Paycheck is a movie loaded with a lot of information and technology that is currently in use in our present world. Most people would over look the reality of things such as holographics, memory manipulation, and time travel. The premise that such technology is not commonly in use is a deceptive tactic. The story line should be viewed from a place of understanding. Our technology is doubling every year and accelerating even faster. People not able to keep pace with the changes are being left behind and many are choosing to die and leave the planet. This change is necessary for the people of earth to move into the next level of being. The key is that with great technology comes the need for greater public awareness and a well developed spiritual level of being.

What you see in this movie is a rogue corporation that is not using their spiritually to guide their technology. The fear and greed evidenced by this corporation is the prime example of the 3-d thought processes that are very much stuck in negative ego driven people of any age.

When a civilizations spirituality moves into great levels of development technological information is shared for the full development of the entire population. It is not for a small group or select few to dominate an entire civilization.

This movie demonstrates the responsibility each individual has to ensure the transition of our civilization into the next level of existence. If more people own their responsibility the degree of load individuals have to carry is lessened.

Enjoy this movie, view it with an open mind and you will be very surprised. The key to any movie is to see it with intent to gain understanding.

The theme in this movie is about the power of Love. It is never too late to experience true love. Something's Gotta Give reveals what love is and what love is not and all of the misconceptions both sexes of all ages have about it. This is a very funny, romantic film. Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton both deliver great performances (2 Golden Globe nominatons) and the supporting cast was superb.

When it is experienced, love surpasses all things. It is truly the most powerful source in the universe. Love is the driving force that causes us to be better than who we are, to exceed our own limitations and rise to the occasion. Something's Gotta Give delivers these points very effectively and expertly.

During this film, we learn from many angles and points of view what it really means to experience true love. We understand what happens when love is not there and how its power can manifest in our lives when it is present. We learn the importance of relationships, especially the relationship we have with ourselves.

Although I think this movie is geared towards the baby boom generation, Something's Gotta Give contains moments we all can relate to, moving our emotions and always making us laugh.

A quick search on the web shows approximately 2,400,000 listings for 'weight loss'. Most people want to know how to lose weight fast and easy. Gaining weight more than likely took some time, so losing it will, too. And get-thin-quick schemes are never long-term; your weight more than likely will come back.

Weight loss drugs and chemical food additives like aspartame and diet pills shut down the body's natural processes, resulting in an artificial weight loss that's temporary. As soon as you get off the weight loss program and chemical weight loss products, the weight creeps back on - slowly but surely.

A person's body weight is a reflection of their lifestyle.
Whatever eating and exercise program you adopt for weight loss, it should be a lifetime habit in order to have permanent results.

Fats and sugars are important for body function. Natural sugar fuels our bodies and fat keeps us lubricated - the right kind of fat, that is. Conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs) are the right kind of fats for a healthy and permanent weight loss. According to research by Dr. David Williams, CLAs are anti-fats that burn-up other fats. CLAs are known more commonly as EFAs, essential fatty acids. Older literature, in fact, refers to them as vitamin F.

EFAs are found in beef, lamb, turkey, and some milk products. Human bodies don't produce enough EFAs to suffice our needs, so we must depend on a healthy diet to have adequate amounts to convert fat into energy. Without sufficient EFAs, fat is stored in the cells. Grass fed beef and natural milks contain more CLA/EFA opposed to cattle fed grain in feedlots and over-processed, diluted milks. If you cannot find a whole food's source for essential fatty acids, you can supplement with CLAs and EFAs. Make sure you purchase a quality essential fatty acid, though, so you get more bang for your buck and lose weight healthily.

To lose weight, omega 3 EFAs are the most affective. Scientists classify essential fatty acids into two types, omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6 fatty acids, depending on their chemical composition. Technically, the omega-3 fatty acids are alpha-linolenic acids found mainly in flaxseed oil, canola oil, soybeans, walnuts, hemp seeds, and dark green leafy vegetables, cold-water fish, including salmon, trout, sardines, mackerel and cod. Cod liver oil is a popular nutritional supplement for omega-3 EFAs.

