X-Men United (2003) Review by Dale Finnila This movie is a very enjoyable and revealing movie at the same time. The story line accurately depicts the fear people feel for those who are different. Often times the emotional issues and anger of a very few people are taken out on those people who cause them in some way to have to face issues they would rather leave buried. On the other side of the coin, this movie effectively highlights the true nature of the human race at the brink of its transformational leap into the new reality. Each of us is a very special and unique individual. Each of us brings a very special gift or talent to the whole of creation. Without each being’s unique talent or expertise the whole is not complete. This movie in many ways reflects the times in which we live. Even now there is a major struggle in each of us to identify who we are and where we fit in. We are all mutants in a form. Whether you know it or not, genetically we have all been altered and will continue to be altered by the environment in which we live. Science may not be telling us but that does not deny the fact that we are in just such a period as the movie suggested, one of major evolutionary change. We are preparing to make a leap on the evolutionary scale that rivals anything history has known. Another key point of the movie, is a realization that only by uniting the light and dark side of our nature and working in cooperation with those around us can we hope to overcome the limitations this world would attempt to impose on us. We can not allow the negative side of life to taint our view of people. Each of us must be able to rise above the dark side energy that is triggered in other people, who feel in some way that they are inferior. For no one is inferior, people who feel inferior are simply less aware of who they are. If each of us could embrace the reality of being gifted and live in the acceptance that each of us is gifted in our own way, then we can come to terms with who we are and we can allow others to be whom they are, without the need to take away from anyone. Being different requires a greater strength to help those who are in fear and unaware of their personal power and uniqueness. You can only dispel fear by facing it head on. Personal power is not transferable, but it is possible to demonstrate the proper use of it to others. Unfortunately, the strong must be able to maintain their strength quite often for the benefit of the weak.

As we move closer to the Shift, it appears that these movies are being shown to prepare and condition humanity to accept the concept of having superhuman abilities as a reality. One such movie is called Bulletproof Monk, based upon a comic book. People who have seen this film really enjoyed it. The main character is a Tibetan monk who in 1943 was given an ancient scroll to guard from humanity since the world was not yet ready for what it contains. One who reads and has possession of this powerful scroll gains youth, health and immortality, along with powers to do just about anything. Every 60 years it must have a new guardian. After protecting this scroll for 60 years, the monk is led to New York City to look for someone else who is worthy of guarding it. The person he finds is someone even the monk thinks is the most unlikely person. In reality, I believe the Universe brings us together with those whom we need to learn the most from, and vice-versa. There is a lot more to the storyline but I don't want to give anything away. I'll just say that this film is filled with a lot of high-flying martial arts action, intrigue and some humor--a very entertaining movie. One of the messages of this film is that anything is possible--all we have to do is believe. We have been taught throughout our lives to believe only in what we experience with our five senses and that we must accept as reality only what we have been told to be true. Bulletproof Monk reveals how these limitations are self-imposed. We must understand completely that what we see in the world around us is only an illusion, an illusion that we can change simply by shifting our perceptions and beliefs. As we all redefine for ourselves what is real and what is possible, we enter into and accept new technologies and abilities which not so long ago seemed like science fiction. We as a species are being altered physically and biologically right now and soon we will have full use of all of our abilities, capable of awesome feats. Movies like Bulletproof Monk help expand our imagination and consciousness and open the doors wide for a whole new reality that is literally around the corner.
The body is made of five element and it is the imbalance of these elements that causes disease because some immunity systems are affected. We have just discussed some ways of replenishment of these elements. Nature is ever engaged in maintaining the life force of the body and has made this human body such a perfect machine in itself that by connecting one part of the body with another part in a particular manner, the deficiency of the various elements can be made good. We have just to know as to which switch of the body has to be turned on to get a particular result! According to the Indian sages, your five fingers of the hand represent five elements. The thumb represents element of fire, next to it, the index finger, element of air, middle finger, Aakaash (ether) element: the next i.e. The ring finger, element of earth, and the little finger represents the element of water. study of the effect of joining these finger with each other, on the changes within the human body, is known as Mudra Vigyan i.e. the science of postures. The thumb represents the sun i.e. the element of fire. When a finger representing an-other element is joined with the thumb, that element is brought into balance with others and diseases connected with the imbalance of that element are cured. Brief description of some of the mudras i.e. postures is given below: Gyan Mudra: This mudra is the most important one. In this mudra, in both the hands, let the tip of the first finger lightly touch the tip of the thumb and keep remaining three fingers straight. In this mudra the flow of energy increases towards the astral body. This mudra is most effective in case of all mental ailments. It imparts happiness, the intellect develops, memory is sharpened, pride goes down and it helps to draw more power from the Soul. Devotion and meditation improves and the overall spiritual development is expedited. Shoonya Mudra: In this mudra, in both the hands, put the middle finger at the base of the thumb and press the middle finger lightly with the thumb. Keep the remaining fingers straight. In this mudra there is relief in diseases and pains relating to the ear. Apaan Mudra: in this mudra, in both the hands, lightly touch the tip of second and third fingers with the tip of the thumb and keep the remaining two finger straight. This mudra helps to clear the body. It helps in the elimination of waste matter from the mouth, eyes, ears, nose etc. It helps when urination is obstructed. It reduces constipation. This mudra helps in case of stomach ache also. Prana Mudra: In this mudra, in both the hands, lightly touch the tips of the little finger and the ring finger with the tip of the thumb and keep the remaining two fingers straight. The life force or the power of the pranas works the whole mechanism of the gross body. With this mudra you feel as if a new motor is pumping the life force into your system. This is beneficial for healthy persons as also for all types of diseases. This imparts special power to the eyes. Vayu Mudra: In this mudra, in both the hands, put the first finger at the base of the thumb and press that finger lightly with the thumb. Keep the remaining fingers straight. This mudra is of help in all diseases connected with wind, specially, arthritis, trembling in Parkinson disease etc. Practicing this mudra soon after Prana mudra relief sooner. Prithvi Mudra: In this mudra, in both the hands, lightly touch the tip of the third (ring) finger with the tip of the thumb and keep the remaining three fingers straight. This mudra makes the body sturdy. A new force is generated and you experience natural happiness. Varun Mudra: In this mudra, in both the hands, lightly touch the tip of the little finger with the tip of the thumb and keep the remaining three fingers straight. This mudra can cure all the diseases arising out or the shortage of the water element in the body. If the quality of your blood has deteriorated due to the shortage of water, that quality will also improve. You will feel freshness in your body. Surya Mudra: In this mudra, in both the hands, put the ring finger at the base of the thumb and press that finger lightly with the thumb. Keep the remaining fingers straight. With this mudra you can reduce the weight of your body. Ling Mudra: In this mudra interlink the fingers of both the hands with the palms joined together. Keep the left thumb upright encircled with the right thumb and the right index finger. In this mudra heat is produced in the body and it helps cure cold and cough. Besides, there are scores of other mudras. It is not necessary to describe them all here. Mudras can be practiced at all times-while lying, sitting, standing, walking, talking. If mudra cannot be made in both the hands, you may do it in one hand only. For good results one mudra should be made continuously for 24 minutes i.e. one 'gharri', a time unit in olden India, but it does not mater if it can be made for four or five minutes only at one time. There will be some benefit at least. These mudras start electromagnetic currents within the body which balance various constituting elements and restore health. Pain/Inner Shame Everyone who walks this planet has their share of devastating experiences with painful imprints. These events can happen at any juncture of your life, from in utero to childhood through adulthood. These may be conscious memories, or ones that are trying to push through from the subconscious mind. Regardless of origination, they leave their mark, causing a variety of reactions. Usually whenever anyone experiences pain, there is an underlying fear as well as a feeling of helplessness. Once the feeling of helplessness sets in, then there is often an anger toward whomever the person feels is creating this situation. Anger is part of the "flight or fight" survival mode that is in the Reptilian brain stem. When flight becomes impossible (often motivated by fear), then the remaining choice is to fight, which is often propelled by anger. When the person is in a position where he/she cannot fight--either physically or emotionally restrained, the anger is suppressed into the conscious, and then eventually into the subconscious mind. As you know, anything that is suppressed gathers strength. All the anger that is suppressed eventually has to come out. Because it is suppressed, it spends a lot of time trying to escape, and as it does, it expresses in a variety of ways. One way is to lash out at others. People who do this are usually full of pain. They try to clean it out of themselves by giving it to others. If you look under the anger, you will see pain, and under the pain, fear. The deeper the pain, the deeper this type of person tries to inflict it on others in a desperate attempt to get it out of him/herself. Emotional pain lashes out by giving emotional pain to others. Physical pain is common, and in extreme cases rape, mutilations, and even murder. As one becomes more self-aware, instead of lashing out at others, the tendency is to lash out at oneself. This comes in the form of internal dialogue resulting in low self-worth, self-sabotage, self-denial, and self-degradation. Extreme inner pain may result in anorexia, bulimia, self-mutilation, or even suicide. Another common reaction to deep inner pain is to numb the pain as it is suppressed. This type of reaction results in not feeling much of anything about anything. People who "numb" the pain operate in one frequency band of emotion without wavering too much one way or the other. To the untrained eye, these people may appear steady and calm, but just beneath the surface lay all the suppressed emotions just waiting to come out. People who are numb to the world often cannot recall unpleasant events, because it is just too painful. Avoidance is easier. Numbing leads to stagnation, or invites a major shakeup through yet another trauma. Painful experiences frequently