January Attracts
the Spiritual and the Scientific 2004 is a Year of Love, Service, Family
and Responsibility January
2004 is the 1st month of the year, and it brings in the energies of 7 (add
1 to 2004 and reduce the number to a single digit. 1 + 2 + 0
+ 0 +4 = 7). The vibration of 7 connects us with Spirit and our
Higher Selves. It would be
ideal to spend more quiet and alone time this month and focus on what
Spirit is communicating to us. These
spiritual energies are affecting all of us in one way or another now.
Our intuitive and psychic abilities as a whole are enhanced and
this is our opportunity to use it for ourselves as well as to assist
others. Take time to
meditate and study the spiritual as well as the scientific.
The 7 vibration is also about science and on a global scale, we
will see and hear about many scientific breakthroughs and discoveries as
well as secret or hidden information being revealed, at times by
“accident”. The
vibration of January is also a 1, which allows many new creative ideas
to pour in. Meditate on
these ideas and bring them into reality.
The New Moon on January 21 is a perfect time to meditate (see the
New Moon Cetacean Meditation
in the Events section of the Metaphysical
Miscellany page) and state
our intentions, transforming our ideas into physical form. The
Universal year of 2004 is 6 (2+0+0+4) and this vibration focuses on
family, love, relationships, responsibility and service.
We can take the time this year to look at all of our relationships and
come to terms with them. This
year brings opportunities to work on these relationships and resolve any
challenges that may have accumulated. Family
issues will come to the forefront during the year and it is important for us
to make time to bring harmony to these situations. We
can practice learning to love ourselves unconditionally which
makes it so much easier energetically to give love to others. This
means loving and accepting everything about ourselves completely,
without judgment, understanding that we are constantly changing and
evolving. Money
and prosperity can flow easily to us during this year of 2004, if we allow it
to. Be open to what the
Universe is bringing us and make sure all blocks are removed.
Focusing on the negativity of the media regarding money and
finance will only create more blocks. Responsibility
is emphasized this year so now is the time to pay our bills on time,
repay any debts owed and take care of all family obligations.
We must take responsibility for all
of our actions. 2004 also
emphasizes service - serving others
selflessly, something we can start doing now if we haven't already.
This act of love assists all of us greatly as we enter the Golden Age. Service to
others is important in numerous ways and it always brings happiness and joy. piece by piece. And each time you let go of a piece of the past, you
will find more peace in the present.” Karen Rauch Carter enlightens us with one of many excellent articles she has
written the subject of the ancient science of feng shui.

Michael E. Salla is another important, in-depth article, this time
about how we the general public have been seen as a "strategic

Dr. Janet Starr Hull shares yet another important health article found in the Healing Habits section of the Metaphysical Miscellany page in this newsletter. It is called, "The Right Fat Will Make You Thin". In this article, Dr. Hull explains exactly what kind of fats will actually make us lose weight. “Weight loss drugs and chemical food additives like aspartame and diet pills shut down the body's natural processes, resulting in an artificial weight loss that's temporary. As soon as you get off the weight loss program and chemical weight loss products, the weight creeps back on - slowly but surely.” Dr. Janet Starr Hull will be interviewed as a guest this month on The Isle Of Light radio talk show. The Isle Of Light Television Show There is a public access television show based in Denver, Colorado also called The Isle of Light, created and produced as of May 2002 by Dale Finnila and Chyrene Pendleton. The Isle of Light presents weekly, hour-long, spiritual/metaphysical presentations. Prominent lecturers, authors, teachers, psychics and healers from all over the country are presented on a wide variety of topics and formats. The topics include alternative healing, crop circles, remote viewing, angels, ufology, extraterrestrials, nutrition, music, children, and much more. The talented hosts seen on The Isle of Light are Brenda Cleveland (Creative Goddess), Paula Kay Flynn (Teacher/Healer), Sherrie Munday, Chyrene Pendleton (Teacher/Lecturer), Glenn Rickert (Multidimensional Field Theorist), Sue Russo (Teacher/Healer/Dowser) and Olivia Silva. About Us Dale Finnila and Chyrene Pendleton both have extensive knowledge and experience in the spiritual and metaphysical fields with a strong desire to assist others with their spiritual growth. By broadcasting special negative subliminal thoughts every day, they make you less willing to defy their control. Alert January 2004 Happy New Year! What will happen in this
new year of 2004? Last year was quite a year. There were many changes and
lots of activity because it was a number five year. This year will be
under the vibration of the number six. The number six rules the home,
family, artistic endeavors, and love. If you have been working on opening
your heart chakra, this is the year to do so.
Wake
Up Call What you draw to yourself is an absolutely amazing and perfect depiction of what exists within your mind-pattern. From the moment that you are conceived until your departure from this plane should you so choose, you are the center of your universe and everything does revolve around you! The power that is in your mind is astounding! Even without conscious direction, the power that flows through the instrument of your body creates and shapes everything that exists in your world. Your thought power brings everything to you. Without conscious guidance, your power can create through building or destruction. Most people are great at building through destruction, because this is exactly what happens when your mental capabilities run rampant and unchecked. Visualize yourself standing still, with a volcano of never-ending, undirected lava flow-like fountain of power pouring out every pore of your being and into the world around you. Where does it go? What does it touch? What does it do as you stand there, silently observing? What kind of havoc are your undirected, misunderstood mental powers wreaking upon your personal world? As you stand there, observing the very world that you have participated in creating, from world geography and political structure to your health, home, relationships, and finances, what do you see? Everything that exists is somehow touched by you and what you have allowed to exude through your being, whether conscious or unconscious. And, now you complain because of what your life is? Well, this is your wake-up call, loud and strong. The more undirected energy is “dumped” into the world, the worse it becomes and the harder it is to extricate yourself from this personal and global situation. You have a responsibility to clean up yourself, thus reining back in all the undirected and misdirected energy that has spewed forth from you. This is not an easy task for most people. Pulling back in all that you have cast out means reviewing all to which your energy was attached. This can happen with the strength of one thought, or you can spend eons of time moving through this. It is always your choice. Most people like to look at what they have done and the damage that has ensued. Regardless of their words, they enjoy their discomfort and wallowing in the products of their creations. This is what they know and this is what they keep. The strength of the mind-pattern that created the seeming chaos and mess holds it to them, and on some level people purposefully keep it that way. Stay in the drama, yell “woe is me,” blame the world, wallow in self-pity, cry endless tears of inner pain, curse God and humankind alike, along with a few aliens, hybrids, and Reptilians just because you know they exist, too. How low can you sink, how much suffering can you tolerate, knowing that it is inescapable? Even with physical death, if this is your mind-pattern, your life will follow you beyond this plane, eternally haunting you with increasingly more viciousness and destruction! The closer you are to crashing through your own self-imposed ceilings, the louder the internal cries that stop you from making your getaway into a liberated plane of existence. You create your own mental traps, you allow the self-sabotage, you accept the self-doubts that rear their ugly heads, you stage the outer world to appear as though it is unnavigable. What happened to your faith in Self, Oversoul, and God-Mind? Who “took” it from you, or rather, who did you willingly give it to and why? Who is really your worst enemy? Would you dare point the finger at yourself?? When you have had enough of it all, you will pull in your unchecked, misguided energy and power. You will loosen its hold on all that is around you. You will pull it into your self to examine exactly where this energy went and why. You will do this so that you never, ever have to experience this again. You have done it once, so why continue to repeat the patterns? You will do this so that you can explain to your Oversoul and God-Mind what happens to undirected flow of God-Mind—what happens to it, how it transforms as it exudes and is “tainted” as it passes through every cell of your being on every level. You give it all to your Oversoul and God-Mind so that it can be recast and you can follow it upward for a change instead of allowing it to pull you down into your own seemingly self-destruction. You know what happens with chaos, so now you can explore order. You know what happens with self-destruction, so now you can explore self-enhancement. You know imbalance, so now you explore balance. You can go into your genetic structure and remove all that your soul-personality no longer needs. You can break the genetic chains that you have chosen to enslave you so that you are no longer at their mercy. You can open the DNA that holds your rightful heritage. Learn about who and what you are. Know that no one and no thing can put you down or “make you be a certain way.” Reaction is totally your response—no one “makes” you behave or feel a specific way. Are you willing to take responsibility for conscious directed power that flows through the instrument that is your physical body while on this plane? Are you willing to throw off the cloak-and – dagger mentality in exchange for the creative, talented, mantel that is rightfully yours? You may feel an intensification of your soul's desire to love, to create, and to make a contribution to others. You may be sensing changes that you want to make in your life to experience more joy and wholeness. These energies assist you in knowing and aligning with the flow of Divine Will through your actions and activities. They call to you to find and to live your life purpose. It lights up those things that are not of your soul so you will feel less energy or desire to do them. It also lights up the new paths and directions that are there for you. It can stimulate your desire to start living your dreams and to follow your joy. You may be sensing that something better exists, something you could be doing that would bring you so much aliveness and joy that you could not wait to get up in the morning and begin the day. It is only when you know and live your life purpose that you have the joy, aliveness, and inner peace that makes it possible to know and to live as your soul. Knowing and living your life purpose does not mean that you have to change your job or make any outer changes. When you know your purpose, the same activities that once felt boring or draining can take on all new meaning, and you can feel a sense of joy and aliveness in doing them that you never felt before. To use this light you will want to expand your receptivity to the subtle energies of the higher dimensions through awakening your light body and through opening your channel to your soul, Higher Self, or to your guide. It is a time to plant the seeds of light that will emerge later as new thoughts and possibilities. To find the joy that is in this wave is to surrender to and follow your joy. You will want to allow yourself to receive light, and to believe you deserve to have a life that fulfills you at your deepest levels. It is also important to love yourself for what you have already created. Take a moment to reflect on all you have done, and to appreciate yourself for coming as far as you have. As the Millennium unfolds, there might be increased fears about the world ending or about humanity being annihilated. When this does not happen, the date will be moved to the year 2012 or so. After that time we see the fear of