Omega-6 fatty acids (CLAs) are more common in the American diet than the omega-3 EFAs. These include linoleic acid, which is found in safflower, olive, almond, sunflower, hemp, soybean, walnut, pumpkin, sesame, and flaxseed oils, and evening primrose oil.

11. Use of Astral Projection and Telepathy

We are your fellow brothers and sisters living below the surface of your Earth, and here to help you and to work with you. We also receive instructions from the Hierarchy. We are involved in the process of Ascension just as you are, and we are all gathered here speaking to you.

We come forth this day bearing a message to you from the great city of Telos located beneath your surface. This great city shimmers in the light of day, the light of day as you know it on your Earth. It shimmers and glows with the light from above; with the God light that envelops us all as we live beneath your surface.

We are engaged in many of the same activities as you on the surface. We do the same kinds of things, and we ask the same kinds of questions. We have the same kinds of concerns. We have the same kinds of thoughts; only our thoughts are slightly elevated, as we have the good fortune of being surrounded by, and being in the midst of, The Great Central Sun. For we are connected in our thoughts to The Great Central Sun - to the Great Light of the God of All. Our thoughts carry us to distant places.

Our thoughts take us to wherever we project them, for we are conscious of our thoughts, and carefully project them out to wherever we wish to be. We have learned this method of ASTRAL PROJECTION, and we practice it daily. And so some of us are here with you now in our consciousness, as we have astral projected to your location where this channeling is taking place. If you feel a certain presence, know it is us, for we are here and we carry forth love from Telos.

We wish you to know that we greet you nightly as you visit us in Telos. You call to us to enter, and we receive you. We always receive you, and we always hear your calls. Whenever you want to visit us, just call to us nightly before you go to sleep, and we will receive you. We receive all who call.

We are a training ground here in Telos. We are a training ground to those Beings who wish to learn from us. The information we have is for all, and we are eager to impart all our learning that we have sacredly preserved throughout the generations for just such a time as this when we can now share it openly with you.

This will be a time when we can share it openly with you at night in your etheric bodies; when we can share it openly with you soon, as we will be bringing it forth to the surface. And we have much to share with you, for we have preserved all the sacred learnings of the past. We have preserved all the technologies. We have preserved all that will make your Earth clean and pure and beautiful again. And so we are so glad to be working with you, for you never work alone - know that. And we are so grateful to be teamed-up with you, and so grateful to you for recognizing the great part that we will be playing on your Earth's journey toward the Light.

We thank you for anchoring the Light in your part of the country. We thank you for the Light as it glows from you, and radiates to all around you, and reflects in the heavens. Dear Mikos, Are we going to be escorted into Telos, the Subterranean City, when we go to Mt. Shasta this summer? Dianne

Dear Dianne, The only thing that I can tell you for certain, is that when you go to Mount Shasta in July, you and your friends will be activated by a group of priests from Telos. The main reason Adama is resisting from escorting you inside physically is that you do not have many responsibilities on the surface, and you will not want to go back again. From Telos, you would move into the Hollow Earth and lose yourself here, for we have many big cities here that you would like.

You have promised many Beings that you will help them remember who they really are. Now, they will understand if you choose not to fulfill the agreement (remember, we are living in a free will Universe) however, it will have a long lasting effect on your Souls, and when you are wounded at the Soul level, it can change your destiny for a very long time. The reason Adama is 'laying low' as you would say, is so that he cannot assist you in changing your original plans. Remember, your writings would not be anywhere near as effective, after you have become Super Humans. People need to read Super Writings, but from ordinary humans. Otherwise you become Gods. And that is what got us into this mess in the first place. Many times when we meet in the Hollow Earth, on your way back to the surface your last words are "now remember, don't come and get me, because you know I'll never go back". So we are only obeying your wishes because we love you so much." Mikos