lead to feelings of shame, that "I did something wrong and there must be something wrong with me" whether there is or not. Because the imprint is so strong, you may never stop to question it, or if you do, you feel like you cannot move through it. You may feel like you "should have, could have" done something differently to correct the situation. Shame is also a function of low self-worth. The imprint can happen anywhere along the way, but is generally formulated in early childhood. Can you remember the first time that you felt shame? Be proactive and release these feelings on your own, before something happens in your life to force you into a reactive mode. In other words, take control of the situation now before it builds up to a point where it is in control of you. These emotions all need to be released up to your Oversoul and into God-Mind so that you can move forward into new experiences. Using the basic techniques, breathe yourself into your center. Check your auric field to determine how far out it extends from your body. With your mind, will it close to your body. Place a violet bubble of protection around it. Now you have boundaries--you know where you start and where you stop. Breathe in from the top of your head to the base of your spine. Exhale up the spine and out through the top of your head, all the way up to your Oversoul. As you do this, feel that you are anchored deep inside of Self, Oversoul, and God-Mind. Within this Triad exists the greatest strength available to you. As you breathe in with your eyes closed, look within your bubble at the excess red energy of the pain and shame. Breathe it into your center, then using your breath as a tool, exhale it up your spine and right out the top of your head, all the way up to your Oversoul. Watch it flow and flow and flow, repeating this exercise as often as necessary. Watch the excess red energy that comprises pain and shame, and that lives within your auric field, leave. Tell your Oversoul that if there is any specific information that you need to pass it before your inner eye. If anything appears, or memories surface, review and release them. Once you establish this inner work, you can do it anywhere with your eyes wide open--driving, doing household chores, walking, etc. Whenever you remove something from your auric field, be sure that you replace it, or you will allow what you just released to return. When releasing pain and shame, breathe out the excess red energy and breathe in medium green for emotional healing. Watch it fill your auric field. As you work through pain and shame, take some time to work on feelings of fear, helplessness, and low self-worth issues in the same way. Breathe them all out through the top of your head, up to your Oversoul and allow anything that you need to see pass before your inner eye. Bring in another color to replace that which you just released. The deeper you move into your inner Self, there is a greater likelihood that you will encounter the traumas that began the pain and shame in the first place. Develop your releasing skills so that when you finally do reach the core of this work, you can handle whatever you find. Communicating
With Water and Food During this time of great change, I believe it is more important than ever to keep our bodies as healthy as possible, getting the nourishment we need from our food and water so our immune systems are strong. In the coming months, it may not be convenient to go to the store and purchase bottled water. The only water immediately available may be what comes out of our taps. Spirit has brought this to my attention recently and I would like to share what I learned as well as some other sources you can explore for additional information. In this article, I will present ways we can get the most out of the water and food we have (with a focus on water), no matter what is going on around us, so that we can keep our bodies and immune systems strong. The Many Benefits of Water We have all heard at one time or another that we need to drink about 8 8-oz glasses of water each day for health. The main reason is because our bodies are made up mostly of water, over 70% water. Our beloved planet Earth is also made up of over 70% water. Earth is a water planet and as a part of her, we cannot live without water. Dr. Feredydoon Batmanghelidj, author of Your Body’s Many Cries for WATER, claims that many of the illnesses millions of people have around the world have one simple cause that is unrecognized, the fact that we don't drink enough water. He discovered the healing powers of water over 21 years ago when he was a political prisoner and successfully treated 3,000 prisoners suffering from stress-induced peptic ulcer disease with water only -- no medication was available. "This is when he understood for the first time in medical history that the body indicates its water shortage by producing pain." Since then, Dr. Batmanghelidj focused on health problems and diseases caused by dehydration and has assisted hundreds of thousands of people all over the world to restore their health by simply having them drink enough water. Some of the diseases and disorders he discovered water will prevent and cure are heartburn, arthritis, back pain, angina, migraines, excess weight, colitis, asthma, high blood pressure, early adult-onset diabetes, lowers blood cholesterol, depression, loss of libido, chronic fatigue, lupus, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and more. He says that all of these conditions clear up when the body is well hydrated with water and he has many doctors and testimonials from people to back up his claims. The correct amount of water we need to
drink each day is stated to be half one's body weight in ounces and
another 10-12 ounces of water for every six ounces of alcohol or caffeine
one drinks. So if one weighs 200 pounds, that would be 100 ounces of water
to drink each day or just over three quarts (one quart = 32 ounces). It is
that simple and that challenging since so many people do not drink enough

a little sea salt (pure sea salt only) each day for the greatest benefit.
Also, a very interesting interview
of Dr. Batmanghelidj by Sam Biser reveals how water is a
very strong and powerful medicine and "one of the main sources of
energy for the brain and the entire body". "Water is a mirror
reflecting our mind" Researchers such as Dr. Masaru Emoto, author of Messages from Water Volumes 1 and 2, have proved thought, words and intention changes the molecules of water. He is well known for his discoveries and has been able to scientifically prove how we affect the molecular structure of water with our thoughts and emotions. He demonstrates how our thoughts, words, prayer and music effect water in ways that are absolutely profound. Dr. Emoto visually documented his findings by photographing frozen molecules of water under a dark field microscope. He found that water exposed to negative emotions such as fear or water that is polluted and toxic forms patterns and structures which are distorted. Water exposed to positive thoughts and words such as "Love" and "Joy" or water that is pure, forms crystallline structures with beautiful geometric designs and patterns. Even writing the word "L O V E" on a label and attaching it to a bottle or pitcher of water (glass containers are best) changes the molecular structure of the water. It is the vibration of the spoken as well as the written word that will change the structure of the water. One source recently told me that this water actually tastes better. He is also planning a global ceremony called "Project of Love and Thanks to Water" on June 25, 2003 where we can send our Love and Thanks to water on planet Earth. According to Dr. Emoto, distance does not matter when we participate, just the purity of our intent. Water Elementals We are surrounded by those in the spirit world everywhere, everywhere, all of the time. I have learned that there are Water Elementals, also called Water Spirits or Undines, which exist in all water. These are living beings like we are but they are etheric in nature. We have heard of Water Elementals in mythology such as Mermaids, Sprites, Sirens and Water Nymphs, to name a few. I have learned they really do exist and work along with the Devas, who are part of the Angelic kingdom. Their purpose, along with the other Elementals (Fire, Air and Earth) is to serve humanity and assist us in manifesting or materializing our thoughts and feelings into physicality. Elementals work between humans and angels, mainly on the mental plane. Although we all may not be able to see the Water Elementals (some of us can), we can communicate with them and ask for assistance just as we do with our Spirit Guides. We can send them Love and Gratitude as we work with them and they will be more than happy to work with us. Communicating With Water and Food Communicating with water is a skill anyone can learn easily for all it requires is a willingness to have health no matter what is occurring around you. Regarding the water, it is necessary that you know how to change water and make it nourishing for the body. Water is a living thing and it gives life, health and much more. Speak to your water and bless it with the Love energy. It will respond immediately and you will taste and feel the difference. Water is important as you are made up mostly of water. Make every drop count. Bless and charge your water whenever you think of it, making it a habit. Even if the water is bottled, filtered or distilled, use this method of speaking to it. It responds to you and the energy around it. Water is alive. Do the same with food before you eat it no matter what it is. This charges the energy surrounding the food and your body will respond in a most harmonious and positive way. The most life-giving forces of the food will be taken in and accepted by the body for nourishment. This does not mean one should go out and deliberately feed the body with foods considered poisonous to the body. What is does mean is that charging the energy of the food using thought will make it more nutritious for the body so it gains energy and nutrients for life. We have the ability to change things by just making a subtle shift in energy, using thought and imagination. As we become more fully conscious, this will become easier to do and we will develop many more abilities considered unimaginable now. We can start now with these exercises to ensure health as we go through the many changes occurring on the planet and with our bodies. Prayer over food and water is very powerful and many of us learned to do this from childhood. Deliberately changing its energy and molecular structure is a power we all possess and can start using right away. Now is the time to start using these abilities. Below are some suggested prayers for water (before drinking your water or bathing) as well as for food. You can always add or change the wording -- the important thing is your intention as well as your words, so that your water and food is the most healing to your body. You'll be able to tell the difference from its taste and how you feel after eating or drinking. If you want to, you can dowse or do a kinesiology test to see if your water or food has actually changed its structure and energy. You will find that it has. Crystals can be programmed for many different functions. First, your crystal must be clean and clear of any negative vibrations it may have picked up. Now, take your cleaned crystal (clear quartz crystal is ideal), hold it in your hand and project your thoughts of Love into it as well as your intention of purifying and energizing your water. You can also speak aloud and visualize your intent. Your crystal will receive your thought forms and vibration and keep them until you reprogram it. You can then place your crystal into your container of water. Back in 1992 in Colorado, while participating in a Health Options Expo, I had a booth next to a very intriguing inventor named Slim Spurling. He displayed many energy devices that he created including Light-Life Rings. These copper coils based on sacred geometry are designed to raise the vibrations of food and water and much more. Our imagination, words, thoughts and intentions are all very powerful and we can use these to physically alter our water and food. Remember that we are never alone--we also have assistance anytime and anywhere from our Creator, the Angels, Ascended Masters, Elementals and Spirit Guides--all we have to do is ask.