earth changes releasing its hold on people’s thoughts and visions of the future. There will be more certainty that humanity will continue to exist, and a growing realization that solving the problems of humanity will have to come from humanity itself. Humanity will not be "saved" from its responsibility to change its living conditions through some catastrophe or outside event. Earth changes are already happening. The vibrational frequency of the earth is increasing. You are already in the midst of the earth changes that have been predicted. The shift in consciousness you have all made, the global peace meditations, as well as all your individual expressions of love and group concern have transformed these earth changes from violent, catastrophic events to the milder events you are now experiencing as dramatic weather and political unrest. It could have been much worse. There will be an increase in the earth's activity and continued dramatic weather patterns in some locations, earthquakes, and so on, for the next ten or twenty years. This will be followed by a quieter period of earth activity. The many problems humanity will face will bring people together to solve problems, create group consciousness and group love, and develop cooperation and compassion. They will be the catalyst to assist humanity in making the transition from individual, separative consciousness into the beginning states of oneness. To live in the higher realms of light you will need a consciousness that can experience oneness. This light makes the presence of the spiritual world much stronger in your dimension, and changes the nature of your material world. Your material world is dissolving and changing. Those things that cannot hold this light will be leaving, and those forms, relationships, and structures that can hold this light will prosper and grow. Let go of any fear of the future and focus on positive visions for yourself and humanity. Throughout these coming times there will be challenging times and good times, with many more good times than difficult ones. Look at your life now, and acknowledge how good it is, even with its challenges. Your life can get even better and more joyful as you align with these energies of light that are moving in. Failure of Power Politics as a Strategic Response to the Extraterrestrial
Presence - Developing Human Capacity as a Viable Global Defense Strategy ABSTRACT
This paper analyses the strategic implications of the power politics modeled on Bismarck’s Prussia/Germany put in place to respond to an undisclosed extraterrestrial presence, the secret defense system that has emerged, and the complete exclusion of the general public from extraterrestrial affairs and from playing any significant role in planetary defense. Rather than viewing the general public as a strategic asset in developing a successful response to the extraterrestrial presence, policy makers have viewed the general public as a strategic liability that needed to remain uninformed of the extraterrestrial presence. The role of the general public became a passive one of merely remaining a provider of basic resources for the extensive network of compartmentalized black projects designed to provide a successful response to the extraterrestrial presence. This paper will argue that there is an inherent flaw in a power politics strategy that relegates the general public into a passive role in any global defense system. Instead, it will be argued that there is a need for full disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence so that global humanity can play an active role in global defense by developing human capacities in a range of critical areas: ‘consciousness raising’; galactic history and education; health; poverty; and incorporation of environmentally friendly extraterrestrial technologies. These areas of assistance offered by extraterrestrial races have hitherto attracted only marginal interest by national security officials in black projects. In cooperating with those extraterrestrial races interested in assisting global humanity in these ‘consciousness raising’ and ‘friendly technology’ capacity areas, grass roots organizations and individuals will have a significant strategic impact on how the extraterrestrial presence is managed and global defense established. This will ultimately enable human society to be better prepared to respond to any contingencies created by those extraterrestrials currently acting to subvert human sovereignty and freedom. It will be further argued that the strategic doctrine underpinning the global defense of the planet is unbalanced and skewed towards a military and technological response to a phenomenon that requires balancing military/technological projects with grass roots human capacity building. Finding this balance will enable policy makers and the general public to deal with a range of global problems that provide a cover for subversion of human affairs by those extraterrestrial races seeking to control the Earth’s population and resources. There has subsequently been a secret effort to develop through a vast network of compartmentalized ‘black projects’ an advanced planetary defense system capable of ensuring the sovereignty of major countries such as the US, Russia, Britain, France and China, and more generally the global sovereignty of humanity. The network of projects has been financially supported by a ‘black budget’ that in the US alone is annually estimated to be over one trillion dollars and constitutes a second ‘Manhattan Project’. The Strategic Dilemma – Finding
Strategic Allies Among Extraterrestrial Races The Grays, and most extraterrestrials for that matter, communicate with humans exclusively through a form of telepathy, which we called suggestive telepathy because to us it seemed that the Grays communicated in a such a way that they were trying to lead a conversation to a particular end. In other words, they always had an agenda, and we were never certain if we were a pawn of their agenda or we arrived at conclusions that were indeed our own. [3] The appearance of these technologically and mentally advanced extraterrestrials was complicated by the fact that there appeared to be a number of races that were competing against one another in monitoring and/or interacting with the Earth. The intentions, activities and agendas of these extraterrestrial races could not be conclusively determined. Some appeared to be friendly, some unfriendly and many neutral. [4] This presented an enormous policy dilemma for national security officials that were assessing the global policy environment at the end of the Second World War. Which of the races could policy makers cooperate with in learning more about extraterrestrials in general and developing an appropriate strategic response? Policy makers needed to first identify and categorize the different extraterrestrial races in terms of those with whom cooperative agreements could be made; races which could be safely ignored in terms of their strategic impact; and races which needed to be monitored and even resisted as strategic competitors for control of the Earth’s population and resources. There was a major difference in policy between extraterrestrial races over the exchange of extraterrestrial technology that had a weapons application. Some extraterrestrials were willing to trade technology that had military applications in exchange for permission to conduct a biological program aimed at genetically enhancing their race. The race commonly known as ‘Grays’ claimed to come from Zeta Reticulum and said they had overused reproductive cloning procedures to the extent that their genetic makeup had suffered. [5] In contrast, a race of humanoid extraterrestrials appeared who were willing to assist in the ‘consciousness raising’ of the planet’s population and developing environmentally friendly technologies. These humanoid races offered no technology of military significance and instead requested the dismantling of nuclear weapons that they considered extremely dangerous. [6] The strategic dilemma here for policy makers in making a choice, was compounded by what appeared to be a complex web of relationships, some friendly, some neutral, and others hostile, between the different extraterrestrial races. According to the ‘scientific remote viewer’, Dr Courtney Brown, there are a number of distinct interplanetary extraterrestrial races with a diversity of factions within them making it difficult to conclusively characterize their long-term goals and agendas. [7] The diversity of extraterrestrial factions and wars between them has historical support in terms of Sumerian cuneiform texts recording activities of the ancient Anunnaki (an extraterrestrial race from the mysterious planet Nibiru) that played a role in human colonization of the Earth. [8] The diversity of extraterrestrial relationships and factions made it difficult to assess what the strategic implications of working with any one race would be since these extraterrestrial relationships appeared to be fluid. There was evidence, for example, that a hidden and indigenous Earth race of ‘Reptilians’ was cooperating with a more dominant winged Reptilian race from Alpha Draconis, who had a history of both conflict and cooperation with the Grays. [9] The Grays’ relationship with these Reptilian races needed to be taken into account in any agreement since technology exchanges would impact on the relationship between humans and the hidden indigenous Reptilian presence on Earth. It can be inferred that prior to reaching agreement with national governments based on technology exchange for genetic experiments, that the Grays had reached agreements with Reptilians who have had a long-term presence on Earth that arguably predates the human presence. [10] This meant that any agreement with the Grays would have implicitly involved permission or cooperation with the Reptilian race that have historically exercised a powerful influence, if not secret control, over key national institutions. [11] In what was a momentous, though secret, policy decision for the entire planet, the national security organizations of the US and other major governments decided to form a strategic alliance with the Grays and the Reptilian races with which the Grays were associated. The goal of this alliance was to enable clandestine national security organizations to effectively build an extensive network of ‘black projects’ aimed at providing an adequate defense infrastructure for the planet using extraterrestrial technologies and information. These secret agreements have led to the construction of an extensive number of underground bases around the planet linked by highly advanced transportation systems and complete support services. [12] Some of these are joint human-extraterrestrial underground bases in locations such as Dulce, New Mexico, and Pine Gap Australia. [13] In the Dulce joint base it has been claimed by whistleblowers that both Grays and Reptilians worked alongside human workers under contract by various corporations, supervised by US special military forces, and that ordinary civilians were subjected to extensive human rights violations. [14] The alliance meant that other races that were more inclined towards assisting humanity in dealing with social and environmental problems were sidelined due to their lack of strategic significance for policy makers dealing with extraterrestrial affairs. The model that national security organizations in the US used to develop a ‘successful strategy’ was based on Realpolitik or ‘power politics’. ‘Power politics’ was successfully used by 19th century Prussia in developing its military and industrial capacity while uniting the Germanic principalities, without its European neighbors allying themselves to prevent Prussia’s rapid expansion in influence and power. ‘Power Politics’, the United States & The Extraterrestrial Presence ‘Power politics’ refers to the Realpolitik practiced by a variety of national leaders since Cardinal Richelieu, Chief Minister of France (1624-42), but most successfully by Otto Von Bismark, Prussia’s last Prime Minister and Germany’s First Chancellor (1862-90). [15] Bismarck’s power politics was based on two assumptions about the nature of international politics. First, states should use all means at their disposal to advance their national ‘interests’. And second, a ‘balance of power’ was the key to preserving peace and stability, and states needed to respect this while competing over their respective national interests. [16] Ethical and/or universal principles were at best irrelevant to the practice of power politics; or, at worst, recipes for national disaster. [17] In this way ‘power politics’ was an extension of the political philosophy of the medieval Italian theorist, Nicolo Machiavelli designed to extend a Sovereign’s rule where morality had no inherent value other than its usefulness for attaining one’s ultimate goal: political