Dear Mikos, Is it possible that the Hollow Earth's hollow structure is more 5th dimensional than 3rd dimensional? Is our not seeing this quality the result of having 3D eyes? Or is it just something that I'm having trouble really believing? I can understand that during the formation of a spinning body, that a lot of material would be thrown outward, but controlled by gravity, kind of like clay on a potter's wheel. Art

"Greetings Art. No, the Earths hollow center is not in the 5th dimension. It is very much in the 3rd dimension. We are waiting patiently for you, our brothers and sisters on the surface to raise your consciousness, so we can all go into the 5th dimension together. We simply cannot go without you. We do love you very much, but that is not the reason we cannot go without you. We are all an equal part of the Earth, and if we are to physically ascend, we need to do it together. This is why we are poking our heads out now so that you can see you are not alone on this planet, just like you are not alone in the Universe. Yes, our origins are from another galaxy, but then again, so are yours. We understand you are having a difficult time with the fact that not only is the Earth hollow, but that it supports thriving civilizations in its interior. Let me assure you that every planet in our Universe is hollow, just as every planet in our Universe is spherical. It is the way planets are formed. There was a time not too long ago where you thought you had absolute proof that the Earth was flat. Now you have been told that the Earth is solid. And you have just as much proof of this, as you had that the Earth was flat. You personally are reading books about the Hollow Earth now because you are remembering that you have come here in your dream state. Had you not been here before, these books would be meaningless to you and you would not have been able to read more than the first few pages. "Dear Lucie, Parents of Light, are also what we call Spiritual Parents. This is hard to explain, but they are not necessarily a specific Spirit or a specific personality. If you want a Spiritual Being from Telos to be a parent, just go ahead and make it known, and you will get one that will come forward. Yes, there are some people in Telos where their children have ended their incarnation there and decided to take an incarnation on the surface. That is mainly because they live for so long, and they can follow up on the souls that were once their children. But it is no different from lets say you knowing that your daughter was once your mother in a previous life. In most civilizations, children belong to everybody, and are loved equally by everybody. This notion of my child, your child, is very much an insecurity of surface Earthlings. Mikos"

Dear Gitta. You have been in your line of work for what you call a long time, simply because you haven't left. You need to ask yourself why you are still there, if there, is not where you want to be. You are not asking the right question, if you are asking yourself how you will get by without that job. You are focusing your thoughts on what it is you don't want, instead of the other way around." Dear Mikos. As a Lightworker, I often feel discouraged, sad, and tired, that I have to spend 45 hours a week at the office, with this leaving insufficient time to study teachings and practice them. How am I going to be able to make a difference, and keep pace with the Divine Plan, in addition to being externally ordinary, but with an extraordinary internal wish to be in complete line with what matters at this time? "Dear Elizabeth. What matters at this time, is you. We need you to be extraordinary internally with a very ordinary exterior. We have plenty of Ascended Masters that could change the world with their extraordinariness, but that won't help ordinary people much because they are quick to elevate them to God status and give up their power. It is peace, that keeps you in the divine plan, not plenty of free time. Mikos and friends."

Dear Mikos. Why am I "not allowed" to be involved with a male counterpart who is interested in evolving and working towards the fulfillment of the divine plan? Dolly

"Dear Dolly, It is not that you are "not allowed" to find a spiritual partner, it is that you think one is necessary for your evolution that is short curcuiting your wires and sending out the wrong signals. Two people can evolve together, after both of them have found the part of God they carry within. Until then, each one has a different path to take toward their evolution. Just because one is not enlightened, does not mean they are not on their path. Mikos and Friends."

All systems will close down, and surface humanity will be given an ultimatum to grow together, or to continue to destroy what is left. For those who immerse themselves in the journey into the Hollow Earth, this surface stage acting out the experience of human degeneration, will be avoided. There is a keen choice before all in the unfolding Holy drama.

The Hollow Earth Circle seeks to help individuals in their capacity to enter the light consciousness of the Hollow Earth. The ability to enter the state of the blissful relationship with those Guardians in the Inner Earth has been deeply experienced by many on this path. 1. Bring in your soul and blend with it, feeling it around your heart. Go here for an article on how to blend with your soul. Sense the light coming from the jewel in the middle of your heart as if it is a radiant sun. Let your soul's love radiate through you.