Energy
Ball It is very important to practice on a daily basis, the moving of universal subtle energies through your body. To assist you in doing this, each month we will offer a different exercise to practice. You are encouraged to create your own exercises. There is no limit to what you might do. These are just some energy exercises to get you started. The physical universe and all components of creation are energy in some state of being. Energy is the essence of all forms and bodies no matter what level of existence you would consider. Everything has its own unique frequency. It is possible to measure the state of energy of anything, given the right equipment. It is also possible to alter the energy of anything if you have the knowledge and the developed talent to do it. This month it is time to learn to consciously direct the flow of energy in your body and use it to alter the world around you. We begin by drawing energy into the body. Sit in a comfortable position. For this exercise view an energy ball of golden/silver light just in front of you and slightly above your horizontal line of sight. Take a few minutes to draw this energy into your body as you breathe. Using deep long slow breaths visualize this golden/silver light filling your body. After you feel you have sufficiently built up your energy level move on to the next step. The next step is to gain awareness of the energy through feeling and visualization. Briskly rub your palms together for about ten seconds and then place your hands about 6-12 inches apart in front of you, level with your solar plexus. You want to feel and visualize an energy ball between the palms of your hands. Take a few minutes to feel the flow of energy between your hands and allow your vision to casually observe the energy ball. The main objective is to feel this energy between your palms. If you so desire, toss the energy ball back and forth between your hands, have fun and play with it. The more conscious you become of the energy the more awareness you will have of it. Having greater awareness leads to greater control of the energy flow. Practice drawing the energy in one hand and out the other. Then reverse the direction of flow. Once you feel you have a degree of control of the energy flow it is now time to use this energy constructively by placing your hands over any part of your body that may need healing energy. Keep your hands there, you will feel and/or see energy flowing from your hands healing that area of your body. You may also use your hands to draw out any negative energy. When you draw it out be sure to direct this energy out of your body into a violet flame our some type of bubble that can be used to transmute the energy. Requalifying the energy will neutralize the energy and allow it to be used again at another time and place of the universes choosing. Lastly, this month if you would like to improve relations with your loved ones you may use this energy to improve those relationships. After you have completed your other work with your energy simply direct a positive flow of energy from you to the person. Visualize a loving interchange of energy flowing between you and the other person. There should be an equal exchange of energy flowing between the two of you. By this I mean you should see the flow of energy to and from the both of you. To strengthen the exchange of pure true love energy add the color of rose pink to the energy pattern. This is a powerful technique and it will alter your relationship. Use it whenever you need to. After you have completed this exercise release the excess energy back to the universe. Visualize the excess energy flowing out to the universe. Take a deep breathe, exhale, release, let go and go about your day.
Wayne: Kay was commenting that she has been feeling that something big is about to happen. Over the past several days, she has been sleeping much more, has had some issues with low blood pressure, and has been feeling that she is getting much rest that will likely soon be needed. We decided to do an open session to see if there was information that might shed some light on these strong feelings. Lady Kadjina: For several days, Kay has been sleeping much more than what is normal for her. For several months, she has slept 2 hours here and 15-minute catnaps there. But here lately, she has slept anywhere from 8 to as much as 14 hours out of 24. In fact, one day she slept all afternoon and evening, was up for a couple of hours, and then went back and slept most of the night. So she has been wondering what has been going on. She told Wayne just this morning that she feels as if she's resting, so that she can be ready for something that is going to happen, so that she will be able to use her energies to either help people or to help Mother Earth. So she has asked me what is going on. We would tell you this: that she is well connected to both her high self and her soul. She has learned to listen to her promptings and her hunches. And so we would say that she is quite correct that she has indeed been resting up and that Earth events are soon going to escalate in such a way as to alarm many. The time is close at hand, within the next 10 days, that many Americans are going to be caught up short, where their politicians are concerned. The war is going to prove to be much more dangerous and much more costly, and many world leaders, who are opposing the position of the Bush regime, are going to take a stand. And even within the United States, there are groups of individuals who are working very hard to have this particular regime dismissed. The dismissal is not quite yet, for these things must be played out of their own accord and not by force. But one of the things that is going to happen, like right now, is spiking of energies on many levels--the Earth geomagnetics, the solar energy fields of various types, and also alarming events with volcanoes and earthquakes in strange places. Very soon events are going to happen in the United States in such a way that attention will need to be diverted from so much expenditure on the war when the people at home become caught up in difficult things. Many people will say it's time to come home and take care of your own people. All over the world there are grass-roots movements. You see it in the United States on many levels. And if you watch closely, you will see it in the Mideast, that many people throughout that region are going to begin helping the people of Iraq, because if they don't they know they will be next. North Korea is quite correct, that if she gives up her arms, she would be putting herself in danger from the United States. If any country in the world should be disarmed, it should be the United States. But what this all has to do with Kay is that she has developed to such a point that she could assist many. And the spiking of energy on many levels is going to send energy surges through the entire Earth chain of grids. And when this happens, it's going to jump-start the chakra grids of many individuals, in such a way that they will think they are going crazy. Kay has been working almost around the clock for the last few months, working with individuals and groups to help them open up to receiving information from their high self and also from their soul. A reader has just asked, what is the difference between the high self and the soul. The high self resides in the heart chakra and is the connector to the Christ energy on the personal, intimate level. And from there you go to the realm of first your individual soul, and then you connect to the oversoul or the group soul. They are two different levels. Once you connect to the realm of soul, you connect to the extended soul of masters and many other evolved beings. Up until this point in time it has taken years from the young 20s until the mid 50s to go through these evolving processes. But now, with Earth vibrations what they are and so many spikes in the energy, the awakening is happening much faster--many times in just a matter of weeks. Why is this? It is important that as many souls as possible be connected and well-grounded to their personality vehicles. Like we said a moment ago, many Americans are going to be caught up short as political events unfold and certain scandals begin to surface. Now we have said that the light will be secured by the year 2007 and we have also said that a lot is going to have to happen in order for the dark energy to be eliminated and the light to become fully manifested. And much is going to happen on every arena of human activity and will blanket the entire planet. The war will not go anywhere even close to what the American forces thought would happen. There will be so many casualties amongst every nation before this is over, that all of the hospitals will be full everywhere. Mothers and fathers all over the planet will be weeping. The more action that individual people take is the only thing that can lessen these Earth events.. But then again, there is Mother Earth herself. All of us are expecting her to use her voice and speak. But we're not certain just when this is going to be. We strongly suspect sooner rather than later. Remember, that there have been major quakes in recent times in Turkey and remember that the American forces have an encampment in northern Iraq close to Turkey. Also keep in mind that there is the volcano in the Mediterranean region just beneath the surface of the water. We believe that there is going to be a tremendous escalation of natural events in the immediate future. There are going to be many different kinds of storms, including fire storms and huge wind storms, sand storms, tropical storms, huge waves, earthquakes and volcanoes, and they're going to begin very soon and continue to escalate throughout this year in many parts of the Earth. Many souls will be leaving the Earth plane. A reader has just asked, "Is there any good news?" The good news is that it will be over 4 years from now. It's going to be difficult getting there, but get there you will. The time is just ahead when Americans everywhere in the United States are going to have the need for security locks on their homes. The winds are going to war across many parts of the United States. You might want to keep your eye out on things such as telephone poles and wires that are old; very old trees; trees with weak branches and limbs; also on any loose roofing that might possibly be torn loose by winds. It would be wise at this time, without any fear or panic, to make sure your automobiles are in good running condition. The time is close where extra water and dried and preserved food would be a good idea. Anything that is canned that could be easily opened. Paper plates and cups should be on hand. Not all parts of the United States are going to come under duress, but many parts will. We are not speaking in this way to cause anyone to panic, but just to use some basic good sense, and to begin to take care of your business methodically. Those of you who absolutely have to have medications might want to have a couple of extra months of medicines set aside. Internet communication could become sporadic and a bit more difficult--not totally shut down, but offline a day or two here and there with more and more regularity. It is very important for each individual to stay connected to their high self through prayer and mediation groups and for you to stay connected to other like-minded individuals. You are in the End Times right now; the times that were foretold, that if they should not be shortened, not even the elect could survive. Therefore we tell you, do not attempt to walk alone. We would suggest that you have a supply of the Bach Flower Rescue Remedy on hand and a supply of basic herbs such as chamomile or peppermint tea, both of which are very good for nerves and indigestion problems. These herbs are very easy to get right now. There may come a time when medicines are not as accessible. Even those who are well connected to their high self and their soul will feel the stress of the days ahead. Remember that each person is in the place where they need to be. We would also suggest that each individual listen carefully to the needs of your body. There will be times when your body needs more water or needs more rest, or needs a particular kind of food. Listen, for each person is going to need to be ready for the big push that will happen this year and it's going to being happening with great escalation within the next few weeks. Many things and many areas of human activity are going to begin to happen. Things can happen so fast that you can lose your footing if you're not well prepared. Many people over the last 6 months or so have gained weight for no apparent reason. And the reason for this is that food could become scarce. You can live several weeks off of what body fat you have put on. You can survive so long as you have water. We wish that we could paint a brighter picture for the immediate future, but we tell you of a truth, your immediate future is not at all bright. You can make it through the coming days just fine if you learn to tune in and listen and if you take a few simple precautions. You might want to have extra oil and wicks for your hurricane lamps and candles, matches and lighters, and to get those now. There will be many men in the field who will come