power. [18] Power politics meant navigating through the competing interests of other states in a way that gradually increased one’s national interests at the expense of one’s competitors without provoking these competitors to ally themselves to prevent a change of the status quo. In the case of Prussia, this meant expanding Prussia’s influence in Europe at the expense of Austria and France without provoking a reaction by Britain and Russia that would lead to alliances that would threaten Prussia’s national interests. In a relatively short time after coming to office, Bismarck’s Prussia successively defeated Austria (1866) and France (1870-71) in two short wars. Prussia succeeded in uniting the northern German principalities in 1866 in a Confederation dominated by Prussia (1866), and then absorbing all the principalities in the German Empire in 1871 under Prussia’s King Wilhelm I and with Bismarck as Chancellor. Bismarck’s ability to maneuver between Prussia’s national competitors in a way that gradually increased Prussia’s/Germany’s interests without provoking a major backlash among competitors became a model for how a state could strategically use its assets to become the dominant actor in a regional system. Bismarck’s power politics has been used as an exemplary model in developing the strategy for how national security agencies in the US and other major states would respond to the extraterrestrial presence. One of the individuals most responsible for developing the power politics strategy was Dr Henry Kissinger who was a well-known advocate of realpolitik in his controversial public career. [19] Less well known is that Kissinger rose to prominent leadership positions in the secret committees developed to manage extraterrestrial affairs such as Majestic 12/PI 40/Committee of the Majority in the US, and the Bilderberg Group and Trilateral Commission internationally. [20] Essentially, the strategic response that the US took vis-ŕ-vis the extraterrestrial presence was a version of power politics, and it was Kissinger who was largely responsible for this. This meant that US policy makers viewed other states and the different extraterrestrial factions as respectively strategic allies and/or competitors for Earth’s resources and population. The goal of power politics adopted by the US under Kissinger’s tutelage was for the US to build upon its post-Second World War status as the most powerful nation on the planet, and lead the way in a secret coordinated global response to the extraterrestrial presence. [21] Practitioners of power politics sought to identify those extraterrestrials they could best work with in order to promote their respective national interests, while ensuring they could maintain a balance of power that would prevent a ‘war of the worlds’ or war between major states over extraterrestrial issues. Ethical or universal principles such as ‘galactic brotherhood’, ‘universal peace’ and ‘cosmic law’ were either irrelevant, or viewed as recipes for disaster in terms of national interests and global defense. Those extraterrestrial groups that practiced these ethical/universal principles were subsequently ignored since they would not advance the national interests of the major states in the opinion of policy makers. Extraterrestrial races that were willing to enter into agreements that furthered the national interests of major states, joint basing rights, trading extraterrestrial technology, experiments on human genetic material, and behavior modification techniques, thus became secret allies of the US and other major states. Policy makers applying power politics in dealing with extraterrestrials viewed their ‘national interests’ in a narrow restrictive way in terms of the military, industrial and scientific capacities required for building an effective military deterrent to any possible undesirable extraterrestrial intervention in human affairs. It was seen that this would be the best means of protecting national interests of the US and other major states. Solid evidence for this power politics strategy comes in the whistleblower testimonies those who participated in clandestine reverse engineering programs for weapons development not disclosed to the general public and elected public officials. [22] In the case of the emergence of the US as the dominant global nation, agreements would be made with those extraterrestrial races that would assist US strategic objectives, and military conflicts would occur with those races from which strategically significant assets could be won. According to a number of whistleblowers, the Eisenhower administration made agreements with extraterrestrial races. Col Phillip Corso, a highly decorated officer that served in Eisenhower’s National Security Council wrote: “We had negotiated a kind of surrender with them [ETs] as long as we couldn’t fight them. They dictated the terms because they knew what we most feared was disclosure.” [23] According to Dr Michael Wolf, a former National Security Council consultant and whistleblower, the Eisenhower administration entered into the treaty with the so-called Grey extraterrestrials from the fourth planet of the star system Zeta Reticulum, but this treaty was never ratified as Constitutionally required. [24] The secret Treaty between the Eisenhower administration and an extraterrestrial race has been disclosed by a number of other ‘whistleblowers’ claiming former access to secret documents disclosing the existence of such a treaty. [25] . Both sides apparently violated these agreements/treaties. Extraterrestrial races secretly abducted and experiment with more human subjects than they were reporting to military-intelligence authorities. [26] According to John Lear, a former CIA asset and son of the famous designer of the Lear Jet, … a deal was struck that in exchange for advanced technology from the aliens we would allow them to abduct a very small number of persons and we would periodically be given a list of those persons abducted. We got something less than the technology we bargained for and found the abductions exceeded by a million fold than what we had naively agreed to. [27] The US military subsequently began targeting extraterrestrials ships with advanced weapons technology and capturing their ships and occupants. [28] There is evidence that the High frequency Active Auroral Research Program is in fact a particle beam projector capable of generating a global shield where high-speed ions are projected into the magnetosphere and thereby destroy the electronic systems of any craft attempting to enter the Earth’s atmosphere. [29] This secret limited warfare with unannounced extraterrestrial races became a means of gaining extraterrestrial technology that was not being achieved through negotiated agreements. So like Bismarck’s Prussia/Germany, power politics practiced by the US and its major allies would simultaneously seek a balance of power that would ensure no major interplanetary war, but also limited military conflicts with those extraterrestrial races that strengthened the US strategic position. At the global level, there continues to be efforts to coordinate the use of military force through multilateral institutions as occurred with the UN sanctioned intervention in Iraq/Kuwait in 1991; or NATO’s military intervention in Kosovo in 1999; or a multilateral action led the US with the support of a ‘coalition of the willing' (Iraq 2003). The power politics strategy was that global humanity through the US and other major nations would be able to deal with the extraterrestrial presence through a position of strength. The ultimate goal is the construction of a fortress for the planet from extraterrestrial intervention and/or subversion. There is clear evidence that the power politics conducted by the US and its allies in response to extraterrestrials has as a major component the construction of a global surveillance system and exotic weapons systems over both the planet’s skies and oceans. The Low Frequency Active sonar waves used by the US Navy to monitor sub-ocean activities ostensibly of submarines, but more accurately of extraterrestrial vehicles, are having a damaging effect on the planets cetaceans. [30] Recently, lawsuits were filed in the US to put a stop to the Navy’s testing but it remains questionable whether the Navy would voluntarily stop such testing due to the perceived need to monitor extraterrestrial activity in the world’s oceans. In addition to a surveillance system in the world’s oceans, there would be a global electromagnetic shield around the planet. A prototype for this global shield is the High frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) which can be used as a particle generator to send ions into the magnetosphere that quickly surround the earth, in an electromagnetic shield to prevent entry of extraterrestrial craft. [31] Earth would to all intents and purposes become a planetary fortress. The strategic consequences of ‘planetary fortress’ policy would be that the only extraterrestrial groups permitted to ‘show themselves’ to the global population are those that serve the ‘national interests’ of the US and major states as defined by a restricted group of policy makers managing extraterrestrial affairs. This would limit the quantity and quality of extraterrestrial interactions in a post-Contact world to those permitted by policy makers who have developed secret agreements with particular extraterrestrial races. It could therefore be predicted that the actual conditions of a mass contact event would be contrived or spun in a way that served the interests of elite policy makers and the extraterrestrial groups they work with. [32] The Failure of Power Politics & Centralized Global Defense against Extraterrestrial Intervention & Subversion Power politics based on the Prussian/German historical experience appears very understandable and even laudable as the basic strategy to preserve humanity's sovereignty and independence in response to more technologically developed extraterrestrial races. Historic models such as the conquest of the Americas are testimony to the danger of making unwarranted assumptions about the benevolent intentions of more technologically advanced visitors to one’s national shores. The strategic policy of advancing national interests by dealing with extraterrestrial races in terms of concrete assistance for a rapid program of military modernization and political coordination among major states may appear a sensible way of moving forward in dealing with the diversity of unknown extraterrestrial actors and possible threats they pose to human sovereignty. There is evidence that much of the apparent hostility behind the Cold War was contrived to mask the true strategic cooperation occurring between major powers and the need to keep this secret from their respective general publics. [33] A key assumption in this cooperative strategy was that global general public would not be able to deal with the social, political and economic consequences of the extraterrestrial presence and that a premature disclosure would risk the disintegration of societal infrastructure. This led to the rapid modernization program based on extraterrestrial technology and agreements becoming highly classified state secrets, thus preventing the general publics from gaining any official information on the extraterrestrial presence. Elected public officials were informed only to the extent that they held key cabinet or legislative positions that were critical in passing policies that affected the network of compartmentalized black projects, and the black budget that funded them. [34] This paralleled the power politics practiced by Bismarck’s Prussia/Germany where the German Empire was democratic in name only and where the parliament could only pass non-binding decisions rather than control the policy making process. The German parliament and population therefore could not act as a restraint on the aspirations of the reckless new German Emperor, Wilhelm II, once the cautious Bismarck was forced to retire in 1890. This ultimately proved disastrous and was directly responsible for the buildup in European tension that led to the First World War and exposed the inherent strategic flaws in power politics. Excluding the German population from having real influence in the policy making process was to remove the only viable restraint to reckless national leadership in a centralized political system. The conventional explanation is that the First World War was caused by the reckless policies of Wilhelm II, and that the more cautious Bismarck would never have allowed the war to occur. [35] This explanation disguises the deeper cause which was the centralized policy making process that Bismarck created that eliminated any checks and balances in the way power politics was conducted at the national level. While such a system might work with cautious policy makers such as Bismarck at the helm, it would be disastrous