The Butterfly Effect tastefully and creatively reveals how we live multidimensional lives and realities. Using the power of the mind, one is able to alter one's reality. The past and future are not static. They can be always changed, but it must be done in the present, in the now. We are to never underestimate the power of now.

During this film, one is able to get a glimpse through the main character of what it may be like to travel back in time and consciously change the past in order to create a different outcome. The technique he uses is one we can all do with intent. We each have the ability to recreate any moment in our past that we want to change. This is something we do to make changes in our own, individual lives. We can also visit our future and retrieve information. This film shows how fluid our lives really are; how our past, present and future interact with one another. It opens the doors to what is possible if we are only willing to explore.

The pictures or images we create in our mind are usually taken for granted by many of us. Directly and consciously creating (and recreating) these pictures and using them in our waking reality is something most of us do not practice everyday. Although The Butterfly Effect focuses on a particular character and his abilities, which may appear to be supernatural, this in fact is a natural ability we all have when we create in our now.

One thing I appreciated was the creative use of color intensity to depict certain mind pictures or visions. I've seen this in my own experiences of consciously using my imagination to move back or forward in time as well as in my visions and during the film, this simple but powerful effect made everything more real and believable. Also, I was so grateful that the graphic scenes in this film were implied, rather than revealed on the screen -- we are actually allowed to use our own powerful imaginations. I highly recommend The Butterfly Effect since it is a very metaphysical film and for its creativity and uniqueness. Because of the subject matter, I would not recommend this movie for young children. I will definitely see this movie again when it becomes available to rent.

This movie brings out the importance of the choices we make. We all learn from the negative choices, some of our most valuable lessons we learn are from the emotional needs that we search to satisfy. Our intimate relationships are the most challenging, they force us to grow even when we may choose not to.

Our hero has made a choice to fill a void in his life without using his innate instincts to discern whether or not this is a wise choice to make. The long and the short of it is he is going to learn a lesson that he needs to remember. True love is not just found in the emotional body but it is found in the fullness of ourselves. Going for the partial package of love only leads to temporary and partial fulfillment.

When we don't seek discernment our vision can become very clouded and will lead us into situations that will drag us down into a quagmire of garbage. Clouded vision emotional thinking only leads to very bad situations. Once we enter that arena of clouded thought our actions become illogical to the outside world. We react without thought of consequences.

A second key to this movie is the need we feel to solve our problems without being willing to trust others to be able to help. If we are lucky and before we go to far down into the quagmire there are people around us who are able to see through the cloud we position around us. These are the friends that are willing to get down in the mud and help us recover. If we are smart enough we will open our hearts enough to trust them and listen to their advice. To do this though we must think through our actions and begin using discernment to find our way out.

This movie does have a valuable lesson. I highly encourage you to see the video/DVD with true understanding and discernment.

The simple pleasure of eating chocolate several times a month can make you healthier and live longer. According to a Harvard alumni study, chocolate stimulates the production of serotonin, which in turn sets the stage for a feeling of well-being. The British Medical Journal study noticed the same thing in a longevity study of men - those who ate just a few pieces of chocolate a month lived significantly longer. Hum.

Chocolate was first recorded as a 'thing of pleasure' in 600 B.C., and according to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, chocolate is jammed with more antioxidants than most fruits and vegetables by a factor of two.

Antioxidants, mainly polyphenols, are quickly absorbed into the blood where they have a positive effect on cholesterol levels, help in preventing cancer and heart disease, and participate in slowing down the aging process. But antioxidants have a different form in chocolate than in green tea or red wine, for example. They appear in larger more complex molecules not usually found in other foods, part of the reason they are so effective as antioxidants.

The antioxidants in chocolate act against the oxidation of LDL cholesterol (the bad guy) and increase HDL (the good cholesterol). Chocolate's catechins are important antioxidants, which are also found in green tea, but are four times more potent in chocolate than in tea. And that's just in the chocolate - the solids from the cocoa bean are the strongest. Cocoa beans are actually a fruit.

The effects are the same in men as for women, and they're the highest when the antioxidants are from cocoa powder. The most effective chocolate is dark chocolate rich in oleic acid, the good fat found in olive and coconut oil. Next is milk chocolate, still much higher in antioxidants than many foods tested to date. White chocolate has none of the benefits of the darker chocolates. Low-quality chocolates usually have cottonseed or soy oil added to them.

Chocolate contains magnesium, which some researchers think explains the reason people crave chocolate. Chocolate contains phenylethylamine, a stimulant released in the brain when people fall in love, stimulating the 'feel-good' brain chemicals serotonin and endorphins.

Pure dark chocolate eaten once a week, especially those made from cocoa powder, is all you need to reap its health benefits. If you are a smoker or in oxidative stress, chocolate enjoyed more often might benefit your health.

The negatives? More isn't better, so don't take advantage of a good thing and overdo eating chocolate just because dark chocolate is healthy for you.

Other negatives about chocolate focus on the mass-produced, adulterated chocolate candies. Not only do they contain excess sugar, food chemicals, and rancid oils, but also as a result of processing practices, mass-produced chocolates contain excessive amounts of metals such as lead and cadmium.

So steer clear of the cheaper chocolates and choose organic or high-quality chocolates instead. European chocolates are great products. Select a high-quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa solids, and avoid white chocolate and carob.

"T E L O S" Telepathic Communication from Earth's Interior

Q: What do the Oceans and Mountains look like on the inside of the Globe?
The Earth’s Interior is the mirror image of the surface foundation. Everything is in reverse order in the inside of the Earth. The mountain ranges are in direct proportion to the dimensions of the Earth’s cavity, and tower above the landscape. The oceans are larger than life, and flow calmly and swiftly around the inside of the globe. The air is crisp and clean, and the sand is white. The Central Sun is dimmer than the sun on the outside, and reflects the Light from the Heavens.