to a point where they will refuse to serve. There are going to be uprisings in many places. The thought will go out that Mr. Bush has told the Iraqi soldiers to not follow their leaders. He's wrong. Many Americans are going to think, don't follow our leader, as he's wrong. Yes, cabinet level, Senate, Congress, the Pentagon people - there are going to be uprisings and resignations in many places. And that will add power to those who would have Mr. Bush and his regime removed. And Halliburton will have their hands in the reconstruction by the very fact that they are there already. There is going to be a shift in the not too distant future in the media. There are going to be those freelance types of reporters and also military individuals, who will be making off-the-cuff reports live that will get the attention of people, and this will begin to happen more and more. And many of your young soldiers, who are soldiers for the first time and have only played war games at home, and who have been told that this is going to be simple, and who will watch their buddies die or scream in pain, will begin to wonder at the value of this war. And when some of the Iraqi soldiers surrender, the Americans are going to be impressed at what nice guys they are?not at all what you would think an enemy would be. What Lightworkers Can Do to Help the Global Situation at This Time Good morning. This is Lady Kadjina. Kay and Wayne have just returned from a vacation in Trinidad and Tobago. During that time, Kay was meditating concerning world events and how light workers can help. She was wondering, if it is true that the Atlanteans have returned, along with many lightworkers from many places, why are Earth events developing in the way that they are with so many sad and distressing things taking place. She was asking, "What can lightworkers do to help?" She received a response from not only myself, but from the collective consciousness that we sometimes refer to as "the cosmic vault." Most of you are familiar with the terms 'soul mate' 'twin flames' 'soul group' and also what we call the 'Oversoul 7' category. Now none of these fields of energy are the same. They are all different and serve different purposes. Twin Flames: I am going to try to explain what twin flames are and how they differ from soul mates. For those of you who have seen paintings of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, you will notice that there is a flame above the heart. This is representative of the thymus gland, high heart, or the heart chakra power center. It is this energy that connects individuals to the Christ field of energy and also to their high self. It is from this energy center that you can connect in oneness to all of life, to every human. The Christ energy field is of itself neither male nor female. But during individualization, they twin off into duality expressions in order to experience life through the duality of human form. In this way you have beings such as the Buddha and Jesus and Gautama as male expressions, and also many of the archangels of masculine form. And then you have of the female expression such beings as Lady Salena, Isis, Mother Mary, and the female expressions of angels. All of these beings are part of the Christ energy field. So in your creation back in the very beginning, you came forth from one of the angelic twins. In Kay's and Wayne's situation, they came forth from the Archangel Michael. These great archangels took from the human physical form and breathed into them the breath of life, thereby creating a way in which you could develop spiritually. In your creation, in the very beginning, you were neither male nor female. But as you evolved, for the sake of learning the many forms of duality, you also twinned off and became two beings, male and female, and these were called twin souls. Twin Souls: Now the twin souls also made twins so that there would be four. The male twin created two aspects: one of light and one of dark. And the female twin soul also created within herself two aspects of light and dark energies. Now we have levels of soul activity. As time went on these four souls grew and evolved, going up the ranks of the various chakra systems through tribe, community, extended community, and eventually reconnecting to the heart chakra, and from there to the higher chakra systems. However, in many situations, the dark energy twin did not choose to turn to the light. Now it is imperative, in order for individuals to ascend, that they reunite with their twin, even if that twin be of the darkness. You have a scripture that says something like this (and this is from the Old Testament): Whatsoever proceedeth forth from the Father shall in due course of time return to the Father. There are some soul energies that are so dark that they cannot reconnect to their light bodies. These souls will return to primordial substance and will begin over, coming up through the ranks of minerals, plants, and animals before they become human once again. And for these, long shall be the journey home. For the light twin counterpart that continues on without their twin, there will always be a yearning. They will know, deep within, that their twin returned to primordial substance and is required to come up through the ranks. But when their twin turns to the light, they will become as a guardian angel to their twin. They will do everything in their power to return their twin to the light and to assist them in every way possible. Family Soul Groups: This group is interesting in the way that it evolved. This group comes about through a succession of many twinnings. If you think of the way that cells divide--and each cell is complete within itself--this is somewhat the way that family soul groups evolved. Each individualization has all that it needs within its energy grid system to evolve and fully develop within the light. And when an individual family member is fully ascended into the light, they do not go on and leave family members behind. You evolve as a unit. You have responsibility, even to those dark members of your family group. Soul Groups: Soul groups extend even beyond the family group. These are individuals who develop similar interests and they band together sharing information that is for the good of the various family groupings and soul groupings in relationship to the family of humanity. Many of our readers have evolved beyond simple family soul groups into the more global family of one humanity soul. If you feel deep within your heart chakra that you have evolved to the point of thinking in terms of one nation of global citizens and one humanity, and if you think in terms of what is good for all citizens of Planet Earth, then you can be certain that you have evolved to the point of connecting to the one soul of humanity and you are secure within the Christ consciousness. Christ consciousness extends far beyond Christianity. It includes many souls from many world religions. Therefore, if you find yourself having a reverence for the great Truths contained within all world religions, then you are also a member of the one soul of all humanity. I should amend that, because all of humanity is a member of the one soul of humanity. However, not every individual has evolved in their awareness to be able to consciously reconnect to the one soul. Now we will give you some information as to how you can be effective in assisting in Earth events at this time. The key energy for this work is compassion. Along with compassion goes mercy, and this means the ability to see the bigger picture. This in turn means that you have the capacity to go beyond borders and boundaries of nations and that you are able to see the points of view of your brothers and sisters on other continents. Now we would tell you this: that each of you has incarnated many times and you have lived on every continent on Planet Earth. You have loved being a Chinese father and a Roman guard and an Australian Aborigine and an African fisherman and an Inca scribe and a North American Indian, and an Egyptian dancer and a Greek mathematician. You have also enjoyed your time in all of the countries of the Mideast. Each of you has deep soul roots to every nation on this planet. And you therefore have soul family members located throughout this planet at this time. So how do we heal the planet? What is the process? For those of you who practice the esoteric healing arts, you know that you have the physical body to heal, but you also realize that there is the body double. Even science today is aware of this extended energy field. There is photographic equipment that takes pictures of this extended energy field. Now this field of energy has what we would call an etheric webbing. Think in terms of a fishnet. If one of the cords of the net breaks, a jagged tear begins to form. It is something like a slipknot: it just keeps getting bigger. So the holistic practitioner will oftentimes work at healing this etheric webbing first and then the physical body begins to heal more quickly. Many healers astrally project themselves to their clients and work with them during dreamtime. Many healers attend to their clients during the time of surgery and recovery, working to remove the body double components of the drugs that were used to put their client to sleep or to relieve pain. We are putting it to you in this way because it is possible for each of you to astrally connect to your soul family groups located throughout this planet and to communicate with them during dreamtime. Many of you have done past life regressions. Subsequently, you are aware of the so-called 'bad guy' that you have been. Several of you have served with the group known as the Conquistadors. Many of you were members of the groups that would put the early Christians to death in the lion's den. Some of you were the leaders of these groups. Others were the henchmen or controlled the guillotines. Some of you would throw the virgins into the Volcano. But today you have turned to the light. And in future time your dark soul mates and family soul group members will also turn to the light. And what you can do in the now of time is find an individual--perhaps in Iraq or Afghanistan--that you would consider to be of the darker light. This individual might be a father who believes that his God and his religion is correct. And what you can do is find passages from their Koran that speaks of brotherly love. Astral travel into this individual's dream time and talk to them, not to prove yourself right and not to judge or condemn them, but simply read to them their scripture. Tell them that you understand well where they are right now in their belief, because you were once there as a Conquistador yourself. Tell them what the greater light, the higher light, was like. Tell them of their joy, for I can assure you that these brothers and sisters know very little about joy. Speak to them from the standpoint of compassion that comes about because you know where you have been; you know the pain of the return to the light; and in compassion you do not wish this for your brother or your sister; you do not wish this for their little children, either. Out of compassion you want the cycle to stop. And you can work with these individuals to heal them as any holistic practitioner works in the astral plane with their client. We would also tell you not to grieve for those souls who are leaving the planet at this time. Many groups of souls, such as those in China right now, are living such miserable existences that they are asking for relief. You can also assist these souls by astrally projecting yourself into their field of energy and telling them it's OK to go on home. Tell them that soon the light of love and mercy and compassion will be well grounded upon Planet Earth and that when they return it will be to a better world. For the darkness that has kept them downtrodden for so long is soon to be forever banished from Planet Earth. In the astral world you will know this truth. The light is expanding quickly. How do you know this to be true? Without going into a great deal of politics in this particular writing, we would simply say that the Iraq war was supposed to have lasted much longer than it did. The light, the prayers, the marches, and the voice of the collective consciousness of humanity caused the war to be much shorter than what was forecast by those who declared the war against Iraq. In the event that there should be extensions of this one war into other regions of the Mideast, we would tell you that the war will be of short duration. For war is not of the light. It is not the way for Planet Earth to proceed. There are better ways of dealing with the adversities of humanity. However, this war agenda must be played out in such a way as to strongly grab the attention of the collective consciousness of the soul of one humanity so that this one soul rises up and shouts out to the very vault of the cosmos, "We want peace!" The definition of peace is the manifestation by all of humanity of the energy of compassion, mercy, good will, high integrity, and all of these energies when expressed will bring about the highest good for all of humanity. It will ensure clean water for Africa and education for the women of Afghanistan and Pakistan. It will also open the gateway to full disclosure on every