with more irresponsible policy leaders. History has demonstrated that power politics is inherently flawed as a strategic doctrine since it encourages a centralized political system where there are few restraints on irresponsible leaders and their policies. It appears that similar situation now is occurring in the way leadership is exercised over the management of the extraterrestrial presence in the US. Kissinger’s more cautious power politics style based on his own strategic understanding of the different extraterrestrial actors is being challenged by a new generation of leaders. This new generation of policy makers managing extraterrestrial affairs is bolder and less risk averse than Kissinger’s generation who well remember the horrors of the second world war and the need to prevent such an occurrence ever happening again. Whistleblowers such as Michael Wolf discuss the leadership style of a group he describes as ‘the cabal’ who have a xenophobic hatred of the extraterrestrial visitors and are intent on military confrontation. [36] Just as Bismarck’s influence over German foreign policy was eclipsed by a new generation of risk taking leaders under Wilhelm II, so too Kissinger’s influence of extraterrestrial management is now being eclipsed. This will lead to a more dangerous period where poor policy choices can lead to a military adventurism by those in control of the extraterrestrial management system, and pose an ultimate long-term threat to human sovereignty. In short, the power politics strategy that has dominated the extraterrestrial management system, has laid the foundation for a devastating breakdown in the way the extraterrestrial presence has been managed. The failure of power politics as a coherent strategy for responding to the extraterrestrial presence stems from dismissal of the role of an informed general public in managing the extraterrestrial presence. In particular, there is a dismissal of the idea that human capacity building provides a vital asset in dealing with extraterrestrials. This inherent flaw in a power politics approach to extraterrestrials is based on the assumption that the general public offers a ‘soft target’ which extraterrestrial races could easily subvert, thereby threatening any modernization programs underway and a coordinated response to the extraterrestrial presence. It is believed that the creation of a secret compartmentalized national security system would be the best safeguard against extraterrestrial subversion while developing the military, technological and scientific capacities to respond to the extraterrestrial presence. In short, a secret compartmentalized national security system forms a ‘hard target’ for subversion in contrast to the general public as a ‘soft target’ for subversion. There is evidence that in the US this secret compartmentalized national security system forms a second ‘Manhattan Project’ that dwarfs the first Manhattan project and the construction of atomic weapons. [37] Unfortunately, whistleblower testimonies have demonstrated the fallacy of the assumption that a secret compartmentalized national security system forms a hard target for extraterrestrial subversion. Extraterrestrial infiltration and subversion has occurred in: the military-intelligence community; the corporations that secretly fulfill contracts dealing with the extraterrestrial presence; and of key educational and research institutions. [38] Phil Schneider, a former civil engineer employed in black projects involving the construction of underground bases provided detailed testimony of the extent of extraterrestrial subversion in a range of public lectures before he was found dead in controversial circumstances. [39] Further whistleblower testimonies have provided researchers with information of the historic and contemporary role played by extraterrestrial races in subverting human affairs. [40] Aside from the whistleblower testimonies, there are also ‘conspiracy theory’ researchers such as Jim Marrs, David Icke, Lynne Picknett and Clive Prince, who describe how extraterrestrials have been able to subvert the policy making community at the highest levels not only in the contemporary era but also historically. [41] The extraterrestrial subversion in the contemporary era has been made possible by the secrecy and compartmentalization that has been put in place surrounding all aspects of the extraterrestrial presence. Furthermore, there is evidence that advanced technology involving, mind control, implants, drugs, and psychotronics have been used to control humans. [42] Testimonies from individuals who participated in classified compartmentalized government projects such as Preston Nichols, Al Bielak, and Stewart Swerdlow point to the pervasive use of these technologies and even the use of time travel and cloning technologies used by extraterrestrial races. [43] Such technologies provides the opportunity for extraterrestrial subversion of a centralized decision making process since it only requires compromising a few key policy makers to subvert a national security agency. Indeed, it may be argued that the process of centralizing decision making concerning national security is discretely encouraged by extraterrestrial races desiring to subvert the decision making process. The extraterrestrial races that enter into secret agreements may have as their ultimate goal the subversion of the entire national security system of a nation such as the US, and may be feigning cooperation when the real purpose is to subvert rather than gain human assistance in areas of interest to extraterrestrials. Cooperating in the network of secret compartmentalized black projects provides the opportunity for this extraterrestrial subversion to occur quietly with tremendous long-term costs for human sovereignty and freedom. Dealing with the problem of extraterrestrial subversion of the decision making process requires an extensive set of checks and balances that are part of a robust democratic process based on transparency, openness and accountability, as opposed to a secret compartmentalized national security system. The transparency, openness and accountability necessary for identifying and eliminating extraterrestrial subversion of human society have not been possible due to the continued secrecy policy surrounding the extraterrestrial presence. In short, the kind of democratic processes that add a series of checks and balances to irresponsible government policies have not been allowed to develop in terms of how national security organizations respond to the extraterrestrial presence. This absence of democratic processes has facilitated rather than curbed extraterrestrial infiltration and subversion of the national security system created to respond to extraterrestrials. A further flaw in the power politics strategy is that extraterrestrial races that had no interest in providing technologies that had weapons development potential, were deemed strategically irrelevant and not permitted to openly assist in human capacity building. This effectively eliminated as a significant actor in human affairs extraterrestrial races whose principled behavior suggested they were more intent on building human capacities than providing technological assistance with military applications for national security organizations. This has led to the unfortunate situation where the only extraterrestrials officially allowed to interact with human societies are those participating in the secret agreements that served the national interests of major states from the perspective of building military, industrial and scientific capacities. The resulting interactions according to extensive testimonies surrounding human abductions has been mixed. Some researchers argue that these have a beneficial impact while others argue that these consistently violate the rights of civilians forced to participate in these extraterrestrial programs. [44] Furthermore, there is persuasive evidence that extensive extraterrestrial violations of human rights have occurred at joint extraterrestrial-government bases indicating a high degree of official/corporate complicity. [45] Interactions with extraterrestrial races intent on human capacity building have been limited to isolated events and have not been permitted to become sufficiently extensive to impact on the broader human society. The most well known of these is the case of Billy Meier and the extensive photographic, video and audio evidence he has provided of visiting extraterrestrials from the Pleiades. [46] Another example is James Gilliland in Washington State, US, who has also provided extensive photographic, film and sound evidence of visiting extraterrestrials, as well as his communications with them. [47] Indeed the interactions with Meiers and Gilliland provide an example of the type of consciousness raising and education that this group of extraterrestrials would introduce in their capacity building of human society. The power politics underlying the strategic response to the extraterrestrial presence has led to a secret centralized compartmentalized global defense policy that does not adequately use the best asset against extraterrestrial subversion and intervention, an informed and empowered global humanity. Such a self-empowered humanity would impact both on how the extraterrestrial presence is managed, and in creation of a viable global defense to respond to any extraterrestrial contingency. Global humanity offers the possibilities of a balanced global defense that uses all the available strategic assets if extraterrestrial subversion and undesirable intervention is to be prevented. Power politics consequently fails to be a suitable strategic response to the extraterrestrial presence, and an alternative is urgently required. Developing an Alternative Strategy for Responding to the Extraterrestrial Presence At the moment, the US and other major global states have secret agreements with different extraterrestrial races that lead to the exchange of technologies with military-intelligence applications. All commercial applications are released at a rate that has only marginal impact on the global population ostensibly on the basis that dual-use extraterrestrial technologies might aid rogue states in regional conflicts. According to Col Phillip Corso, former head of the Foreign Technology Desk in the Army’s Research and Development department, he led a top-secret clandestine project to reverse engineer ET technology recovered from the Roswell crash. [48] He wrote that his project successfully released a number of these reverse engineered ET technologies for both the military and civilian sectors. Corso claims that the rapid technological advances over the last 50 years, in fiber optics, integrated circuit chips, night-vision equipment, and super tenacity fibers such as Kevlar were a direct result of these clandestine projects. A highly centralized and secret compartmentalized system has been put in place to deal with the extraterrestrial presence and technology, and is funded by revenues that escape the normal budgetary auditing and accountability of government funded projects. [49] The purpose of the secret, centralized and compartmentalized system created in response to the extraterrestrial presence, is to develop an effective defense system against undesirable extraterrestrial intervention that threatens national or human sovereignty. It is therefore worth exploring if there is a viable alternative to such a secret, centralized and compartmentalized defense system that can enhance human sovereignty and freedom. During the early years of the Eisenhower administration when a group of ‘service oriented’ extraterrestrials met with US government officials appointed to deal with the extraterrestrial presence, the extraterrestrials offered to assist with a number of environmental, technological, political and socioeconomic problems, with the sole condition that the US dismantle its nuclear arsenal. [50] When the government officials declined, this group of extraterrestrials subsequently withdrew and played no role in the government’s clandestine program to reverse engineer extraterrestrial technology for advanced weaponry. There is evidence that these ‘service oriented’ or ‘benevolent’ extraterrestrials have subsequently concentrated their efforts with consciousness raising of the general public; warning of the hazards of nuclear and ‘exotic’ weapon systems reverse engineered from extraterrestrial technology; limiting the environmental impact of clandestine projects; encouraging the development of alternatives to using fossil fuel as an energy source; and preparing the general populace for eventual disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence. [51] None of these areas of assistance were judged to be strategically significant from the perspective of policy makers dealing with extraterrestrial affairs who based their policies on the power politics advocated by