any given situation.

Further, our sun star continues to emit ejections of powerful energies which continue to move toward us, compacting the entirety of our energies and those of our planet as they careen into our atmosphere then bounce back. It is no wonder that many of you are reporting imbalance. Others of you are reporting that finally, you are experiencing the balance that you have sought for so long.

Effects of the continuing changes, especially in the acute stages such as now, are extremes of emotionality, busy dreams that seem to make no sense, or nightmares for those who never experience them. Pay attention to those dreams, they are quickly processing for you many things that you have withheld from your conscious self. Many of you are experiencing a feeling of being in a kind of a limbo, neither moving forward or backward, simply existing for the moment, all the while having a sense that there are about to be large changes in your experiences. It is true. Do not push yourself toward what you are feeling. Instead, allow your experience to unfold gently, or even powerfully, as the revelations of the coming now move into your fields of vision, bringing you the clarity that is just under the surface at this point.

We are experiencing a shift in consciousness. This shift is a precursor to larger movement of our consciousness toward Light- Beingness. What we do with the current moments determines what we receive and can therefore give in the coming ones.

Often as we attempt to understand the dynamics of our experiences we hold closely to ourselves the very energies which could propel us into new and exciting directions. Remember to relax your composition, your consciousness, your entire being and let the energies carry you into that which you have chosen. The ride will be much smoother and the lessons much more clear.

Due to my current journey, I have had to put my travel schedule on hold, probably until this winter sometime. I need to concentrate on being well and feeling that way. I will be unable to accompany Maria Gurule, my wonderful and gifted Shaman friend on her journey to Peru next month, but will be scheduling that trip again when I am able. Maria will be making the journey as scheduled and there are still a few openings. Information can be gained on my website under upcoming trips, Peru.

Also, I am not scheduling new healing sessions or readings at this time, but hope to commence in the Fall sometime. I will be contacting those of you who are waiting to be rescheduled as soon as I am able to do those sessions.

I am working on completion of my book, which is coming along beautifully. I expect to have it available to you in the next few months. The delay caused by the cancer has brought insights that would have not otherwise been included, and I feel that the book will give you much more fullness of clarity than it might have otherwise. I will be giving you more info about this very soon. I am really excited to be able to share with you those things which we have all sought, with answers for the first time available anywhere!

Online Channeling August 12, 2003

CH: We are honored on this occasion to come to be of assistance with you. There is a gathering of the masses within the dimensional realms in observation of that which is happening within yours. The events that are occurring are representative of a mass transition in many ways with your consciousness and the state of your energetic being.

Your Experience Is Unprecedented – You Are Coming Full Circle Back to the Beginning
The experience within this place and time is unprecedented to all others. As has been brought to you previously by others, this is the time that is as it was in the Beginning. You are about to come full circle, full circle, within your existence as it was in the Beginning. You came first as Light Beings, fully capable of any and all things connected Universally, fully a part of the One, and with complete cognizance of the principles of the One and that which is necessary for the transmutation energetically for all purposes, whether it be regeneration of any kind, healing, balancing, learning, And even reproduction at that time was done energetically.

You Are Experiencing New Energetics
Many of you are experiencing the new energetics that are coming in to you at this time. These energetics are stimulating your genetic structuring. It is signifying the arcing that we have spoken of previously. It is Lights you within many directions, in that your galactic selves are beginning to awaken.

Your galactic selves are beginning to awaken. And as this occurs within you, many of you are going to be experiencing awakenings beyond anything you have imagined. Some of these may be more subtle than others. Some of them will be as if you have been hit with a two-by-four. You will begin to feel energy in ways that you have not. Many of you will begin to understand what it is that you must do with this when it occurs. We ask that you allow it to flow through you and do not try to contain this. It is much bigger than you are.

Time is Speeding Up
All things within your realm are being affected with this energetic system that is occurring. The energies are refining, and the process has begun to rapidize. It is speeding up. It is speeding up. Time will not look the same to you from now on. Many of you have already noticed the changes that are occurring within your time perception. It is because, in the Beginning, you had no sense of this “time”. You had no need for it. And it did not exist for you.

You will be beginning to have less and less awareness of the hands on the clock and more awareness of each moment, as more will happen in a given moment than has ever happened within your observation. Simultaneously things are occurring. It is as if magic is happening. You will be able to accomplish more in one of your day’s time than you used to within a month. And you will feel good.