level. SARS has been existence upon this planet for more than 2 years in China. The World Health Organization has spoken of it, but not by the name SARS. SARS is a name that has been given to it recently to make it appear as new. But when the information about SARS was released to the world in the media, the collective soul of humanity said, "This is not allowed; let there be light," which means, let there be compassion. And so in this moment of now, there is a scientist who has proven the ability to stop the SARS in less than 14.4 seconds (http://www.rense.com/general37/sarrss.htm). This same scientist has been able to deal with other diseases as well and is a physicist and Nobel Prize nominee. What we are saying is that because of the activity of light or compassion, the agenda of those of the dark light will come to nothing. We realize that those of you who lose loved ones in these conflicts, to you it is a great loss. When we say that these conflicts come to nothing, we simply mean that it is a matter of weeks rather than years. So now we are hoping that we have given you sufficient information to enable you to move beyond this writing, which might be considered the lecture hall, and out into the laboratory, which might be called the field of experiences, and that you utilize some of these concepts and work with your soul groups all over this planet. All you need to do is ask your high self to connect you with one of them and we assure you that this individual that you connect with will recognize you. They may even be glad to see you. They may be willing to listen. However, they may try to convince you that their position is correct. Your light will guide you and protect you. Compassion is a powerful energy. It is new to this planet for the most part and it is one of the key energies of the return of such masters as Thoth and Chiron, Lillith, and Vulcan. And once again we request all astrologers to include these energies in the natal charts, for it will give a greater field of energy and a greater understanding of those energies. You will find many souls who have 6-pointed stars, trines, yods, and other configurations that are very powerful. Kadjina Speaks Wayne: It has been some time
since we responded to questions from readers and they have been piling up
since December last year. Here are a few, plus a couple of my own. We have mentioned before that a pole shift is possible in the lifetime of many of our readers. It is scientifically known that the earth is slowing down on her axis, in that the master time clock is being changed and reset every few weeks. The magnetics of the Alaska area are indeed altering and changing constantly. You have seen this in the wondrous displays of the Aurora Borealis already and you have seen green grass begin to grow and ice begin to melt. It is well for each reader to keep their eyes open and to be aware as much as they are able, of the many changes that are happening on many different levels. Mother Sun is constantly interacting with the crown chakra of Mother Earth, which is located in the vicinity of your North Pole. But even the North Pole magnetically is shifting its location and this is also a scientific known. So there was a technical glitch in the magnetometer in Alaska because of the intensity of Mother Sun and the reaction of Mother Earth. There was not what you think of as a total collapse, but there was definitely an altering and an upshift into a higher level of consciousness. Mother Earth has, as we have said before, been very stressed out and she is indeed having a very difficult time. Now Wayne has alluded in times past to the times that humanity finds itself in a whirlwind of emotional activity, that there often is a counterpoint of earth activities of a whirlwind type of tornado activity. In every aspect of Earth and human activities, there are correlations; there are laws of correspondence at work. Also, in the Alaska scenario is the activity of HAARP. HAARP is a major factor in the activities in what you call the chemtrails. And as Congressman Dennis Kucinich has pointed out, this type of spraying of chemicals upon the Earth has been going on for 50 years (see Skylinks). This was first brought to Kay’s attention by the Master Sananda-Jesus-Joshua back in 1967. It reached a point of escalation in the mid-1980s and has escalated even further in the past couple of years. As to the May 15th date, there will be between now and that date many things that will shift. Right now you are going through much shifting in the Great Plains and the Deep South and also tornadoes in such diverse places as China, India, Bangladesh, and Iraq. (see Earth Dynamics Reports, May 5, 2003 and May 8, 2003) Once again, we would like to point out that the death toll from these terrific storms have not been as great as they would have been 30 years ago. The lives of the people are being spared in order for their consciousness to begin to shift. It will prepare their consciousness to shift during the greater events that are to transpire for the remainder of this year and over the next two years. Wayne: We recently spent some time in Trinidad and Tobago and considered traveling through Caracas, but when the reservations were made were told that it might be too dangerous, as there were riots and much violence related to opposition to the current President over oil policies. A reader from Venezuela writes, “Three years ago, in December of 1999, there were unprecedented, very deadly and strange flooding and landslides in the mountains of the Caribbean coast of Venezuela, 30 miles away from the Capital Caracas. This tragedy left thousands and thousands of dead. It was the biggest world tragedy of that year. It was so strange the way it happened that I have always wondered if there was some sort of weather manipulation involved in this event. Coincidentally, the phenomenon happened the same day we were voting the new constitution being promoted by the, at that time, new elected government. If you have some more information about the situation that you would like to share with the lightworkers that are here, in this region, at this moment, we would appreciate it. In any case, we are already very grateful for what we have received so far.” Here again we point out the laws of correspondence and correlation. We also remind you that there are no accidents. We would ask Wayne to inject into this portion the website of Dennis Kucinich and his comments about chemtrails and the various manipulations that have been going on for more than 50 years (see above). It is standard policy. It is a part of the games that are being played by the cabals to intimidate and coerce the governments of the world. And it is well to also be aware that in many places in the world, elections are manipulated. While we were in Trinidad visiting with lifetime residents who are involved in the politics there, we were told that the recent elections must have been manipulated, as it was such a radical departure from the normal attitudes. There are many ways of pointing beams of energy at particular locations in order to bring about particular results. There are many ways of seeding the clouds to either hold back rain and create droughts and bring on the rains and create floods. By wiping out an entire city, for instance, you give much work to contractors to build that city back. And at the same time, you place great fear into the hearts of the people to do your bidding. We said a few weeks ago that one of the next major trouble spots would be Venezuela. To the peoples who live in Venezuela, and in particular those who are dedicated to holding the light, be aware that there is a time limit to these activities. Once again we tell you, the light will be secured upon this planet by the year 2007. The lightworkers will make it through this time of transition. The outer manifestations of war are but the manifestations of the greater war between the forces of darkness and light. We would also point out one more time that many political leaders have clones. This was pointed out by Mr. Bush himself when he pointed out that Saddam Hussein has many look-alikes. He did not exactly call them clones, but this is indeed what they are. Hitler had a clone and the body that was found was that of the clone. Former United Nations Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold was a clone and the body in the airplane crash was that of a clone. This technology has become highly evolved. Bin Laden is not dead, nor is Saddam Hussein. These men were told well in advance what was to come, subsequently was able to hide away into the National Bank of Iraq the treasures of the City for safekeeping. Many of those items are priceless. So where is Saddam Hussein? He sits at the table with the Heads of State on an as-needed basis. Wayne: I noticed that in Tucson there was extreme chemtrail spraying between May 3rd and May 6th. Much of the spraying started in Mexico and the winds blew it north into Tucson, then much more was added while it was over Tucson. In looking at the wind and weather patterns, this chemical-laden air moved over the Midwest and southern US and became mixed with the tremendous tornado events between May 5th and 8th. Is there any connection between these events and, if so, what are the implications? We just told you above. There are many people on Earth that believe that wars stimulate the economy. And if you wipe out many homes and businesses and if you have been listening to the people in Moore, Oklahoma, you will have heard them say, “We will build back and we will build better than before.” And this is true. And these kinds of activities give employment to many people. When Wayne and Kay flew out of Tucson on April 11th, there were chemtrails all the way across the southern United States, across Dallas-Ft. Worth, and into the Miami Airport. Many planes could be seen flying above the chemtrails spraying the top side of those clouds with red, orange, and black chemical materials that extended for many miles. There is no way that those could have been normal moisture-laden clouds. It is a well-known fact that chemical plants such as Eastman Chemical, make chemical compounds that will sop up those chemicals that have been spilled in an accident. Chemicals that are spilled on top of a river can have other chemicals added to that and then siphoned off. The same principals work very well in the air, that certain chemicals will draw unto themselves other chemicals. So, if you spray in Tucson and the weather and wind push it to the Heartland, and you see clouds that contain moisture over the Gulf, and you seed those clouds, and if these two sets of clouds have magnetic chemical attraction, Whamo! You have a storm. There is an unknown 4th dimensional factor, however. We pointed out back in 1999 concerning the great flood of St. Louis, and how the waters of above sank because of its heaviness deep into the Earth and dislodged the ancient purified waters of Atlantis. The Atlantean water was lighter and rose to the surface and did a tremendous vibrational shifting on the surface of the Earth itself. Those vibrations went into the Gulf and then out to the area of the Biminis and set up a grid system reactivation. Such is going to be the case again, that the extremely dense materials within these waters of the Deep South will sink into the Earth and the purified waters beneath will come to the surface. On the material 3D plane, it may appear as catastrophic, but as we have told you repeatedly, all things work together for the greater good to him who believes and we are working in overtime mode and we are thoroughly familiar with how to work a boomerang effect. This is not to say that we are unaware of the great stress and trauma upon the people of the Midwest and Deep South. But all of you have your lives intact. There have only been approximately 40 lives lost. And you will rebuild. The hope is that when you are presented with new information, that you will begin to see it. The die-hard religious attitudes of many in the Deep South must shift. For it is in this attitude that people who wreak much havoc upon this planet justify it by saying, “God told me to do this,” and their hands are folded in prayer as they speak these words. And the peoples of the world must reach a point when they begin to question the leaders of the world who are of this mentality. Each of the world leaders who have been involved with wars in the last 10 years have the belief that their God supports their warring ways. And to the Christians who believe this to be a truth, your Christian leader told you, “Love your enemy; pray for those who harm you; do good to those who harm you; and if you live by the sword, you will die by the sword.” What this means is a double-edged sword. One side is 3D and the other side is the 4D side of the sword of truth that delivers you from purely 3D thinking of ‘hit and hit back’ into the 4D reality of seeing every man as your family member. For indeed they are in the basis of the truth of reincarnation you are brothers and sisters. Jesus taught this law of the oneness of brotherhood and it is time for the remnants of humanity to learn this lesson. For the time is approaching, that if you continue to refuse to learn, there will come storms and other events that you will not survive.