Kissinger and others. For example, former military and government ‘whistle blowers’ have revealed the activities of clandestine government agencies and interests opposed to incorporating extraterrestrial technology into the public arena. [52] These ‘grass roots’ areas of assistance do however have strategic significance in terms of organizing a grass roots social defense against undesirable extraterrestrial intervention and/or subversion in human affairs. This form of social defense is even more relevant given the very likely possibility that extraterrestrial races have already infiltrated/subverted military-intelligence organizations and severely compromised national security systems. [53] A global population fully aware of different extraterrestrial races, and equipped with the grass roots technology to provide for its own needs, would be able to provide another level of planetary defense. Furthermore, an aware and self-empowered population would be able to provide a means for a more democratic system that provides checks and balances to the way in which the extraterrestrial presence is managed. The failure of power politics as a successful strategy for responding to the extraterrestrial presence has lead to irresponsible policies on extraterrestrials being passed. This is due to the absence of checks and balances that preclude undesirable extraterrestrial influences in a genuinely democratic decision making process. Developing an aware and empowered humanity requires that the global population begins working in those ‘non-strategically significant’ areas that national security organizations have dismissed. What is urgently required is an action program whereby the grass roots citizenry begin working with those extraterrestrial races interested in human capacity building. As human capacities are developed in collaboration with such races, greater awareness of the full complexity of the extraterrestrial presence in terms of the activities and agenda of different races will be generated. Developing human capacities will help prevent irresponsible policy making by a more bold assertive generation of leaders who may have been compromised in the centralized compartmentalized national security system dealing with extraterrestrial affairs. Strengthening grass roots social defense against undesirable extraterrestrial intervention and subversion in global affairs is the best means of maintaining human sovereignty and independence in a world slowly awakening to the truth of the extraterrestrial presence. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About the Author Dr. Michael E. 25, 2003 Review by Dale Finnila Paycheck is a movie loaded with a lot of information and technology that is currently in use in our present world. Most people would over look the reality of things such as holographics, memory manipulation, and time travel. The premise that such technology is not commonly in use is a deceptive tactic. The story line should be viewed from a place of understanding. Our technology is doubling every year and accelerating even faster. People not able to keep pace with the changes are being left behind and many are choosing to die and leave the planet. This change is necessary for the people of earth to move into the next level of being. The key is that with great technology comes the need for greater public awareness and a well developed spiritual level of being. What you see in this movie is a rogue corporation that is not using their spiritually to guide their technology. The fear and greed evidenced by this corporation is the prime example of the 3-d thought processes that are very much stuck in negative ego driven people of any age. When a civilizations spirituality moves into great levels of development technological information is shared for the full development of the entire population. It is not for a small group or select few to dominate an entire civilization. This movie demonstrates the responsibility each individual has to ensure the transition of our civilization into the next level of existence. If more people own their responsibility the degree of load individuals have to carry is lessened. Enjoy this movie, view it with an open mind and you will be very surprised. The key to any movie is to see it with intent to gain understanding.
Something's Gotta Give Romantic Comedy Release Date: December 12, 2003 Directed by: Nancy Meyers Review by Chyrene Pendleton The theme in this movie is about the power of Love. It is never too late to experience true love. Something's Gotta Give reveals what love is and what love is not and all of the misconceptions both sexes of all ages have about it. This is a very funny, romantic film. Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton both deliver great performances (2 Golden Globe nominatons) and the supporting cast was superb. When it is experienced, love surpasses all things. It is truly the most powerful source in the universe. Love is the driving force that causes us to be better than who we are, to exceed our own limitations and rise to the occasion. Something's Gotta Give delivers these points very effectively and expertly. During
this film, we learn from many angles and points of view what it really
means to experience true love. We
understand what happens when love is not there and how its power can
manifest in our lives when it is present.
We learn the importance of relationships, especially the
relationship we have with ourselves.

A quick search on the web shows
approximately 2,400,000 listings for 'weight loss'. Most people want to
know how to lose weight fast and easy. Gaining weight more than likely
took some time, so losing it will, too. And get-thin-quick schemes are
never long-term; your weight more than likely will come back. Weight loss drugs and chemical food
additives like aspartame and diet pills shut down the body's natural
processes, resulting in an artificial weight loss that's temporary. As
soon as you get off the weight loss program and chemical weight loss
products, the weight creeps back on - slowly but surely. A person's body weight is a reflection
of their lifestyle. Fats and sugars are important for body
function. Natural sugar fuels our bodies and fat keeps us lubricated -
the right kind of fat, that is. Conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs) are the

salmon, trout, sardines, mackerel and cod. Cod liver oil is a popular

common in the American diet than the omega-3 EFAs. These include

Projection and Telepathy We come forth this day bearing a message to you from the great city of Telos located beneath your surface. This great city shimmers in the light of day, the light of day as you know it on your Earth. It shimmers and glows with the light from above; with the God light that envelops us all as we live beneath your surface. We are engaged in many of the same activities as you on the surface. We do the same kinds of things, and we ask the same kinds of questions. We have the same kinds of concerns. We have the same kinds of thoughts; only our thoughts are slightly elevated, as we have the good fortune of being surrounded by, and being in the midst of, The Great Central Sun. For we are connected in our thoughts to The Great Central Sun - to the Great Light of the God of All. Our thoughts carry us to distant places. Our thoughts take us to wherever we project them, for we are conscious of our thoughts, and carefully project them out to wherever we wish to be. We have learned this method of ASTRAL PROJECTION, and we practice it daily. And so some of us are here with you now in our consciousness, as we have astral projected to your location where this channeling is taking place. If you feel a certain presence, know it is us, for we are here and we carry forth love from Telos. We wish you to know that we greet you nightly as you visit us in Telos. You call to us to enter, and we receive you. We always receive you, and we always hear your calls. Dear Mikos, Are we going to be escorted into Telos, the Subterranean City, when we go to Mt. Shasta this summer? Dianne Dear Dianne, The only thing that I can tell you for certain, is that when you go to Mount Shasta in July, you and your friends will be activated by a group of priests from Telos. The main reason Adama is resisting from escorting you inside physically is that you do not have many responsibilities on the surface, and you will not want to go back again. From Telos, you would move into the Hollow Earth and lose yourself here, for we have many big cities here that you would like. You have promised many Beings that you will help them remember who they really are. Now, they will understand if you choose not to fulfill the agreement (remember, we are living in a free will Universe) however, it will have a long lasting effect on your Souls, and when you are wounded at the Soul level, it can change your destiny for a very long time. The reason Adama is 'laying low' as you would say, is so that he cannot assist you in changing your original plans. Remember, your writings would not be anywhere near as effective, after you have become Super Humans. People need to read Super Writings, but from ordinary humans. Otherwise you become Gods. And that is what got us into this mess in the first place. Many times when we meet in the Hollow Earth, on your way back to the surface your last words are "now remember, don't come and get me, because you know I'll never go back". "Greetings Art. No, the Earths hollow center is not in the 5th dimension. It is very much in the 3rd dimension. We are waiting patiently for you, our brothers and sisters on the surface to raise your consciousness, so we can all go into the 5th dimension together. We simply cannot go without you. The Hollow Earth Field The Hollow Earth is a 'very big thing' which is to be kept 'very small' for many years yet to come. Hello, sweetheart! Do
you have any special message about 2003 to close out the year? MATTHEW:
Mother, dear soul, it’s good to start with the best, so first I
want to say that your next year will be far more a “Happy New Year”
than the one your calendar is closing out today!
As for a special message, I know you have received a number of
questions and I believe that my addressing those will cover the high
points and be more welcomed than my composing something. S:
That’s fine. First,
the earthquake and death toll in MATTHEW:
We know that some there believe or suspect that this was a
manmade quake, and that is a logical thought because technology has been
behind many intentionally devastating events for decades.
In this case, Mother Nature needed to dislodge deep pockets of
negativity that could not be accomplished by any other means, and this
was done in cooperation with the many thousands who perished.
Most had petitioned at soul level to leave with the divine grace
of being given full karmic completion, and this was granted.
Although some soul contracts had been completed during the
physical lifetime and the people left in accordance with their chosen
longevity, by far the greater numbers were petitioners. Although “fresh”
negativity was created by the shock and grief of survivors, the en masse
departure of souls offers a light benefit that exceeds that.
They willingly left to assist Earth from Nirvana and other light
stations in reducing the kinetic energy build-up of negativity that has
been accumulating over centuries, over millennia.
Many souls did the same a number of years ago and still others
before them, but those occurrences relieved the negativity only
partially and only temporarily. The
effects of energy frequencies, of course, are without national boundary
limitations, thus that relief of Earth’s pressure is felt throughout
the world and particularly in the That the numbers of
quakes as well as volcanic eruptions have been increasing is apparent,
and this stepped-up activity signals the late stages of planetary
cleansing. What isn’t
apparent is that the damaging effects of these natural disasters have
been greatly ameliorated by the technology of advanced civilizations
that enables the energy release in total but disperses it more evenly
than Mother Nature can. As
devastating as the quake in S:
The sadness of that is, the survivors have no idea about it—for
them, the great loss of life and their grief and hardships is totally a
devastating tragedy with lifelong effects. MATTHEW:
Mother dear, we know this—it is not from a lack of sensitivity
to their feelings that I was explaining the higher purpose.
Please remember that in the lighter frequencies, the energy of
emotions is stronger than in the density of Earth.
We can feel the intense grief emanating from that
country—indeed, grief from around the world—and as well we feel the
light that has increased by the world’s reaction in addition to the
light now being joyfully generated by the souls who left.
How we wish that people understood that these souls willingly,
even eagerly asked to participate as I explained!