2. Think of a situation in your life that you would like to change. You might want to pick something small to practice with, and build upon your success by working with larger issues later.

3. Feel the power of your soul's love as it radiates through you. At the same time as you feel your soul's love, think of this situation. Let the radiant sun in the middle of your heart touch the situation you are thinking about with its light.

4. Focus on your soul's joy. Let it pour through you and into this situation. Keep doing this until something about this situation becomes more joyful for you.

5. Feel your soul's patience come into your heart and out to this situation. Let your body relax, take a deep breath, and sense how your soul's patience changes this situation.

6. Allow your soul's harmony to go out to this situation. Feel your oneness with everyone involved. You might imagine soothing, calming energies coming from your heart center to the heart centers of everyone involved in this situation. See the goodness in each person.

7. Radiate the serenity and peace of your soul's love to this situation. Release any fear and affirm that the universe is friendly, abundant, and safe.

8. Receive your soul's love for you, and let it release any anger, hurt, fear, or other negative emotions this situation may have brought up for you. Let your soul's love cleanse your heart, putting in love and acceptance where there is pain or hurt. Feel the power of your soul's love to heal you as it pours
through you.

9. End by experiencing your soul's love as a steady radiation of the Universal Presence of Love.

S: Good morning, Hatonn. I could hardly believe it last night when you said you want to give me a message "for the new book." Didn’t you know that I just finished one?

HATONN: Suzy, dear child and friend, yes, of course I know. And you know I’m in charge of communication between there and everywhere else, so you know how important this subject is to me. It’s been talked about in the other books but not with the point I wish to make now.

Those whose minds are ahead of their hearts in this matter are unwittingly lagging. The folks who think they have to study this or that to work themselves through their perceived layers of separation from God are just making a separation between themselves and God! That is their chosen pathway, so I have no quarrel with it, but it is so unnecessary! Especially now, with everything speeding up, they need to know that their spiritual connection with God isn’t achieved through mental exercises or incantations or invoking the help of ascended masters—it simply IS! Every soul is a part of God, every one IS connected with Him! How could it be otherwise when it’s the physics of the universe at work here?

This is Hatonn speaking to you. As master of communication between Earth and the rest of the universe, I am telling you the simplicity of the answer to your soul-searching: You are a part of God and your connection with Him is your birthright. God IS. You ARE. You and God are ONE. How much more simple can it be? Your soul knows this, and you need only to align your conscious self with your soul, your godself.

You may search through books to learn how to make the communication connection, but those are merely others’ ideas of how to reach a stage of spiritual awareness, and that is not necessary. It is as simple as ASKING! Say, for instance, "God, I am you, you are me, so please let me hear you." Or say nothing, just feel it in your heart—God hears that just as clearly. Allow your mind to be still and listen to your soul giving you God’s message.

As for searching for God’s "will" in your life, as so many of you do, you could say that since you are God in fullness and He is you as a part of Himself, yes, He has a pathway for you. But your own soul as the God part you are chose the pathway it needs for growth, and the purpose of your life is to consciously discover that pathway. Conscience is your guide, and so is your intuition. But those can become hidden in the labyrinthine pathway of esoteric studies, lessons, seminars, books—all designed to heighten your awareness of yet another obstruction between you and God.

I am not saying for a moment that your studies and sessions are a waste! But how accurately are they assisting you in the direct course to being the god and goddesses you already ARE? You are yearning to feel something that isn’t in books or graphs or seminars. It is the private pathway to your godself you need, not the mysterious mountains and valleys to travel for years and years. Nevertheless, if you have spent years in this journey, start connecting directly with God without further delay!

Think of this: A child comes into an Earth lifetime with knowledge of that direct God connection, that absolute intuitive knowing, that total sensing of inseparability. The child hasn’t studied, hasn’t spent hours in seminars or been treated to sessions of calling upon help from the ascended masters. The child simply IS the godself! Only by orientation away from that does the passing of your time bring about the separation. Then you search for your connection through those various forms of "how to" reach what always has been yours, always has been YOU!