Your Personal Internal Thermostats Are Not Operating Appropriately
Many of you may notice that your personal internal thermostats are not operating appropriately at this time. Many of you are feeling rushes of warmth. Many of you are cold and blue. This is also a part of the energetic system which is affecting you. It is affecting you down to your particulates. Your particulates are rearranging. Your particulates are responding to the energetics which are being introduced to your systems at this time.

This Planet Is Also Being Rearranged Within Its Own Particulates
It is also at this time that this planet is being arranged within its own particulates. And all space in between. There will be, during this process, clearings both within your selves and within your planet. Certain energetics that have been trapped are going to bubble to the surface and released by each of you. Many of you will experience this in the way of emotionality, confusion, lack of focus. We ask that you allow this to happen, experience it, and do not hold on to it. There is no need, as it will pass quickly.

Unprecedented Opportunity To Clear Karma
You have the ability at this time to settle karma that you have carried throughout all of your lifetimes in a seemingly amount of no time. You are being given the opportunity to clear your karmic slate at this time. This is unprecedented, but as it was in the Beginning. You began with a clean slate, changed over time by your own choices, the occurrences related therein.

Now, Dear Ones, you are being offered freedom from within. You are being reminded of your relation to that which is perfection. And in that perfection is each of you. As you are filled with the One, and the One is you. It is a concept that is very difficult for many of you to grasp. We assure you it is so. You have within your grasp, at this moment, perfection. Perfection that is unfettered by historic baggage.

A Grace And Ease Coming From Within You
And within this occurrence you will find a new stamina within your own structuring. You will find a grace and ease coming from within you that you do not have a familiarity with. It is peace and it is perfection. It is that which is the Light magnifying and filling every crevice between every particulate that you have – signaling each to awaken and harmonize.

You Begin to Resonate Again With Universe
And within your bodies, the harmonization that is going on is creating differences within each of you. Not simple genetic differences – total harmonic differences as you begin to resonate again with Universe. To begin to beat within your energetics to the same pulse as That Which Is. That which you came from. And that which you are truly.

And as this occurs, a resonance begins to take effect. And within this resonance a new harmony is begun. And within the energetics of this harmony, others will begin to become the rhythm as well. To be a part of that which is the All. That which is a living unit. That which is all life. That which is eternal.

Look Within Yourselves For the Answers
That You Seek So we ask that you look within yourselves for the answers that you seek. For externally you will not find them. You must remember when one seeks externally and one gains an opinion of another, that opinion is based on another set of experiences, another set of circumstances, and weighed within that being and filtered within that being. And it is not necessarily that which is good and wise for you from within your own self. It only adds to your confusion.

Do you have questions to the moment?

Opportunity to Clear Karma
Q: Yes. Can you explain in a little more detail how it is we can take advantage of this opportunity to clear our karmic slate? I don’t understand how we can do that.

CH: It is, Dear One, that at this time opportunities are coming to you from all directions. They are in your face. They are coming fast and they are coming furious. They have different and varying degrees of energetics dependent upon that which you have experienced previously. Each of these moments is presenting you with an opportunity to make a choice that will change that which your path had chosen once before.

All of you within this space have evolved to a point that the karmic justice, so to speak, has much been satisfied through your evolution. It is at this time when you will find that you will be resolving many issues around you, within you, as each opportunity that comes up is a mirror to you to allow you to react and to be with any given situation. It is up to you what you do with it, but we need you to know that these opportunities are extremely rare within the Universal processes.

It is as if time has sped up for you beyond light speed, beyond light speed. And that you are being given the opportunity. Because of the energetics, all is flowing much differently – actually, in many ways, simultaneously to itself. And within this, one is able to clear and release and be truly finished with those issues which one would have been carrying for some time. Have we given you enough explanation, Dear One, or do you need further assistance?

Q: Yes, I understand. Thank you.

CH: You are most welcome.

Photon Belt
Q: This speeding up of energetics. Part of what has been predicted is called the photon belt and that we are passing through this.

CH: It is contributing to that which is occurring, Dear One. For the photon energy is light energy. It carries the vibrational energies in different ways than that which you were previously passing through. The photon belt, in its occurrence and in your passage through it and within it for this time, is allowing in a sense a more perfect passage for the energetics that are flowing and moving.