Naturally their families still would miss the physical presence
of their beloved members, but they could derive some comfort in knowing
how purposeful for all of you that mass exodus of souls was. Regardless of how
Earth has been abused by humankind, always she acts on their behalf,
never to their detriment. That
may not seem so when many thousands die in just moments in just one such
event, but if Earth did not take steps to heal the terrible damage that
humankind has caused her, she herself would die, and then where would
you all be? S:
Mash dear, we aren’t that spiritually clear yet, you
know—we’re still dealing with 3D emotions and understanding here.
Oh—since those deaths were preceded by the horrible trauma of the
quake and need time to heal, how can those people already be sending out
light to Earth? MATTHEW:
It is people’s psyches, not their souls, that are affected by
traumatic experiences prior to physical death and that require immediate
customized and sometimes lengthy healing.
Whereas a psyche is the province of each personage, or each
embodied lifetime, souls are eternal and those with light—which are
the ones I am speaking of—generate light continuously and can direct
it to Earth from Nirvana or from any other high vibrational station. S:
I see. This is a
somewhat related question, from the standpoint of loss of life and
hardships and heartaches—can you determine the duration of the turmoil
in MATTHEW:
This situation is in near chaos in the field of potential, with
the dark masterminds who initiated the war having peaked in their force
for full control of the country at one polar end, and at the other, the
light forces having peaked in generating influence for peace.
When polar opposites are reached in any issue, that situation
cannot remain as the energy momentum of each side cannot be confined in
stasis. Surely not by the
will of the darkness, but by the laws of physics, movement starts back
toward a reconciliation of the two sides, or balance.
We
understand that what all of you would like to know is when peace and
restoration in Iraq will be achieved, and at this moment, we can say
with certainly only that the movements toward balance, wherein peace and
harmony are, has begun. Because
of the tenacity of the dark forces, the field of potential still is rife
with flux, preventing any realistic determination as to the ending
moment of what they started. S:
Are predictions of any specific dates for any happenings not
really valid? MATTHEW:
That is correct. S:
All right, dear. Next, is the man who was captured really Saddam
Hussein? MATTHEW:
I realize that you are asking this only because you have been requested
to do so. Like numerous
others, you instinctively knew when you first heard of this
“capture” that it was not Saddam Hussein, but to confirm this, you
asked God, and I shall repeat what He told you: The man is a double who
was mind-programmed to believe he really is Saddam Hussein so that under
torture, he cannot reveal anything to the contrary.
The minds that devised this set-up some time ago did so to
activate it upon need. The
need was to deter further international protest about the delusion for
waging war in Mother,
I shall add that plain and simple, that was a move by a political
dictatorship, and your media controllers are assuring that the ruse
maneuvers the thinking of the masses into a vindication for starting the
war. Although your
government doesn’t consider it essential, it would prefer to have a
veneer of justification for its behavior at home and abroad that
allegedly is to stop global terrorism. S:
OK! Now—is there any validity to the intelligence reports that raise
the alert level for potential terrorist activities? MATTHEW:
Actually, yes, there is to some extent, and the reason is that
the ones who give the signal for the higher alerts to be announced are
the same ones who do the terrorizing.
If the alert alone causes widespread fear, the dark forces
don’t need the act itself to generate the negativity they desire and
that fear produces. But they
can’t pull that off too often or the alerts would become ho-hum.
It is when public complacency starts to set in after an alert or
two are baseless that our space kin become evermore wary. Many attempts
rivaling “9/11” that have been undertaken have failed due to the
vigilance and technological capabilities of these on- and off-planet
beings. This is not interference in your affairs or a denial of the free
will of the dark minds, it is in response to the massive free will
desire for freedom from terrorist activity that these beings are acting.
Terrorism on a smaller scale, while resulting in needless death,
anguish and property destruction, is not under the same purview, and
those acts are officially blamed on people who had no hand in them at
all. While it is true that
hatred is the motivation for the occasional “suicide bombing,” it is
far more often true that menial puppets of the dark masters are
performing in accordance with mind-programmed signals. S:
That isn’t really surprising. This
is another question that I think I know the answer to, but I haven’t
asked anyone: Was the media hoopla about Michael Jackson intended to
divert attention from something the MATTHEW:
Oh, yes! It covered
White House skullduggery in bulldozing into law unconstitutional
measures, and with the usual cooperation of the media, that was done
successfully. The lengthy and intense coverage of the disappearance of
the pregnant young woman, Laci Peterson, and then discovery of her and
her infant’s bodies and then the murder accusation against her husband
is another example of a “hoopla” to monopolize your attention while
the government was hiding its nefarious affairs.
Scandals about sports figures that are turned into a media
feeding frenzy usually are covers for the truly significant activities
afoot, and the wide coverage given all sports is to dull your minds to
even pondering if something more important is going on right under your
collective noses. Mother,
I don’t mean that all reporters for press, radio and television are
aware that much of the information they give out is patently false, or
incomplete or distorted facts, and they are given no information that
would expose the massive deception and corruption of government
operations. Many reporters
are not aware, others have become suspicious, and some are knowledgeable
parts of the disinformation plot. When
I say “media,” it is not with contempt for the reporters who are
just doing their job, it refers to the few dark minds who control the
information flow. Also,
I surely do not mean that their strategy fools everyone!
We see new lights sparking constantly, indications that hearts
and minds are awakening spiritually and mentally and truth is entering
feelings and thoughts. MATTHEW:
This is a vital issue to be known and I’ll happily address it
again. AIDS and all other
diseases of mind and body will cease when Earth has fully reached fourth
density. The higher
frequencies there do not permit the stress on bodies or minds that make
them vulnerable to the kinds of dis-ease that currently afflict masses
on Earth. In the higher
frequencies where spiritual clarity reigns, there will be no new
laboratory-made diseases—which AIDS, SARS and many other contagious
diseases now afflicting Earth are—or
toxic pollution of air, water and soil, which also is man-designed for
the purpose of causing sickness and death.
And the effects of radioactivity, which even now are being
alleviated by the technology of your extraterrestrial friends, no longer
will affect Earth and her life forms. It would be good to
also mention again that the light that is absorbed by receptive souls is
changing their cells into a crystalline structure for physical survival
in the higher vibrational levels as well as increasing spiritual clarity
and thus soul evolution. Those who refuse the light will not have
survival capability, and when Earth reaches the higher levels, their
bodies will die and their souls automatically will go to stations where
their lifetime free will choices have energetically registered them. As for Oprah
Winfrey’s fervent interest in helping children who were orphaned by
AIDS in Why?
Because African AIDS victims have no money to buy outrageously
expensive drugs and the new designer diseases are released in
populations that do. So, even though not much longer will AIDS plague
Earth’s peoples, exposing the fraud about drugs is part of the
truth-bringing. Most create
additional adverse physical conditions that still more drugs are
prescribed to “treat,” and the manufacturers know this.
Far more pernicious than greed and fraud is the larger goal of
the peak of darkness, which is to vastly reduce the population this
force considers useless to serve them.
Helping to bring all of this to world consciousness is Oprah
Winfrey’s soul-level mission in this humanitarian outreach. S:
Ah! And what’s up
with the mad cow disease that recently was discovered in the MATTHEW:
Basically more of the same, a “planted” deliberately infected
animal. Thinkers are not accepting the official line any more than they
accepted that the first diagnosed cases of AIDS, in two S:
Yes…thank you. I hear from folks about NESARA, pro and
con—how does progress on this appear “up there”? MATTHEW:
I am ecstatic to report that the field of potential recently has
become greatly more favorable than previously to the initiation of
NESARA’s reforms! Not that
the intent of the darkness has swerved from annihilating this
legislation, but their tactics to prevent its announcement have
diminished in effectiveness. Or
rather, they are running out of tactics legally and forcibly, and the
former effectiveness of their denial and other deceptions about NESARA
has lost considerable ground. Mother, I know you
would like to have a timeframe for this and we cannot give you a date.
However, now we can say with assurance that the gains of the
light forces in this respect are too powerful for this program to remain
“hidden,” as it were, longer than a few months more, and perhaps
only two. S:
That sounds wonderful, dear, but many times in the past two or
three years rosy reports came to naught—what is different now? MATTHEW:
When I spoke at length before about NESARA, I stated that in the
beginning it was necessary to present it in a thoroughly positive stance
so the energy of growing numbers of believers would gain the momentum
required to manifest its reforms. And
that was correct, because at that time the dark forces—and they
understand the process of manifestation—felt that nothing would come
to pass and they put no energy into opposing it. As time went by and
more and still more light was generated for NESARA, it became a threat
to the darkness and they started pushing to derail it.
Subsequently the NESARA issue has been a back and forth progress
for each side, and reports about this have accurately reflected the
activity in the field of potential at that moment. While all laws
governing NESARA must be honored by the light forces, some of the laws
have been employed by the dark forces to serve their purposes. The
petitions submitted by the darkness that have caused many delays in
NESARA’s announcement, which must precede enactment of its widespread
provisions, have been within the legislation’s laws.
By now they have almost run the gamut of these lawful delaying
tactics, and their powers of persuasion through intimidation and bribery
have lost ground, too. Furthermore,
high light beings on and off-planet are being enlisted for additional
assistance in getting past these tactics, and this aid also is becoming
an insurmountable deterrent to the darkness. S:
I certainly hope this holds and there’s not another
disappointing delay—as you know, I do think positively about this! Can
you give some insight into Dennis Kucinich’s candidacy? MATTHEW:
Mother, I know you’d dearly love to hear that he will be your
next president, but I can’t tell you that at this juncture.