Suzy, my friend and mutual servant, as we do indeed serve each other, thank you for heeding my call to come to the computer. I’m a soul of few words usually, as you well know, and I have extended myself on this occasion. Sometimes it’s necessary to put a hammer to a head to get the attention, so I have done that with this message.

HATONN: Of course you may ask your questions, but please relocate our further discussion to a different chapter. The essential need for people to recognize their constant, direct communication link with God is best left alone as the first message in the book.

"Your voices as much as any others are 'voices of the universe,' and you need to start thinking of yourselves that way."

As the energy in every single one of our thoughts, feelings, words and actions flows out, by natural law it affects us all. That energy we are sending attracts similar energy in the universe and pulls more of its kind back to us. Individually, we literally are creating our own lives in every moment and simultaneously, collectively, we are creating our world.

And it doesn't end here. The energy we continuously are generating affects in kind the mass consciousness of the entire universe, thus it is impacting our space brothers and sisters. No wonder so many of them are eager to help us bring light to Earth!

If within these pages you find echoes of your heart-remembering that love is what heals-you know the powerful influence you are having on Earth and beyond.

This past month or so Joseph and I have received several letters from folks unhappy with the way we write this newsletter. Specifically, with our emphasis on joy, on seeing life as a game and having fun with it. The letters ranged from mildly critical to harshly judgemental.

These letters are not typical of those most of you send us. By far, most of your letters are loving and supportive. But, of course, we also welcome dissent. So, in that spirit, I would like to address this handful of dissenters in this issue of our newsletter.

The dissenters consider our emphasis on joy, fun and games inappropriate at best, and deceitful at worst. Here’s an excerpt from one letter:

". . . what you describe is a very difficult, long and arduous process. Easily said in a sentence, but intensely difficult to do.

"If one lives in a vacuum, then it is easier (to) make of one's circumstances what one will, by expressing joy, being joyful and feeling joy. However, we are living in this reality called earth. This is the one we have to deal with on a daily basis. So if the folks around a person are fearful, are putting themselves down, putting you down, telling you how horrible you are, how horrible the world is, and how horrible their lives are and making constant demands on you, it's VERY difficult to feel joyful.

"It's much easier to feel and be joyful if one lives alone or is surrounded by like-minded joyful folks. But if one is surrounded by a high level of negativity, it is far more difficult. One must then apply every ounce of strength to ferret out a bit of space and a bit of peace in which one may possibly get in touch with some level of joy and hence create it. We are unfortunately not living in a vacuum in which we can create anything we feel at any moment, but rather, we are dealing with the reality of this place called earth and all that this reality is and all that it hands to us."

"I agree with you if what you're saying is that for many people the process is, to use your words, ‘very difficult, long and arduous.’ However I disagree with you if you're saying it MUST be ‘very difficult, long and arduous.’

"The reality is life is as hard or as easy, as sad or as joyful as we want to make it. Abe Lincoln once said ‘A man is about as happy as he makes up his mind to be.’ We cannot control others or the world at large, but we are in total control of our thoughts–and, therefore, of the reality we create with those thoughts."

"Coincidentally," as I was preparing to do this newsletter a few days ago, I ran across a piece of Joseph’s from a long time ago. It’s an appropriate piece to resurrect in the context of this newsletter.

For it seems many folks consider a joyful life as "The Impossible Dream." But is it?

The power of appreciation, dear ones, is vastly underestimated in your modern society. When you are in an appreciation mode, if you will, you are fully connected and powerfully aligned with your higher self and the Universe. There are few states of being which can align and connect you so quickly and so powerfully.

Think about what you’re really doing when you appreciate, whether you’re appreciating a person, a place, yourself, your home, your work, anything at all.

What you are doing is looking at the positives (or what you consider positive) in that person, place, job, etc. You’re seeing the good in them. And, at least for the moment, you see no negatives.