There is perfect communication within these types of energetics within the photon belt. You are just approaching and moving into this area. The further you move into it, the more perfect your experiences will become. There will be much instantaneous knowledge, knowing, as information is passed in its purest form.

Q: Will this change of energetics influence the world situation at the moment? The tensions in the Middle East…

CH: It already has begun, Dear One, by its polarization, in many ways separating the wheat from the chaff as has been written previously.You are receiving dispersals here and there, so to speak. You are still in the very early stages, and as you move forward, you will feel the high energetics and the awakenings occurring that we were speaking of previously.

Q: Could you give us a tentative, projected time guesstimate as to when our area will be into the photon belt?

CH: Dear One, we have just spoken that you are already in it.

Q: Oh, I see.

CH: It is your selves as a planet, not simply an area. The planet is moving through this and thereby with every revolution and as the Earth moves through the photon belt, there are certain amounts of energetics that are being created by the interaction of all things on and in your planet, meaning you as well.

And that with the photon energy, it is creating in your terminology a lubrication for the information and the transformation to occur much more smoothly and easily and without such crashing notice that it has arrived. But it is a gradual process that is happening with such speed and such ease that this is why we say so many changes are occurring so rapidly, and that this process is going to continue to escalate in its pace.

Q: I misunderstood. I thought you meant that we were just coming into the outer aspects, and I’m hearing you now saying that we are indeed within the photon belt.

CH: It is so, into the beginning of it. As you move further into it, it will concentrate even more perfectly around you and within you. And as it concentrates within you, that which is the Light in you, that which is the perfection within each of your particulates, is going to come alive in a way that you are not recognizing as yet. And that is what many of you are feeling at this time. It is an expansion beyond your wildest dreams that very few have ever lived to experience.

Q: About how long does it take for the Earth to move completely through it?

CH: It will be many, many years, Dear One. It is a process. It is not months or days. It is many, many years.

Q: Is it something that happens on the physical level where the scientists will notice it, or is it on some other level of consciousness?

CH: It is on the level of consciousness, and if the scientists know the appropriate way to look at this, they may also observe. But they must have a higher understanding of light energetics as well as the Universal construct and its way or ordering and communicating, and they are still stuck on the string theory. Your quantum physicists are still looking at too large a picture. They are trying to look on a more complicated structuring rather than that which is simple and perfect unto itself.

And once this is understood, and once the basic knowledge of the Universal construct is understood in such a way, then all things are possible and it is observable. But you do not at this time have the equipment that is capable of these observations for hard data.

Love Unconditionally – Each Is Having Their Own Experience That Is Perfect in the Moment
CH: You are most welcome. One must remember to love unconditionally, no matter what the circumstances are or what one thinks that another must do or experience. Each is having their own experience that is perfect in the moment. And each will choose that which is best for their path in each moment. We ask that you understand that this is part of a process that must occur for various reasons.

CH: You are most welcome.

New Energies Enhance Healing Skills – Use Them With Respect and Humility
Q: The new energies coming in – are they enhancing our healing skills as they come?

CH: It is so. They are magnifying them intensely. Be careful where you aim your energy, Dear One, as its effects are changing rapidly and rising in occurrence. One must carry this with much respect and utilize it with much humility as it is a powerful, powerful energy that you are bringing through from now forward – and will continue to escalate.

Q: I don’t understand the warning.

CH: We simply tell you that one must not use it lightly – that is all. One must utilize this in such a way and only with the permission and participation of the other beings who are involved. Do you see?

Q: Yeah.

CH: When this is in occurrence and all intents and all willingness is directed into that state of wholeness and healing, it will be so in a much more pure and quick way than that which you are accustomed to seeing within your realm.

Q: I don’t understand your use of the term “use it lightly”.

CH: One moment – we will attempt to find vocabulary to express that which we are trying to help you to understand. One must utilize these gifts only when requested, not inadvertently or indiscriminately. You see, it is that the highest and best healing will occur and does occur when the receptive being is in a place of acceptance and willingness to be whole and well.

We do not mean that one would not send healing to regions or to groups of people in this way – we do not mean this. What we mean is that to direct healing at individuals who have not requested it is in many ways not affecting the being in ways that are high and best beneficial to them, as they are not receptive and open to the highest and best benefit. Do you see? That is what we mean.

Q: If we have offered it and somebody has then requested it, that is okay?