Your media are tightly controlled in any respect, and in this,
that is especially so. All who have come to know about Dennis Kucinich
are 100% behind him, and the aim of the darkness is to prevent any more
people from knowing about him. The
command given your media is, NO publicity about Kucinich whatsoever
unless it is to point up his campaign as futile, even ludicrous.
He is tied to no corporations’ or individuals’ money and
therefore is not subject to their control, and his spiritual, moral and
intellectual strength that has garnered grassroots support is taken
seriously not only by the incumbent, but also by the other Democratic
candidates, so there is a solid bipartisan desire to prevent any media
coverage of him. Howard Dean
is the candidate the media have been told to push because the reigning
party sees him as no threat, but no more now than before do reports or
any of the polls reflect anything except what the information
controllers want you to believe. However, none of this
means that Kucinich will not be a bright star on your horizon!
He absolutely will! NESARA’s
announcement will be followed immediately by the enactment of its
provision that all current government officeholders must submit their
resignations and be replaced with the honest individuals already
appointed to serve until a legitimate election. The deception and
corruption that has long passed as democracy in the United States will
be exposed sufficiently to jolt lazy and resistant minds into belief,
and that will be the broad pathway to electing an honorable governing

What do you know about this? MATTHEW:
We know that plans are in readiness, Mother, but this is not new.
Nothing special has to be prepared by your space family for this
to happen, all the preparation is required there on Earth—simply
enough love-light abounding to insure the welcome and safety of the
landing parties. While there
are encouraging signs regarding this, do not expect any mass landings
tomorrow to celebrate the first day of your new calendar year.

I’ve read a bit about some people who are contacting ETs
verbally and even some claim they have been aboard spacecrafts.
I’m not sure about this because some things seem too fanciful.
But I wouldn’t mind at all being wrong! MATTHEW:
Mother, that’s good, because you well may be!
I don’t mean that you are wrong about the few specific details
you have read, because I don’t know of those, and you may be correct
that they are “too fanciful.” But
it is true that many astral connections are being established in sleep
states—although most people consider them to be dreams—and some
people have made physical journeys in spacecrafts, so it is just as
possible that what you have read is about actual experiences.
The
incoming frequencies on the planet are opening these connections in
growing numbers. People who
believed in telepathic communication have been embracing their
developments and enthusiastically talking about them, and those who
didn’t or were unsure before personal experience jarred them believing
are hesitant to speak about it. I
have cautioned before and feel it is wise to do it again: Novice
telepathic communicators must be extremely discerning about the sources
who have contacted them—they need to ask for protection of the
Christed light and insist that all sources reaching them be light
beings. This is necessary
until such time that the darkness has been vanquished by Earth’s
ascension into still higher frequencies where spiritual clarity is a
given. Mother,
I am keenly aware that much of what I have told you is still within the
grasp of the darkness. Now
that your list of questions has been answered, I want to end this in a
bright light. The situations
that I have addressed that may seem discouraging are changing by the
moment to ENcouraging. In
all of the dark clouds that still are hovering there are bright silver
linings—we ask that you see these, because in doing so, you bring more
light to dissipate the dark clouds.
You have myriad powerful divine helpers in this, but it is your
world and you must participate in bringing the love, joy, peace, harmony
and equitable allocation of wealth to all. We
know that some channels are receiving messages stating that you are
living in an illusion. This
is true, but this is still beyond the comprehension of Earth human
minds. What is real to you
is what you feel.
You know that the pain of grief, despair, hopelessness, hunger,
war, wounds, fear, torture of mind and body is real!
That real-ness has been permeating life on Earth for eons, and it
is going to end—you chose to be there now to do just that. You
know that feeling joy is real, too.
Welcoming a new life, meeting soulmates, setting and achieving a
worthy goal, restoring sound health, seeing your child blow out the four
candles on a birthday cake, smelling blossoms on fruit trees, hearing a
bird’s song, feeling salt spray at ocean’s edge, playing with
puppies and kittens and baby rabbits—these and all other joyous
occasions are real.
You came to Earth to feel that joy and expand it throughout your
world. So for now, live within these realities that you do understand and choose those that give joy so their light can illuminate all and eliminate the painful realities. Keeping your thoughts within love will create joy for yourself and the ripple effect will help others create it for themselves, and so on and so on. When your world is revolving in love-light, you will have attained the spiritual growth needed to see the “illusion” and you will rejoice in your emergence into the only reality. You will have returned to your rightful place within the universal family of inseparable souls. THAT will be the ultimate Happy New Year for us all! Impossible Dream This past
month or so Joseph and I have received several letters from folks
unhappy with the way we write this newsletter. Specifically, with our
emphasis on joy, on seeing life as a game and having fun with it. The
letters ranged from mildly critical to harshly judgemental. These
letters are not typical of those most of you send us. By far, most of
your letters are loving and supportive. But, of course, we also welcome
dissent. So, in that spirit, I would like to address this handful of
dissenters in this issue of our newsletter. The
dissenters consider our emphasis on joy, fun and games inappropriate at
best, and deceitful at worst. Here’s an excerpt from one letter: ". . .
what you describe is a very difficult, long and arduous process. Easily
said in a sentence, but intensely difficult to do. "If one
lives in a vacuum, then it is easier (to) make of one's circumstances
what one will, by expressing joy, being joyful and feeling joy. However,
we are living in this reality called earth. This is the one we have to
deal with on a daily basis. So if the folks around a person are fearful,
are putting themselves down, putting you down, telling you how horrible
you are, how horrible the world is, and how horrible their lives are and
making constant demands on you, it's VERY difficult to feel joyful. "It's
much easier to feel and be joyful if one lives alone or is surrounded by
like-minded joyful folks. But if one is surrounded by a high level of
negativity, it is far more difficult. One must then apply every ounce of
strength to ferret out a bit of space and a bit of peace in which one
may possibly get in touch with some level of joy and hence create it. We
are unfortunately not living in a vacuum in which we can create anything
we feel at any moment, but rather, we are dealing with the reality of
this place called earth and all that this reality is and all that it
hands to us." Here’s
part of my response to this writer: "I
agree with you if what you're saying is that for many people the process
is, to use your words, ‘very difficult, long and arduous.’ However I
disagree with you if you're saying it MUST be ‘very difficult, long
and arduous.’ "The
reality is life is as hard or as easy, as sad or as joyful as we want to
make it. Abe Lincoln once said ‘A man is about as happy as he makes up
his mind to be.’ We cannot control others or the world at large, but
we are in total control of our thoughts–and, therefore, of the reality
we create with those thoughts." "Coincidentally,"
as I was preparing to do this newsletter a few days ago, I ran across a
piece of Joseph’s from a long time ago. It’s an appropriate piece to
resurrect in the context of this newsletter. For it seems
many folks consider a joyful life as "The Impossible Dream."
But is it? Here’s
Joseph. Chief
Joseph The power of
appreciation, dear ones, is vastly underestimated in your modern
society. When you are in an appreciation mode, if you will, you are
fully connected and powerfully aligned with your higher self and the
Universe. There are few states of being which can align and connect you
so quickly and so powerfully. So let us
explore, for a few moments, the power of appreciation. Think about
what you’re really doing when you appreciate, whether you’re
appreciating a person, a place, yourself, your home, your work, anything
at all. What you are
doing is looking at the positives (or what you consider positive) in
that person, place, job, etc. You’re seeing the good in them. And, at
least for the moment, you see no negatives. Two
benefits, immediate benefits, come to you when you are appreciating. First, you
bring out more of the good you are seeing and appreciating from the
"object" of your appreciation. You can see this most clearly
when the "object" is another person. When you appreciate
someone and say it, he or she will almost always respond warmly. And
that person will see himself or herself in the same positive light you
do. Even if this
person you’re appreciating is at odds with the entire world, you, by
the power of your appreciation, will elicit from her or him a positive
aspect no one else has ever seen. And perhaps never will. That is the
power of appreciation. Second, when
you are appreciating anything or anyone, you immediately set up
powerfully positive vibration. Your higher self and the Universe respond
instantly to that high powerful vibration. After all, your higher self
and the Universe (or God, Goddess, whatever term you prefer) exist
eternally in a state of high vibration, a state of pure joy. When
you’re in a state of appreciating, you’re catapulting yourself, if
you will, into the realms of Spirit, where your higher self, the
Universe exist. And so when
the Universe responds to your high vibration of appreciation, guess what
happens? It brings you more of what you’re appreciating. Let’s
explore a little example of that. No matter
how wonderful or dreadful your life may be, there is always something
you can find to appreciate. Let’s say you’re short of cash. But you
have at least a little. So you focus on what you do have, and not on
what you don’t have. You give thanks for your blessings, in this case,
the little cash you have. And you ask for more. The Universe
will respond instantly to your appreciation and to your asking, and more
of what you are focusing on is on its way to you immediately. But what so
often happens is once you’ve put out your desire, you start thinking
about all the reasons you can’t have what you want. And so you block
the Universe from delivering to you what you want, and what it wants you
to have. Nonetheless
the Universe has responded instantly to your appreciation and to your
asking. And everything and everyone you send appreciation to, near or
far, will, on some level, respond instantly and positively. Such is the
power of appreciation. It’s a resource literally at your fingertips.