First, you bring out more of the good you are seeing and appreciating from the "object" of your appreciation. You can see this most clearly when the "object" is another person. When you appreciate someone and say it, he or she will almost always respond warmly. And that person will see himself or herself in the same positive light you do.

Even if this person you’re appreciating is at odds with the entire world, you, by the power of your appreciation, will elicit from her or him a positive aspect no one else has ever seen. And perhaps never will. That is the power of appreciation.

Second, when you are appreciating anything or anyone, you immediately set up powerfully positive vibration. Your higher self and the Universe respond instantly to that high powerful vibration. After all, your higher self and the Universe (or God, Goddess, whatever term you prefer) exist eternally in a state of high vibration, a state of pure joy.

When you’re in a state of appreciating, you’re catapulting yourself, if you will, into the realms of Spirit, where your higher self, the Universe exist.

And so when the Universe responds to your high vibration of appreciation, guess what happens? It brings you more of what you’re appreciating.

No matter how wonderful or dreadful your life may be, there is always something you can find to appreciate. Let’s say you’re short of cash. But you have at least a little. So you focus on what you do have, and not on what you don’t have. You give thanks for your blessings, in this case, the little cash you have. And you ask for more.

The Universe will respond instantly to your appreciation and to your asking, and more of what you are focusing on is on its way to you immediately.

But what so often happens is once you’ve put out your desire, you start thinking about all the reasons you can’t have what you want. And so you block the Universe from delivering to you what you want, and what it wants you to have.

Nonetheless the Universe has responded instantly to your appreciation and to your asking. And everything and everyone you send appreciation to, near or far, will, on some level, respond instantly and positively.

Such is the power of appreciation. It’s a resource literally at your fingertips. Yet you rarely use it. It would behoove you, dear ones, to appreciate the power of appreciation.

Since 1992, John Cali has been communicating with a non-physical entity called Joseph. In one of his many physical lifetimes, this spirit was incarnated as the legendary Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe in what is now Oregon.

This past holiday season was a most interesting time for me personally. I immersed myself in the joy and spirit of the season, as I do every year. But this year I paid more attention than I normally do to what other folks were doing and feeling at the holidays, including some of my own family.

Many of them were totally stressed out and unbelievably miserable. One told me of the holiday pressure he was feeling, exclaiming "I hate this season!" Another said she "couldn’t wait until Christmas is over."

I realize most people consider it an impossible goal to be joyful all year round. But, ironically, for many it seems still more impossible to be joyful even for a few days during one of the most joyful seasons of the year.

If we cannot take a little time to relax and really feel the joy of life now and then, what’s the use of living? Which reminds me of something another family member said: "Life’s a bitch, and then you die." What a way to live!

During this time when we wish others peace on earth and good will, can we not make the time and effort to give ourselves a little peace and good will?

Isn’t life supposed to be an adventure? Isn’t it supposed to be fun, at least occasionally? Can’t we just relax and be ourselves, get connected with our higher selves and be who we really are?

Most of you get occasional glimpses of what it’s like to see life from a higher perspective, from the perspective of your soul. All too often, however, those glimpses are, as you say, "too few and far between."

It does not have to be that way. You can make a simple choice and change it all in the blink of an eye–literally, that quickly.

Think about those times in your life when you were feeling good–whether they be times past, times present, or times yet to come. Let your thoughts drift to a time when you were feeling excited, passionate, powerful, joyful.

Even those among you who’ve had difficult lives can recall a time when you were joyful. You can recall something that made you joyful, someone who made you joyful.

Spend at least a few minutes with this. Put aside all your cares and concerns, all other thoughts and tasks. And just immerse yourself in the pleasure and passion of the joy you felt, or expect to feel. This is absolutely one of the finest, most powerful acts of love you can do for yourself.

Once you’ve done this for a few minutes, imagine how it would be to feel that way all the time–full of passion, full of joy, full of yourself, full of the wondrous being of light you truly are.

That, dear ones, is how your soul feels at every moment of its existence. That is how your soul feels for all eternity.