The cities are all nestled in lush woodlands, overflowing with flowers and huge trees. There is green growth surrounding all man-made structures. Everything is in perpetual blossom and bloom. It is a land of wonder and beauty. All is in perfect proportion to the size of the circumference of the interior. Everything is larger than life — even the great Beings who inhabit the interior are larger than the mortals on the outside. All is beauty, and all is in a heavenly state of bliss. Just picture the interior foundation reflecting the exterior foundation; with mountain ranges higher, and the ocean currents swifter, and the green land growth lush beyond compare. You do not need to picture a change in the contour of the land. It is still in its pristine beauty, and replicates how life on the surface once was. The exact location of the mountain ranges and oceans is not necessary to know at this time. What is necessary to know is that this Inner World exists, and co-exists with the surface, under peaceful and contrary conditions.

In 1996, I attended an excellent lecture at the Colorado UFO Society by Dhyana Markley about her Inner Earth experiences. She recounted that, about 10 years earlier, as she planned a move to Oahu, Hawaii, she encountered two friends, both spiritual masters, at a seminar. When she told them of her intentions, each asked her separately if she was aware of a great, ancient tunnel that extended from Sedona, Arizona to Kauai, Hawaii.

Once in Hawaii, Dhyana began to research the ancient writings and archaeology, and learned about Hawaii's sacred ceremonial sites and language. She also learned about the 'little people', whom the Hawaiians call Menehune, who one night suddenly disappeared. From this, she studied stories of other little people, such as the leprechauns in Ireland and those found in the mines of Colorado.

Meeting With an Inner Earth Guardian
Dhyana told us that, although she now has the ability to travel in other dimensions at will, at that time she had to shift herself into a ready frame of mind. In that state, she soon met Agnotti, a person about 4 1/2 feet tall "who looked like Yoda with big eyes and really big, pointed ears, and who was filled with love". He told her that he was a guardian of the tunnel entrances leading to Inner Earth in the Pacific Rim's Ring of Fire, and that he works with helpers at each entrance.
Agnotti took Dhyana (and a female friend who was visiting her at the time) to the entrances. In Oahu, he kept a small, six-seater hovercraft, which he taught her to operate. From there, they traveled through a tunnel, 25 to 30 feet in diameter, which Agnotti called one of the 'lesser tunnels' that leads to the 'greater tunnels'.

An Entrance Explored
From the north shore of Oahu, they traveled northwest until they reached the eastern shore beneath Kauai, which, Agnotti told her, forms the main hub of the Pacific Rim. From this hub a greater tunnel leads to Australia, with others extending to Sedona, Arizona, to Mongolia, and, she thought, to Alaska. She told us that the hub resembled the center of a very ancient wheel and all of the tunnels converged in the deepest point of the hub.

To the south and the north of the hub, she saw two wide, ancient staircases carved into the rock. On each side of the steps, sloped ramps leveled to form landings large enough for hovercraft to park and turn around. This freed people of luggage as they walked up the steps. On the northern side of Kauai was yet another entrance. Dhyana was told to go to the eastern tunnel so that, in the physical realm, she would be able to leave a map at its entrance to guide others. Then, at the appropriate time, that entrance would open.

Dhyana and her friend noticed that the entrance was narrow, even for their slender bodies. They were shown a niche, about 15 feet across and half-moon in shape, cut into the rock. In the middle of this recess was a small crevice. Agnotti told Dhyana that, when the time came, she would need to physically search for this crevice.

The next day, Dhyana had made plans to travel from Oahu to Kauai. There, she arranged with two friends to travel to the place she had been shown. She described its location, in a marshy area backed by cliffs. Since that time, she has learned that entrances to Inner Earth seem to be located on public, or accessible land.
They drove by Jeep as far as they could, then got out and hiked. Dhyana told her friends that they were looking for an entrance that, thousands of years ago, was underwater. After crossing a swamp and reaching the falls, they still had not discovered the entrance. One friend scaled the cliff and, at its top, found a stone sun calendar. The calendar appeared to be Aztec or Mayan, but there was nothing to indicate why, or how, it was there.

Finally, after further searching, they crossed a small stream and found the 15-foot niched arch. Dhyana had expected to walk through the opening, narrow though it was, but found it closed. Discouraged, she was told that it was not yet time, because the area was open to hikers who would try to enter.

A City Below Denver
Nevertheless, Dhyana continued on. Another friend from Phoenix, Arizona, told her of an out-of-body experience in which she had visited a city 400 miles below Denver, Colorado. There, she saw Inner Earth people talking to surface dwellers, telling us what to expect when we arrived. When the discussion concluded, a gentleman approached her friend, looked her in the eye and said, "Tell Dhyana".

Dhyana lay down and immediately met a man named Eeon, who had a two-seat hovercraft (like a suspended "golf cart with an awning-like top") and who took her on a tour of a city 400 miles below Denver. When he showed her the cultural buildings, he apologized repeatedly, saying, "We built a city for you, but didn't have enough room in town and had to put it outside of town". Dhyana told him that to her, it didn't matter.
She saw wide, beautiful, emerald-green fields of food and was told that, once surface-dwellers arrived, Inner Earth people will no longer be able to grow food. Dhyana felt that that was immaterial, since people would have to learn to farm so that they could feed themselves when they returned to Earth's surface. When she asked how long that would be, she was told - this was eight years ago - that surface-dwellers would remain there for 10 years. That time-frame would later change.

Interested in health and healing, Dhyana asked to see the hospital and was taken to a "gigantic hospital in which hallways were huge and people were very tall". She said that Eeon seemed like a normal surface being, but that there were people who were seven to eight feet tall, maybe taller, slender, with pale skin and blue eyes. She said that she met three or four different species in Inner Earth, and that most have physical, 3-D bodies, though some may have lightbodies.

From them she learned that many of the great, ancient tunnels were lost during the fall of Atlantis. In the past, a tunnel had led through Atlantis, from South America to Africa. Many tunnels have been lost due to Earth changes, and, though people of Inner Earth have been forced to close some, they have repaired others, whenever possible.

In the course of her lecture, Dhyana told us, "In any realm or dimension, I choose who I deal with by how much love I feel emanating from them . . . The great, conscious Beings are filled with wisdom, filled with love." She also said that, because more people have come into their power and into the Light, events and the time-frame have changed.