CH: That is fine.

Q: Okay. How about children? pre-talking children?

CH: For the most part, they do not need your assistance. They have gifts of their own. They have far more understandings than most of you as adults. They are taught to forget them. This does not apply to a child who is ill, of course.

Q: Okay. Are you saying we can’t send general love and light?

CH: No, we are not saying that. We are speaking specifically of the high healing energies that you asked about utilizing.

Q: Thank you.

CH: You are most welcome. And we are grateful for your enthusiasm into utilizing this for its highest and best use, as this is a much different energy than most have been working with previously – than all have been working with previously.

God Particle
Q: A lot of the physicists have been talking about a god particle – is that the same thing …

CH: The particulates.

Q: Huh?

CH: It is the particulates of which all things are made.

Q: Yeah. Okay.

Mayan Year of 2012
Q: Is the Mayan year of 2012 still considered significant when you talk about the photon belt?

CH: It is significant – yes – within the interstellar relations of the time.

Q: And what would that significance be?

CH: It is that there is a certain alignment that will be occurring at that time. During that alignment, the energetics will be within perfection for certain events to take place that we are not given to give to you at this moment.

We tell you that, as has been given to you previously, in South America in that which is currently called Peru, that there is a settlement that is covered in jungle still that is basically undiscovered and unexplored. Therein resides a pyramid that is in perfect alignment with that which we are speaking. It is that which will explain the planetary harmonics and contains information to those events and occurrences. It is within this pyramid that all of this information has been given.

Q: When you said that, I just got Palenque. Is it near there?

CH: It is in a flatter area than Machu Picchu. It is in a much flatter area to the north and to the east. It is within several hundred miles of that which you have asked. Three to four hundred miles.

Q: And will it be revealed or discovered and be known by 2012?

CH: We are looking. At this moment, it is possible, that the information will have come fully forward by that time. It is, however, necessary to make a correct interpretation of the information to be gained there as well as dissemination and acceptance of that information to and by the populace.

The 25th day of each month the "Project of Love and Thanks to Water" hopes you will join them to Purify All the Water on Earth with Love and Thanks.

Will you join us to say "I love you" and "Thank you" to all the water on Planet Earth and fill it with the highest vibration (HADO) of Love and Thanks that we can possibly experience?

Then, let us send our Love and Thanks to all the water on Planet Earth. 70% of the surface of the Earth is occupied by water. The environment on planet Earth is maintained by the water circulating in various forms. If it had not been for water, life would not have been created on planet Earth.

We have a vision that on this day, our Earth will be filled with beautiful golden/silver light of Love and Thanks that is flowing from the hearts of each and every one of us. Golden/silver light is the highest vibration in the range of visible light, and it will heal and cleanse all the water on earth, be it water of the ocean or that of our own body.

You can join this Project at your home with your family and friends by sending your Love and Thanks to water simultaneously with us.

Water is the most ordinary matter on this planet, but at the same time it is multidimensional and connected deeply with our own consciousness. By sending our Love and Thanks to water, we believe that we cannot only purify the water on this planet but also raise our own collective consciousness towards the peace of world.

We will describe several ways to send Love and Thanks to water for your information. You can follow some of them. Or you can develop your own unique ways.

Let us tell water our Love and Thanks

Put a glass of water on a table in your kitchen, dining room or private room. Tell the water "I love you" and "Thank you", gently. At the same time, briefly visualize that all the water on Earth is connected with each other. You can do this with your children, family members and friends. Your Love and Thanks will be sent out to all the water on Earth through the water in the glass.

How about imagining the following when you are touching the water coming from the faucet while doing the dishes, washing rice before cooking, or washing your clothes? The vibration of your Love and Thanks is overflowing from your heart through your chest, shoulders, and arms, and going through your palms that are touching the water into the water going out into a drain pipe. Your vibration will go through the flow of water very easily into the drain, into the nearby rivers and finally enter the ocean. The vapor from the ocean will build clouds and then the water will fall down as rains onto various parts of the world. In this way, the vibration of Love and Thanks that has originated from your heart will be transmitted to all over the world through the water network. This is a very easy way, and you can do this every day and every time you use water.

An easier way will be just to tell gently "I love you" and "Thank you" to the water that is flowing out into a drain pipe after it has finished its role. This will surely change the vibration of the water.