When Atlantis sank, the group that are now known as the Palauans were a group that made it to a special type of hovercraft and were able to escape. They stayed in the air during the time of the actual sinking and when everything settled down again they landed on this area of land that they now inhabit. But keep in mind, that over the past 10,000 years, the land mass has shifted and changed several times. The particular land mass prior to the Palauans had been inhabited by tribes of headhunters and cannibals. The Atlanteans were a group of beings that could to the headhunters appear as gods. The Atlanteans could work much magic. And so the few headhunters that survived the sinking of Atlantis were integrated into the new Atlantean group and were taught many things by the Atlanteans. The Atlanteans of that time were contacted for a period of time by extraterrestrial craft and for the most part the Earth groups and the extraterrestrials disconnected insofar as the great technologies. The great technologies were abused by those of the dark agenda at that time. It is the same dark agenda that is on the planet now, utilizing the same technologies. The major difference between then and now is that the lightworkers of today have an awareness of these technologies and of the abuse of them. You can know this to be true by the massive demonstrations and the great cries for peace and all of the various discussions of these Tesla and Rife and Reich technologies and the seeding of clouds and the so-called Star Wars technologies that were discussed at the time of the explosion of the Columbia and with the outbreak of the Iraq war the discussions of the very advanced technologies. Down through time with each cataclysmic Earth event, the people of those timeframes, when they realized that their civilization was doomed, would bid farewell to one another. They would make promises to each other to meet again in future times to try and find ways to reunite the worlds. One of the great timeframes for this activity was during the time of Avalon and Camelot, but that also failed to become the greatest reality. However, seeds were planted and it is now harvest time, for not only are the Atlanteans back, but those of Camelot and Avalon as well. Atlantis and those energies are the political-social-economic factors of the highest order that are to return to the planet. Camelot and Avalon add to that the energies of the mystical and magical and the highest order of truth and integrity. So you have at this time both fields of energy returned. And this means both the good guys and bad guys of both energies returned. From a Reader: (Lady Kadjina) mentioned in her latest article that "There are on the Earth at this time, through the Nibiruan Council, what is currently being called 'galactic counselors'.” She then goes on to mention that not everyone who is on earth needs attunements and speaks about reiki. Basically, I'm a galactic counselor and I'm confused about her brief reference of the Galactic Counselors and then attunements and reiki. What I do isn't any sort of attunement at all, although I suppose those who choose to do DNA recoding with the Nibiruan Council do get recoding engineers that may periodically adjust implants and such, but the recoders themselves do the majority of the work. At any rate, I wondered how us galactic counselors got lumped in with attunements and reiki and if she'd like to clarify this or say any more concerning it. Concerning Reiki, it is a wonderful form of the healing arts. Most Reiki practitioners believe that in order to do this form of healing they must first be attuned, and that this must be done by a practicing Reiki Master. Some of these master teachers are members of the Nibiruan Council. What we are attempting to point out is that not all healers need to be attuned by another person, nor do they need to go to school and study any particular form of healing; that these galactic counselors bring these healing arts in with them. Galactic counselors (GCs) are those individuals who have come in from other realms. They are beings who are present, not only on the Earth plane, but have parallels located on other planets. These parallels will often contact the GCs and impart guidance and much information to them. In the greater reality these beings are aspects of the earth-based counselor; they are not exactly high selves, guides, or master teachers. GCs are beings who work from the oversoul 7 realm of beingness. Sometimes when we speak to you we are not as clear as we could be, in that some of these sessions are very long and Wayne and Kay both get very tired. Some times they will take a coffee break and get up and walk around and then return to pick up where they left off, but some times they are not able to tune in to the exact same place where they left off. What is called DNA recoding is in actuality not recoding, but rather a realignment with what is already there. This is one of the reasons we have given you the meditation concerning the Chalice of Oneness or the Heart Chakra Meditation, wherein you do a commemoration to the totality of your existence and all that you have been, are, and shall be. You then in your individuality merge with the individuality of the rest of the meditation group and enter into the field of energy that we call the energy of the one soul of humanity. It is from this point that great creativity, wisdom, and authority spring forth to manifest in great healings. Why? Because you realize your oneness from the galactic standpoint. From a reader on 3/5/03: I am writing regarding Lady Kadjina´s chanellings. In many ways they feel very right to me and resonate at a deep level within me. I find them inspirational and uplifting - sort of reminding me about priorities. BUT......I am not sure which dimension Lady K is talking about in her messages! On 03/29 as you know she talked about "within the next ten days" something apparently quite dramatic (my interpretation) would occur re politicians in the USA. Prior to this she talked about it being a short war and hinting strongly that an unspecified nation would probably launch a "secret" underground weapon attack against the USA, which would bring the war to a screeching halt. She also talked about the walls of the Whitehouse tumbling down on a previous occasion. I am not trying to pick holes! The 3/29 message resonated (or something) so deeply and so urgently within me (triggering off exceptionally strong feelings of "This is my time -this is why I am here to deal with this and to provide nurturing comfort to those around me etc.) that I emailed it to a number of people around the world including one American who I would not normally mail to, but who I thought should know this stuff. I am now in the position of trying to downplay the whole thing (because as of today nothing that I am aware of has actually happened - 17 days after this "within the next 10 days" message.) At the time of this channeling, Mr. Bush had just announced to the world that the war could on for an extended period of time, and as much as a year. So what happened, that within a few weeks the so-called war ended? It was the behind-the-scenes things that you the people never hear about that brought that war to a screeching halt. At the time of this writing, there is legislation pending to allow the consolidation all of your media into a few huge conglomerates and so we ask, would this not curtail information that is disseminated to you the people? As to the tumbling of the White House, there was much quaking going on in the White House as seen by the resignation of several ambassadors and military people, the switching of sides of some of the Republicans to the Democratic viewpoints, and before, during and after this time, the entire original Bush economic team has either resigned or have been asked to leave. Just after the major fighting came to a conclusion, the Secretary of the Army was fired. These are just a few of the shifts that have occurred in the White House and are still occurring. Right now, there is an attempt not only to eliminate more freedoms with “Patriot Act II” but also to consolidate power between the Pentagon and the CIA. (For those who are interested, Wayne puts out a a daily synopsis called “Today’s Tidbits” that attempts to document the quest for and events surrounding the current attempt at global control, based primarily upon current news articles. Just a few days ago Wayne and Kay participated in a snail-mail disbursement in which the addresses were those of both Republicans and Democrats, individuals on both sides have great concern because of world events. It has been discussed in the political arena that this war with Iraq has not been officially declared ended. If this were done, the POWs of Iraq would have to be released. This cannot be allowed and so only a cease-fire only has been declared. It has also been stated by Mr. Bush and some of his cabinet members that the Iraq war is legally a continuation of the Gulf War. These wars are not declared to be ended; there is only the cease-fire and subsequently can be picked up and pursued again on an as-needed basis. This would be very handy in the event that there should need to be some sort of war with Iran, for instance. As to hidden weapons, there are countries with highly advanced technical weapons using Tesla-type technologies. The United States does not yet have this particular weapon, but they will quickly close the gap and are working on acquiring it at this time. One of the things that happened with the Columbia was the issue with this particular weapon, and General Tommy Franks said that the world did not yet have this particular weapon, to which the head of a particular country said, “Ha ha ha, General, that’s what you think.” We might add here for clarity, that this was said behind the scenes. It became known to the United States rather quickly that at least one country does have this hidden technology. We would also point out, as we have stated before, that all prophecy is subject to change. It is brought to your attention so that you can energetically act upon it. The question was raised as to which dimension we speak from. We speak from many dimensions simultaneously in an attempt to give information to those who can comprehend what we are saying. Be aware that you are multi-dimensional beings. There are such things as geophysical whirlwinds, such as you are having right now. There are also emotional whirlwinds going on within much of humanity at this time. There are laws of correlation between the consciousness of humanity and that of the many realms of Mother Earth. Many scriptures address the issue of humanity being given dominion over all things above the Earth, upon the Earth, and beneath the Earth. And this is a truth. Again we point out there are no accidents; there are no coincidences. Many humans at this time are locked into fears concerning what they perceive happening upon Planet Earth, and within themselves they are quaking. It is not unusual for a client to go to a counselor and say something to the effect that they feel like they are shaking but yet their hands are steady. Their body has the sensation of actually shaking very hard. When a large group of humanity experiences this type of shaking at the same time, then the law of correspondence is put into motion and you will find quakes. Recently there have been quakes in many strange places. Concerning quakes, keep in mind that much of the Deep South has a substrata that is of sandy loam and not very solid. Subsequently the earthquake magnitude can be much less and do the same type of damage as the great quake of San Francisco did. They represent the reptilian race. These particular beings were benevolent. Not all reptilians were benevolent, but these two were. They had much power and they gifted the humans with many things. Now your scriptures tell you that the Sons of God married the Daughters of Men. This means that the ETs, such as the reptilians, who were called gods because of their vast powers by the very tribal humans that they appeared to, came to the Earth and bred with the humans. Now we ask that you consider that to this day humans, when they are developing as an embryo, have a brain shaped much like a reptile; they have tails and also webbed hands and feet, as do many of your reptiles. Humans have evolved beyond the reptilian stages through interbreeding with other forms of ETs so that the DNA structuring is dominated by a life form greater than that of the reptilians. However, your embryos address your reptilian ancestry. There is much more to it than this, but we are giving you something to ponder. We want to point out to you that many statements that we make are to get you to start thinking. Whether to agree with or disagree with does not matter as much as the process of thinking. Why? Because humanity as a unit has given their power over to their leaders, whether it be in politics, education, or religion. You tend to believe what you are told. With all of the 50 years of evidence of the existence of chemtrails and cloud-seeding, there are many who still refuse to believe that their government would do that to them. The people of the world find it hard to believe that some of the UFOs that you have seen are made by world governments and they come and go from underground bases. If you have a group of these man-made UFOs attack aircraft from an enemy nation, then those in power can say, “We are being attacked by ETs,” and thereby state the need for your Starwars technologies. We want to make it very clear to all of you that the Atlanteans have returned—both the good guys and the bad guys. The kings who fought from your ancient scriptures are back, and are still at war with those who think and believe differently.