Dhyana Speaks At Our Planetary Activation Group
In September 1998, I invited Dhyana Markley of Buffalo Creek, Colorado to speak at our Denver Planetary Activation Group. Because of her lecture at the Colorado UFO Society, I thought that people in our group and organization would be most interested in what she had to say. She gave a thoroughly intriguing presentation, detailing her experiences in Inner Earth, and outlined her plans for an expedition into the Earth, scheduled for later that fall.

She answered many of our questions concerning entrances all around the world, the appearance of the people, their landscape, technology and much more. She emphasized that the tunnels, cities and beings found only a few miles beneath the surface are part not of Inner Earth, but of the secret government.

An Expedition Planned
Dhyana's lecture focused on a city 400 miles below Denver, Colorado. She said that its residents have prepared land and housing - wonderful cities for those who want to travel beneath Earth's surface during some of her coming changes. One of the entrances was located somewhere near Buffalo Creek, where she lived.

The expedition into the Earth was set for October/November 1998. Dhyana told us that she would not attempt such an undertaking until representatives or guides from Inner Earth notified her that the time was right. Only then would she allow interested people to gather in the area of Buffalo Creek until it was time to go.

Dhyana was given specific instructions regarding provisions. Each person was to bring food and water to last up to three days, as well as necessities such as eyeglasses and medicine. Personal tools such as "artists' paint and brushes, crystals and activators for healers, builders' hammers and saws, etc.", were considered of paramount importance. People were welcome to bring animals, "as long as they were well-behaved", along with sufficient food and water for them. (Dhyana planned to take her 5 horses, which would carry their own food and water, as well as other supplies.) And participants were to "bring nothing electric, for they will not work here. We utilize a different form of energy".

Eeon also urged, "Please find joy in this experience and in the anticipation of it. We are delighted to have you come and hope you will feel the same. Chaos is about to break loose on the surface of this planet and we want to avoid as much of it as we can. So the more prepared you are, the quicker and easier it will be for all of us".

On Money and Dates
When Eeon was asked if there were any firm "or slightly firm" dates for quitting the surface at this time, he said, "not firm, but, at this time, it seems as if late summer, August or September [of 1998] would be best. Later, perhaps, but I doubt it. Things will occur in a domino effect once one or two of the really big events set them off. As you already know, all of the nuclear testing and HAARP aren't helping."

"The stock markets and banking system are being propped up by a feather, so that should give you some idea how quickly the entire structure can fall apart. A collapse should happen before the year 2000, but probably not before we all leave for Inner Earth."

On the subject of bringing money, Dhyana was told, "Your currency will be worthless in Inner Earth, and worth not much more on the surface. Tools that enable you to contribute to the whole will be most useful . . ."

Transportation and Inner Earth Inhabitants
According to Dhyana, it would have taken between two and three days to complete the trip on foot. Then, transportation - a transit system that would take people to their destination - would be provided. And what kind of transportation did they have? "Many individuals own hover-cars. Some prefer to walk. Others have a kind of bicycle, while still others use public transportation, such as tube trains and moving sidewalks."

And what do those who live below Denver look like? Eeon told Dhyana, "Some, such as I, look like you. We could easily walk among you and not be recognized as inhabitants of Inner Earth. Others, such as the Kryons, average between eight and ten feet tall, and have white skin and blue eyes. Although some are blond, their hair, for the most part, is white. Dark hair is rare. They are slender and quite intelligent and telepathic . . . Then, there is a relatively small group that you would call Mayans. They are short in stature and look much like your Mexicans. There is also a group of Eekenese who resemble a blending of insect and human. Once you become used to their appearance, you will love them and trust them as we do."

Later in the fall of 1998, Dhyana learned that to a mass shift in consciousness made her trip to Inner Earth unnecessary at that time and she would have to cancel it. Since her original contact, she has met many more humanoid species from Inner Earth.

Hello Thorkil. "Greetings Thorkil. Yes, there are many things you can do physically to raise your vibration, like eating lighter foods, thanking and blessing the food before you eat it, doing only the things that make you happy, and of course spending time in nature.

But all these things won't help you at all unless you keep your thoughts light as well. Everything you are, and everything around you, is there because you thought it that way. You have heard many times that you need to act on any given situation, and not react. There is a divine purpose to every situation, and reacting with drama and a sense of tragedy only feeds the negative vibrations that have brought the situation about.

You have this popular television show on the surface, about life in an emergency room. We here in the Hollow Earth tune in to it some times on our computer screens. Believe me when I tell you, that the entertainment it brings us is beyond measure. We have even taped some episodes and given them to our friends in other Star Systems.

When someone is hurt and needs healing, the first thing you need to do is keep the energies around that person quiet. This way the heart slows down, and there is less loss of blood. Peace and quiet also raises the vibration of the injured person instantly, thus speeding up the healing process. What amuses us, is that you do exactly the opposite. You bring out your pots and pans, and start banging on them with a metal spoon. This invites other entities of an even lower vibration than yourselves. These entities are bored, and they like drama. They feed on it. It is these same entities you are inviting into your vibrations every time you allow yourselves to get angry, or you give in to the drama that is prepared for you daily in the News. Shutting these out of your life will give you peace. Peace, is of a finer vibration, thus you automatically raise your vibration. Your thoughts will become pure, and because like attracts like, you will attract pure energy. Now, when we say you will have pure thoughts, we do not mean you will not be thinking about sex, like they taught you in Sunday School. There is nothing impure about sex. Not only is it a gateway into other dimensions, but it also raises your vibration.

It is difficult, indeed impossible for many people to accept that civilization, true civilization begins beneath the surface; and the surface reality for all its self involvement is but a blip on the immense screen of the cosmic historic timeline. Guardians of the knowledge of the Hollow Earth wish only to introduce it to those who claim the sacred truth behind it. For those who know the earth is full of many tunnels leading into vast caverns of great wealth, free from death, in the present Earth field, a sacred temperament is necessary - indeed overwhelming in its capacity to choose out who will survive. This survival of will is a mandate that many hearts seek. It is the accentuated capacity of spirit to make the journey into the Hollow Earth domain, into the field of resurrection to the eternal realm of self knowledge which lays hidden 'there' from surface dwelling consciousness.