And when you are feeling joyful, or passionate, or blissful, or peaceful, or whatever you define as "feeling good," then you are, at that moment, fully connected to your soul. You are, at that moment, relaxing and being who you really are.

Feeling good is a choice you can freely make. In fact, it’s a choice you make, whether fully conscious of it or not, at every moment of your life. You cannot avoid making the choice. That is an integral part of being human–to, in every waking moment, answer the question, "How do I want to feel–good or bad?"

Oh, we realize you may not consciously ask yourself the question, or in exactly those words. But every choice you make is, at its essence, an answer to that question: "Do I want to live my joyfully or sorrowfully?"

Or for many, the choice appears to be somewhere in between. Neither all good, nor all bad–just mediocre.

You did not come to this lifetime to live a mediocre life. When you relax and remember your joy, you connect fully with your soul.

And when you make the choice to remember your joy more and more often, guess what happens?

You become more and more joyful, regardless of the circumstances in the world around you.

And the more joyful you are, the more successful you will be. The more of what you want in your life the Universe will bring to you.

In your persistent and passionate practice of joyful thoughts, you can truly create heaven on earth.

The New Moon Cetacean Meditation begins at 6:00 PM your local time on Wednesday, January 21, 2004 . The New Moon (and the Full Moon) energy is a powerful one and is always an important time to state and manifest our intentions.

During this global meditation let us join and "dedicate ten (10) minutes to meditate upon the Cetaceans (whales and dolphins), to acknowledge their service to humanity and to Earth, and to send them our love energy so that they can at last feel the connection with their brothers and sisters on land."

Using the galactic calendar, we can focus on the k'in or day during the New Moon Cetacean meditation (and every day) as well as the message for the galactic month, allowing us to flow with Mother Earth and experience galactic time.

On this day of 9 Cimi, 19 Chen, 12 Manik (January 21, 2004), the energy is "Intention" (9) and "Transformation" (Cimi). For this meditation, the direction is North and the musical tone is "A". Cimi (pronounced “kee-mee”) is the "White Death" or the "Spirit Helper" and represents the “bridge between spiritual and physical forms" and the “transformation of ideas into thought forms”. White always purifies and discerns.

As we focus on the energies of the White Death (or Spirit Helper) and Intention we are to decide what our intentions are, what we desire to be made manifest. Then we use the energy of White to discern our intentions and purify them. Make sure they state exactly what we do want, as clearly as possible. While focusing on our intentions and on the Spirit Helper, we are actually transforming these ideas and desires into thought forms.

One way to state our intentions and desires is to make a list of everything we want to see made manifest, again as clearly as possible.

Write the date at the top of a sheet of paper and actually make a list of everything you desire. When you are finished, add the words, "May all these intentions and desires manifest for the Highest good of all" at the top or bottom of your paper. You may also add names of your spirit guides, Ascended Masters or angels to the paper if you wish, for even more power. Do not share this list with anyone and keep it close to you in a private place, such as in your wallet or purse. Read this list each day just before going to sleep and first thing upon awakening. Then forget about it. This is your releasing process. Don't worry if it's working or not, just let it go. The Universe will handle the rest. As your desires manifest, and they will, remember to cross them off of your list. This very powerful exercise can be done on each New or Full Moon and it’s especially harmonious on this New Moon day of 9 Cimi.

During our meditation we can place our attention on the energies of White, Intention, Transformation, this galactic month of Chen and this galactic year of 12 Manik. This month of Chen is about discovering the source of our inner wisdom. By focusing on all of these energies, we learn connect with Source, purifying and transforming our intentions into physical reality.

Golden/silver light is the highest vibration in the range of visible light, and it will heal and cleanse all the water on earth, be it water of the ocean or that of our own body.

You can join this Project at your home with your family and friends by sending your Love and Thanks to water simultaneously with us.

Water is the most ordinary matter on this planet, but at the same time it is multidimensional and connected deeply with our own consciousness. By sending our Love and Thanks to water, we believe that we cannot only purify the water on this planet but also raise our own collective consciousness towards the peace of world.