My first comment would be that you yourself have changed energetically every bit as much as the energy of your homeland in Newfoundland. Were that not so, you would not have the awareness of the energy. And in your newness of being, you have returned for the purpose of drawing upon these stargate qualities. The stargates are what we have called the nadial connectors and they are very much like acupuncture meridians upon the body of Mother Earth. Lightworkers all over the planet are raising up in vibration to such extent that they are becoming aware of these stargates, portals, and leylines. They are using these energies that they find to help heal Mother Earth and then reactivate the meridian grids in that region. This particular stargate has a diameter of approximately 400 miles, or 200 miles in all directions from the midpoint. In reconnecting the energy grids of Mother Earth, keep in mind that the reconnection is to all of her life forms. This includes the animal kingdom, and hence your great connection to St. Francis. Now the Knights Templar, in the beginning of their origins, were very much connected energetically to the Holy Grail. Now the Holy Grail is symbolic of any chalice used in the sacred rite of commemoration of the one soul of a group, such as the Templars, or the group that we call the one soul of all humanity. Jesus said, in using the chalice of his time, “Do this in commemoration (remembrance) of me (I AM).” Remember that he spoke eloquently of how he and the Father are one, yet the Father is greater; how Christ is in him and in you, and that you are all one. He was honoring the totality of all that the apostles had ever been that qualified them to move forward in their consciousness. He was asking you to do the same thing in honoring the totality of who you are and not to forget your oneness with the totality of the one soul of humanity. You have (and we are speaking to the writer of this question) evolved to the point wherein you are ready to work with this stargate in relationship to the oneness of all of life in regards to Planet Earth. You are able to commemorate in ceremony all that has transpired and have brought you collectively as a unit to this point in time wherein you can heal yourselves, each other, and all life forms that live upon Planet Earth.
As we have told you many times, there are beings who live inside the Sun. We have told you that the Sun is hot, only because you believe it to be so, and that it is not truly so. But you might say, “We get sunburned; is it not the heat of the Sun that burns us?” A metaphor here: if you have a magnifying glass in your desk drawer, is it hot? If you take it outside into the sunlight and cast a ray or beam upon a tissue and the tissue catches fire, is the magnifying glass hot? The magnifying glass has not itself changed temperature; it is merely picking up a certain type of energy that comes from the Sun. Now, in your atmosphere around the Earth there are many particles and many of them are metallic in nature and others are chemical in nature and when the rays of the Sun shine upon or through them, a certain type of energy is set up that produces a heat. However, the Sun itself is not hot, not in the way that you perceive. So, there are many of us who come and go from the Sun. Being that the Sun is so many times larger than Planet Earth, it is possible that objects as large as the Earth can come and go. Now remember that Tetros is four times the size of Planet Earth and it comes and goes from the Sun. Tetros is also known as the great starship Phoenix. This was the object behind the comet, Hale-Bopp and it is a refurbished dead planet. As we said before, we’re good at recycling. We would also point out that many of our interplanetary commanders have parallels upon the Earth plane. You know of beings on the planet who can lay their bodies down in a catatonic state and they take off and when they return you wonder at where they have been. Many of these beings are the parallels of commanders and workers on these lightships. They have been called to active duty and when they arrive upon their spacecraft, they reenter or merge with their parallel. Now the reverse of this is sometimes true. If the Earth parallel gets stuck, so to speak, the galactic parallel of one of the commanders will come to the Earth plane and become what you have called a ‘walk-in.’ They stay long enough to reorient the Earth being and then they return to their ship. The Earth being has received a type of spiritual mutation or grounding from their parallel counterpart. Very seldom does it happen that a total stranger from another dimension will take over a physical form. Now for the laser-like beam. You have
come into a timeframe of the reunification of the worlds. There are many
levels of implication as to what this means. It is much more than a 3D
phenomenon. Please understand that you of humanity have practically no
points of reference to much of what we try to communicate to you and so we
must use figures of speech to try and paint word pictures. We are
required to work through the consciousness of Kay and sometimes what we are
trying to impart is so far beyond her conceptualizations that she just can’t
get it. And so we will try and put it to you this way. We are
going to talk to you a little bit about certain 4D phenomena that are going on
right now. This has to do with your cameras and the taking of
photographs that are picking up orbs and various types of energy fields, such
as from your plants, and also from your auras or your body doubles. We
have a deep desire to make ourselves known to all of humanity and not just to
the elite few. And so we are utilizing Earth equipment to make ourselves
known. Some of our craft travel on energetic light-belts. Now
these are 4th and 5th dimensional energy waves, or beams. When we are
approaching the Sun we are going at tremendous light-speed and there is a type
of honing beam projected to the craft from the base on the Sun that guides us
in and also slows us down. We want your scientists to know and become
aware that they are not alone in the universe and that the greatness of their

on her Dreams April 9th, 2003 FYD (discernment). My sleep pattern has
suddenly shifted again too. There are portions of this which resonate
strongly with me and check for Truth. I can not only see, but feel it
coming.... for me it's like an avalanche that has released high above
and is barreling down. I can feel the vibration of it yet can't hear the
roar of it yet... just know it's coming fast and with much shock and
death for many. I have had massive lucid dreaming in the past couple of
months... several per night. Seemed at first that I was dreaming about
everyone I ever knew... including one who passed about 1 1/2 years ago.