The initiation into this hidden place is so powerful that it actually changes the cellular makeup of the individual seeker. What was once suspicious and fearful to the heart, becomes trusting and heart strong.

We make up a highly individualized compartmentalized society, which is reaching its next peak of maturation. Yet, a sense of uselessness, of willful delusion is every present. That which was once perceived as easily harmonious is more and more difficult to ascertain. The answer to this, will come in complete surface global devastation. All systems will close down, and surface humanity will be given an ultimatum to grow together, or to continue to destroy what is left. For those who immerse themselves in the journey into the Hollow Earth, this surface stage acting out the experience of human degeneration, will be avoided. S: Good morning, Hatonn. I could hardly believe it last night when you said you want to give me a message "for the new book." Didn’t you know that I just finished one?

HATONN: Suzy, dear child and friend, yes, of course I know. And you know I’m in charge of communication between there and everywhere else, so you know how important this subject is to me. It’s been talked about in the other books but not with the point I wish to make now.

Those whose minds are ahead of their hearts in this matter are unwittingly lagging. The folks who think they have to study this or that to work themselves through their perceived layers of separation from God are just making a separation between themselves and God! That is their chosen pathway, so I have no quarrel with it, but it is so unnecessary! Especially now, with everything speeding up, they need to know that their spiritual connection with God isn’t achieved through mental exercises or incantations or invoking the help of ascended masters—it simply IS! Every soul is a part of God, every one IS connected with Him! How could it be otherwise when it’s the physics of the universe at work here?

This is Hatonn speaking to you. As master of communication between Earth and the rest of the universe, I am telling you the simplicity of the answer to your soul-searching: You are a part of God and your connection with Him is your birthright. God IS. You ARE. You and God are ONE. How much more simple can it be? Your soul knows this, and you need only to align your conscious self with your soul, your godself.

You may search through books to learn how to make the communication connection, but those are merely others’ ideas of how to reach a stage of spiritual awareness, and that is not necessary. It is as simple as ASKING! Say, for instance, "God, I am you, you are me, so please let me hear you." Or say nothing, just feel it in your heart—God hears that just as clearly. Allow your mind to be still and listen to your soul giving you God’s message.

As for searching for God’s "will" in your life, as so many of you do, you could say that since you are God in fullness and He is you as a part of Himself, yes, He has a pathway for you. But your own soul as the God part you are chose the pathway it needs for growth, and the purpose of your life is to consciously discover that pathway. Conscience is your guide, and so is your intuition. But those can become hidden in the labyrinthine pathway of esoteric studies, lessons, seminars, books—all designed to heighten your awareness of yet another obstruction between you and God.

I am not saying for a moment that your studies and sessions are a waste! But how accurately are they assisting you in the direct course to being the god and goddesses you already ARE? You are yearning to feel something that isn’t in books or graphs or seminars. It is the private pathway to your godself you need, not the mysterious mountains and valleys to travel for years and years. Nevertheless, if you have spent years in this journey, start connecting directly with God without further delay!

Think of this: A child comes into an Earth lifetime with knowledge of that direct God connection, that absolute intuitive knowing, that total sensing of inseparability. The child hasn’t studied, hasn’t spent hours in seminars or been treated to sessions of calling upon help from the ascended masters. The child simply IS the godself! Only by orientation away from that does the passing of your time bring about the separation. Then you search for your connection through those various forms of "how to" reach what always has been yours, always has been YOU!

Suzy, my friend and mutual servant, as we do indeed serve each other, thank you for heeding my call to come to the computer. I’m a soul of few words usually, as you well know, and I have extended myself on this occasion. Sometimes it’s necessary to put a hammer to a head to get the attention, so I have done that with this message.

As the energy in every single one of our thoughts, feelings, words and actions flows out, by natural law it affects us all. That energy we are sending attracts similar energy in the universe and pulls more of its kind back to us. Individually, we literally are creating our own lives in every moment and simultaneously, collectively, we are creating our world.

And it doesn't end here. The energy we continuously are generating affects in kind the mass consciousness of the entire universe, thus it is impacting our space brothers and sisters. No wonder so many of them are eager to help us bring light to Earth!

Some years ago I had a friend Ann (not her real name) who was always talking about her "dark side." And about the dark side which, she insisted, all humans had.

Clearly I remember that bright shining summer day Ann and I visited an old friend of hers in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

Sam (not his real name) was a wonderfully warm and caring man. And he was excited about some big changes happening in his life. Including the fact he'd found his soulmate.

As Sam was sharing with us, his enthusiasm and zest for life were bubbling over. It was contagious, and I felt myself being carried into the high energy and excitement Sam was feeling. Life was good, Sam said, and he was loving it.

Then Ann, the perennial doomsayer, interjected, "But what about your dark side? What about her dark side?"

There's a popular myth floating around on your planet today. It goes like this: All humans have a dark side to them, evil lurking beneath the veneer of goodness that most humans project.

And so the myth goes on: The reason you are all tainted by your dark, evil natures is because of your programming from the past. The past of this life and the past of other lives. That dooms you to live in the endless darkness and to repeat the pain of the past.

And yet that "does not compute." By that we mean this: If you are eternal beings of light, how is it you can have this malignant entity - your dark side - lurking just beneath the surface of your awareness, waiting to pounce upon you and destroy forever any chance of happiness you might have had.

For many people, this purging of their so-called dark side is a never-ending, lifelong process. What a miserable way to move through your years!

And it's especially miserable if you acknowledge that your soul's intent, upon your incarnation, was to have a joyful life to have fun. Challenges and opportunities for growth, your soul knew, there would certainly be plenty of. But it's all supposed to be fun and joyful.

There is nothing dark or evil about any aspect of this being you know as you. Oh, we realize you have been taught you were born tainted, as it were. You were born, as some of your religious traditions teach, with "original sin."

You were born pure. You were born of the light. You were born good. And nothing can ever change that.