Yet you rarely use it. It would behoove you, dear ones, to appreciate

Sentinels of the Sky Relax
and Be Who You Are This past holiday season
was a most interesting time for me personally. I immersed myself in the
joy and spirit of the season, as I do every year. But this year I paid
more attention than I normally do to what other folks were doing and
feeling at the holidays, including some of my own family. Many of them were totally stressed out
and unbelievably miserable. One told me of the holiday pressure he was
feeling, exclaiming "I hate this season!" Another said she
"couldn’t wait until Christmas is over." I realize most people consider it an
impossible goal to be joyful all year round. But, ironically, for many
it seems still more impossible to be joyful even for a few days during
one of the most joyful seasons of the year. If we cannot take a little time to
relax and really feel the joy of life now and then, what’s the use of
living? Which reminds me of something another family member said:
"Life’s a bitch, and then you die." What a way to live! During this time when we wish others
peace on earth and good will, can we not make the time and effort to
give ourselves a little peace and good will? Isn’t life supposed to be an
adventure? Isn’t it supposed to be fun, at least occasionally? Can’t
we just relax and be ourselves, get connected with our higher selves and
be who we really are? Here’s Joseph. Chief
Joseph Most of you get occasional glimpses of
what it’s like to see life from a higher perspective, from the
perspective of your soul. All too often, however, those glimpses are, as
you say, "too few and far between." It does not have to be that way. You
can make a simple choice and change it all in the blink of an
eye–literally, that quickly. Think about those times in your life
when you were feeling good–whether they be times past, times present,
or times yet to come. Let your thoughts drift to a time when you were
feeling excited, passionate, powerful, joyful. Even those among you who’ve had
difficult lives can recall a time when you were joyful. You can recall
something that made you joyful, someone who made you joyful. Spend at least a few minutes with this.
Put aside all your cares and concerns, all other thoughts and tasks. And
just immerse yourself in the pleasure and passion of the joy you felt,
or expect to feel. This is absolutely one of the finest, most powerful
acts of love you can do for yourself. Once you’ve done this for a few
minutes, imagine how it would be to feel that way all the time–full of
passion, full of joy, full of yourself, full of the wondrous being of
light you truly are. That, dear ones, is how your soul feels
at every moment of its existence. That is how your soul feels for all
eternity. And when you are feeling joyful, or
passionate, or blissful, or peaceful, or whatever you define as
"feeling good," then you are, at that moment, fully connected
to your soul. You are, at that moment, relaxing and being who you really
are. Feeling good is a choice you can freely
make. In fact, it’s a choice you make, whether fully conscious of it
or not, at every moment of your life. You cannot avoid making the
choice. That is an integral part of being human–to, in every waking
moment, answer the question, "How do I want to feel–good or
bad?" Oh, we realize you may not consciously
ask yourself the question, or in exactly those words. But every choice
you make is, at its essence, an answer to that question: "Do I want
to live my joyfully or sorrowfully?" Or for many, the choice appears to be
somewhere in between. Neither all good, nor all bad–just mediocre. You did not come to this lifetime to
live a mediocre life. When you relax and remember your joy, you connect
fully with your soul. And when you make the choice to
remember your joy more and more often, guess what happens? You become more and more joyful,
regardless of the circumstances in the world around you. And the more joyful you are, the more
successful you will be. The more of what you want in your life the
Universe will bring to you. In your persistent and passionate
practice of joyful thoughts, you can truly create heaven on earth. Copyright

Chen, 12 Manik ( As we focus on the energies
of the White Death (or Spirit Helper) and Intention we are to decide
what our intentions are, what we desire to be made manifest.
Then we use the energy of White to discern our intentions and
purify them. Make sure they
state exactly what we do want,
as clearly as possible. While
focusing on our intentions and on the Spirit Helper, we are actually
transforming these ideas and desires into thought forms. One way to state our intentions and desires is to make a list of everything we want to see made manifest, again as clearly as possible. Write the date at the top of a sheet of paper and actually make a list of everything you desire. When you are finished, add the words, "May all these intentions and desires manifest for the Highest good of all" at the top or bottom of your paper. You may also add names of your spirit guides, Ascended Masters or angels to the paper if you wish, for even more power. Do not share this list with anyone and keep it close to you in a private place, such as in your wallet or purse. Read this list each day just before going to sleep and first thing upon awakening. Then forget about it. This is your releasing process. Don't worry if it's working or not, just let it go. The Universe will handle the rest. As your desires manifest, and they will, remember to cross them off of your list. This very powerful exercise can be done on each New or Full Moon and it’s especially harmonious on this New Moon day of 9 Cimi. During our meditation we can
place our attention on the energies of White, Intention, Transformation,
this galactic month of Chen and this galactic year of 12 Manik.

wisdom. By focusing on all of these energies, we learn connect
with Source, purifying and

Day of Love and Thanks to Water Project of Love and Thanks to Water The 25th day of each month the "Project of Love and Thanks to Water" hopes you will join them to Purify All the Water on Earth with Love and Thanks. Will you join us to say "I love you" and "Thank you" to all the water on Planet Earth and fill it with the highest vibration (HADO) of Love and Thanks that we can possibly experience? Please join us to send our Love and Thanks to all the water in our physical body that has been sustaining and nurturing our lives on this planet. 70% of our body is made of water. We owe so much our health to the water in our body. Then, let us send our Love and Thanks to all the water on Planet Earth. 70% of the surface of the Earth is occupied by water. The environment on planet Earth is maintained by the water circulating in various forms. If it had not been for water, life would not have been created on planet Earth. We have a vision that on this day, our Earth will be filled with beautiful golden/silver light of Love and Thanks that is flowing from the hearts of each and every one of us. Golden/silver light is the highest vibration in the range of visible light, and it will heal and cleanse all the water on earth, be it water of the ocean or that of our own body. You can join this Project at your home with your family and friends by sending your Love and Thanks to water simultaneously with us. Water is the most ordinary matter on this planet, but at the same time it is multidimensional and connected deeply with our own consciousness. By sending our Love and Thanks to water, we believe that we cannot only purify the water on this planet but also raise our own collective consciousness towards the peace of world. We will describe several ways to send Love and Thanks to water for your information. You can follow some of them. Or you can develop your own unique ways. Let us tell water our Love and Thanks Put a glass of water on a table in your kitchen, dining room or private room. Tell the water "I love you" and "Thank you", gently. At the same time, briefly visualize that all the water on Earth is connected with each other. You can do this with your children, family members and friends. Your Love and Thanks will be sent out to all the water on Earth through the water in the glass. How about imagining the following when you are touching the water coming from the faucet while doing the dishes, washing rice before cooking, or washing your clothes? The vibration of your Love and Thanks is overflowing from your heart through your chest, shoulders, and arms, and going through your palms that are touching the water into the water going out into a drain pipe. Your vibration will go through the flow of water very easily into the drain, into the nearby rivers and finally enter the ocean. The vapor from the ocean will build clouds and then the water will fall down as rains onto various parts of the world. In this way, the vibration of Love and Thanks that has originated from your heart will be transmitted to all over the world through the water network. This is a very easy way, and you can do this every day and every time you use water. An easier way will be just to tell gently "I love you" and "Thank you" to the water that is flowing out into a drain pipe after it has finished its role. This will surely change the vibration of the water. It is also very effective to put a "Thank you" sticker to the surface of the faucet. Every time you turn the faucet, it will remind you of the importance to express your gratitude to water. Or, if you want to do it a little bigger, then you can have a gathering around a pond, a lake, a river or along seashore. Then make a circle, holding hands, and say the same thing as above or more. Remember that the power of prayer is proportionate to the square of the number of people. You can add to this ceremony your own prayers that express your Love and Thanks toward water or Planet Earth. As the vibration of your Love and Thanks flows from your heart, you may feel your chest getting warmer and warmer. This will be the result of the Law of the Universe "What you give, you will receive". Add visualization to our Love and Thanks Let us visualize that the vibration of Love and Thanks is transmitting into water as golden/silver light. The whole water of the world is sparkling beautifully. Finally, the whole planet is shining so brilliantly. When filled with the highest vibration of light, everything is healed and harmonized. Let us visualize that the faces of all the people on Earth are filled with a smile. Send Love and Thanks to water in some special areas How about sending our Love and Thanks to the Jordan River, especially at this moment of time (see photo on the right). Along the river, many Israeli and Palestinian people are living. Our prayer of Love and Thanks will raise the vibration of water there. There is no border in the path of flowing water. People on both sides certainly drink the water originating from this river, and their bodies will be filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks that we have been sending. Then, those who have been involved in the war or terrorism will become aware of what they are doing, "Why don't we just abandon weapons and live a peaceful life here together?" There may be some areas other than the Jordan River where wars and conflicts are still continuing such as the United States and Iraq, India and Pakistan, Afghanistan, nations in Africa and so on. Let us send our Love and Thanks to the water where people are suffering from pain and sorrow. It will change into healing water, and everything and everybody will be filled with a vibration of Love and Harmony. Those who are participating in war and those who are suffering from war are both ourselves. For all the consciousnesses are connected into one. And it is said that water is a mirror to reflect our own consciousness. Peace begins from the hearts of each and every one of us. Let us fill up our hearts with the vibration of Love and Thanks. Then visualize that the vibration is overflowing like an unlimited fountain, reaching every part of the globe and healing the whole world. Effects of our consciousness on water Our consciousness definitely influences upon water. Especially when we concentrate our consciousness with the same intention, it will have a tremendous power. It is like a laser beam that can reach the surface of the moon. In the summer of 1999, hundreds of people gathered along the lakeshore of the Lake Biwa, located at the central part of Japan, and prayed for the peace and harmony of universe. After one month, a local newspaper reported that only that summer, there were no complaints from local residents about the foul odor resulting from extraordinary growth of a foreign alga, which they had been experiencing every summer for years. Such is the power of human consciousness. Consciousness of each of us changes the world Consciousness of each of us creates our world, which means we can change the world. When the Earth is filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks, then you will experience a world filled with Love and Thanks.