We will describe several ways to send Love and Thanks to water for your information. You can follow some of them. Or you can develop your own unique ways.

Put a glass of water on a table in your kitchen, dining room or private room. Tell the water "I love you" and "Thank you", gently. At the same time, briefly visualize that all the water on Earth is connected with each other. You can do this with your children, family members and friends. Your Love and Thanks will be sent out to all the water on Earth through the water in the glass.

How about imagining the following when you are touching the water coming from the faucet while doing the dishes, washing rice before cooking, or washing your clothes? The vibration of your Love and Thanks is overflowing from your heart through your chest, shoulders, and arms, and going through your palms that are touching the water into the water going out into a drain pipe. Your vibration will go through the flow of water very easily into the drain, into the nearby rivers and finally enter the ocean. The vapor from the ocean will build clouds and then the water will fall down as rains onto various parts of the world. In this way, the vibration of Love and Thanks that has originated from your heart will be transmitted to all over the world through the water network. This is a very easy way, and you can do this every day and every time you use water.

An easier way will be just to tell gently "I love you" and "Thank you" to the water that is flowing out into a drain pipe after it has finished its role. This will surely change the vibration of the water.

It is also very effective to put a "Thank you" sticker to the surface of the faucet. Every time you turn the faucet, it will remind you of the importance to express your gratitude to water.

Or, if you want to do it a little bigger, then you can have a gathering around a pond, a lake, a river or along seashore. Then make a circle, holding hands, and say the same thing as above or more. Remember that the power of prayer is proportionate to the square of the number of people. You can add to this ceremony your own prayers that express your Love and Thanks toward water or Planet Earth.

As the vibration of your Love and Thanks flows from your heart, you may feel your chest getting warmer and warmer. This will be the result of the Law of the Universe "What you give, you will receive". Add visualization to our Love and Thanks

Let us visualize that the vibration of Love and Thanks is transmitting into water as golden/silver light. The whole water of the world is sparkling beautifully. Finally, the whole planet is shining so brilliantly. When filled with the highest vibration of light, everything is healed and harmonized. Let us visualize that the faces of all the people on Earth are filled with a smile.

How about sending our Love and Thanks to the Jordan River, especially at this moment of time (see photo on the right). Along the river, many Israeli and

Palestinian people are living. Our prayer of Love and Thanks will raise the vibration of water there. There is no border in the path of flowing water. People on both sides certainly drink the water originating from this river, and their bodies will be filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks that we have been sending. Then, those who have been involved in the war or terrorism will become aware of what they are doing, "Why don't we just abandon weapons and live a peaceful life here together?"

There may be some areas other than the Jordan River where wars and conflicts are still continuing such as the United States and Iraq, India and Pakistan, Afghanistan, nations in Africa and so on. Let us send our Love and Thanks to the water where people are suffering from pain and sorrow. It will change into healing water, and everything and everybody will be filled with a vibration of Love and Harmony.

Those who are participating in war and those who are suffering from war are both ourselves. For all the consciousnesses are connected into one. And it is said that water is a mirror to reflect our own consciousness.

Peace begins from the hearts of each and every one of us. Let us fill up our hearts with the vibration of Love and Thanks. Then visualize that the vibration is overflowing like an unlimited fountain, reaching every part of the globe and healing the whole world.

Our consciousness definitely influences upon water. Especially when we concentrate our consciousness with the same intention, it will have a tremendous power. It is like a laser beam that can reach the surface of the moon.

In the summer of 1999, hundreds of people gathered along the lakeshore of the Lake Biwa, located at the central part of Japan, and prayed for the peace and harmony of universe. After one month, a local newspaper reported that only that summer, there were no complaints from local residents about the foul odor resulting from extraordinary growth of a foreign alga, which they had been experiencing every summer for years.

Consciousness of each of us creates our world, which means we can change the world. When the Earth is filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks, then you will experience a world filled with Love and Thanks.

A man and his wife, now in their 60's, were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. On their special day a good fairy came to them and said that because they had been such a devoted couple she would grant