Your societal programming can certainly exert a huge negative influence upon you. And convince you that you are indeed more dark than light, more evil than good. But that also is utter nonsense.

You are goddesses and gods, all of you, in human form. Let no one convince you otherwise. For it is truth.

The only darkness that exists in your life or in your being is in those areas where you refuse to let in the light.

All you are is light. So let your light shine. And it will dispel all illusions of darkness.

Come now and say your prayers. Your heart must be firm and stout. Your choices are already made. The outcome is Known on the Most High and in your heart. But that does not mean that the actions must not be made, for the effort and application are both necessary and needed. The promises are being fulfilled. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

You have patiently waited and yet you are in the middle of your ascension right now. Look around and notice that with all the dire warnings, with all the death and destruction, you are untouched by the darkness.

It is happening in the blink of an eye yet it plays for you as slow motion in time. This is a paradox of duality, a juncture of time standing still yet fast forward, all holding it's collective breath, as now the scales are evenly balanced between the dark and the Light. Any movement can cause the scales to tip. Which way are the scales going to go in both your individual and the collective mind? The collective mind can go one way while you are capable of being untouched and holding your own. Whose universe do you live in? Yours.... or someone else's?

In this delicate balance every thought, word, and deed weighs vast in importance.

You hear of all these terrible events yet you remain untouched. Both worlds exist together now... the old earth and the new one, and you should be seeing indications of which one is truly yours. Take that next step up the path of your power. Claim the world you want. Know that your path is filled with the Divine protection of All That Is as long as you walk in Truth and service to others. Humbly.

Do you not see your simplest thoughts manifesting? Have you not said to yourself "I was just thinking about that!" as it happens? Are you given a problem one day that seems to "disappear" the next or is unexpectedly resolved? Do you doubt your connection to your Self and the Source of All Being? Why? Look and really see what's going on with your world, not other's worlds.

Some would label their manifestations as coincidence. There are no ca-winky dinkies. Some would label the changes in events as miracles. There really are no miracles. It is your personal power through your connection to your Self and the Source manifesting the results of your heart's desires or personal efforts for the Highest Good, according to Free Will. This is part of what you are/have been striving for... yet many are fraught with doubt and disbelief when the goodness of their work manifests.

When your power of manifestation presents itself, do you respond with "I can't believe it'? If so, you are negating that which you just created. You harm yourself with doubt. You stop the creation of all which you have lined up to create in the Highest Good. You negate that which you say you believe. You are not walking your talk. Or do you respond with "Isn't that wonderful!" or "look what just manifested, I've been working on that... and here it is!". The difference is obvious. Confirm the positive in your life and believe in your Self.

Look to your response at all times, it does make the difference in which world you are choosing to live in. Look at how you are responding to each and everything. The higher you rise, the more power you are connected to, the more delicate the balance of every thought, word, feeling, and deed. The scales can tip in either direction and throw you off center. Staying centered is of vital importance from now on. You and only you are in control of your balance. It is a matter of choice, of attitude. Only you are in charge of that choice, no matter what the external circumstances.

Question not your ability. Doubt, the lesser energy of fear, is just as destructive and has no place in your movement forward. Doubt will stagnate you and hold you back. Start looking around. Recognize all which suddenly changes to the better, to the more positive in your life as that which, in Truth, you have manifested. The bird that sings is singing for you to hear. Listen. Observe. Recognize. Acknowledge. You are the power of the Creator manifested. Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a big hug for a change. Aren't you wonderful? Aren't you precious? Aren't you a gift from the Creator to all of us? Yes. Yes, you are... and much more. Do not let the darkness in the world around you thwart you. You are the Light, illuminating the darkness. The darkness can not touch you.... you touch the darkness and make it lighter. You are the candle in the window showing the way home. You are safe. You are sound. You are the strength for dispelling the falseness of fear. Your Light is comfort. Know who you are. There are no doubts.

Stand tall. Know who you really are. Go within. Meditate. That is the key to Mastership. That is the key to ascension. Meditate. Mastership comes from going within, for that is your true connection to the Self and the Creator. That is where the higher dimensions exist. Within you is All That Is. It is not complicated. It does not need elaborate techniques or ceremonies. Those are only external rituals that do not get you inside. There is no need to make it difficult or complicated. A simple meditation with your attention directed to the third eye or crown chakra using the "Ah-um" sound will get you inside to the higher realms. Preface your meditation with using "Lord of my Soul" and the Golden Light of Christ to protect you in your inward journey. All power of creation will be at your disposal as you evolve and walk in Truth if you simply go within. Meditate daily. Meditate as many times a day and as much as you can from now on. As you move up and forward, as you rise into the higher dimensions, you will automatically pull all that you love with you. Your personal work from within is so much more powerful and effective than anything you can do externally.

Take care of your balance. Be master of your mind. All is a matter of choice. Chose well. Your best effort will be called upon very soon. You are worthy of the mission you volunteered for on Mother Earth. The cosmos supports you. Walk tall and in Truth. You are a child of God. "The force" is not only with you, you are "the force". Obe Wan Kanobie is not dead but alive and well.

Aho! Here it comes! Shock! Shock! Oh! Oh! Keep your feet planted firmly on the ground. Listen inside. Follow that inner guidance. Trust your Self. Self is getting ready to knock on your door big time. Pay attention. Follow those inner promptings. Those who do not doubt the guidance from Self and the Source will come through with flying colors. Doubt could be the death of you. There is no time left. Make up your mind. Either you believe what you Know or you are truly lost at the defining moment of Truth. Walk your talk. Fence sitters, wavering in personal doubts, will not make the cut. In an instant you will be presented with a situation. Your spontaneous response, which will automatically result from either your Knowing or your doubt, will determine your outcome for eons to come in less than a nano-second. Either you will progress upwards on your path or you will be removed from the game board in a flash. Literally. The choice is yours Now. There is no time left for doubters or foot draggers to waffle. Meditate. Strengthen your connection to your Knowing. There is no time left for doubters. The wheat from the chaff in a nano-second... and it arrives when you least expect it. No time for doubts. Make your Will firm. The choice is only yours.