It is also very effective to put a "Thank you" sticker to the surface of the faucet. Every time you turn the faucet, it will remind you of the importance to express your gratitude to water.

Or, if you want to do it a little bigger, then you can have a gathering around a pond, a lake, a river or along seashore. Then make a circle, holding hands, and say the same thing as above or more. Remember that the power of prayer is proportionate to the square of the number of people. You can add to this ceremony your own prayers that express your Love and Thanks toward water or Planet Earth.

As the vibration of your Love and Thanks flows from your heart, you may feel your chest getting warmer and warmer. This will be the result of the Law of the Universe "What you give, you will receive". Add visualization to our Love and Thanks

Let us visualize that the vibration of Love and Thanks is transmitting into water as golden/silver light. The whole water of the world is sparkling beautifully. Finally, the whole planet is shining so brilliantly. When filled with the highest vibration of light, everything is healed and harmonized. Let us visualize that the faces of all the people on Earth are filled with a smile.

Send Love and Thanks to water in some special areas

How about sending our Love and Thanks to the Jordan River, especially at this moment of time (see photo on the right). Along the river, many Israeli and Palestinian people are living. Our prayer of Love and Thanks will raise the vibration of water there. There is no border in the path of flowing water. People on both sides certainly drink the water originating from this river, and their bodies will be filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks that we have been sending. Then, those who have been involved in the war or terrorism will become aware of what they are doing, "Why don't we just abandon weapons and live a peaceful life here together?"

There may be some areas other than the Jordan River where wars and conflicts are still continuing such as the United States and Iraq, India and Pakistan, Afghanistan, nations in Africa and so on. Let us send our Love and Thanks to the water where people are suffering from pain and sorrow. It will change into healing water, and everything and everybody will be filled with a vibration of Love and Harmony.

Those who are participating in war and those who are suffering from war are both ourselves. For all the consciousnesses are connected into one. And it is said that water is a mirror to reflect our own consciousness.

Peace begins from the hearts of each and every one of us. Let us fill up our hearts with the vibration of Love and Thanks. Then visualize that the vibration is overflowing like an unlimited fountain, reaching every part of the globe and healing the whole world.

Effects of our consciousness on water

Our consciousness definitely influences upon water. Especially when we concentrate our consciousness with the same intention, it will have a tremendous power. It is like a laser beam that can reach the surface of the moon.

In the summer of 1999, hundreds of people gathered along the lakeshore of the Lake Biwa, located at the central part of Japan, and prayed for the peace and harmony of universe. After one month, a local newspaper reported that only that summer, there were no complaints from local residents about the foul odor resulting from extraordinary growth of a foreign alga, which they had been experiencing every summer for years.

Such is the power of human consciousness.

Consciousness of each of us changes the world

Consciousness of each of us creates our world, which means we can change the world. When the Earth is filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks, then you will experience a world filled with Love and Thanks.

Also, the planet Mars is reported to be closer to Earth on this day than it has been in almost 60,000 years, adding it's energies.

During this global meditation let us join and "dedicate ten (10) minutes to meditate upon the Cetaceans (whales and dolphins), to acknowledge their service to humanity and to Earth, and to send them our love energy so that they can at last feel the connection with their brothers and sisters on land."

Using the galactic calendar, we can focus on the k'in or day during the New Moon Cetacean meditation (and every day) as well as the message for the galactic month, allowing us to flow with Mother Earth and experience galactic time.

On this day of 5 Cauac, 12 Uo, 12 Manik (August 27, 2003), the energy is "Radiance"(5) and "Regeneration" (Cauac). For this meditation, the direction is West and the musical tone is "D". Cauac is the "Black Storm" or the "Restorer" and represents the "regeneration of self" and our "preparation for ascension". Black is very magical. It is the void. It transforms or manifests our intention and thought into physical reality.

As we direct our attention on the energies of Cauac as the Black Storm, we feel very cleansed and rejuvenated, as a storm would do. Visualize a storm and see it leaving everything, including ourselves, new, refreshed and youthful. This cleansing will assist us in our manifestations, magically transmuting our intentions so we can see them clearly as they physically appear. Focusing on the energy of Radiance will assist us in bringing happiness, joy and light into our lives, which speeds up the manifestation process.