In my life I have rarely dreamed about people I knew, so this was unique
and slightly unsettling all of a sudden. I have not dreamed about the
same person twice in this process. It seemed I was saying goodbye to the
people I was dreaming about, although that had nothing to do with
cpmtemt of any of the dreams. I have recently realized that those that I
have been dreaming about are those who are still asleep (or in one
person's case, was still asleep at their passing) and I realized that I
HAVE been saying goodbye to them. In checking for Truth, have found
there are many valid statements within this writing. For those of you
who don't yet, it's (past) time to start checking these things for
yourselves. When all this starts breaking loose, you must consciously be
connected to your Self. You truly already are now, but some are stuck in
thinking that they are not, thus relying too much on others for

An Email Reply May 9, 2003 by Turtle Woman Hey Sis!!!! Don't worry. I've just been offline for awhile... trying to get some gardening and reading done. Working with the Golden Light is much more powerful and easy for me when I work in the garden and meditate out there too. Part of my garden is planted in between the Four Directions in my Medicine Wheel... Not a normal thing to do but was guided to do this last year. The energy and life force from the food that came out of that planting was unbelievable! ;oD I keep having to replant portions of the garden, as one of my turtles thinks the newly sprouted beans, okra and corn are planted specifically for his trolling and munching. He's a cruisin' eating machine... but mostly within the Medicine Wheel vegetables. The symbolism and power of this turtle drawn to nourish himself off that which is planted within my Medicine Wheel (when there is so much other for him to eat elsewhere) is not lost on me. He is also a rare and special turtle. Out of 80+ turtles in the backyard, he is the only one doing this, however, I am about to torque his little turtle tail over it! ;oD . The other turtles like to spend "quiet" time (often stationary for a long time in the center) within the Medicine Wheel, yet they do not eat the plants or bugs within the sacred power of it. I'm having increasingly severe problems with the pain in my feet to the point that often now I simply can not stand on them at all. Even when I'm lying down bolts of sharp pain suddenly shoot through them. It is something other than my rheumatoid arthritis, which is under control. As a result, it is doubtful at this time that I'll be going to the Star Conference. I have not followed up with the doctor on this increasing pain problem since January, so I must attend to this escalading problem now and get it healed. It is to the point it often brings me to tears and I simply can not walk due to the unbearable pain. As for the extreme weather, I had three family members in the direct line of tornados in OKC and Moore this week. The tornado went through two of their neighborhoods and the third one worked at the destroyed GM plant. All fortunately are safe and so are their homes... barely. I have been sending lots of Golden Light into these storms. Weather is certainly getting interesting all over. Twice I have awoken within the last couple of days from getting "wanged" with very intense energy surges. The "wangs" even woke up and startled the cats. I think they are getting zapped too as part of the vibrational up lifting. Also, I awoke a couple of days ago from what felt like a tremor from a small quake... have not seen any report concerning one in this area, but the bed shook multiple times rapidly for a couple of seconds. (Again, it woke up the cats too). Then when I was outside over the weekend I suddenly couldn't walk straight for about 5 steps... I was listing to my right side, which was towards the West. Later that day while lying down I had another "episode" of being pulled or lifted to the West. It felt like my physical brain suddenly "floated" or was pulled in that direction within my skull... Now THAT was a weird sensation!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wondered at both times if the Mother was trying to flip and if West was going to be the new "up". I immediately sent out Golden Christ Light during both occurrences. Also, day before yesterday in the morning, ALL the dogs in the neighborhood and surrounding blocks suddenly and for no apparent reason started barking at once. They barked solid for at least an hour. (That was Wednesday morning... the same day I had two serious energy "wangs" and the earth tremor sensation).... In an auto writing this past Saturday it kept talking about the calm before the storm.... No doubt that Saturday WAS the calm before the storm(s) with all the tornados since Sunday! Sheesh! The Source still has not given permission to release any of the auto writings. Maybe never again... so many times the message came out that it was time to stop sending the auto writings out and that others needed to develop their own personal connections with the Source without further delay or lack of faith that they have the power of connection. As a result of not having permission from the Source to release any auto writings for so long, I have been getting some hostile and/or demanding email concerning it. Got fed up with these low vibrational emails, so that has also been a contributing factor to being off line for awhile. Fortunately, I have been able to spend a lot of time observing the night sky lately. There are three motherships which have been easily observable in the Western sky from about 8:30 - 10:30 pm . The closest and most obvious one is almost as large in appearance of size as Jupiter appears right now in the sky. They flash in multiple colors and line up across the Western sky from the slight Southwest to the slight Northwest like the alignment of the pyramids at Giza... which is the same alignment as the belt in Orion. The slightly Northwest one sits a little higher in the sky as does the third Giza pyramid and the most right star in Orion's belt. Also, a couple of weeks ago I observed a mothership sitting in the sky in the exact position as the lowest star in the "foot" of Orion itself. You can't miss the mothership on the left as you face West... it is very obvious to the naked eye and is very close to the earth. Small binoculars make it VERY clear. The other two require a little observation to see them but easy to pick out for those who are experienced in observing them in the night sky and/or consciously boarding them. The close, obvious one is good for novices to observe, for as they see how a mothership "looks" in the night sky, then as they look around they will start noticing that a lot of those multi colored twinkling stars are not stars but ships.... the different colors... often red, blue, green and white, flash in rotation in a clockwise movement. Close observation over a short span of time will also show lots of small ships coming and going from the motherships.... they look like little streaks of light coming in and going out around the motherships from many different angles. Celebration Of the Scorpio Full Moon Wesak is one of the most powerful monthly full moon festivals of the year. It is the time when the earth receives an influx of major universal energies. Wesak is a valley in the Himalayan mountains and the primary celebration is held in the Wesak Valley. The celebration is presided over by the greatest ascended beings this planet has known. Setting your intent to connect to these energies is one of the greatest energy boosts you can experience. So plan to hold your own ceremony at this full moon and astral travel to the event. By declaring your intent to be there for the main ceremony you will travel to it. We travel in time and space, so the exact time you meditate is not critical. A Message for This Year's Wesak Celebration of the Scorpio Full Moon By Sheldan Nidle (Representative of The Galactic Federation of Light and The Spiritual Hierarchy) This year's Wesak celebration marks the time when this realm will become linked to Heaven. During this special interval, a number of important energy exchanges are meant to occur that will declare the dawn of a new era of freedom for all Humanity. At the forefront of these events will be a special proclamation, issued by the Ascended Masters, to the peoples of Earth. In it, the Ascended Masters will reveal "a new era of divine peace for Earth". In this new period of divine harmony and gracious cooperation, humankind will end its lust for war and realize that peace can, indeed, bring about a better humanity. The process will be facilitated by the return of many Ascended Masters, whose task it will be to show you how to manifest A new era of peace and prosperity. Comte de Saint-Germain has said: "Let this full moon serve as a blazing lantern in the Heavens. Let it be the sign that you are entering a new reality. Know in your hearts that this is so, and that we come to assist you in your efforts. Our help will take many forms. The most important of them will banish governments that have set up obstacles to peace and spread chaos and disorder. Moreover, untold abundance is about to manifest in this realm. Its sole purpose is to ensure the triumph of this new reality. You are divine Children of Light. You have come not just to suffer, but to use your talents to better this realm. These events are occurring despite the great chaos (war and terrorism) that surrounds us. It is important for all of us to know that this world is changing, and that its unprecedented transformation is beginning to become evident to us all. Let us, in good conscience, step forward and support our communities, and our brother and sisters, in achieving this great change. Finally, be aware that the wishes of the spiritual realms are mirrored by the actions of the physical. Your space families wish you to know that we have initiated a first contact mission and that it is part of the divine intervention of Heaven. Your space kin have come from afar to carry out the sacred decrees issued by Heaven. This first contact mission has two main purposes: First, to restore you to full consciousness, and second, to enable each of you to become a full-fledged member of the Galactic Federation of Light. These tasks have been entwined with the desires of the Ascended Masters. Your first contact has become a prolonged, yet most unique, operation. (Michael) Last night, the angels came to me and told me "The resonance of the world is changing, and we will soon deliver a new series of messages." This bit of information was timely since Tanja and I went with the angels to check out the venue we were guided to use for the next World Angel Day. The new messages will be part of the preparation for this Global Event on Sept. 28th and we are very excited about the new changes happening in the world! Together Tanja and I, along with our spiritual brother Sion from New Zealand, will work as a team to bring the next group of World Angel Day participants closer to the Angels than ever before. This auditorium is a wonderful mix between a temple, church, and theater with balconies, ornamental ceilings and stained glass windows. We feel that this place is the perfect setting for invoking the energies of the Archangels, whose presence we want to feel and cocreate with on a deep physical level through this event. The ballroom below the auditorium is used weekly for the Dances of Universal Peace, and the circular movement of Peace that takes place there creates an inviting atmosphere in the building which is perfect for our purpose since Peace is the foundation. How To Shower Like a Woman: 1. Take off clothing and place it in sectioned laundry hamper according to lights and darks. 2. Walk to bathroom wearing long dressing gown. If you see your husband along the way, cover up any exposed flesh and rush to the bathroom. 3. Look at your womanly physique in the mirror and stick out your gut so that you can complain and whine even more about how you're getting fat. 4. Get in the shower. Look for facecloth, armcloth, legcloth, long loofah, wide loofah and pumice stone. 5. Wash your hair once with Cucumber and Lamfrey shampoo with 83 added vitamins. 6. Wash your hair again with Cucumber and Lamfrey shampoo with 83 added vitamins. 7. Condition your hair with Cucumber and Lamfrey conditioner enhanced with natural crocus oil. Leave on hair for fifteen minutes. 8. Wash your face with crushed apricot facial scrub for ten minutes until red raw. 9. Wash entire rest of body with Ginger Nut and Jaffa Cake body wash. 10. Rinse conditioner off hair (this takes at least fifteen minutes as you must make sure that it has all come off). 11. Shave armpits and legs. Consider shaving bikini area but decide to get it waxed instead. 12. Scream loudly when your husband flushed the toilet and you lose the water pressure. 13. Turn off shower. 14. Squeegee off all wet surfaces in shower. Spray mold spots with Tilex. 15. Get out of shower. Dry with towel the size of a small African Country. Wrap hair in super absorbent second towel. 16. Check entire body for the remotest sign of a zit. Attack with nails/tweezers if found. 17. Return to bedroom wearing long dressing gown and towel on head. 18. If you see your husband along the way, cover up any exposed areas and then rush to bedroom to spend an hour and a half getting dressed. How To Shower Like A Man: 1. Take off clothes while sitting on the edge of the bed and leave them in a pile. 2. Walk naked to the bathroom. If you see your wife along the way, shake wiener at her making the "woo" sound. 3. Look at your manly physique in the mirror and suck in your gut to see if you have pecs (no). Admire the size of your wiener in the mirror. (it won't take long) 4. Get in the shower. 5. Don't bother to look for a washcloth (you don't use one). 6. Wash your face. 7. Wash your armpits. 8. Crack up at how loud your fart sounds in the shower. 9. Wash your privates and surrounding area. 10. Wash your butt, leaving hair on the soap bar. 11. Shampoo your hair (do not use conditioner). 12. Make a shampoo Mohawk. 13. Pull back shower curtain and look at yourself in the mirror. 14. Pee (in the shower). 15. Rinse off and get out of the shower. Fail to notice water on the floor because you left the curtain hanging out of the tub the whole time. 16. Partially dry off. 17. Look at yourself in the mirror, flex muscles. Admire wiener size again. 18. Leave shower curtain open and wet bath mat on the floor. 19. Leave bathroom fan and light on. 20. Return to the bedroom with towel around your waist.