Archangel Michael has sharpened his sword. Oh my. Calm before the storm. It's going to be very interesting. Let your Self guide you. Trust your Self. You will want to be afraid with the adrenalin coursing your veins. Fear is only a negative choice of the mind. Your are the master, not your mind. There truly is nothing to fear when you stand in the Golden Light. You have "been" since the beginning. You always have been. You have only been in this body, this dense clothing for such a very short time. This clothing is not the last suit of clothing you will have. The crystal bodies are ready and waiting. You have a new suit to put on. You're going to look and feel mighty fine in your new attire... your radiant Self. So what is there to fear? You have shucked countless garments in this journey from the beginning of All.

Hold fast and stand firm... as the dance continues and picks up speed. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Let go... A strike in the center. Oh so shocking. Lord have mercy. The enemies giggle with glee. Forgive them. It will affect them soon enough. High black cloud rising higher and higher. Lord have mercy. Anguish. Destruction. Famine. Lord have mercy. Run, run. Run for your lives. Lord have mercy. Many, many die. Lord have mercy. Stand firm. You are protected. Lord have mercy. Angels working day and night. So many souls at once. Many more to come. Help them, help them as they cry. They were not prepared. Lord have mercy. Must help them to the other side. Lord have mercy. Black, roiling, thick, death. Come on over the mountain. No time to run. No time to hide. Terrible, terrible surprise. Stand with the Creator in your heart and mind. Less than nano-seconds of time. Passing fast. Can not run or hide. In a flash. Shock! Shock! Oh! Oh! No time. No time.

Pray you listen just in time. No more. Gone. Sadness. Heartbreak. Tears. Time to spread your wings of Light and fly. There is no question, you are the answer. Help those souls. Cry. Cry. Lord have mercy. Lord, Lord why. Help us help as many die. Please don't leave me now to name the lie. Death, destruction. Mayhem. Choke. Die. Many, many die. Based from lies. Some will survive. You must prepare now. No time. Soon. All will change soon. Sooner than you would like. Say goodbye. Many die.

Boom boom boom and your out. Such sorrow and despair. No normal repair. Help coming from on high. You must be able to stay centered. You will be a place of refuge and hope. Know what you Know. No room for doubts. Hang on through the most negative surprise. Oh dear, Lord have mercy. Lord's prayer every night before you go to sleep. Surround yourself multiple times per day; morning, noon, and night, with the Golden Light of Christ and the Violet Ray. Make yourself a stronghold within yourself. Numbness from shock. Healing ceremonies from the heart, not from rigid rituals. This event can not be changed. It must be played out as the burden of the negative is too great and released, a cleansing of great sorrow. Lord have mercy. There is no turning back now. Stand for who you are. Let your Light shine... and be wise in all you do from this point on. Lord have mercy. Leave the middle now. Boom, boom, boom. The internet will be down as will most venues of communication. Life as you know it is about to change. Shock. Shock. Shock. Oh, oh. No way to change this one. Too many too heavy in the dark ways - must be played out and paid. Those in the middle need to move away. Today, today. No delay. Lord have mercy.

Walk in Truth. Your time has come to take the next quantum leap forward. You came here to answer the call from the Creator and the Mother Earth. You came in service to others, not yourself.

The Mother is moving into position now. She has claimed and taken her power. Stand strong and let your discernment come from within. Your Self will not mislead you. Hold to what resonates within you, for that is what applies specifically to you. No one else is walking your exact path... you are the Pathfinder and Waymaker for others. Let your automatic right action lead the way. Nothing outside you can hold you back. It does not matter what is happening on the stage of this play. You are the Bringer of the Light.

Let the Creator's beautiful Golden Light shine through you for all to see. Let your love and compassion have free rein. Let no outside source derail or deter you. External circumstances do not matter and have no importance. It is the dark ones illusions. Archangel Michael stands beside you with his legions. The Creator's blessings are bestowed upon you. The Christ Golden Light and It's power are within you. There is nothing greater or stronger than any of these things. You are on the winning team. Know it. Use it. Be it.

Wayne: In our message of January 18, 2004, we talked somewhat about the "signature cell" and its importance throughout our lifetimes. There is also a cell known as the "death cell." Can you talk about its role and how our thoughts and actions interact with it?

Oh, we would be happy to talk about the death cell. The death cell is activated by the high self and/or the soul self when they believe that their physical vehicle and its consciousness have learned and accomplished all that it can in any given life span. Once the decision is made to terminate a life segment, it is almost impossible to stop its action, but it can be done. The consciousness of the human, or the vehicle, must convince the soul or the high self that there is much yet to be accomplished. Now this is a little different than a soul vehicle that simply does not want to die because it has children or a job that needs tending to. This is the greater picture that oftentimes the vehicle fails to see.

There are times, for instance, when the personality simply refuses to see the plan for its life. It refuses to cooperate with either the high self or the soul self and it seems to be continuously getting into more and more trouble. And so the decision is made to end that life. Sometimes a child enters into incarnation, and it's time for that child to leave the Earth plane, for it came only for a specific reason to perhaps help the parent to attain a certain understanding, and when that job is finished they decide to return to spirit. Occasionally that young soul, while upon the Earth plane, will see a particular assignment that it would like to undertake and so the action of the death cell is stopped.

For the most part the human consciousness, after incarnation, does not have a direct input into the functioning of the death cell. This decision is made by the high self and the soul self. However, the lightworkers-or I should amend that to say those who know how to work the light by becoming more at one with their high self and their soul self-are able to consciously interact with this death cell, convincing their higher aspects that they are determined to take back their power and be all that they are. Just this past week a very young person broke a rib and punctured his lung, and during surgery his heart stopped nine times. At the end of the surgery he entered into a coma, during which time his heart stopped again. The doctors decided that enough was enough and were going to let this young person die. But during this whole process a group of healers had astrally projected into the surgery room and the consciousness of the one in surgery connected with these healers and heard them saying to him, "We love you," and he believed them and he had hope. For you see, this individual had been a wiccan high priest and his fellows were jealous of his power and attempted to take his life in his sleep. This betrayal broke the heart of the high priest: he could no longer trust himself or anyone else. But he encountered the astral bodies of the healers in his room, felt their love and responded, and made the decision to take back his power. And his soul self and high self agreed to grant him his wish. As of this time his heart is in a normal rhythm. In 11 days time the cast from his broken leg, which had been previously broken when he hit a deer with his car, has been removed and he is now in his power.