During our meditation we can place our attention on the energies of Black, Radiance, Regeneration, this galactic month of Uo and this new galactic year of 12 Manik. This month of Uo requires that we "listen in silence and hear the oracles of Heaven". By focusing on all of these energies, we gain mastery over our lives and allow ourselves to receive our desires easily and quickly.

Also, understand that the Cetaceans are always eager to telepathically communicate with us and we are to connect with them along with our meditation. They assist us in bringing love, joy, inspiration, healing and balance into our lives. They are the caretakers of our planet Earth, protecting the biosphere. We can tune in with the Cetaceans, sending them Love energy and thanking them for their service.

World Angel Day
September 28, 2003

Throughout the world on this day, people will be celebrating the unconditional love expressed through the angels. It is a day of Unity, Light, Joy and Peace, when we come together to recognize the divinity within ourselves. This year we have a program especially designed to help each person individually to recognize his or her soul's desire and how the angelic kingdom can assist us with living and fulfilling our dreams and desires. Rev. Kimberly Marooney, author of the popular Angel Blessing Cards, will be with us to share a special interactive experience with the angels, involving guided meditations, writing and audience participation, where every individual will be connected with their own angel to work with. We feel a very strong resonance with Kimberly's work, and in fact what she has offered to bring to World Angel Day was exactly what we envisioned for this event. What she is going to be presenting she has not presented in this form before, and she is very excited about the opportunity of doing so at this event, as are we.

My lovely wife Tanja, who has worked with angels for years as a healer will be helping us all connect with the Joy of the angels. Her gift is to share the childlike Joy that the angels inspire. It was the original Peace Angels that brought us together last year, and it was always her destiny to be a part of World Angel Day. We spent several weeks together with David, the creator of World Angel Day, and we all shared a deep resonance to cocreating this work around the world.

Last year the Peace Angels came to me to bring a series of messages that inspired Choose Peace Now and the work of the previous World Angel Day event in Boulder. The impact of these messages and the prayer focuses that they shared with us manifested through a global meditation for that event that helped activate a greater Peace in the World. This year the angels will be sharing new messages that will be the inspiration for a new global meditation that will guide the collective power of our compassion for planetary healing.

We have also created this event to be a special musical experience. Lauren Pomerantz who sang at the first Christ Light Festival is returning to be one of our musical hosts throughout the day, to carry us on a musical journey of the soul with her beautiful voice and gift for playing instruments like crystal bowls and guitar at the same time. We have also invited our local favorites Twin Flame the Peaceful Warriors. Last year their music added the silver lining to our event and this year promises to be filled with angelic blessings of Peace for ourselves and the world.

This years World Angel Day event will be held at the beautiful Temple Event Center in downtown Denver. This auditorium is a wonderful mix between a temple, church, and theater with balconies, ornamental ceilings and stained glass windows. We feel that this place is the perfect setting for invoking the energies of the Archangels, whose presence we want to feel and cocreate with on a deep physical level through this event. The ballroom below the auditorium is used weekly for the Dances of Universal Peace, and the circular movement of Peace that takes place there creates an inviting atmosphere in the building which is perfect for our purpose since Peace is the foundation.

Goodbye

A father put his three year old daughter to bed, told her a story and listened to her prayers - which she ended by saying "God bless mommy, God bless daddy, God bless grandma, and good-bye grandpa."

The father said, "Why did you say good-bye grandpa?"

The little girl said, "I don't know daddy, it just seemed like the thing to do."

The next day grandpa died. Father thought it was a strange coincidence. A few months later the father put the girl to bed and listened to her prayers, which went like this - "God bless mommy, God bless daddy and good-bye grandma.

Next day the grandmother died.

My gosh, thought the father, this kid is in contact with the other side.

Several weeks later when the girl was going to bed the dad heard her say "God bless mommy and good-bye daddy."

He practically went into shock. Couldn't sleep all night and got up at the crack of dawn to go to his office. He was nervous as a cat all day, had lunch sent in and watched the clock. He figured if he could get by until midnight he would be OK. He felt safe in the office, so instead of going home at the end of the day he stayed there, drinking coffee, looking at his watch and jumping at every sound. Finally midnight arrived, he breathed a sigh of relief and went home.

When he got home his wife said, "I've never seen you work so late, what's the matter?"

He said, "I don't want to talk about it, I've just spent the worst day of my life."

She said "You think you had a bad day, you'll never believe what happened to me. This morning the mailman dropped dead on our porch."