During the astral projection of the healing group, one of the healers had been tickling his toes with a feather. Yesterday afternoon, when the cast was removed, inside that cast was a feather. With the tickle of the feather, his consciousness returned to his body; he sat up in bed laughing because of the tickle, and demanded his laptop computer. The doctors were too confounded to say "No." He got the laptop and began to communicate through the computer with the healing group. This is one example of how consciousness interacts with the high self and the soul and persuades them to negate the action of the death cell. This young man has not had a cigarette in over a week and he's also lost over 70 lbs in approximately two week's time (this was a 400-lb individual). We predict that within a matter of weeks he will return to the fullness of who he is in all of his bodies. Through the use of dragon energy he mended that broken leg and stabilized his heart condition. This is but one example of how the consciousness of the personality vehicle of the soul can interact with the soul, reversing the death cell action.

Wayne: One of the issues some of us have been given to work on is how to use emotional energy for self-healing. We have discussed the "tensor equation" in the past, but I would like to know more about the process of recognizing and applying one's emotional energy toward healing the physical self.

I have an illustration for you. Now, you have what you call past-life regression, and there are many psychologists who say, "It is better to stay in the now of time rather than looking back." To these professionals, looking back is much the same thing as a puppy licking its wounds so that the wound cannot heal. But we say to you, looking back has a higher purpose. As you open your heart chakra-and the heart chakra is the 4th chakra-you automatically connect with the higher levels of the astral realm, or the energy of Ray 4, which is astral emotional energy. As we have told you, the astral realm is where the great angels of the green ray of healing work with humans. For if you can heal the astral-emotional-etheric body double first, then the healing becomes more quickly lowered into the physical realm. So now we have an individual who has an open heart chakra and knows how to astrally project themselves into the past. What they do is gather together the fullness of the emotional body.

Now, few can open 100% of their emotional body, because when that body is fully opened, manifestation becomes instant. And if you have dark thoughts and fully open your heart chakra and your emotional body, you will manifest dire situations. But if you are in the light, or in a positive way, and you are in your astral body with your heart and emotions fully open, and you decide to go back into a timeframe where you were, for instance, a psychic surgeon such as the type of Edgar Cayce, and since there is no such thing as time in the soul realm, you can then enter into the physical body of the psychic surgeon that you were and are-for what you have ever been, you are. So, entering into that physical body, you experience the workings of the mind as the surgeon begins to enter his hands inside the body of someone with a ruptured appendix. Now the fully enhanced emotional body and open heart chakra has 244 sensories-we say it in this way in opposition to your simple basic 5 senses. Now in the time of Sumeria in that body, for example, you can smell the burning wood from the fireplace; you can hear the sobs of the wife in the adjoining room; you can hear the birds chirping and the bleeting of the goats in the pen out in the yard; you can feel the cobblestone flooring beneath your feet; you can feel the gratitude in the hug of the wife as you leave her home; you can feel your foot in the stirrup as you raise yourself onto your horse and settle into the saddle; you can smell the sweat and feel the sun upon your back, and sneeze at the dust as it rises from the road as your horse gallops off. And so you bring these memories from all those experiences back into this moment of now and proceed to establish a practice as a psychic surgeon. And people might ask you, "Where did you learn that?" And you explain to them how you simply remembered.

And so in the now of time, as you connect with your heart chakra, your emotional energy begins to expand itself into feelings of teary eyes or unexplained moments of joy, moments of tremendous passion, and deep wellsprings of satisfaction for the life that you are living. The secret is to acknowledge each of these moments. Some might call these moments the "great aha!" moments where understanding and knowingness just seem to come into being. The emotional body is the body that holds the key to manifesting your heart's desire, for the emotional body is the seed body of desire. For we tell you of a truth, if you don't really want it, you aren't going to get it. You can do all of the headwork in the world, but without the ratification of desire and emotion, it will not happen. And this is the reason in the world at this time, run primarily by the men-it is the samo-samo over and over. But as the men open their hearts and begin to feel and become proud of their feelings and begin to use those feelings and emotion, then you become one who manifests what your heart desires most.

We might add here that the young wicken high priest, when he reentered consciousness, and through the use of his computer reconnected with the healers, the first thing he did was to begin to cry and cry. Tears are healing. Another tremendous healing energy is what we would call belly-laughing-laughing so hard that you get the hiccups. When you belly-laugh, you release into your body the endorphins, which are tremendous healing antigens, and in these antigens are elements that will control pain. For those who have migraines, rent an Abbot and Costello movie, or Laurel and Hardy, or old Keystone Cops and watch them until you are rolling on the floor in laughter-and we mean that literally-not on a sofa or a chair, but on the floor-and begin to laugh uncontrollably. When you do this, you are letting your inner child out to play. People with migraines are people who often are out of touch with the inner child. They have forgotten how to laugh with joy and wild abandonment. Life has become too serious. They have forgotten how to balance themselves.

Wayne: We seem to be in the beginning stages of a major redirection and rebuilding effort on this planet, an effort that will require much group energy and alignment. Can you discuss the importance of physical and spiritual group energy and how each of us can better understand how this works in our own endeavors?

There are those souls that we call 'key energies.' Now these are souls who have prepared themselves consciously for many millennia to be on the planet at this time to do a specific thing. Now many of you believe that if someone dies another will take their place and continue the work. This is not true in the case of key energies. Suppose you have a padlock and it is connected to a door, behind which is a library of much-needed information pertaining to the project that you are attempting to complete. Now only one key will open that padlock. You can have many workers of light around and about, but only the right one has the key to that particular padlock.

In the case of key energy, they work together in teams, usually of seven in number. Each team member represents one of the seven rays and one of the seven chakras. Generally speaking, Ray 1 would be associated with the first chakra. This is not always true; there are some key energies so versatile and so skilled that a ray one energy can also be the seventh chakra of mind and the soul-self energy. And he who is the fourth chakra or the heart, may be undergirding he who is holding the energy of the first chakra in order to unblock energy of the roots of the tree of life of the entire group, so that manifestation blossoms. Now there are also seven basic human endeavors: education, politics, health and medicine, sociology, finances, earth stewardship, and sciences. And so generally speaking, within a team of seven, you will have people involved in all of these different fields, utilizing the team energies to balance.

Now when these teams first come together, there is usually approximately a three-year time span in which the team members get to know each other. At this time it is through the Internet, for many team members never meet in the physical. At the end of the three-year time frame, one of the members will agree to, in a sense, disconnect from the group and go out on their own to experience the fullness of who they are. They work alone. And at the end of the year an assessment is done as to the levels of accomplishment, and at the beginning of the next year another member does the same thing. When one of the members is out on their own, they feel as if they're working alone, yet the other six function as a support unit, much like the wind beneath the wings. And so one by one, each has the fullness of the experience of who they are, and it's a time of stepping into the fullness of your power, taking back your power.

Now over each of these seven is a master soul, usually incarnate upon the Earth plane, who works in connection with the high self and soul self of each of the team members. And this particular being may have seven teams going at the same time. And their responsibility is to work directly with each of the seven who are working out on their own. And this is the way the light of groups interconnects in what some of you might call the 'spiraling upward effect.' And yet while you do ascend, at the same time of the ascension process you are pulling down energies and powers and anchoring them into the Earth plane world, bringing much-needed information or light into your particular field of endeavor. And all fields of endeavor utilize the energy of healing: healing the awkward, inefficient system of elementary education or healing the corrupt legal system through your action in your particular community, as examples. And so it goes, just as our young wicken high priest did some healing work on the consciousness of his medical team-they are literally blubbering all over themselves.

From a reader in England: I am a particularly sensitive person, I know when to be dismissive of criticism or insult when I perceive no malice or harmful intent, but I am feeling more sensitive to moments of 'darkness' in people, whether directed at myself or others, and although I feel more able to defend others, I become quite taken aback at anything untoward directed at me, and find it difficult to function in those circumstances. I guess I am also a fairly strange person, and find socialising difficult and awkward to say the least. I am constantly battling between my own light and dark, and find it hard to cope at times, I am fully aware of supposed 'tests' and challenges I must encounter in my quest to overcome my own inner demons. I wonder if you could offer any advice on handling these situations especially when it comes down to your supposed closest friends who are the ones who can be the most hurtful, whether intentional or not. Also are the moments of out-of-your-mind awareness of yourself, which can be quite traumatising, common at this stage in our personal development?

Kay is at this time experiencing much the same thing as what you are speaking of here. She is in every sense a sensitive, just as you are. In her case she finds sudden loud noises to be most distressing, almost as if she has been belted in the solar plexus. How does one deal with being so open and is this type of thing common? Oh, yes indeed it is common, and the only way that we know of to deal with this type of situation is to find ways to link up with other workers of the light.

I want to tell you about a young woman who lived in western Europe. She is a sensitive; she has her guides and her angels and lives in a multi-dimensional world. Now at the time of the great devastating earthquake in Iran recently, this young woman was able to tune in. She did so, desiring to go and help heal those who were wounded and injured. But when she arrived in her astral body, she heard the screaming and crying of infants and children and the elderly people and desperate mothers trying to find their babies. The amount of the devastation and human anguish was so great that this woman had what the medical establishment would call a psychotic incident. So this young woman goes to the healing group and asks for healing. What she must do now is go within herself, but what she is actually doing is turning the attention away from herself to everyone else in the mental facility where she is currently detained. She is trying to heal all of the other people in the facility.

You have your biblical expression, "Physician, heal thyself," and also "Love others as you love yourself," but it always starts with you. And so to this person who has so beautifully expressed his heart's concern, we would ask you to connect with others. One of the most important things to remember is that "Ye are gods." Within you is a divine spark and when you have the spiritual wibble-wobbles, God will speak to you through the voicebox of an incarnate god. These people who seem like ordinary humans around and about you, will oftentimes say some little something that will trigger within you exactly what you need to begin to pull yourself forward again.

There is a spiritual community on the Internet-made up of humans, we might add, and not always a perfect place-yet if you will go with a willingness to learn and to share and to listen, you can receive much-needed support. Now in this place you will find Reverend Fred Sterling and Master Kirael, and also Steve Rother and his group, and you'll find Lee Carroll and Kryon, and you will find also many people just like yourself who have the same kinds of questions that you do. Lightworkers are souls incarnate who know how to work the light. And this is what you must learn. And part of the way to do that is to absolutely refuse to walk alone at this time. At this time of great changes in every field of human endeavor, it is not wise to walk alone.

Wayne: Early in 2002, a tiny humanoid creature was reported to have been found by a family in the woods near Concepcion, Chile. It was 7.2 cm long, and still living at the time. This is not the first or the last time that you are going to be hearing of these strange creatures-not just this particular one, but many. This particular creature came from beneath the surface of the Earth through a tiny cave or an opening. It traveled up though a root system of a tree and it lost its way and came to the surface. The brightness of the surface blinded it. But these creatures within the Earth are one of the next races of beings to come into being upon the surface. The Kogis, which we have mentioned before, are one of the new races.

And this little creature can be thought of somewhat like a fairy that has taken on a body. Now you know that there are beings upon the Earth plane right now who know themselves to have come from the angelic realm into physical form. Other humans know themselves to have come forth from the fairy world. Now these beings who appear human are not human in the normal sense of human-they are more highly evolved than humans. The highly evolved ones, such as angels, do not become human, they spiritually mutate the human into a higher level of expression.

A block of rooms has been held under Spiritual School of Ascension Masters Conclave for $112 per night standard (sleeps 2) at the Ohana Keauhou Beach Resort.
